He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

Boiler system required repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter unit. Replacing that peace of equipment resolved my issue and fixed the unit.I am thankful that they had the knowledge and expertise needed to help me!

When our garbage disposal developed a crack in the bottom and needed replaced before Thanksgiving. it was very easy to schedule the appointment, they were here when they said they would be, put on shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. Hot water went out. Called at 4 pm on a Friday and was told someone would be there by 6. Juan arrived 30 minutes early after calling to confirm he was on his way. He assessed the situation and gave me two costs to repair vs. replace. Then 2 replacement options. Decided to have a new tankless system installed with a new water softener as well. He installed it all the next day. Soft spoken, explained things well, didn't try to sell me other than detail my options, fast, timely, efficient and well done.

Called to see about replacing my water heater. Salesperson was friendly, swift and to the point. Explained things so I could understand. Great experience. Hope the install is as good an experience.

Howald Heating & Air Conditioning installed new heating ducts yesterday in our crawlspace. We are pleased with the flexible ducts, but also with the placement of them in our cramped space. They hung the ducts close to the floorboards and maximized the space in the crawlspace. We are very pleased with their work and would call them again.

Had a new system put in the last week of April and had problems for a month after installation. Come to find out system salesman sold me was too big for the ducts in my house! Now they want $10,000 + for new ductwork and told me If I did not have the work done my warranty may be void! This is crazy and never heard back from salesman! I wanted the owner to get involved to get this corrected but nothing! So buyer of s new system beware! Terribly disappointed.
