Said there was mold and we needed restoration place. Didn’t need it. Had our faucet replaced by someone else. They charged us an 89 dollar fee.

Have been a Godby customer for many years. They've done our furnace, A/C, water heater and other misc. items. I've always been satisfied. Of note is the service personnel that have come to the house. They've always been on time. I trust their work. Update 08/31/2020. Installed new washing machine. Older house so valves and box needed replacing. Top shelf work at fair price. Plumber new his business and is great.

From scheduling to follow up. Service Plus was great to work with. Tyler arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable. He provided us options and made as comfortable with our installation.

From appointment setting to conclusion of inspection, B&W acted in a courteous, professional manner. Tom was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't be a better experience!

I believe the man who done the work did it well and knew what he was doing! He was friendly! My only concern was the cost it was more then I expected!

Josh was great. Took one look and knew what was happening with our system and made recommendations to extend the life of our aging system

I used armor air for topping the refrigerant and checking for leaks. The technician who came, Tim, was supposed to come back after a week to check for leaks. But he didn't show up even after 2 weeks. So, I had to call them to send another tech. Justin did spend a good amount of time looking for leaks and was quite thorough. He recommended replacing the coil. The problem is ever since he left my AC does not cool enough during the day to maintain the temperature I set. I guess I may be calling them again if this problem continues.

We had Chapman out November 2017 to check our furnace and the representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He talked us into the Chapman service agreement (2 inspections a year for a discount). He told me I wouldn't have to worry about anything that they would call in 6 months to schedule the spring inspection. They never called so I called them today and the receptionist said since the weather skipped spring and went right into summer they haven't called everyone and if I didn't hear from them it was my responsibility to call them. NOT what I was told. The soonest they can get to me now is second week of July. Not happy about their customer service. I will not resign a second year contract.

He was awesomeWe are new to the Central AC units so we don't know much about them. He was really good at explaining things to us. After checking our issue it appears that the installation which was from another company was all messed up. I am going to call that contractor about fixing it but if for some reason they don't fix it I will definately have you all do it and even if they do I will call you all for the yearly maintenance for our unit. Basement sump pumps developed a leak in the piping. Dan repaired the outlet with no issues and prevented water from damaging the other fixtures in my basement. Office staff was friendly, service was prompt and flexible, and the price was fair and reasonable. They will be my go-to providers going forward.

Our furnace was having multiple problems and it took Efficient Systems several times coming out and they also had to get the factory representative involved to finally solve the problems. They only charged me for part of the repairs and the biggest part they got covered by factory warranty. The owner of Efficient Systems also came out to be sure the job was completed right. I would highly recommend them for service. They stayed with the problem until it was resolved and made sure that we had heat.

Great company. They’re thorough, do a great job of communicating, and are quick to respond in urgent situations.
