Keith was great. This was the water heater and plumbing annual maintenance service visit. They cleaned out our water heater and inspected our whole house plumbing. He went over everything with me and had some good recommendations for a couple of concerns I had. Definitely sticking with Summers for our preventive maintenance needs.

I left a 5 star review for my AC and furnace install from May and another for the plumbing inspection this morning. For some reason, Google will only let me update my review rather than leaving one per experience. So here is my latest:Ben and his installation team were magnificent. I had a lot going on at home, tons of virtual meetings, and they were very accommodating. Never too loud or disruptive. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't have to do anything. On top of installing a whole new water system, they prepped and cleaned up, leaving things better than when they found it. They made sure to explain everything thoroughly, and they were very friendly and respectful the entire time. Thanks, guys!

We used B&W at our old house. When we moved Across town in our heating needed some work, I called some companies and they all put us out a week. We decided to see if B&W serviced our current location… They were out within a couple hours!! Extremely helpful, explained everything… Highly recommend this company!

Dan from Plumbing Doctors was one of the most friendly and professional contractors I have ever met. He waited patiently for over 30 minutes on site for me to get approval from my home warranty company for the job and was very easy to talk to. Highly recommend to anyone that wants reliable work completed!

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

Kevin and Jake were awesome. Spent multiple hours at my house working through each system until they found the issue. Good pricing and great service. Will definitely use them in the future.

If you have a geothermal system, this is the HVAC firm to call. These guys know these systems better than any other firm I've encountered in Indianapolis.

I have used Indiana Residential for a number of transactions, some with very extensive and complicated repair issues. Their ability to provide quick estimates is invaluable during negotiations. Just had my HVAC unit inspected and Zach V. was awesome. He answered all my questions confidently and provided quality information.

One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.
