CJ is always responsive and does a good job. Stays late to get it done and grinds away. He roughed in a basement for me, including cutting a concrete trench through the slab for a drain and then came back to install the fixtures. He'll be back to hook up my kitchen when I'm ready.

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly.
