I needed a plumber for the doctors office that I work in. The customer service was great. They took less than an hour to come to my location. Dylan did a great job explaining the issue and fixing it. If needed, I will definitely call them again.

I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

Adam was the most professional, honest and attentive service Supervisor I have worked with in a long time. His knowledge and ability to cut to the chase, while giving options was superb. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again because of the level of professionalism and genuine service received from Adam today. I called Atlantis on a recommendation from a neighbor. I had an emergency situation and needed a plumber within 24 hours on a weekend. Tim and two helpers were at my house the next morning. The receptionist, Michelle, was very nice and helpful. Tim called me very promptly and again when he was on his way to my house. On time. Polite. Fair pricing. I'm so appreciative!

My sink had a blockage and this was the 3rd company I called and the only to have next-day availability (on a weekend too). David S. came out and explained his plan, answering all my questions. The second thing he tried did work, and then he did a full plumbing inspection and answered even more of my questions. He was so nice and informative. I learned a lot today - thanks, David S.! The price was a bit more than I’d hoped ($395 for the snake/sink machine), but I did appreciate the quick and friendly service.

They told me it was $2800 to replace my AC blower motor. Within a few minutes I was able to find a replacement part on eBay for $275. I installed it myself in 15 minutes. Now my AC works great.I would have happily paid upwards of $1200 for this. But man, $2800 for something I did myself in under an hour? That's shameful.

I have used Chen Plumbing for over 10 years and they are great. They have handled large emergency issues (clogged sewer pipes, leaks) and smaller fixes (toilet and faucet fixes and replacements). They are very responsive, professional and extremely hard working. Tim is fair, honest and full of integrity. I've also referred Chen Plumbing to others, who have been equally impressed with their work.

Had a great experience working with Arthur. He was on time, friendly and very professional. Not only did he do a great repairing my water leak, which was located under my driveway, he did a great job with the repairs to my driveway as well!

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

I called on New Years eve with an outside leak issue. The owner answered the phone and assured there'd be someone out on New Years Day. They came detected the problem, and gave me options and suggestions for repair. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again!!

I have used Fix and Flow to repair a shower mixer, replace valves, install new water lines and hose bibs. They arrived on time, did an excellent good and cleaned up afterwards. Anthony explained everything that they were doing and walked me through the works after they were completed. I have learned a lot from him. I’ll definitely be using Fix and Flow for my future renovation plumbing needs.
