Great attitude and work ethic by John, Kenny and Dan. My furnace bit the dust (during a cold snap) and they saw to installing a new, more efficient one! Godby is a trustworthy company! Been dealing with them 40ish years. ?

I have used Service Plus often and am very happy with their work and maintenance follow ups needed. They have been reliable and stand behind their work. Employees are well trained and will ask questions if they are unsure. I trust them in my home and have found them to be better priced than big conglomerates run from out of state.

B&W is fantastic! I had a problem with my water heater, and they came out right away. Everyone from the receptionist to the service tech was very friendly and helpful. Dave, the plumber who actually completed the repairs was very knowledgeable, and only replaced the part which actually needed to be replaced instead of trying to pressure me into buying whole new water heater. The price they charged was very reasonable for the work done. I'm very impressed and will definitely be calling them the next time something goes wrong with my house.

Called and left a non-emergency message on Sunday and was promptly responded to Monday morning. Already off to a great start, as I don't typically receive message returns from a Sunday first thing Monday morning. Once the plumber arrived, it was a quick assessment of the problem and we discussed several solutions, ultimately resulting in replacing the water heater due to what would likely result in future plumbing problems if not fixed promptly. I was expecting a few days to wait for installation, but the plumber had enough time between appointments to install that very moment. Called in a few other plumbers who came by and the work was done within a few hours. Everything looks great and the new unit is working wonderfully. Couldn't recommend this place enough based on the quick turnaround and excellent service.

Andrew Horton installed my storm door. He went above and beyond. At first, I thought the price was a bit steep. But after Andrew got finished with the project, I couldn't be more pleased!

I also appreciate seeing the same service person each time—he must also be happy with the way the company treats him.

Doug was friendly and so helpful. We’re relatively new to the house and the warmer weather showed us that our A/C wasn’t performing correctly. He explained everything to me and gave us a bid for the work that needs to be done. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to do it right.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

The technician, Joe, kept me informed and was efficient. The pricing was reasonable and there were no surprise charges.
