I thought I had a water heater problem but due to the thorough inspection by Keith the actual problem was something else. So grateful for their honesty.I use Summer's for almost everything I need done on my 3 properties.I highly recommend them.

The technician showed up within the time I was told. He was cleaner than you expect a service tech to be. Very nice and professional. He took time to explain to us what the cause for the slow drain was, provided the price to fix it. After he was done he walked us back through his work and explained what to do to prolong the clog from happening in the future. The price was exactly what we were told. This is where I’m supposed to explain the downfalls but there were none and everything went perfectly. Good Job!!

Received a water tank maintenance inspection with a full house sinks/faucet and toilets inspection too - Tim Bennington did a thorough job, was very professional, knowledgable, timely and great guy to communicate with, highly recommend.

Came home today to a leaky water heater. I hate to bother people after hours but I knew it had to be replaced. Randy and his partner were great and came out on a Saturday at 9pm to replace it. And I apologize to Randy's wife! I know we took him away from his yard work. Thanks again!

We have used 24/7 three times now. All same day service. My mother also called and was very happy with her water leak repair. They saved her 700bucks by calling the city to fix part of the problem. We had them install a water softener and serviced our heat pump. Very satisfied with their work and prompt service.

I spoke with Abby over the phone who was extremely quick and informative. She helped get me scheduled for an appointment to take care of tenants who needed a toilet unclogged. Drew the technician who came out was on time, communicative, and overall great! He was quick and informed the tenants of the issues that resulted in this clog. He then gave me a call to explain and inform me of what he did to clear the toilet and what issues he found. Overall great experience and will be using Mr. Quik for our rentals moving forward! He was really nice and was great at explaining all my options once he was finished with the furnace tune-up. He also booked my next appointment right before he left and confirmed everything. Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.
