Best Electric Heat Pump in Indianapolis IN

Had a small leak pop up on the pipe from our water heater. Called Hope Plumbing and they had a service rep (Nate Joyce) here in about an hour. He quickly located the issue, gave us a quote and did the repair. Nate was great and I would absolutely use Hope Plumbing again.

The problem may be in the ecobee products but since it is a noted problem and no resolution was found and no reason for the code until further research is done this cannot be resolved. I am happy with the company and tech was supportive but the problem is still there

Was very happy to find Andrew to install our hot water heater. Gave me a quote over the phone, scheduled us immediately and took less than two hours to install and haul away the old one. On top of great service, the price was reasonable and hundreds less than other larger companies.

These gentlemen were very polite and honest with what needed to be done to fix my leaks. Other company wanted to tell me they couldn't do anything unless they replumbed the whole area. They did give me a quote on replumbing to use for a future time. I'm so thankful I have hot water again after two wks without.

Today a quote was received for close to 6000$ to replace less than 50ft of gas line on a basement (The home is on a slab) On top of feeling pressured into financing the project because of the amount. The second quote from another company included a brand new water heater and was still less. How do you sleep at night selling people things that are overpriced and inaccurate.

We called this company out on Friday Jan. 31st to repair a broken furnace. Their resolve was to replace a motor or replace the furnace due to its age. We paid for the motor and was told this should resolve the problem until we can replace the furnace. The furnace went out again Feb 6th. Because they had fixed a problem last year for the furnace, I chose to get a second opinion. I was told in that review the actual problem was a leaking pipe that had leaked into the parts and that another part was also affected which Efficient System did not mention AT ALL. It was very apparent that this was the issue. There was rust everywhere. We trusted the Efficient System rep when he told us that the furnace was just old in fact his quote included the following note with NO mention of rust, water leak or the other faulty part which you could see just looking at it:

DRAFT INDUCER REPLACEMENT: Replace inducer assembly do to failure other issues may still exist after repair but unable to test until inducer is repaired

Efficient Systems NEVER mentioned any leaks or rust or that more than one part was affected. I called them back and requested that they remove the part and refund our money for a fix that did not solve the problem and would force us to spend an insanely unnecessary amount for several separate repairs. Rob and his assistant refused to provide a refund and argued that they fixed a part. Yeah a part that was not needed. Don't call this company. I'm filing with BBB.

Excellant service and professional installation. The technicians were awesome and efficient. The costs were reasonable and the quick action resolved my needs with out a delay. I highly recommend Winters and will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Michael Beffano came out on time, did a great job explaining everything he was going to do today. He's a very personable technician, who will take the time to explain options to you without talking down to you. The technicians at Northern seem to stick around, I've used other companies before I found Northern and the techs weren't nearly as knowledgeable.
I've been a very happy Northern Comfort for many years, and plan to stay a customer for many more.

Thomas was the on-call technician who came out to repair my furnace when it wouldn’t work on one of the coldest nights of the year. He arrived 45 minutes after my first call and was polite and knowledgeable. He had my furnace running in 10 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with Williams Comfort Air!

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
