Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Start to finish Mr Plumber was courteous, professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I feel I can't Thank them enough for job they did. When buying my home I didn't realize just how bad the bathroom plumbing was and Mr Plumber took the time to get the full picture, quoted me a fair price and did the work in 2 days with minimal interruption to my day-to-day. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services because they show up and and genuinely care about their work/job and thus passing that on to their customers like me and you. Mr. Plumber will now always be who I call!

**Update: Have you ever been so impressed with a company that you wanted to leave two raving reviews? In the work that was done there was an oversight. When I called Mr Plumber about it, they responded immediately and sent someone next day and took care of the issue, how's that for customer service!! I called interested in a back up generator for our house. The first response I got was they started at 10K and they were booked through May. My impression was they only were interested in serious inquiries. I was turned off by this approach.

Devon Thomas went above and beyond - replaced the exact rug (by using a reverse google search) that had been soiled. Got me a different thermostat that is much simpler to use. I thanked him for all of his efforts and his reply Thank you for allowing us to make you happy. I thought that was incredible.Debbie - the CSR has been very understanding and flexible because I had to reschedule a few times. I appreciate her friendly attitude and understanding.The installers (sorry - I have forgotten their names) were very polite and considerate and did a great job.I highly recommend Service Plus - I was treated very well by everyone.

Trent was very helpful and professional regarding our AC maintenance and explaining the need and application for additional refrigerant. I was pleased with his results.

Aubrey came out around at 3 this morning and did an amazing job replacing my sump pump, couldn't have asked for a better plumber! Aubrey had a great attitude and got the job done quickly.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!

This is in response to my recent experience with Armor Air. The response and communication was above and beyond what I might have expected. My furnace was serviced by a very knowledgeable and polite man. He explained to me what would be required to repair my furnace and what the price would be. I could not have ask for a better repair man.

The technician was very thorough and informative. They installed the unit a few years ago and have been servicing it since.

Mr. McWhirter was extremely knowledgeable on the systems, professional, and a pleasure to sit down with and discuss plans. These plans were reasonable and affordable with financing. From me calling to Don arriving, less than an hour. Good buisness 100% derives from the individuals that come to sell. Mr. McWhirter deserves a bonus, promo, or something!

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

After realizing our water heater was nearing the end, my wife and I started to get different estimates for a replacement. The first company we had come to the house, was a terrible experience. The next company, Peterman Brothers, were our second option. Within the first 2 minutes of being on the phone, I knew it was going to be a great experience. I called and left a voicemail and within 20 minutes, Tasha called me back and was extremely helpful and understanding. After getting my information and details of what we were needing, she was able to get a free estimate scheduled for the next day. The technician, Lucas was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a great job! He provided a thorough explanation and scope of work and made everything easy to understand. He had all of the parts, including the new water heater and was able to finish within a few hours. They gained customers for life because of their great customer service and great workmanship.
