I received a text with photo telling me he was on his way. He came , explained what he was going to do, how long it probably would take and he was done and gone in less time.He was servicing the hot water tank. Not a drop of water to show he was here. I've been a Benjamin customer for a long long time. They are reasonable, responsible and consistant.

My husband and I worked with Kyle. He was great to work with. Arrived promptly, provided great service and answered about ten thousand of my questions with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

Heath did a great job. Installation was quick and easy. He made sure I had the Allen wrench that came with it in case I needed to manually turn it in case of seizure.

The Godby technician was incredible gracious and patient in addressing my issue. Very cordial, knowledgeable and chose to go the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of before leaving my house. I would use Godby anytime!

After having a decent experience in replacing our water heater, we were disappointed to receive such sneaky tactics from one of the technicians, Tim, to sell us on replacing our entire shower system over a broken screw in the valve stem.There was no troubleshooting nor education from their team and all around a thoroughly disappointing experience to immediately sell us on an expensive, unnecessary repair.

Nick from B&W did a phenomenal job. Best of all he was patient and thorough! Great job Nick! I would definitely recommend.

David serviced my furnace and fixed the drain pipe to the humidifier. It was clogged with mineral deposits. He replaced some of the PVC pipe so it will screw off for regular cleaning by me.

Chuck did a great job on removing my garbage disposal and setting my sink up with just a strainer. His work is great, he answered all of my questions, wore a mask while in my home, etc.

My elderly mom had to get a new furnace this week. Ron did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all very patient with her as she had many questions and comments! I especially appreciate the way he walked her through using a new thermostat.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

AVOID! HORROR AWAITS! Charged 6 hrs./$688 labor to install a simple 50-gallon gas water heater! How it went? “G” appeared with wrong type heater (electric), charged to go back and get a gas water heater; installed lower grade gas model than requested; new unit has horrible noise when faucet was turned off (video); twisted off inlet to water heater…did not replace…did makeshift repair and charged me; ripped entire water circulation unit & home phone lines of the wall & and simply left them dangling (photo); unbraced circulation unit sags and sways which stresses inlet (video – I think it would have fractured in week!); heavy metallic waste discarded in damp laundry pile (ended up in our washer and dryer); each stair step (light color carpet) stained with rusty sediment; warranty and manual left drenched in water; rusty metal screw dropped on carpet - family member stepped on it; reinstalled urethane insulation on cold water inlet; “G” said I required a thermal expansion tank installation (false: we have an open system – no backflow valve); hot water circulation pump valve left in off position (two bathrooms did not have hot water); did not wear Covid mask during entire installation. And there were issues from McNeely’s office: nothing in writing; no written estimates; no diagnosis of leak/problem; errors in transcribing almost all details of request (example: lost our address after request was placed); appointment cancelled/scheduled for Christmas eve; promised but failed to help process valid Rheem warranty (McNeely is a Rheem ProPartner); not truthful in BBB affidavits concerning this affair. I could add much more! But, be warned, this is what you will get if you hire McNeely!

Rob Reynolds tried to repair our heat pump. It is 14 years old. He tried replacing a module but there were other issues. There was a blockage in the coils. It would cost $3500 to repair. We decided to replace the system.

Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

We were having not so hot water, they sent a man, Eric, same day.. He figured out what was wrong, checked out the whole system, and we made a plan.
Excellent experience.

Dwight was amazing. He was extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. He came to fix an electrical issue which then turned into an air conditioner/electrical problem. He went above and beyond by leaving to pick up a part and returning the same day (actually the same hour) to fix both problems. I would gladly call them again for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pretty much any problem.
