Reschedules at last minute with no notice. Had an appointment between 2-4 on a Thursday. Canceled at 3pm the day of my appointment.

Thanks to Reggie, I was able to utilize both of my toilets within a matter of minutes...I was very pleased with the outcome...

On time

This is the 3rd time I'm using Reggie and wouldn't use anyone else at this point. Besides doing excellent work, he's the consummate professional, leaves my home the way he found it, takes time to educate me on what's going on and his prices are excellent. Takes pride in doing great work without shortcuts and honest!

Y'all, if you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call Reggie the Plumber. We have been using them for any and all plumbing issues that have come up in our older house since buying it five years ago, and we are always impressed with the service we receive. They are always friendly when you call to set up an appointment, and have always been punctual and really easy to work with. They will fix what needs to be fixed, and not try to sell you on services you don't need. They are amazing!

I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.

Reggie and his team have done several things at my home. Always courteous and ready to an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. When I had a break in my Water Main line, I called him and within 1 hour, he was at my house and took control of the concern.

They did such an excellent job on installing my Glacier bay toilets in my basement and upstairs bathroom. It was such a reasonable price and I plan to use them for all my plumbing issues moving forward.

I appreciated how knowledgeable and accurate Reggie was. He gave a very reasonable quote and kept to his word about the quoted price. I was glad the job got done so quickly.

Originally had work done in Feb. 2017 and the problem reoccurred. A plumber was sent out with a not so good outcome. The owner (Reggie) came out and made it right. Its great when a business owner values their customers.

As usual Reggie hit it out of the park. On a 1957 house with copper, galvanized pipe, PVC, and cast iron, he got the job done on time and at a reasonable price.

My husband and I were in need of a waterline replacement. Reggie The Plumber came out and gave an estimate at the time that he said he would. My husband and I took some time to think over the estimate and the job that needed to be done. In that time, Reggie Junior followed up to see if we were ready to commit to the project. We told him that we had questions and they answer them immediately. We made an appointment on a scheduled Thursday they came out on time and completed the job in under four hours and payment was easy via Cash app. Reggie The Plumber was awesome this was a seamless job. We would highly recommend him & his team.

I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie the owner said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the tech is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing needs! This guy is nothing but a headache.

Repaired a bathroom tub that has never stopped leaking as of having the same wet spot evidently leaking since the repair and finally came through. Recommended Plumber replaced all the pipes and must redo the tub he did. Just took $600 that now I am paying $375 to redo his work. Use KINGDOM ROOTER, LLC.

Reggie is the best plumber I have ever hired. Twice now he has come in and completed a job that a previous plumber could not do, and for a better price! I recommend him all day. He's my go-to plumber.

An outdoor spigot was leaking. I contacted Reggie around 9am, and the spigot was replaced by 4pm. Very professional and friendly service.

Reggie came recommended from a customer so we assumed he would be reliable . He seemed very pleasant . We met and I was told he would provide a quote Monday. He knew I was in a bind in regards to needing a plumber. Monday came . Nothing . I sent him a couple of texts . Nothing . At that point I assumed he was closed in honor of MLK because why would an owner of a company ignore a potential customer? Tuesday I called the office after 10 AM to see about the quote. Reggie ‘s son apologized for his father not responding to me. He assured me that he would be calling. Close to 4 PM in the evening I called back and his son was apologetic again not understanding why his father hadn’t called me. He then shared that his father had a funeral to on Wednesday which I was aware of already and apparently Reggie (sr?)verbalize that he wasn’t certain whether or not he could actually do the job to his son .Not to me the potential customer but his son. I repeated myself multiple times saying that is fine just to please let me know one way or the other if he could do the job anytime during the week that I was in a severe bind. And that it was OK if he could not but just to please let me know. His son apologized again and said that he would let me know personally today. He did not . As a small business owner I want to always support other small business owners however when it comes to such lack of respect shown as Reggie the plumber did to us I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went with Zurn plumbing . They communicated well and showed respect for the customer .

We hired Reggie to replace our water line and he was great to work with! They showed up when they said they would and Reggie did a great job managing our expectations. Will use again! Cost effective also.

I don't know personally how Reggie's Plumbing is, never used them. But however I was driving in Lagrange today with my wife and premature baby that left the hospital two day ago and we we're ran off the rode by a guy that was driving there van. Wasn't to happy

Fixed a toilet and replaced a shower head for much less than I expected. So glad I found this company ! Will use them again!!

Fast service.

My husband and I spoke with Reggie Sr about the service fee to change a Cartridge on the shower valve. The job only took five minutes however, the service fee was 7x's the actual part. It's not like they removed tile from the shower wall. Reggie Sr promised to reimburse us a portion to be put as he quoted right back to us As of today no refund. I would not recommend his service to anyone. He doesn't live up to his word that he promised.

Reggie Sr you told my husband on the phone you would reimburse us $50. No one from your office called us or left a message regarding the refund or the check you are holding. We called your place of business and the lady said call after hours and you would answer the phone.
Have some integrity if you are running a business. We would not lie about the matter however, very disappointed on how you handled this. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Expecting a phone call to settle this matter and not on Google review.

I've used Reggie several times. He always comes through. He gives me explanations and options. He is fair and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

They never contacted me after I sent over two separate messages

I've never had a bad experience! Always responsive and quality work. I've used them for everything from inside pipe leaks, pipe leaks outside with digging involved to clog leaks. They've always been able to diagnose and fix the issue. Highly recommend!

This vendor is a preferred vendor of 1280 West and the residents. Reggie The Plumber has performed excellent service to residents for many years. Very skilled and excellent customer service.

This is basically my go-to plumber now. I've been in my home for about 10 years and had my first plumbing issue in the form of a leaking toilet tank. Reggie the Plumber came up in the top of my searches and nearly every post on Nextdoor mentioned Reggie the Plumber. I noticed the issue over the weekend and called on Monday and was a bit concerned they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday, but it was fine. (I'm not sure if the time frame varies depending on how significant the issue.) I took it as a sign that maybe they had high demand because service was so good. Nothing was flooding and it was a slow drip so I put a bucket under the drip. They came out on Thursday morning and probably from start to finish took the plumber about 30-45 minutes to identify the problem, replace all the parts in the toilet tank, and be on his way.
I really appreciate the prompt, no fuss service and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I needed my bathroom sink pipe repaired, but after dealing with a difficult plumber, I searched on NextDoor and came across Reggie’s information.
I sent Reggie an email and he quickly replied and came out the next day. Once he assessed the pipe, he purchased parts and quickly got the job done! I highly recommend Reggie- he’s professional, reasonable and fast!

I am a contractor and work with a property management company in Atlanta and have known Reggie The Plumber for years. I have met Reggie Jr. and Reggie Sr. and can say that this is the most disappointed and frustrated I have been with a contractor in a long time. We have a rental house that the sewer is backing up due to roots which I sent to Reggie The Plumber last week. I spoke to Reggie Jr. last week on doing a camera down the sewer to see where the problem was to know where to repair the line and he said they had it scheduled for tuesday of this week. I told him this was later than I would like and to see if there were any available openings before that and he said no so I told him that was fine. So, tuesday afternoon comes and I have not heard anything, so I call Reggie Jr. and ask for a status update and he told me the place they rent cameras from is out and they will have to reschedule for Thursday. I stressed to him the importance as the tenant was not able to use any plumbing at the house at this point and it was backing up, but he said the earliest they could get out is thursday 11/8. I told him to make sure it is done thursday and myself or somebody would meet him over there so we could decide there what to do. Thursday comes and the tenant notifies us that Reggie canceled via text and said their snake broke. So, I call their office and can't seem to get Reggie Jr and speak to a lady that tells me they can't reschedule until wednesday of next week and recommend another plumbing company....Reggie The Plumber obviously at this point could not do the job or did not want to, so i would have much rather of been told that from the beginning and not wasted a week on a very serious issue. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed on how this was handled and I will never use Reggie The Plumber again.

I’ve been in my house almost 24 years, and never had a plumbing problem. The young that installed the toilet, impressed me as a sincere person that knew what he was talking about.

Used their services twice last year...Great service...cleaned up afterwards and reasonably price...I recommend them whenever someone needs a plumber..

We've had Reggie do a number of jobs at our place and he's been great to work with. Timely, great info so you know you're making the right decision (especially for those pricey plumbing jobs) and this guy LOVES his job! I highly recommend him.

Reggie installed the wrong size toilet in my bathroom, the toilet started to link around the base. One of his plumbers removed the toilet and installed another toilet it was also linking and it was having flushing issues. He installed another toilet it have the same problem. The conversation I had was Reggie would come out himself to see what was going with the toilet. That conversation happen the week before April 6th. It's almost May and I have not got received a phone/nothing.

I received a quote from another company that was just ridiculous the price was a joke. On my way home from picking up my children I saw the Reggi The Plumber truck and took a pic. Called them they to set up an appointment. They arrived early that was a plus asked some questions took a look at the problem and got to work. My children can not take a bath!!! The best part is they did not charge me a house payment to fix the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am keeping them that's for sure.

Reggie came by, diagnosed a problem that I had with a PRV and fixed the problem. I had 2 other plumbing companies come out to look at my issue, and they didn't have a clue. I highly recommend this company#

We had a problem with our kitchen drain under the house. Reggie came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Hardworking & Personable

Since I bought my house in 2020, I have realized my house has been jerry-rigged in which many of the renovations has been inadequately placed. The reason for this company to come to my residence was the outdoor spigot not being operational, especially in my pursuit to grow new grass. After a few moments inside of my crawlspace, they identified several problems that did not involve the reason for them being here. Easily, they could have overlooked the issue and only been concerned for their job; however, I was shown pictures of my crawlspace and concerns which arise from this. That only gives me an indication that they pride themselves on their craftsmanship and work values. I believe the job was bigger than anticipated, but they delivered without a doubt.

I have already recommended this company to a coworker of mine who needs a bigger job done. I will use them again if the need arises. Personable staff which explained to me how to winterize an outdoor spigot, and they did not give the air of being condescending. Very beginner-house friendly. As far as pricing, I believe they are fair, if not more reasonable for other quotes in the area. I would use them again.
