Best Cooling System in Indianapolis IN

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Asked what the charge is for Outdoor Faucet Sillcock install they don't have a clue. Only answer gave me there is $79 diagnostics charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install simple kitchen faucet?!

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Armor Air - Tyler did a great job working on my furnace. I called them n they came out within 2 hours. It was a repair with multiple indicators and he was very knowledgeable. We had some water leakage from our air conditioner system and called Chapman Heating. My husband said the receptionist was very exceptional and friendly (didn't get her name). Within 2 hours they were out at our home. Technician Tom Bullock was very professional and friendly and identified our issue right away. It is so nice to have a Company who has professional and friendly employees. We appreciate Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing and will use them for annual maintenance and any other issues that come up. Thank you!
