He gave honest recommendations, did not try and up sell me, was affordable in relation to others, was friendly and provided a clean trouble free installation in short order. What can I say but WOW. I have never dealt with such an amazing small business before and I will use Simply Water exclusively for all of my plumbing needs. We ended up switching from a Tank system to a tankless. Not only was the heater job done incredibly neatly - but the house was also plumbed to install a water softener as well - all within the same 5.5 hour window. Our water quality has never been better- thank you so much!!!

I used Simply Water for a water heater replacement and a water softener installation. Andrew did the work and answered all of my questions along the way. He was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout the process. And this company offered the best price out of 4 total estimates. I highly recommend them for an excellent, on time experience.

Simply water contacted me quickly after I requested a quote. With several quotes in hand, he matched the best of those. He arrived promptly & removed the old heater being careful and didn’t make any mess. Then he professionally installed the new heater. I’m happy so far. He didn’t try to upsell me or try to sell me any unnecessary plumbing maintenance plan.

If I could give more stars, I would. Needed to replace leaking water heater and obtained quotes from 8 different companies. Andrew was by far the most responsive and straight-forward (in terms of answering all my questions and providing itemized costs for parts and labor....most others would not do this). Received what I consider a very fair price (certainly relative to the other 7 quotes), and never was there an attempt to up-sell. Installation was done quickly and professionally. I recommend Simply Water without hesitation, and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Andrew and his technician did absolute wonders for me. My water heater had died and they were prompt and professional and most importantly, very affordable.

Initially the waterheater replacement went smooth and was done in a quick and efficient manner. Fast forward to that night and the water heater wasn't working due to a technical issue on my end. Not only did they come back to ensure things were working, Andrew went way out of his way to get the extra and necessary parts to ensure that the Water heater would work, even though the issue was on my end. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate Andrew and his technicians help in making this experience as painless as possible. Andy Walker is extremely professional and saved us money. He installed a water softener in our condominium. He was on time, went right to work and finished quickly. We had another company come in before Simply Water that priced us a $3400 water softener that was over kill for our needs. He saved us lots of money by putting in a softener for best suited for our small home and 2 people. Andy was a God send and we highly recommend Simply Water without hesitation.

Highly recommend! I needed my water heater replaced. I sent a picture of my old one and was told it was probably still under warranty based off of how new it looked in the picture. He was right! They saved me the money I would have spent on a new one! Came the very next day to do the job! No hassle for me! They took my old one out and to the store to be exchanged and I stalled my new one. I recently shared a negative review but I was more angry at Lowe’s than I was at Simply Water . I spoke to Andrew at Simply Water and he so kindly talked to me about my water issues. He came over and fixed the entire problem today at no charge . He was professional and nice. He fixed everything that was wrong and it took a lot of his day. He made it right . I feel I needed to make it right on my end and apologize. Thanks for all your help .

They was a waste of time came out measure for a water heater said they would call to let us know our pricing options and messaged me saying they couldn't help my water heater was in kitchen and not up to code where located my water heater is not located in my kitchen it is behind a bathroom in a laundry room .
