I was very happy with the service. He gave an estimate of what it will cost, and they were able to fix my water heater fast! Will use them again in the future.

Again, Nick was great and hopefully with the new circuit board, all is good. I appreciate him tracking down the coolant leaks and diagnosing the circuit problem.But, so far I’m not at all satisfied with Amana equipment and would not recommend it.

Dillon installed a new water heater for me and it was not an easy job. He had to solve several problems to get the work done right. It's always reassuring when someone comes into your home to do work and you can see they take pride in their work.

I needed to have the capacitor replaced on my outdoor unit. B&W’s price for this was reasonable, about $100 less than a company I had used in the past.

I had a pipe in my basement that burst. They came very soon after I called (after hours). Juan was the technician and he was very thorough and did a great job fixing the broken pipe and saving my basement from flooding. I would definitely use them again.

They are kind of expensive for the service. When I called for a broken water heater, they came and to tell me the water heater is broken and to give an estimate, they charged the insurance company.

Hayden was very professional and helpful. I had a different company out the day before they advised the drain was full of grease and would need to be jetted. Mr. Plumber came out and was able to get my sink drain cleared in a matter of minutes. He cleaned everything up and arrived early durning a blizzard ! Definitely recommend using this business.

Dustin did a fantastic job for us. He did high quality work, was very engaging and had great customer service. He explained to us what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was very respectful and made a stressful experience positive for us.

We where having air conditioner issues on a Sunday evening. Kevin came out @ 8:35 pm took a look at the situation, explained what was wrong & the solution to solve it.We had a dying furnace in late 2019, actually December 23, 2019 consultation. I had Peterman brothers install a new water heater and water softener. They arrived at the scheduled time took exactly how long they had quoted for the job. They were a little more expensive than I was hoping, but with the warranty they offered, it was a good value.

The company did a spring air conditioning check up. Everything went very smoothly with the checkup. The technician was on time and courteous.

Awesome to work with! Even after several mishaps along the way, they were always on time, communicating with us night or day, and doing great work! Their quote was HALF what we were quoted by other companies and they bent over backwards to make everything right, including answering the phone 24/7. Great experience.
