Sometimes it's hard to find good reliable help that's also professional. Usually, that's the trade-off, but Tyler Kirkham was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! I had to turn another company away for not knowing how to do anything and not speaking before trying to gain entry to my home. Tyler Crushed it, and I became a member of their annual service plan! That's how you network and gain lifelong customers. I recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll triple recommend Tyler. New to the Indianapolis area, and it's a great sign when you can find a solid tradesperson.

The technician that serviced my air conditioner brought things to my attention that could decrease the life of the air conditioner. I was extremely pleased he shared this information to allow me to get if fixed to increase the life of the air conditioner.

Ricky was prompt and personable. I described the problem that the retailer installing a new dishwasher was having. As opposed to replacing valves. which is what the retailer wanted me to do, at a considerable cost, Ricky suggested some other fixes that were less expensive and accomplished the exact same result. I use Howald for HVAC for several years, but this was the first time using plumbing. Very glad I called them.

Justin H was our technician. He is very courteous and thorough. He fully explained all of the steps he took to service and repair our air conditioner. We are very satisfied with our system and service.

Daniel Perez was a thorough and knowledgeable technician this summer for my HVAC. Gave me details on maintenance and pictures as well. Highly recommend this tech! However, a different tech with a furnace emergency this winter was terrible and the customer service specialist was even worse. They sent me reports in error saying I had emergent critically high carbon monoxide in my home when this was not the case. Then, Took 2 days to respond to my urgent request for more info. So if you stumble upon a great tech fine. The company itself seems to be horrible. I canceled my contract. They do not stand by their work. The company tag line I kept getting was they’ll work to make it right. I find this to be the very least they can do and yet failed to do.Update: 1.25.201. Customer service did reach out and attempt to make things right by offering a discount and apologizing for poor customer service recovery up to this point. I will be dealing with trusted and experienced members of their team from now on and am hopeful for future services to go better.
