I appreciated the updates on when the technician was going to arrive and the profile picture that was sent. The technician was very nice and honest. We thought we were going to need a new battery back-up for the new sump pump that was installed but he said we didn’t need that right now. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.

Can always depend on them to arrive on time & do a good job.This time it was a preparation of the air conditioner for summer.

My husband and I had them come out and excavate and expose our existing drain line. Cut out a section of piping and install a clean-out access with a verticle riser pipe that extends to grade. Service agreement was $149.00. The total amount we paid was $3,015.05. I cannot leave any more information because I am waiting on an answer from them regarding an issue. I will give more information once I hear from them. As everyone knows companies don't respond or do anything for customers once they get their money. I will see and so will you once I hear from them.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

AVOID! HORROR AWAITS! Charged 6 hrs./$688 labor to install a simple 50-gallon gas water heater! How it went? “G” appeared with wrong type heater (electric), charged to go back and get a gas water heater; installed lower grade gas model than requested; new unit has horrible noise when faucet was turned off (video); twisted off inlet to water heater…did not replace…did makeshift repair and charged me; ripped entire water circulation unit & home phone lines of the wall & and simply left them dangling (photo); unbraced circulation unit sags and sways which stresses inlet (video – I think it would have fractured in week!); heavy metallic waste discarded in damp laundry pile (ended up in our washer and dryer); each stair step (light color carpet) stained with rusty sediment; warranty and manual left drenched in water; rusty metal screw dropped on carpet - family member stepped on it; reinstalled urethane insulation on cold water inlet; “G” said I required a thermal expansion tank installation (false: we have an open system – no backflow valve); hot water circulation pump valve left in off position (two bathrooms did not have hot water); did not wear Covid mask during entire installation. And there were issues from McNeely’s office: nothing in writing; no written estimates; no diagnosis of leak/problem; errors in transcribing almost all details of request (example: lost our address after request was placed); appointment cancelled/scheduled for Christmas eve; promised but failed to help process valid Rheem warranty (McNeely is a Rheem ProPartner); not truthful in BBB affidavits concerning this affair. I could add much more! But, be warned, this is what you will get if you hire McNeely!

Technician Daniel Becker did an amazing job on the AC maintenance. The system looks like new. I always appreciate William Comfort professionalism and service.

These gentlemen were very polite and honest with what needed to be done to fix my leaks. Other company wanted to tell me they couldn't do anything unless they replumbed the whole area. They did give me a quote on replumbing to use for a future time. I'm so thankful I have hot water again after two wks without.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Our tech, Nick Walker, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (broken furnace motor) and had us back in working order in no time. Highly recommend!

They do quality work, but found the sales rep manipulative. I asked multiple times for them to remove our old furnace after replacing it and they never showed up at the scheduled time. They also quoted us for an unnecessary amount of work on the last two quotes we got.

Ps. I did the receive a phone call before buisness hours ? (over a year ago) and called back when I was awake with no one answering my call. I feel the issue is clearly mentioned above, and would still be an easy completion of the job by removing the 300+ lb. old furnace
