Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.
