The technician Juan was professional knowledgeable and friendly. Even after using the snake at first with no clearing of the drain he did make a comment about running in to something as it went all the way through. He reran the snake and stopped at the location he noticed before and worked there. This time the clog was cleared. I was very happy.

Summers replaced a dishwasher including removing the old dishwasher. The new manufacturers installer could not figure out how to remove it so we called summers. They were patient and helpful even when it was not easy to figure out! We got our new dishwasher in and it is working great!

We’ve been customers of Godby for years. We purchased our hvac system, total house humidifier, water heaters, and outdoor water faucet. We’ve been “Team Godby “ members for years as well. Service used to be great, but not anymore. I made an 8:00 appointment weeks ago. At 8:40 I called and found out they had a tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. I cancelled that appointment and made another 8:00 appointment. This time I called at 8:15 to find out if he was still coming. I was told again that they had another tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. At 8:30 he called and told me he would be there in 15 to 25 minuets. Sure enough, at 8:45 he shows up. Why do you make 8:00 appointments when you know you won’t keep them?Chapman Hvac is right down the street from us and next time maybe I should call them.

I have always had a positive experience with Service Plus. Each tech has been friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. The pricing is reasonable and issues are clearly and thoroughly explained. The scheduling is convenient and I like the reminders and info about my service tech emailed and/or texted to me prior to their arrival. Finally, unlike other service companies in Indianapolis, Service Plus technicians have never questioned my authority as woman of the house or asked to speak to my husband to confirm services or payments, which I really appreciate.

We are very pleased with the work done by Arman Latifi. He replaced our water heater and corrected errors of the former installer. He explained what needed to be done, added a monitoring system and helped to get it operational. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He represents Howald very well.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Josh and Adam (in training) came to service furnace for winter checkup. They serviced and found a problem. Josh back in 2 days with new part. Josh was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend both Josh and Efficient Systems.

My calls went unreturned for months (September through November) while I was trying to have someone from Indiana Residential come back in to complete their unfinished job. This was very frustrating since they had already been paid. Jason, the worker that was eventually sent completed the remaining items, was polite and efficient. Thus far, I am pleased with the items he completed.

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.

I've had the worst experience, I'm very, very, disappointed in Robert Poteet, in the summer I had him replace my breaker box, because it needed updated, my house is old. Well after I had gotten home I called him & told him my thermostat was off, did he touch a wire or something because it worked before that!! He didn't say anything, he act like i needed to change thermostat, I said no way not right now, I just pd $1800 for him to do the breaker box& something else in the attic to do w/electrical, now mind u I pd$200 more for him to come to do up in attic, my point is he just wants, wants your money ? now I'm without heat, he told me I need a new furnace, he said my furnace was old wasn't worth fixing. My furnace & heat worked just fine last winter. I got a second opinion from a respectable company i explained to him the issue w/ thermostat & electrical he said there wasn't enough power going to the furnace, so basically his screw up on electrical work plus he left the cover off the furnace, wires hanging out everywhere, not very safe! Please don't waste your time or money on him!!! CALL a respectable company. So now I've contacted BBB, called the news stations, I don't Want him to screw anyone else ?
