My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! PLUMBERS +AIR can count on me to tell everyone about their EXCELLENT SERVICE! CALL NOW IF YOU NEED SERVICE! EVERYONE PLUMBERS + AIR! I WILL CALL FOR SERVICE EVERY TIME!

Andrew did an excellent job repairing the toilet in the master bathroom. Replacing the on/off valve and the workings on the inside of tank. I have not as of today, 12/11/2021, received any more problems with it. And hope to not have any future problems with either.

Bought new HVAC for my rental property in December ($10k) and the unit stopped working beginning of March (3 months ).
The Technician came out and said he doesn't have the part to fix the unit, so we waited for 3 days on the part (sensor). During that time we had frigid weather and the tech brought me 2 radiator heaters to keep 5 bedroom house warm. When the part finally came it turned out the technician was wrong because it was something else...where he again didn't have parts on hand...so we have been waiting ...now for 2 weeks where he told us 3-5 days...no updates on when this get fixed from anyone from Northern Comfort... I spoke with some lady over the phone complaining about this...yet nothing...I have no choice but to talk to a lawyer as of now because this unit is under warranty and its been almost a month where this could have been fixed. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Northern Comfort seems to have 24 hour operations with no parts on hand. Once they sell you new unit they don't care anymore and you are on your own. I have also notified BBB about the situation. I will never do business with them again.

Had a partial clog in our main sewer line leading to the street about 100 ft away from the house. I called around one in the afternoon, and the technician arrived at around 4. I have a general knowledge of my house’s plumbing system, which somewhat helped him I’m sure. I showed him our cleanout pipe and he got to work straight away with the snake. It took him about 45 minutes to run it through twice, but he cleared it out right away and was very knowledgeable and friendly. And of course, it was $93 with a one year guarantee! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
