We were very impressed with the work of Gary and his apprentice. They were able to do a diagnosis quickly and made the appropriate repairs. They both were also very personable, which made the bill a little less painful.

Aaron came out for routine maintenance, and did a great job. Only issue with company is that I have asked them on multiple occasions to call my adult son, as I was unable to be there at scheduled time and he was the one present. I spoke with a representative after this visit, and she did put a note with his phone info on the file. Hopefully this won't be a problem in future. Otherwise, I am pleased with this company.

B&W Pumbing did a fantastic job! I called them today to ask for help with looking for an earring that accidentally got washed down the shower drain. They were able to send Nick out this afternoon. He called ahead, arrived when he said he would and he was courteous and professional. Although he was not able to recover my earring, I appreciate the time he spent attempting to find it. We definitely recommend B&W plumbing and will use them again if we need plumbing services in the future!

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to based on the amount of work that was performed and my overall disappointment. I purchased their SHAPE program for 2 of my rentals and my personal residence. I used all of there services (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical).HVAC:The Good: Their Inspection/Sales techs were very thorough and did a good job of educating me of what I needed.The Bad: The prices quoted to replace all of my units were VERY EXPENSIVE. I replaced 3 HVAC units for the price they quoted for just my home from a competitor.Electrical:The Good: Their Inspection/Sales tech was great. We talked over a plan for what was needed to run a new electrical line from the house to detached garage. I felt good when we left.The Bad: The individuals that did the work left A LOT of open items. One of which was uncapped hot wires with no cover on he J-box. The wire in the panel that was being replaced was left in the panel. Not sure why a dead wire should be left in the panel? I met with the Sales Tech and he shared my disappointment with everything. I met with a different Technician the next day and it was eventually fixed. I also thought the price was a bit high, but felt it was probably in the ballpark.Plumbing:The Good: There really wasn't any. I had an Inspection Tech drain my water heater while telling me my unit was 7 years old and probably needed to be replaced. I asked, Why, it's still working. He told me well you never know with a unit this old. Out of curiosity, I asked for an informal quote. I was shown a quote on the Tech's phone of $4,300.00. My mouth about hit the floor! I then pushed more for him to schedule a drain tech and to leave the property. When the drain tech came the next day, I was quoted $512.00 to pull a toilet and snake the drain. Again, my mouth about hit the floor! I VERY RELUCTANTLY agreed because it was in one of my rentals. When I arrived to pay, I was told that they couldn't pull the toilet because the bolts were rusted. They are drain techs...I couldn't believe they didn't have a hack saw or a set of johnny bolts. I have both in my garage. Needless to say, I saved $512.00. I basically told them to clean up and leave.After all of these experiences, I decided to call Mr. Quik the next day and cancel everything. I apologize for the long review, and it actually doesn't include everything, but I wanted to share my experiences to hopefully save others time and money.

I would recommend Armor Air to anyone! The scheduling process was all online and the technicians showed up right on time. I couldn't have asked for better technicians, they had the job done in less than 30 minutes were and were as friendly as can be. Anton, you are the man!

John was sent by Jasrboes Plumbing Co. to check a clogged drain. It was working properly at the time, but he went outside and checked an outlet just to be sure everything was ok. He recommended a service agreement to help me with other problems with my plumbing.He was very professional and personable and it was a joy to work with him.

I've used them now three times on two properties and have been very pleased.

They answer the phone. They provide a precise two hour window they will be there. They always have quick availability. They always call at least 30 minute in advance of being there. Their people are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The billing is very reasonable. They do not try to upsale or mislead me.

In other words, they are the complete opposite and superior to peterman brothers who I quit using last year.

Had a minor issue that took a couple of minutes. Mike was right on time, did the job really quickly and professionally.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

We were very pleased with the quality of work performed by Brandan H. in troubleshooting our electrical problem. He was persistent in his efforts to find the source of the problem and stayed until the problem was solved to his and our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Called to notify me he was on his way, was not just on time but a few minutes early (which I really like), knew what he was doing, kept me informed, and overall deserves a 100% kudo for his service. I renewed my maintenance contract because Williams CA/Mr Plumber is never the cheapest but their work is golden .
