We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Great attitude, friendly and a nice guy to boot.

We had an old sink faucet in our bath beyond repair, I had worked on it to no avail; called Winter’s, the receptionist was very helpful, Luke came out within a couple hours. Luke was very professional, assessed the problem gave some options. Fix or replace, I asked if he could try to fix; which he did but found a valve body defective.
Steve came to also look and decided best to replace, reviewed several faucets, Luke came back next morning replaced looks great professional job at fair price. Just call Winters if you want a good experience, kind and professional!

Our experience with Winters was great from start to finish. We had a leak in our crawl space. Steve, the owner, came out for the initial evaluation and estimate. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining all of our various options and the pros/cons of each. His quote for each option was very reasonable.

Donny replaced some pipes and the well tank tee for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and great at his job.

Winters Plumbing rebuilt our 2 toilets and repaired our hot water heater in early March of this year.

Our 10yr old water heater sprung a leak. We purchased a new one ourselves and decided to call Winters Plumbing to get an estimate for installation. We had never used them before as our previous plumbing company experiences were less than stellar. In fact, one of the installation hurdles they would need to deal with was for them to rework the water softener plumbing from in front of the water heater. ??‍♂️

The day of the scheduled estimate we got a call from the technician 10 mins prior to the appointment time to let us know he was on his way.
He was very polite and professional the entire time he was in my home. We agreed on the quote he provided and we asked when he could perform the install. Well, he went to work immediately and was finished within an hour. The Best Experience I've had in my 40yrs of adult life with any plumbing company.

I called Winters Plumbing to fix a leaking spigot we had after leaving a hose connected in the winter, causing the pipe to break. Isiah came out the very next day and had it fixed in about an hour. I had a tub drain leaking in a condo, was out of town. Called first thing morning to a very nice lady, who scheduled a service call between 10 and noon. Steve showed up around 11, diagnosed the problem, called with an estimate, then did the job right. His crew were courteous and professional. I will not say they are cheap, but they are not horribly overpriced either. Good experience and would definitely recommend,

I submitted an inquiry through Angi for a gas plumbing job (connecting a new natural gas grill to our existing gas pipeline). I received a phone call within just a few minutes of submitting my request from their very friendly and professional office manager. She took down my information and had someone out to my house just a few hours later to provide a quote and the work was done the very next day. A simple and seamless process from beginning to end. I will definitely use this business in the future!

Faucets in 2 of our showers only had a trickle of water. I called Winters and the woman I talked to was very friendly and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Steve showed up on time, told me the issue and presented me with options and the price differences. He got started right away and Austin showed up to help him finish the job. Both showers were fixed within a few hours and they cleaned everything up before they left. Both men were very nice and helpful. Didn’t feel at all pressured to choose a more expensive option and Steve even agreed the cheaper option was better in one bathroom. 10/10 will use again

We have used Winters twice now and both times they have been fantastic. It’s a family run business and Steve and his team treat you like they’re doing work for their family. They walk you through everything they’re doing and make sure the work is done right. Today they installed a gas line for a new stove. Donny didn’t leave until he had tested the new stove and made sure all the pilot lights on our gas appliance were lit.

We typically get several bids for work done at our house and it’s night and day the way the “big plumbing” companies treat you compared to Winters. I will recommend them over and over and use them for all our plumbing needs as long as we own our home.

5 stars! I needed old waterline to a refrigerator disconnect. A lot of old plumbing and work arounds in place by previous owners. This was quickest way since fridge is going out and not hooking up another one with ice/water. Old line broke...not his fault had to go to Lowes to get a cap. He was quick and efficient. As promised, they were here between 8-10 am. From the receptionist to the owner, yes, the owner even came out to assist the plumber. All were very friendly, professional, and courteous.

Danny arrived at the agreed upon time, assest the leakage from dishwasher to disposal, offered 2 options. He completed the job by removing a leaky part of the rubber hose. Did an excellent job.

Steve always stands by his work, I had a small leak under my Kitchen Sink he had done the plumbing after my kitchen makeover. He came back and fixed the small leak problem! NO CHARGE! I had a frozen sump discharge line which caused my discharge line to burst. They came the same day and repaired the line and bypassed the frozen line. The repair was better than the existing line before the damage.

100 year old house had slow drain they work several hours, trying to clean the drain without a sewer clean out. Diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote. Did exactly what they said. Very professional staff. Highly recommend!

Winter’s Plumbing replace the main sewage drain in a 100 y/o house. It was cast iron and very heavy, 9 foot ceilings. Completed the work and true to their estimate. I would call on again for my future plumbing needs.

I called to get pricing for a new water heater and they sent a technician out the next day. He answered all my questions, had the best pricing, and had openings to come back 2 days later. Setting the appointment was easy!
Miss Brittany is kind and helpful and hopefully well paid because she kept me calm and understood I was upset at the aspect of a possible long wait to get plumbing done, but this was not the case!
They were here early the next morning and we had plumbing within a very short time.
We had also had a problem under the sink and they saw immediately what was wrong and how the dishwasher being connected incorrectly had ruined our kitchen floor.
My maiden voyage with my dishwasher is this evening! I'm sure it's going to be spectacular!

We loved our new potty but it kept flushing when no one was flushing it and we called Winters Plumbing back and they came right out and found the problem and apologized that it was actually a problem with the toilet apparatus and nothing that anyone could have foreseen but they came and fixed it at no cost with a smile!

In the past couple of years we've had plumbing problems because the house was built in 1955 and we've had a couple of other plumbers in the area come out and attempt to put a Band-Aid on a broken arm and only wanted to charge us more when that did not work.
Winters plumbing is the only one who came out saw the real problem and actually fixed it.

It was a very unstressful event. The owner gave me several options for the price of the installation which was very helpful. They installed it the next day and were on time, very professional. So far, so good with the water heater but the installation guy was great. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

Winters will be the only place for your plumbing needs .I had a water pipe leak being in the small furnace room with a water heater
every other place wanted $1,650 to $2,400 I called winters and it was only $563.00 and this was on 12-21-2022.This will be our plumbing co. and my friends and family.and they do a great job

Good service, but seemed kind of pricey for a faucett install though? I supplied the faucett your guy installed it. $264.

Had the garbage disposal go bad in the house purchased back in January of 2022. Long story short, it was easier to buy a new unit and simply get it installed. I called Winters Plumbing (for the first time) and they had truck out the next day. It was a quick fix with the old unit removed and the one I purchased at Menards installed. I'm profoundly pleased at the service provided. Winters Plumbing is in my directory and will be a reference for my rental properties as well.

Where do I start? We scheduled Winters to come out for what we thought was an estimate to get water to our bathroom.

Our water softener blew and sent resin throughout the house, thereby blocking our entire water supply. No water to anywhere in the house. We panicked, called the only plumber we have dealt with previously, they came out and installed a new softener, managed to get most of our water flow restored, but couldn’t get it to the second bathroom shower and toilet.

Plumber #1 initially gave us an estimate of $2800 to tear out the wall and install new incoming water pipes; let me say that again:$2800! Plumber #2 came by and gave us an estimate of $1500ish and plumber #3 had an estimate of $1700ish.

We then recontacted Plumber #1, who installed the new softener and told them we wanted them to send someone else out to review their quote of $2800 and to see if there were ANY alternatives to opening up the entire wall; their second guy came out, still couldn’t restore water flow to that bathroom, but did say the first guy was way off on his estimate and revised it to $1400ish.

Winters plumbing was scheduled to come out this afternoon and showed up within the agreed upon timeframe. He tried to restore water flow, couldn’t and said only thing to do was open the wall. Gave us an estimate, which was roughly 1/3 of the other estimates. When I asked him when they could come back to do it, he said “I can do it now”. Whut?

He cut as little of the drywall as possible, determined where the resin was clogging the water line, cut it out and replaced what needed replacing. The final invoice: $518, full repair in about two and one half hours-we spent more time than that talking to estimators for Plumbers 1-3!

The plumber who came out was Donny Stephens; he was professional and knowledgeable. He even apologized for not being able to mop up all the drywall dust! I can’t say enough about how good he was. We will definitely use Winters for any future plumbing needs and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I was so amazed to find a plumbing company that prices fairly and does just what needs to be done without adding extras.

Warning: our softener was about 15 years old and we didn’t know about this resin thing. We will be replacing our softeners much sooner in the future-this could have been much more expensive for us!

Scheduling was easy and response times for service were extremely fast. The technicians were knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions without trying to sell me equipment I didn’t need.

We recently had several plumbing issues surface in our 30-yr old house (May 2022). They included 2 broken toilets and 2 leaking sinks, all original. After some research in the morning, we called Winters Plumbing and were frankly thrilled by the superior service we received. After coming to our home for an estimate in the morning, the owner was able to have replacement toilets and faucets delivered within an hour, had them all installed, and hauled away the old ones by 4:00 pm! All areas were cleaned up perfectly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable and the entire project completed in one day!

Fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards.

Found out the setup in my shower is ancient but they tracked down the part needed and saved me alot of money. Price was very affordable. The owner and his helper both came and were both very nice to work with. They cleaned up any mess that was made and stayed most of the day to get it working properly. Will definitely use them again.

On April 12, 2022, Winters plumbing installed a water heater for me. The plumber was a rather young kid. I thought he would have some help but he was solo. As he began the task of my install he was very pleasant and friendly. Near the end of the install he ran into a small problem which dealt with the exhaust vent. He just could not get it installed back the way it was. I could tell he was a little frustrated. He then mentioned to me I may have to get a HVAC guy out to fix this issue. In my mind I thought...( why should I have to call an HVAC guy when you did this?) He was mad and frustrated. He connected all the lines and everything. He then went back to the vent issue. After carefully looking at the issue, he then fixed it with no problem. I was satisfied and I did tell him, not as a customer but as a dad talking to his son, 'it may have been a little frustrating now, but when this happens again, you'll know what to do.' A lesson learned. Overall, Winters is a very good, caring, and good plumbing company. Steve is pleasant and down to earth. I would definitely use them and recommend then to anyone. Shout out Brittany too! Lol.

I called several plumbing companies to assist with leaks at my house. Winters Plumbing was the first company to be not only responsive, but friendly and customer service oriented. I received a phone call and text message within the provided window of arrival. When the technician arrived, he was very thorough in his assessment of the issues. The pricing was upfront and I was provided a quote for services that was very reasonable. He was also prepared to do the work same-day, which was amazing, and did so very efficiently. I love the instant notifications via text message and email to confirm appointments, receipt of invoices, receipt of payment, etc.

My experience with Winters Plumbing has far exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend their services and look forward to using them for any future plumbing needs.

Steve came to our home for a mysterious leak happening in our garage near the water softner. He was very thorough assessing the damage and asking questions. He later discovered it was not the water softner but the water heater. He was able to repair the issue that same day without price gouging. We are very appreciative of the professionalism and friendliness of this company and will be using them again for our plumbing needs.

I will call this place back again & again!!!!!! our toilet stopped working over the holiday weekend- we scheduled a monday appointment with a different local plumbing company, only to have them “miss the appointment” today....... so I called Winters in a panic around 3:30 PM because the first company said they couldn’t reschedule me until tomorrow...... and uh we needed a working toilet!!! the lovely lady who answered was amazing, got us scheduled right away, and someone from the company was literally at our home within 35 minutes.......... I could not be MORE IMPRESSED. the professionals who came out were polite & communicated with us through the whole process. they got us back up & running and they cleaned up everything from their work. prices were totally fair! i cannot recommend this company enough!!! This company is great will definitely use them again. Had what I thought was a simple toilet valve repair bc I kept hearing a hissing sound and there was water under the valve. Called in early and they were out in 30 minutes. Donnie fixed the valve but went the extra mile to locate the hissing sound (bc it wasn't the toilet valve) and found that a pipe in the wall had busted. I don't know how long it would have been before I found it if it hadn't been for Donnie going above and beyond what he was there to do. Thank you so much Donnie it sure could have been worse if it wasn't for you! The whole time I could here cha-ching cha-ching going thru my head but it was very reasonable -- Keep up the good work Winters Plumbing you have earned a customer for life!!!!!!

I have used this company twice now. The owner is nice and polite. He is punctual and on the second visit the appointment was moved several days sooner even though our appointment wasn’t an emergency. The scheduler is very friendly and responsive. I have had two positive experiences and will continue to call this family business with our plumbing needs.

Had 3 toilets installed, got discount for doing more than one. I believe quote was appropriate for the installation. Broken flange discovered that required replacement added small additional cost, but it was a necessary repair and had probably caused some of the original problems. Work was done promptly and correctly. Most important of all, since nothing is ever 100% perfect, a minor issue was observed, caused by small debris in toilet tank. When I requested follow-up, it was done quickly and the issue resolved at no charge. Steve Winters is courteous and professional and I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to others.

I scheduled an appointment from 3-5pm for an estimate. I rearranged my work schedule to ensure I was available, but didn’t hear anything until about 5:10pm saying they were on the way. They did apologize, but appeared to me to make excuses why they had missed the appointment. I cancelled the estimate...if that is the service I’d receive for an estimate, I’m not sure what I’d kind of service I’d get had I given them the job.
