I have used Service Plus for 15 years, for both HVAC and more recently for plumbing issues. I have been with SP+ as they have grown and will never leave. I currently use their annual maintenance program without regret. Today's visit by Tyler K was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and made this annual check up easy. Great guy working for a great company.

Recently had a humidifier removed and they left a tube attached to the water heater they should’ve capped. Tyler from Chapman was able to identify the issue through 2 pictures and tried to help me get through the night so I wouldn’t have to pay emergency fee. Not sure many other people would do that. I ended up needing them to come out because I couldn’t get it to stop and didn’t want to be up all night and he obliged.

My appointment window was 2pm - 6pm, and they were able to come early. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.

Called for a no heat issue-Chase was our tech-he arrive exactly at the promised time. He was personable, professional, and definitely knew his job. He double checked everything before leaving and explained to me exactly how a Heat Pump works.We had this company many years ago and now we are back in Indy. Williams Comfort Air has always be an awesome company.This is a new review. Chase came out yesterday for my Spring /summer check on my A/C. Found a problem. Came back today with Kenny and came up with a plan to correct the issue. What a great team they made. Everything is working fine and I’m pleased to be able to use my A/C again without worrying.Thanks Chase and Kenny - job well done! Without hesitation I recommend Williams Comfort Air!

They were fast and thorough in taking care of my house. I was able to go on my planned vacation and have them do the work while I was away.

Not sure I would recommend this company in all aspects of their work.

The company was hired to do some plumbing related work, which included installing an air gap device for my water softener and putting a lid on my sump pump pit. After installing the sump pump lid, the plumber contracted to do the work neglected to inform me that water was being discharged out of a couple of pipes above the pit into the sump pump. Because of the lid installation, water was then being discharged all over my crawl space floor. These two pipes are very hard to miss. I believe a professional plumber should have brought this to my attention and if I had not caught this, it could have caused a lot of long term and expensive damage. I brought this to the attention of the estimator in charge of my work and was told the plumber did exactly what was in the work order.

Additionally, I had a furnace shut off switch installed by a contracted electrician. The electrician used a light switch as the shut off and mounted it onto the side of the furnace. As a result of this, the switch is blocking the air filter trey and can now not be opened. This being something very easy to catch at first glance. Now I can't replace my air filter until this shut off switch is relocated.

My estimator was also very hard to get ahold of. When reaching out about the sump pump situation, I was promised a quick response from my estimator by another employee through an email to which my estimator was included on the email chain. It took me three times within a week and a half to get a response from the estimator. However, there was plenty of time for them to type up an email asking for the payment before I got a response.

These were just a few of the issues I encountered with them, but not all of the work performed was disappointing. I had some carpentry work done and the contractor for that did a fantastic job.

Additionally, mold dogs were awesome guys who are very good at what they do. It was great having them out and am very satisfied with their performance.
