My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! This was a great first time experience using Summers. They called ahead like they said they would, and Matt showed up as expected for an AC inspection. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained things well, giving us all of our options. We decided on the annual plan for now and will get back to them on whether to repair or replace. The service from Drainman is amazing. We rely on them for all of our service calls. We get prompt courteous service and their techs are knowledgeable and pleasant, despite the things they work on.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

We have had Peterman out several times to fix different issues and we have been satisfied every time. My wife was running behind and Nicholas was extremely polite and courteous by waiting a few minutes for her to arrive. Can’t say enough positive things about this company and it’s employees!
