Godby was able to get me an appointment within 24 hours when my A/C went out this summer. Tyree called ahead and spoke with me to get some background information before arrival and arrived within 10 minutes afterwards. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to talk me through the issue and confirm the fix was working before leaving.

We are so happy with Service Plus! I called confused about loud noises from our furnace and they had someone out to me in less than 24 hours. We worked with Devon and Robert who were both patient, super knowledgeable, and just all around kind people! Robert knew what was wrong very quickly and explained everything in detail to us. Devon took the time to explain all of our options as we needed a full replacement and helped us through the financing options and deciding which furnace and AC system would be the best fit for our family.

I had great experience with B&W today. Dave and Spencer replaced our water heater.It was a bit more complicated than expected because of the limited space in the closet. Dave actually called me after they left the first time to tell me that he might be able to find a replacement water heater of the same capacity that would fit in the space. And he did.The water heater works great, and the installation is first class. Dave answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.I am very pleased with the experience, and with the value for price I paid. I would recommend B&W, and in particular Dave to anyone else who is considering having a water heater replaced.

Technician told a part needed to be replaced and it would cost 750 dollars. But he said if we signed a yearly contract it would only be 200 dollars now and another 200 when they come back out to do maintenance. We wanted a second opinion. We still had to pay the Mister Quick technician 80 dollars. The new technician found the source of the problem which was a much cheaper part. Their work was only 230 dollars in comparison. I don’t appreciate the technician not diagnosing the problem correctly and trying to have us pay hundreds more.***UPDATE- they called me and refunded me the service charge. I thought that was really nice and I will reconsider using them again!!

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve. Chapman had a tech at our house within 1 hour and the sales rep within an hour of finding out we needed a new furnace. The installation crew were very professional, knowledgeable, clean and answered every question we had. They took every precautionary measure to keep us safe. We were impressed from phone call to the office to installation.

Perry Sisk arrived on time looking neat and clean in Chapman shirt. He checked the multiple points of furnace functions and cleaned the inside of the unit. Reported the filter was still clean. Per my request he serviced the humidifier and replaced the filter. He spent time to explain the services he completed. I will see him again in the Spring to service my AC system. Thank you, Perry and Chapman HVAC.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

After realizing our water heater was nearing the end, my wife and I started to get different estimates for a replacement. The first company we had come to the house, was a terrible experience. The next company, Peterman Brothers, were our second option. Within the first 2 minutes of being on the phone, I knew it was going to be a great experience. I called and left a voicemail and within 20 minutes, Tasha called me back and was extremely helpful and understanding. After getting my information and details of what we were needing, she was able to get a free estimate scheduled for the next day. The technician, Lucas was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a great job! He provided a thorough explanation and scope of work and made everything easy to understand. He had all of the parts, including the new water heater and was able to finish within a few hours. They gained customers for life because of their great customer service and great workmanship.
