The technician Juan was professional knowledgeable and friendly. Even after using the snake at first with no clearing of the drain he did make a comment about running in to something as it went all the way through. He reran the snake and stopped at the location he noticed before and worked there. This time the clog was cleared. I was very happy.

Responsive, friendly, on time. Explains things so anyone can understand the process. I had to add different projects last minute and they accommodated no questions ask.

Several months ago our AC broke in the dead heat of summer. Summers came out and recommended we replace the entire unit as well as our furnace. Both systems are only 7 years old. The guy said it is typically 18,000 but he could get us a deal for $13,000 if we “let him know in 24 hours.” Glad we got a second recommendation despite it being so hot and miserable. We were able to FIX the issue for $300!!!! Will never use Summers services again. They are not honest.

I scheduled my regular A/C tuneup with Godby. My technician was Dan Adams. He was very professional and cleaned my unit like it hasn’t been done before. He noticed some unusual noises coming from the compressor. He checked and my unit is still under warranty. Parts have been ordered. Completely satisfied. I have been a Godby customer for 45 years, in the same house! It’s gotta be Godby.

Rob did a great job, doing the PM and explained the condition of the system, and what to be aware of in the future for an older system like mine.

Repacked the valve rather than replacing it. I like people that think that way.

Bill was the technician that came to my house. He explained everything that was taking place with the horrible event of my house leaking from multiple places. He explained the work process and the each procedure of fixing the leak with the cost included.He was honest, genuine, and I would highly recommend Bill for his ethics.

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.

Technician Daniel Becker did an amazing job on the AC maintenance. The system looks like new. I always appreciate William Comfort professionalism and service.

I've used them now three times on two properties and have been very pleased.

They answer the phone. They provide a precise two hour window they will be there. They always have quick availability. They always call at least 30 minute in advance of being there. Their people are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The billing is very reasonable. They do not try to upsale or mislead me.

In other words, they are the complete opposite and superior to peterman brothers who I quit using last year.

Excellent! I can't say enough positive things about Michael and his team. They were kind, explained everything to me, service was quicker than expected and I'll sleep much easier knowing our main and back-up sump pump will be reliable for years to come. Peterman Brothers is a company others should learn from. Their customer service is fantastic. They never disappoint and are extremely reliable. It’s hard to find a quality company as consistent as Peterman Brothers.

I never like to give a negative review. We needed some electrical work done, just a couple of outdoor outlets. The price was 2x and almost 3x higher than my other quote. Additionally, with COVID-19 I'd expect a bit more sensitivity to social distancing and masks, the technician didn't offer to wear a mask, didn't seem to be interested in it, and wasn't veery aware of the 6 foot distance. He didn't seem to be to interested in the work so its not surprising of the the huge quote and the lack of enthusiasm. Really to bad.

Not sure I would recommend this company in all aspects of their work.

The company was hired to do some plumbing related work, which included installing an air gap device for my water softener and putting a lid on my sump pump pit. After installing the sump pump lid, the plumber contracted to do the work neglected to inform me that water was being discharged out of a couple of pipes above the pit into the sump pump. Because of the lid installation, water was then being discharged all over my crawl space floor. These two pipes are very hard to miss. I believe a professional plumber should have brought this to my attention and if I had not caught this, it could have caused a lot of long term and expensive damage. I brought this to the attention of the estimator in charge of my work and was told the plumber did exactly what was in the work order.

Additionally, I had a furnace shut off switch installed by a contracted electrician. The electrician used a light switch as the shut off and mounted it onto the side of the furnace. As a result of this, the switch is blocking the air filter trey and can now not be opened. This being something very easy to catch at first glance. Now I can't replace my air filter until this shut off switch is relocated.

My estimator was also very hard to get ahold of. When reaching out about the sump pump situation, I was promised a quick response from my estimator by another employee through an email to which my estimator was included on the email chain. It took me three times within a week and a half to get a response from the estimator. However, there was plenty of time for them to type up an email asking for the payment before I got a response.

These were just a few of the issues I encountered with them, but not all of the work performed was disappointing. I had some carpentry work done and the contractor for that did a fantastic job.

Additionally, mold dogs were awesome guys who are very good at what they do. It was great having them out and am very satisfied with their performance.
