Best Furnace Replacement in Indianapolis IN

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Mister Quik came out same day!! Summer was just getting hot, and my mother-in-law lost ac. We had a service guy come out, then a second opinion in the same night. We had to get a new A/C but we did it with eyes open. Lifetime warranty was worth it for us.

I use Chapman for semi-annual maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Always dependable. The service techs are very effective at explaining what has been done. This is money well spent.

Just wanted to post a review about Chuck Hazelwood, he came out to snake out my drain behind my washer. What a wonderful person he is, he did a great job. I love Williams comfort Air. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Plumbing Doctors to see about getting a gas line relocated after we installed an LVL on our project. They were able to work me and very quickly schedule me in and the technician was awesome. Very quick and efficient and very thorough in his work.

Mike at Service 1 Plumbing did a great job of replacing our broken water heater. He responded to my call quickly, made it happen same day and was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

I'm a young female first-time homeowner who, after trying to learn and DIY a plumbing leak realized I was way over my head and finally had to concede to calling a professional. My home is older and was recently flipped, and discovered some of the cut corners with my shower/tub installation job causing leaks behind my wall; my shower valve had not been installed properly to the studs, and the fittings had a leak somewhere. I had called another company and got a quote that was -way- out of my means ($2k) and was desperate for an alternative. I had a possibility to opt out of half the work quoted, but that still landed me at $1k. (Even with them waiving the dispatch fee for me, there was just no way I'd be able to afford that).After a bit of googling I found Peterman Brothers, called them, and they were able to get me a plumbing diagnostic Same-Day. Codi came out later in the afternoon and was very kind and friendly while he checked out my situation. He was open with me about what was going on, explained the issue, and gave me multiple tiers of service from making it usable to fixing the bad installation. Even the top tier fix was half the cost of the other company, but I was able to settle on the mid-tier. Codi also let me know about the membership that got me an instant discount, and I was able to get my shower valve replaced and dry for a quarter of the first company's estimate. Codi was also very patient and friendly with my little fur babies who are very curious :)Codi and the Peterman Brothers made a very stressful situation into a manageable inconvenience, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of being a young woman in my thirties who is very new to homeowner ship. Honest and solid work, good prices, and flexible staff. It's been a few weeks since the repair and it's still solid, no leaks, no issues. Codi was very thorough and I appreciate his understanding with my financial situation. He went above and beyond and Peterman Brothers will always be my first call in the future!

Our air-conditioning went out and of course it would happen when it is super hot. We called and got an appointment right away. The parts cost just to fix it would be roughly the amount of a new air-conditioning. So thankfully they were honest with us and didn't push us in either direction of new unit or just the parts. We got to decide. Professional, friendly and fast!
