We were out of town and our son was feeding the cat and noticed we had a water leak. We tried 2 other plumbing companies who were not responsive. It was a Sunday and Brad met my daughter at the house. He found the the problem, had the parts with him, stopped the leak, and put in a new expansion tank for the water heater. He was so polite and professional. We were so thankful.

Got a broken pipe outside of the house and Mr Brick came a fixed on the same day, they clean everything after. Great service and very personable.

We recently had a new sink installed in our kitchen and the contractor who installed the new sink relocated and re-connected my garbage disposal and dishwasher but didn’t do it correctly. Shaun diagnosed and fixed three separate problems quickly and accurately. An expensive “refresh” but lesson learned!

I had Atlanta Star Plumbing come out about 6 weeks ago to work on a clogged shower, a sink issue, and a running toilet. We had a follow up issue and some miscommunication regarding the running toilet but they gave extra effort to come back out and make everything right. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

Shaun and Travis came to my home within an hour of my call to All Star. I had a potentially serious problem with a pipe leak that turned out to be ground water running through old pipes that had been replaced, but not removed (my house is 93 years old). Shaun and Travis quickly identified the problem, provided an estimate to remove and cap the old pipes, and finished very quickly. Shaun and Travis are punctual, polite, and highly competent. I recommend All Star to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Unfortunately, I had a leak in my furnace area, and was in need of a plumber. The search for a plumber is always entered into with apprehension because it can be hit or miss, but in this instance, it was a hit. Shuan was great, super nice, on time, super informative, super tolerant of my all-bark-no-bite dog, who gave into his petting fairly quickly. Shuan also explained the issue to me, and addressed some things that may need to be handled in the future. The job was completed within 45 minutes, and without any headache. I also signed up for their diamond membership plan since I was totally comfortable with them being my go-to plumber, and anticipated more work in the future.

Punctual, highly skilled and friendly. Very good repair and quick to comprehend the problem. We had an emergency break after hours and Brit responded immediately to our first phone call and came after normal hours and quickly. I highly recommend Brit and his service!!!

There very slow & very behind on work

Jason from Atlanta Star was on time just a couple hours after I called with a AC unit not cooling or blowing air. He identified the issue clickly and resolved it before he left. Started the day with no AC and had AC again by noon. Great Service!

Called for service to investigate a water leak and techs arrived early the following day. VERY professional and knowledgeable. The found the source of the leak. And explained everything in easy to understand language.

I recently used this company to reinstall a faucet after putting in new sink and countertops. I cannot say enough how wonderful and polite Shaun and his helper were. Great guys! With that being said , the pricing was outrageous! $800 ! Needless to say I was absolutely shocked. They gave me estimate up front before work but i had to have faucet put in that moment so I paid. In my opinion way way expensive company

Returned my call promptly to schedule for estimate for Re-pipe of a house, BUT the charge would be $69.00 !!!! Most local company that are competing for such a big project do not even charge to come out, and even if the few do charge it is not more than $39.00

This is a pick season for plumber, so I suggest to all homeowner not to rush in hiring plumber before you find a company who wants your business for long term with reasonable price.

While we weren't ready to spend that amount of money immediately, Clyde and Ewan's professionalism and demeanor sold us on Atlanta Star and convinced us that this was the right company for us when we were ready. Sure enough, when they returned to provide service today, they were professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. We are extremely pleased with their performance and the quality of service they've provided to fix our existing plumbing issues. Travis and Juan were amazing! Our shop flooded and toilets were stopped up after a crazy rain. They came in, surveyed the issue, attempted to correct and when they couldn’t, they replaced the toilet, might I add it was a horrible mess! They unclogged the toilet and in doing so opened up the pipes to the entire shop

Britt and Atlanta All Star Plumbing came out quickly and resolved my plumbing issue to my satisfaction. The base price of$367 to clear my kitchen drain seems somewhat High, but perhaps that is the going rate.

Very disappointing experience with Atlanta Star Plumbing. In short, a new garbage disposal and 75 minutes of plumbing work ended up costing me $902. The price model is fixed price by the job, they refer to a book and the book spits out a price based on worst possible scenarios. $558 for a new 1/2 HP Badger disposal and $325 to reconfigure the plumbing and a $69 Service Charge. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumber, this was a $500 job tops.

I used Britt and his team at Atlanta Star Plumbing recently for a bathroom addition in our basement. They had cut the slab for the drains and installed a pump as well as shower, toilet, and plumbing for the vanity. They did a great job and, most importantly, were very easy to work with, very professional and we enjoyed getting to know them during the job. I highly, highly recommend Atlanta Star Plumbing!

I am in a condo and there was a leak in the gas line servicing my unit. Britt evaluated the problem and quickly determined the best repair that involved installing new, flexible gas line. It was a complicated repair, but Britt minimized disruption and damage accessing and replacing the old leaking gas line.

I called for help when I noticed water dripping from my living room ceiling. Britt was able to come out within a couple hours. He identified a leaking valve on the water supply to an upstairs toilet that was causing the drip and was able to take care of it right away. At the time, I was also in the middle of some home improvement projects, and he was able to come back the next day to install 3 new toilets throughout the house. He was professional, communicative, and respectful of pandemic protocols the entire time. I really appreciate his help and will certainly call Atlanta Star again if the need arises.

Brit came by to inspect the repair work he had previously done on a leak with a pipe in our attic and discovered that there was still a leak - but it was coming from the roof! He took pictures and explained what he discovered and he didn’t charge at all for his visit/work. The investigative help and no charge were greatly appreciated...AND, we got the roof fixed right away thanks to his insights!

Shaun did an incredible job! He came late on Wednesday night and worked really hard to complete the job but due to a machine error, he had to come back the next day. Shaun came back on Thanksgiving morning to fix a clog in our master bathroom. 5 stars to Shaun and his hard work and willingness to work on a holiday!

My wife called this company around midnight with an emergency water leak. When the gentleman called back he sounded like he was asleep. He wasn’t very helpful and quoted a price of $299 just to come out. Outrageous!
