Howald team replaced our furnace last year (Michael and Russ did a great job) and most recently we called Howald to come work on our plumbing.Scheduling was easy and we didn’t have to wait very long (1-2 days at most). Their office communicated appointment details and all the updates proactively, so we always knew what to expect and when the crew would come. Joe and Austin were professional, friendly, and got our vintage faucet fixed in under an hour. Very happy with the result and all the work was priced reasonably.We will definitely use Howald for our future house needs and recommend to everyone.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

This company has AMAZING customer service!! The sweet receptionist worked hard to get us a last minute appointment, to make sure our leak didn't get worse over the holiday! The gentlemen that came to do the repair, were so courteous and professional. They made the repair quickly, and thoroughly and were on their way. They explained what they did to repair the issue, as well. We would definitely recommend this company to others!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) I had Indiana Residential's Mold Dogs come to eradicate some mold and put a vapor barrier down in my (very) low clearance crawlspace. There was a good deal of large/nasty mold growing down there, and the crawlspace itself is very tight. They were extremely thorough, very polite/friendly, and overall did an excellent job. It came out looking like new.
