Mark Sanders was very friendly and informative to me as he re-vamped my electric furnace. It didn't take him very long to get a lot of work done. He set up a payment plan for me and also asked the office to call me about doing some electrical work in my house.

Kenny and Deacon’s work was meticulous. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They replaced our water heater and humidifier. The work area was left clean. We are extremely satisfied and would use Godby again.

Josh was really helpful and got my AC working. He explained what he was doing and gave me some tips on maintenance.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. These gentlemen were very polite and honest with what needed to be done to fix my leaks. Other company wanted to tell me they couldn't do anything unless they replumbed the whole area. They did give me a quote on replumbing to use for a future time. I'm so thankful I have hot water again after two wks without.

They were fast and thorough in taking care of my house. I was able to go on my planned vacation and have them do the work while I was away.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Do not give this company your business. They tried to scam me out of $4600 for a burst water pipe. I fixed the issue myself for $35. Their technician knew I didn't want to have to squeeze in the crawl space and banked on me not doing so. He said we had 8 to 10 visible leaks and possibly more. Said we were better off redoing the entire house. I went down and found only one leak and repaired it in 30 mins. They also signed me up for some gold membership that I've never heard of. Complete con artists. Reminds me of the storm chasing roofers.
