Said there was mold and we needed restoration place. Didn’t need it. Had our faucet replaced by someone else. They charged us an 89 dollar fee.

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

Chris was quick to set up appointment & explained issue. Resolved quickly, efficiently & professionally. Will use again for any future plumbing issues.

Horrible customer service!! so your no longer allowed to purchase an already disgustingly over priced filter directly from the store they have worked it so not only are you paying almost $165 for the filter but they have to be delivered which means they charge for a service call another almost $100 this company had not one person offer one suggestion to help my friend in her situation (disabled vet) , the VA paid for the unit with a humidifier to help with some breathing problems that is why they way!! overcharge for the filter which we were willing and able to pay for at said price of $165 but no they sent a guy to tell us the unit needed work totalling $980 charged for the service call and didn't leave the filter bcuz he says they are now$212... Still no response from them in a wk thank God I was able to get a guy from the Church with his own company to fix it at a grand total of $25 for the part it's sad even though they were made aware of her situation and fixed income they offered no suggestions on how we could fix this so not to add to her suffering for the time we have left with her mind you I spoke to at least 5 people over the phone to explain how desperate we were with one lady telling me she suggests we go to a hardware store...or just pay the almost $300 and get it over with so I asked how she propose we get said money in which she responded well we are so behind you will have about 4 days or more to get the money, it's pitiful she was expected to suffocate for up to 4 days in what could be her last days. Shame on them.

Contracted Service 1 Plumbing for some last minute plumbing repairs recently. Excellent and timely service. I will not contact another plumbing service again. Highly recommended.

We contacted Northern to get a second opinion after another HVAC company told us we were facing a $3000+ bill to fix our AC. I called in the morning and Tom, the technician, was here later the same day. He was much more thorough and discovered an issue from an unusual modification made by the previous home owner that was completely overlooked by the other company. The fix ended up being much simpler, cheaper, and quicker.
