I would like to commend Jason and Dominic on a Job well done and very professional, polite and professional. Glad that these two individuals are on board with HVAC work that is due to customers who are in dire need. I also would like to commend Mr. Thomas Williams for his expertise also and Mr. Trey Wahl. But most of all Mr. Jason and Dominic did an outstanding job.

This week, we had our crawlspace sealed by a team of Jered, Patrick, Shon, Dylan and Mike from Estes Services. This team did an outstanding job for us. They were professional and courteous. The team leader took time to explain what they were doing and made sure that my wife and I understood the process. The team was careful to ensure every detail of the project was done correctly. Extra effort was made in the clear-up and putting everything back in place. Evan and his collegue visited on Tuesday. In a word, they were like an electrical swat team. They had a high angle light installation, a through-the-outside-wall light installation to do. Plus the lightswitch replacement. I couldnt believe it when they estimated a two hour job but they sure did that! While they worked, they checked with me regularly for options that I had neglected to consider. In the end, the work results were SUPERB! I should also mention - they arrived within the hour of my first call to Estes.

They were friendly, prompt and very professional. Nick came out to assess the unit and when he determined it couldn't be repaired Marcus & Andrew came out the very next day to install and new one. They were ALL amazing! I can't say enough good things about this company. Will definitely recommend and use again! Thanks Estes!

Jared and Byron did a fantastic job on our new A/C and furnace installation. They greeted us immediately upon their arrival and communicated with us throughout the process. They were very professional and completely cleaned up before they left. Jared explained the new system to us and stayed as long as was necessary to ensure he answered all of our questions. On top of everything else, they were genuinely very nice people.

I would like to compliment the team of Mitchell and David of Estes. Both guys were simply GREAT!!!!!!! Both were very personable and professional while repairing the line for my air conditioner. Mitchell was very knowledgeable about the problem I had and David told me about a leak that I had coming through the floor from my washer. David then helped me send a video to my plumber so he could see what the problem was. Mitchell explained, in detail, what my problem was and how they were going to fix it. Calling and setting an appointment was very easy. The repair guy was able to come out the same day, however he located the problem and set an appointment with a plumber. The plumber came out the next day and saw what the issue with my heating was. He was able to fix the issue in less than 30 mins and now I have heat in my condo!

Brad and Brandon came to my home the next day promptly on time. They installed a new Furnace HVAC system so efficiently, then showed me everything I needed to know about the new system.My did went to school with the Estes Family and we have been loyal customers since the 1950’s. Family owned and still loyal employees and customers!

This company is truly incredible! I have gotten to know them for their support of the American Diabetes Association over the last 3 year....so, when my AC stopped working I knew exactly who to call!Everyone has been fantastic! Estes installers, Daniel and David, did a great job installing our new evaporator coil recently. There was an obstruction to easily completing the installation but they found a work around to get it done! They were courteous, professional and explained in detail what work had been done and cleaned up completely afterwards. Ask for Daniel and David for your next Estes install job!

Estes installed a new HVAC system. Carlos and Brandyn called before they came, arrived promptly, were careful about my home, installed the system quickly and informed me about what they were doing. I was quite satisfied!

We had a water heater and a complete Carrier HVAC system installed at 3186 Paces Mill Road. The crew arrived approximately on time. Everyone worked diligently and all of the work was completed within the same day. I would compliment the water heater installers but I do not know their names. Juan and Bryan did all of the work on the HVAC. The only break they took was for lunch. They were nice, considerate, and thorough. We sincerely appreciate having everything done in one day. We have used Estes for years and we will continue to recommend them.In March we worked with Collin Michael, Comfort Analyst, Estes Services on replacing a Water Heater and HVAC system. This was very expensive for us and potentially challenging from a coordination effort. Collin was patient with our questions, and very open about Pros and Cons for us to consider, We employed Estes to perform these services. Everything was done in one day at our request. Collin was always available to answer questions as we moved along. We were very pleased with Collin and other Estes employees that work on this project. We highly recommend Estes Services.

Estes has been taking care of our furnaces this year and has done a great job. They are very detailed in reviewing what they checked and what they found as well as any recommendations they may have. We trust their service and are fortunate to have Hunter as our maintenance technician.

My furnace went out a few days ago. Naturally, it happened during our coldest spell since the beginning of the year. My entire Estes experience was great. I've always used this company and even though I have not needed them in a few years, I see why I always turn to them. Their customer service is what every company wishes their customer service was like. I ended up needing a new furnace--my old one was 19 years old, so I know I really needed it. The staff members who did the actual installation arrived early and finished in less time that I was initially quoted. RJ and Christian worked quickly and did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They explained the new system to me and left me with a manual and the proper information for changing the filter. Through this new furnace purchase, I met a total of 4 different employees. They were all outstanding. In addition to those I met in person, I talked to several folks on the phone and they were also kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you, Estes. Barry, Chris McBride, RJ and Christian worked hard to get my home warm again. I really appreciate that!

Jacob was fantastic in diagnosing an issue we had with cold spots in our house. He offered multiple solutions for us to consider. He was kind, professional, and a strong communicator.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Estes. Jacob came out and looking at our system for us and recommended a replacement unit. Ours was 26 years old so it was time. Then Justin quoted us for that system which was a very reasonable price. He got us set up with Jared and Byron who installed the new system in just a couple hours and we are now good to go. Would recommend Estes to anyone and so glad we went with them!

It was pleasant and early! The repair person was efficient and expedited the service without delay, i.e., change of filter. He wore shoe covers which I really appreciated!

Estes exceeded our expectations again! They've been telling us that our two HVAC units are old but we've been limping along. Last week the upstairs motor died. Since we ultimately needed two, I asked about a discount if we replaced them both now. We saved over $1,700 and bought two 3-ton units. That wasn't even the best part--within 24 hours, both systems were installed and our house was cool again! Carlos, Jason and Gio were our techs and they left everything so neat and clean I literally couldn't tell where they were working in our home. Justin Hancock was outstanding in his speed to get out and price the new units! Then he got everything scheduled for the next morning! Like I said, Estes exceeded our expectations! Thanks Guys!!

Well, Estes went and did it again. Today they sent still another highly professional, customer focused, knowledgeable and very pleasant Technician to take care of my thermostat issue. Chevy Gonzales, a service technician with Estes came out to our house last night after hours when we had been experiencing problems with our a/c unit. With a sick child at home it was imperative we get the problem fixed. He spent a good amount of time thoroughly diagnosing the problem, educating us and providing us with the knowledge to make an informed and smart decision regarding repairs and future purchases of a new system. He was kind, courteous, knowledgable and an expert service technician. We appreciate the time he spent with us and highly recommend Chevy and Estes Heating and Air.

Knowledgeable and friendly technician - he handled my google nest thermostat installation very well and with ease despite the fact that my existing system was a bit unusual and with some older complicated wiring. Very satisfied with the work done.

We have a disposal issue. Non-working disposal is not critical but apparently, I like to use it 100X a day so I was very happy to get a quick response from your front office. This is exactly the type of person you want representing your brand: on point, focused on assessing the situation, great personality and when he discovered that our request (check switch for disposal) was not the issue (its actually the disposal) he quickly addressed and scheduled that tech to come. I recently hired Estes to replace my 23-year old AC system and air handler. I live in a condo and the installation was very complicated, including having to coordinate with both me and our property manager. The Estes team showed up on time, answered all my questions, installed the equipment with no problems, gave me an invoice with the agtreed upon price, and even went the extra mile helping my upstairs neighbor understand how to deal with a problem with her AC unit. I am very hard to impress when it comes to home repairs. Carlos and Brandyn were super professional and arrived in the window promised. They were respectful of our home by wearing shoe booties and covering the carpet path with a sheet during installation and disposal (super appreciative). The system works great thus far and the new thermostats have brought us into the 21st century.

Jason and Tobias did a good job. We had a small issue after work was complete, that issue was promptly addressed and corrected. I would recommend Estes.

From the beginning (diagnosis and new system quotation) to the end (complete HVAC system replacement) every employee I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Collin was great. He helped me determine what I needed and what I didn’t during the quoting process. Paul is quite possibly the best HVAC tech on earth. And the installation crew, Brad, Brandon, Tyler, and David, left me with a good looking and properly functioning setup. They were on time, worked efficiently, protected my flooring, and cleaned up after themselves. My two dogs even liked them.

I had a great experience with ESTES for my first service check-up. Thomas P. called to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC, confirming proper operation of the cooling system so we are set for the summer heat. He also changed the air filter. He provided a detailed report and a callback number in case I have any questions. I recommend ESTES.

I have used Estes for HVAC maintenance and they have provided good service on that. So when I had a leaking water filter faucet, I gave their plumbing division a call. The plumber comes out. He concurs that it was leaking (duh). He says he can't take apart the fixture since he will damage it. He then leaves and sends a quote saying that he cant find a replacement fixture for it and I need a whole new filtration system for $800+. I immediately look online and find the exact fixture. At this point I was ticked off so I decided to try to fix it myself. After about an hour of troubleshooting I stopped the leak. A real plumber probably could have done it in 10 minutes. I called later to tell them about the waste of time diagnostic fee I was charged and they didn't care.

We just purchased a full Carrier system (all new) from Estes. Our experience with Estes was TOP NOTCH and nothing but professional, efficient and superb from start to finish. We worked with Brandon Bazemore on the sales side and he was awesome at explaining everything. He understood what our house needed more than any other sales rep we met with. Our install team of Patrick and Jonathan were great and stayed til 11:00 pm to make sure our A/C was back up and running. A++

When our HVAC went out we contacted Estes Services for a quote. Justin came out and was VERY thorough in measuring the space to be heated inside the house as well as examining the crawlspace area where the hot water heater and HVAC system were housed. He was very professional and answered all our questions without being in a hurry. Today was the installation. Four trucks and 6 men arrived early to begin work. The workers were Jason, Gio, Trevor, Jereel M., Dominic, and Tobias! They were all respectful of the owners and very helpful when we had questions. They worked together as a great team and stayed until we were able to go under the house and see the installation. The area was left as clean as when they arrived. Justin also came an hour before they finished in case we had any questions for him. We are glad we chose Estes and would recommend Justin and the Dream Team of Six for anyone with HVAC needs.

I have been an Estes customer since 2006 when I first installed a new furnace I had relocated....a little less than 10 years after I got a new AC unit installed also by Estes....I have had a service contract with them since 2006...in fact the Technician just left my house after servicing my AC unit....it is always a pleasure working with the trained, courteous Techs. They are pretty knowledgeable and can promptly address any questions custo ers have. Last year I purchased a new mini-split unit for my den...I hoped Estes could have given me a better price for the purchase but they could not so I went with another Company who provided 2 years of service contracts...you can be sure I will add that service to my Estes contract next year when theirs expire as I am pretty comfortable and confident in Estes service which is a lot more reasonable than most... I enjoy having Jacob, the Technician in my area come to do my service...He is courteous, friendly, efficient and knows how job...He is a pleasure to work with.

We just purchased a new heating/cooling system with Estes Heating and Air. We have had several different people come out to work on system before and never got the service or quality we did with Estes. I felt comfortable from the start when Chase Carden came out to give us the estimate. He was very knowledgable and made us feel like we would be getting quality service. When the installers Robert and Santiago came they were also very professional and knowledgable. When got rain the night before and when they came in they put cloth mats down to protect the flooring from any mud that could have been tracked in. All the work they did looked very professional. They stayed to make sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up behind themselves. You could never tell they were even here other than the fact that we now have a nice cool house. I would recommend Estes to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Estes Services. My A/C wasn't working and American Home Shield kept sending out terrible technicians in order to save money. We had Estes come and the told us the immediate problem and how to fix it. My technician was David Davis and he was patient and extremely competent. He spent the time after the visit to explain things to me and give me advice. He even said that Estes wasn't the only good company. I told him that they were great and that I would only use Estes. Thanks so much David! I hope you have more techs like him.

I would NOT recommend Estes. We got our A/C installed a couple years ago. The sales presentation and onboarding was great! We also signed up with them to get the unit serviced twice a year through their 10 year labor and warranty plan.We paid the annual fee for the service, however when it came time for them to come out, they did not call or text or email to schedule the service or remind us. It felt like they took our service fee and forgot about us. I had to make multiple calls to get a tech to come out and complete the service we paid for.Now it's time to renew the service. We've gotten all kinds of reminders for us to pay for it (postal mail, email, text messages). I feel like when it's time for them to collect our money....they are all in our face with reminders. However, when we need the units serviced, they don't make it as much a priority.I won't be using them anymore. They are a bit overpriced too.I regret the day we ever signed up with Estes and had this Carrier unit installed. We should have gone with our previous installer - Cool Air Mechanical (referred through Costco). They gave us great service!

Once again Estes did a great job for us. Sam came promptly last week after our fall service to explain the reasons we needed to replace 3 furnaces. He actually remembered being in our home some 15 months before when he counseled us about replacing old air conditioning units. Once again he clearly explained our options. The installers arrived on time today and did a very fine job with the installation of 3 units. We could not be more satisfied. We count on Estes.Today 1/7/16 Patrick, Jered, Dylan, Shon, Cody, and Howard came and did a truly outstanding job upgrading our attic insulation and redoing the returns on two of our furnaces to improve the efficiency of the furnaces. We have needed to do the attic insulation for years. We have confidence in Estes due to years of past experience. These men did an outstanding job, explained the work in detail, and followed the plan laid out by David to the letter. We are so impressed with the quality of the work we uniformly get from Estes and have high confidence in the people Estes sends to do the work. Pride in their work seems to be the theme for these men. We can't say enough about how much we trust Estes, not only because the company has the right culture, but primarily because the people who work for Estes are uniformly excellent. An added benefit of course is the rebate we will get from Ga Power because these men have documented their work so well.

Patrick from the building performance department added plywood flooring in my attic for access to the furnace Estes installed. He called me before he came, was professional, nice, worked quickly, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the job.

Estes Services did a fantastic job fixing my home air conditioner unit. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in the same day. Additionally, Jordan M. was very knowledgeable and able to explain every step he was taking to fix the issue from happening again.I will continue to use Estes Services to maintain my system and if future issues arise!

I used Estes to install 2 new air cleaners on two air conditioning systems, plus installing a new faucet in the laundry room, plus repairs to a toliet. ALL of the service reps were very professional, courteous, and competent. They all answered all questions, and made recommendations for future service issues. They are far and away better than the previous service reps used when building this house 15 years ago. I now have confidence that I can depend on Estes to give quality service for air conditioning and plumbing work. Highly recommend. Don't have to worry about getting things done the right way in the future.

When our Estes maintenance man visited us on our semi-annual contract basis, he advised that our attic insulation was significantly low and that we needed to increase it to a higher level if we wanted to save money on our HVAC bills. He suggested we contact Estes for an estimate. We did and contracted with Estes to proceed with the work. We received updates on the arrival time for the crew consisting of Patrick and Paul.They arrived on time and worked efficiently and effectively while safeguarding our home and they provided blow-in insulation to the measured amount. They went above and beyond the call of duty and performed with excellence to complete the job. They then had me review their work to make sure I was satisfied with what they had done.Once they had cleaned up, I signed off on the work and they left. I would recommend Estes and this crew to anyone requiring new or additional home insulation.

Furnace installation. Fray and Ruben came earlier than expected. Professionally and diligently they started to work. Within two hours technicians informed me job was completed. I was showed how thermostat mode works. Seems all is well and done. Thank you Guys.

Estes is great. We purchased a new A/c unit for our condo from Estes that came with a warranty. Typically, I have very little faith in warranties as with a lot of companies, you have to jump through so many hoops to use the warranty. Well, we had some issues with our unit a few weeks ago and John came out the same day we called in for service. He diagnosed the issue, came back a few days later with the new part, and our unit is working perfectly. John is great. Very patient, listens to your concerns, and is very spot on with diagnosing an issue. We also did not have to jump through any hoops with the warranty. Everything was covered. I would recommend Estes to anyone in the Atlanta area.

The technician, Trevor Smith, was very efficient, professional and friendly. I have the utmost confidence that he did an excellent job in servicing my HVAC units. Jason, working by himself, did a very thorough job installing our new Carrier high efficiency furnace on May 8th. He answered all of our questions about the new system and how it would vent, drain, etc. He carefully tested the new unit’s operation on heat and A/C settings. He checked the return vent and helped clean some pet hair out if it so the new unit would work correctly. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly as well. We’re very happy with the job he did.

Not all the service I received from various Estes contractors was perfect; however, what makes Estes a 5 star service provider in my opinion is that they quickly resolve any issues or complaints I have ever had without ever complaining.So, my suggestion, to get the best results with Estes, and probably with all 5 star providers, is speak up when you notice things aren't up to the standard you seek, and in my experience, Estes, will make sure it's done right.

We've used Estes since we purchased our home in 1995. Our home did not have central air when we purchased it, and it was installed by Estes. We've always gone back to them when it was time for new equipment and we've had a service contract on our system for 20 years. We've always received great service.We just replaced our 20-year-old furnace. The installers were Jason & Marcus. They did a great job. They showed up right on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I would have hardly known they were here if my dog hadn't been barking at them a lot of the time.

They told me it was $2800 to replace my AC blower motor. Within a few minutes I was able to find a replacement part on eBay for $275. I installed it myself in 15 minutes. Now my AC works great.I would have happily paid upwards of $1200 for this. But man, $2800 for something I did myself in under an hour? That's shameful.

Alex installed our EcoBee 4 today and did a fabulous job! What should have been an easy install for us proved difficult when the low voltage wire was not connected for our thermostat. We had Estes out to install a new Mini-Split unit in a space we are finishing out in our home. We also upgraded our hot water heater to a new tankless unit. Brad, Brandon, Tyler, & David handled our Mini-Split installation and they were all great! Estes installed a new heating/air system in my condo this past week. The work was performed by Hector and Damey. They did an excellent job. They arrived at the scheduled time and were professional, courteous, and friendly. Once they finished the installation, they cleaned up everything. Hector then explained what they had done. He explained the new wiring they had added, showed me the safety features of the system, and showed me how the new thermostat worked. Estes is lucky to have Hector and Damey.

We had our furnace replaced by Estes a few years ago and just had our ancient air conditioner replaced. We've also had a service agreement with them for a few years, and have always had great service and reasonable prices. Everyone in the office has been helpful and kind (particularly Lacey, most recently!). Donald B. and Clay W. did our recent A/C installation, and they were timely, fast and professional, and it looks great! I'm looking forward to warmer temps to really enjoy the new system.

Today, we had two technicians (Adrian and Sherman) come to complete some work and they were amazing. I have been a long-term customer of Estes and they have always been extremely responsive for all service requests. Most recently, I needed a repair that required a part to be ordered. I was contacted as soon as it was available and scheduled promptly to finish the repair. Brad and Brandon did the repair and they were both very professional. They let me know how long it would take to complete the installation, cleaned up after themselves and went over everything with me prior to initiating payment. I could not be more pleased with the services provided.

We had a great experience with Estes when our AC was having issues in the middle of a heat wave. Sam was able to fit us into his schedule to provide a quote earlier than we expected, and then Carlos and Brandyn were great in replacing our AC 2 days later. Estes is an amazing company. Everyone is professional, timely, and honest. Sam came out to give us a quote for our new furnace. He made a great first impression. He took time to give a proper assessment, answer my questions, and work out a very reasonable quote. Robert and Santiago came 3 days later to install the furnace. Once again, they were professional and timely. They got right to work and finished within a few hours. They took time to show me their work and to explain what they did. They also gave me a tutorial for our new thermostat. I will recommend Estes to anyone!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Our AC unit started acting up and due to its age was due for a replacement. Laverne was the salesman who helped us make the decision to go with Estes. He took the time to go over all our options and was extremely knowledgeable. After deciding to go with Estes scheduling was simple and they were able to come on Saturday which was perfect for our work schedule. I wish that I can give negative review such as -100 stars. I purchased my house on middle of October 2017 and Estes Services installed new HVAC system at my house on end of October 2017 (Paid $18,888.00). And I moved into my house on early November finally. Since I had service contract and warranty on the system w/ Estes, I had no worry on my HVAC system at all. On August 11th, First summer after I moved into my house, I've notice water spots and cracks on my ceiling. I went up attic; notice condensate were every where under HVAC ducts still dripping under HVAC handler. Called Estes. They came, saying my attic was causing problems and took off. Had hired 3rd HVAC company. Found that my HVAC was not properly installed and leaking. Estes's manager came to my house. He finally admit that they made mistake. they will replace with new Ducts and correct the issues yet Estes would not repair the damage done to my house. They insist that touch paint water stains on ceiling will take care of everything and they will do it with their own people. I had to bring other contractors. Damages were bigger than I ever imagined. 1.Mold were growing in my attic and one of bed room. 2. Many of ceiling light fixtures were not working and water were sitting on from wet insulation. 3. Estes installed broken barker in eclectic panel and left burned maker. Since Estes were not fixing any of the damage they created at my house, I had to use my home owner insurance and my own expanse to get rid of mold. My Thanks giving and X-mas holiday were gone. I am still living with paint peeling ceiling and fighting with home owner insurance to help me to paint the ceiling. I informed Estes the damages; emailed to everyone at Estes including Sam Estes (owner of the company). Estes's manager, Glyn Strickland promised that he will replace ducts, vent boots and plenum with new, send his electrician to check all wires, issue one year install warranty from the date they came out to repair (12/26/2018), issue one year service contract. So far nothing has been reserved. do not use this company!!!Estes installed new HVAC system on Late October 2017. I moved into my house on early November 2017. It was winter time and I was mainly using heater. When the city inspection person came to my house, there were no condensate on ducts since condensate was creating with AC only. Inspection person passed inspection without realizing the system was licking. On August 11th 2018, I discovered that the HVAC system was licking and not installed correctly.I just reported and verified about Estes' claim (about my home owner insurance's statement on this situation) to my home owner insurance company. My home owner insurance had no contact with Estes so far. However, I was told that now Estes will have to answer all these expenses to repair damage at my house and the false statement in legal matter.It has been 7 months since I reported this problem to Estes. Estes is dis-earnest and not being responsible on their mistake. I gave them enough time to fix their mistake but instead of fixing their mistake, they are lying now. What they did to my life and my house is not acceptable at all.This people are so wrong!!!After all this, instead of fixing the damage and repair/correct the HVAC system, they decide to lie on public!Do not believe any comment they made - it is lie!!!State Farm never told Estes that it is not their mistake. I verified this with State Farm! Do not believe their lie!!!

Your Plumber John was wonderful in assessing and tracking down why our toilets continually clog and overflow. He was thorough and didn't give up for 2 days! Cleared the lines and reset the main toilet with ease!

We recently had our heating unit stop working and they were very quick at diagnosing the problem, offering options for repairing and ultimately sent two helpful technicians to install a new unit. I've been an Estes customer for over 20 years and my most recent experience lived up to the high level of service I've come to expect. Justin Hendrix and Mike Mendez from the electrical department arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. They explained my options and did the repair work at a very fair price. I was so impressed that I signed up for an Estes electrical preventive maintenance contract.

Estes always calls ahead and lets me know when they will be arriving. They came out for my 6 month maintenance, they come and get the job done and they also checked on my new iwave-R. The best thing I have had added to my house and its working great. I will continue with Estes because they are the best. Havent had any problems with them at all. I've been using Estes for years. I just had them install new 19 seer HVAC systems in my house. Mike Todd was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. On the day of install they were efficient and prompt! Very happy with Estes and the service they provide.

Jordan and Brad installed a new A/C system for us recently. They were professional, arrived promptly and did a great job. We've used Estes for several years now and have always been pleased.

We've used Estes almost 30 years. We like that they carry quality products and that their staff is well-trained. Carlos and Giovanni did the hard part and got our A/C up and running. Stephen and Jacob did the diagnostics and got our new equipment ordered. Stephen came out Thursday, Jacob Friday and Carlos and Giovanni Monday, so you have to give them credit for fast work and investing in inventory.

My Carrier compressor was failing after 1 yr and 2 weeks from being installed by Estes. The technician David Davis was excellent and made a call to make sure my 1 yr service warranty would still cover the repair. They handled the work in less than a week. I highly recommend Estes for professional work.

New HVAC system installed. Installers (Marcus and Bryan) were extremely professional and courteous. Brand New wall hung heat pump was wired incorrectly from manufacturer, Collin my salesperson came out and rewired it correctly from schematic! That's going the extra mile for customer service. The technician who performed the maintenance and installation of the smart thermostat is very knowledgeable about the carrier products and the Estes company. Marcus and Bryan were very professional and thorough when they installed extra vents to make our air conditioning work more efficiently in keeping our house cool. Great experience and wonderful service with Estes Handyman Patrick Lydon! I had a mishap with an Estes Electrician installing a ceiling fan which resulting in several large holes in my ceiling and wall (great electrician, it was an honest mistake and a tricky house). When I told Estes about the incident they sent over Patrick Lydon to fix the holes. Patrick fixed the holes perfectly and took careful time and consideration to make sure there was no evidence of any previous holes. It really was amazing. He also took extra steps to fully clean up and left the house looking better than when he arrived! Would 100% recommend and use again. 5 Stars!

I had Jeremy out first, he spent about an hour going over and diagnosing my problem and giving me an estimate. After approving the estimate they ordered the part, came in in a couple of days and Estes called and scheduled the repair. Repair day, Jason got to my house on time, 9:30am, introduced himself and got right to work. He said he usually had a second helper for this job, but today he had called out. The repair took a little more than 5 hours, Jason working the whole time. When everything was installed and he had checked it over he hit the switch and I was back in business, AC working great. I would say that Jeremy and Jason made a really good team and I would recommend them as well as Estes anytime you need AC work done.

Today Fray and Dakota spent over 8 hours installing a new A/C, furnace and hot water heater in my townhouse. Tyler and David performed a Heating and AC installation for us on 03/29/23. They did and outstanding job. The old system had to be removed. Everything looked very neat when finished. They were very helpful explaining how the system worked and collaborative on the real-time details of the job (e.g. where to place the new return, where/how to place the outdoor unit). I honestly can't envision an installation done with more care and quality. They cleaned up everything and left no trace of their visit (other than the new unit). I received estimates from 4 different major players in the Atlanta area and while they weren't the cheapest, their statement of work was the most detailed giving me the confidence that I would end up with what I asked for.

Justin Hancock, sales technician with Estes Services arrived on time and discovered through a complete evaluation of my A/C system major problems that lead to my decision to replace my A/C system. Tyler and David, installation technicians with Estes Services arrived a head of schedule and proceeded to remove the old A/C unit and install the new unit. Tyler and David work well together and completed the project in a short 4 hr period. Upon completion they cleaned up the project area. We had some plumbing work done by another company and the plumbers broke an air conditioner line, releasing freon. Estes was called and came immediately. Coston and Tristan were here most of the day and made the tricky repair without complications. Patrick came the same day to repair a dry wall issue when the service technician stepped in the wrong place. We cannot say enough about these highly professional employees. We have been with Estes for over 40 years and have found them to be consistently reliable and responsive.

I had no trouble booking a service call with Estes & the technician Jason was out to our home in less than 24 hours. Jason was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. They were on the high side of things. I always get more than one quote and their $2,100 job was eat by two other reputable companies and included the exact same things. Logan was nice however the pricing was very pricey. It saddens me because they had been servicing the property since the 80s.

This was the summer our home A/C unity died. Our experience with Estes Services from the time we placed the initial call thru the conclusion of our newly installed A/C system was exceptional. While it was expensive to replace the whole HVAC system, Eric and Dakota were there on time, worked super hard ALL DAY (even in 130 degree attic heat...) and were both professional and nice. The very next day I had a problem with the other AC unit. It was NOT due to anything they did, but Richard came out anyway, did what he could to keep the cost to a minimum and had me up and running in no time. You get what you pay for and the level of service and knowledge with Estes is obviously awesome!

This is the first time I have used Estes and I must say I have been quite impressed. Lee Smith was my technician. He was here to check the A/C and while doing so uncovered some issues regarding matching of equipment. He explained long term options which I might want to pursue, but didn't pressure me to make some sort of commitment to changing out equipment. In the end he recommended that we add Freon and keep an eye on the system which was the least expensive of the options. Lee was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I am sold on Estes.

Carlos and Brandyn called at 8 a.m. to say they’d be arriving at 8:30. They arrived a few minutes before time and started on the new system. It didn’t take very long. They loaded the old system after completion and they were finished by 1 pm. It was a great experience and it’s comfortable and cool in our finished basement.

I have a four years old ac unit that has been installed and maintained by Estes, they are really good and knowledgeable. I get an automated reminder to get my inspection done and they are so good about it, I did schedule for an inspection today and I got Coston come in the afternoon (the same day) to do my inspection for my heater. I have two cats, and a litter box inside the house and so I deal with dust and cat fur in my home, so I have to constantly sweep and dust. I have a 1950s built condo and the closet where my ac, heater and water heater is so super tiny so the machine that they use to clean dust particles is unable to get inside the tight space to get my unit clean. Coston suggested a plan B, an ionizer to keep the unit from eventually clogging sooner than expected. He has been awesome and able to do everything the same day. He made the whole process easy because he is knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Estes!

They ran into some issues and had to return another day to install my thermostats and once again they arrived early and finished the job quickly. I've been using Estes services for years now for regular maintenance on my AC and furnace units. They are always on time, clean and does great work. Also, they teach you about different components of what's being serviced, which helps in up keep of your systems. They worked as quietly as possible and the finished product was amazing. They even added an extra switch closer to the new furnace and put in a new safety kill switch. I had two completely new systems recently installed by Estes. Jordan, Scottie, Tyler, and Chris were excellent. They got the job done with minimal noise and stayed until everything was working perfectly, even though they had an almost two hour drive going back. They did everything that I expected and the two systems work great. They cleaned up everything inside and out.

I just had my spring HVAC inspection, and once again Paul did an excellent job of checking everything, cleaning the AC unit, and providing good customer service. He has been my technician for over two years. I've used Estes in the past. But, 4 years ago I had another company install a new AC unit, and I immediately regretted it. It never worked properly.I had Estes' service contract and called for appointment and expected to wait weeks. I got an appointment 2 days later. The tech was on time, very thorough with his inspection and work needed (sorry, I didn't get his name). His assessment was checked by a comfort analyst Justin Hancock.The repair techs, Jered and Trevor, were hard working pros. They replaced major parts of my system in a very small crawl space.I've always been pleased with Estes in the past and pleased today.

Marcus, Christian, and Adrian completed our install a little under two weeks ago, and did a great job. They were friendly, communicative, and got everything set up in less time than originally estimated. I would definitely use Estes again, from the first estimate and discussion with Russell through the install, I had no complaints and everyone made the process as smooth as possible.

Estes Services was completely professional from the beginning to end. We used them in 2021 during an emergency when our air conditioner stopped working. They were able to repair it temporarily to get us through the rest of the year. We did have Chris McBride come out and give us a few quotes but at the time, we just couldn't swing replacing the unit.Fast forward to this year, I reached out to Chris M. again who came by my house the next day to draw up a new estimate. Chris was easy to work with and knowledgeable of what was needing to be done.This quote was on a Tuesday and the whole team was at my house on Friday for AC replacement and new duct work for returns in the attic. They worked fast, efficient, and were in and out within 1/2 a day. Geovani, Carlos, and Brandyn were perfect.On Monday (today at the time of writing 5/16/2022) Howard and Patrick showed up to build an encasement for the return that was exposed. They were quick and were in and out in no time. The work looks great as if the wall existed the whole time. They even did the base molding which is something I didn't even think about.I've currently talked to them about doing insulation as well just because this whole process from start to finish has been great.10/10 would recommend.

I just paid $60 for an water leak inspection. All they did was show up and tell me what I already told them and left. (I have running water in the walls no visible leaks. My water heater runs constantly but when I turn it off the running water stops. I figured out there was a busted pipe in the ground three days before they showed) While the technician was nice all he could do is recommend another company come detect my water leak and then told me how much it would be to repair it and left. I feel ripped off. Won't be calling them back.

I had a new HVAC system installed today. The installers Jeremy and Luke did an outstanding job. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Estes Heating and Air. Also Chris Mcbride was a big help in my selecting Estes and Carrier for my system. After receiving two other quotes I selected Estes at an actual higher price because Chris was the most professional of the three in performing his j-load assessment. it gave me the confidence that Estes was the correct vendor for me.

I've tried calling their emergency number and it goes to a message saying that no one is available to answer at this time. I called a number I had from the installation day and after a few calls he said he got a hold on the maintenance manager and that he was going to see what's going on. Long story short, there's no answer in their emergency line on a Saturday at 9:30 am and there's no return calls either.They Installed an exterior tankless gas water heater. They promised the unit won't freeze and it did.Amazingly the cold water is fine! We have plenty of freezing cold water but the hot line is frozen!! Makes no sense at all.The installation doesn't seem to had been done completely to 100% standards. The pipes are not insulated and the holes they made into the wall are not sealed.

Estes just installed a new furnace and air conditioner and the service was excellent. The estimate for the work was competitive or better then other estimates I received. Their techs showed up on time and worked very hard all day. I had a difficult installation in my attic, but they didn't give up and didn't finish until 12:45am! I would recommend them 100% for your heating and cooling services.

We are big fans of Estes. Raymond has been our service person for years and does a great job. This year our A-C went out and Raymond explained to us how it was not worth repairing and the advantage of replacing it. Raymond also let us know our hot water heater was discarding hot water out the outside of the house. He Call Chris who came out the the next work day. Chris also did a great job giving us several options. We made our decision and arranged to have the new unit put in the same week.Fray, OT, & Dakota came, installed the new unit and replaced the hot water heater. The guys were super nice and explained everything they did. Some modifications had to be made, but there were no extra costs. All this happened in less than a week. Excellent job by all of the Estes crew.

I called Estes Services to perform maintenance on my water heater - which apparently you are supposed to do yearly but no one does. They quoted me a price and sent an email to confirm. Their service person (Kent) called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and showed up on time. Once here, Kent let me know that the original quote was actually more than the service would cost and explained why - he certainly could have charged me the original price. Kent was professional and thorough, explained everything he was doing and why. I highly recommend and would use them again.

I've been slow to respond because I've been catching up on sleep.Sleep missed because of the heatwave. the service was more than five stars! If your capacitor goes out save yourself $361 and order a new one off Amazon for $36. Undo 2 screws and install it yourself. If you're not sure pay the $80 for the service call to tell you the capacitor is bad. $282 for $36 dollar part that can be installed in 5 minutes is robbery. Went out to say no thanks and it was already installed.

I have always had really good experiences with Estes and today was no different. I had a hole in my refrigerant line that was inaccessible from the attic. Alex, Tristian, and Josh came out and spent the entire day diagnosing the issue and then pinpointing the leak. By doing such careful measuring and prep work before cutting into my drywall, they only had to make 1 hole which was great. Once they found the leak they were able to repair it and then get my cooling system back online. It was a really long day and I appreciate all of their hard work.

The positive reviews for Estes are warranted! I researched and met with several companies before deciding on Estes to replace one of my a/c units. They are slightly more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I received the best customer service from Estes beginning with our initial home visit, ending with the installation. Chris McBride was the rep who walked me through our new unit selection. He was extremely personable and funny (while maintaining his professionalism) and answered every question I asked (all 1,000 of them!). Mark and Jared installed our new unit. I could barely tell they were here as they maneuvered around making sure everything was top notch. Their 4-5 hours of work made me feel confident the install was thorough and handled with care. They were also professional and took their time explaining my new unit and answering questions. I'm tying up a few loose ends with Estes which is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. However, I'm confident they will finalize everything with as much care as they have thus far.

Tyler and David arrived early this morning and after a quick introduction to my home they got to it. They installed a new, complete HVAC system in my home during a heatwave in June! I was very please with Estes. They were able to access my HVAC unit, which is located on the roof of my house, when the first company I called said they could not. They showed up well within their appointment window every time and always gave me a call to let me know when they were 30 minutes from arriving. In particular, the two technicians I worked with, Lee and Trey, were very friendly and professional. I felt that they gave me clear, detailed information about my repair options and offered advice that was truly in my best interest. I will definitely use Estes for future repairs and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I called to schedule service on Wednesday. Was confirmed for Friday. At 3pm and 5pm on Friday I called and spoke to Elisa (very nice ) and she assured me the tech would be on their way. Just got a call from Paul and he said it’s too late and I don’t want to get wet and deal with this right now. Elisa told me I could call til 8. Now it’s 620p and I can’t get through. I have spent THOUSANDS with this company. Never again. This is ridiculous. I could have confirmed someone else to do the work. Estes ain’t cheap at all folks. So frustrated. Wish I could give zero stars.Edit : Paul kindly called me back after he realized he came off short and explained : “we don’t cut deck boards “ well that’s exact what I told the service department that was needed to get to the water line. Again, ridiculous. If I was told this I could have some one come by and pop off the deck boards prior to today.

David Sharpe did a great job with my install. He was on time and finished within a couple hours and cleaned up after the job. The other Estes representatives that I worked with to get this done were also very professional and responsive (Brandon & Nicole).

They installed a mini split system and after a few days the wall anchor is coming away from the bracket ,they left my duct work messed up from old system, the electrician drilled too low in siding and chipped that, they scratched the finish off the outdoor unit, now waiting for people to come repair all these issues but they were not the cheapest quote but so far have done a terrible job in the quality of their work. They came back and fixed some of the issues but I may have to call them back again due to sloppy install on the electrical whip as the first holes were too low so they damaged my siding 2nd try it looks like only half the clip is secure so over time it will droop down. Does not look up to code to me….they rush the process and do sloppy work in my opinion or at least the crew I had dealings w…now a 3rd visit already had a supervisor supposed to come out this week and a water leak appears to be coming from the new system and they won’t send anyone out until Monday so the mold can grow faster I guess???As an update they made it right by removing the mini split and repairing the house and issuing a full refund and were equally shocked and dissatisfied w the crew that did the work. They either did not have the drain hooked up at all or completely causing the leak and broke a clip inside the unit to cause a rattle in any case it is gone now.

We had an entirely new HVAC system installed shortly after buying a new home and learning that ours was not the appropriate size. The team sent to our house was Brad, Brandon,Tyler, and David, and they were awesome. Such hard workers, communicative, tidy, and I’m really not sure they ever even took a break! They seemed to genuinely care about making sure we were comfortable on our home again. We feel good about the product we received and really can’t believe how quickly everything was turned around and installed, given the magnitude of the project.

they say you get what you pay for, that came true for us when we worked with Estes. Had a new AC unit installed by a different company, and let alone the unprofessionalism that the company showed, the system stopped working in just 1 day. then we contacted Estes, which we should have done earlier. It was a difference of night and day. From the first convo with the dispatch lady till the pro arriving and getting the work done, they were nothing short of professional.scheduling was so easy and they keep you posted about each thing, from arrival time to estimate of work and then detailed diagnosis.Yes they arent the cheapest but without a doubt the quality of their service is well worth it.

My furnace (original to 25 year old home) stopped working. I got four quotes from reputable companies. Estes was not only a great price, but Leverne, who quoted me on the replacement unit, understood what I wanted and I felt confident choosing Estes. I have been a loyal Estes customer since 1998. Outstanding service, quality Carrier products warrantied for ten years. I had two central air conditioning systems replaced today with energy efficient Carrier units by two outstanding technicians-O.T. and Brian.They worked all day and were not in a rush. It was very clear that they were not leaving until the new systems were perfect. While there are many heating and air conditioning companies operating in the Atlanta area, they are all looking up to Estes. I maintain a service agreement for all of my heating and air conditioning systems and I recommend that arrangement. Juan and Bryan took care of the installation of a new Carrier HVAC system, replacing an old, tired Trane system. They showed up punctually, went right to work, carefully moved items, put floor coverings down, and were very polite, professional, and courteous individuals. Marcus and Bryan were very professional. They worked diligently all day in extreme heat. They were awesome. Estes knows how to treat customers. My comfort consultant Leverne Jackson came out the same day when I had no ac when temperatures were over 90 degrees. He explained all my options and also recommended some duct work tweaks for better air flow based upon my issues. Highly recommend these guys. No wonder they have been in business so long.

We had Preston come to repair a water leak that ended up needing a new water heater. Preston was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are well pleased with the work performed.Thomas inspected our HVAC unit is keeping an eye on a couple of things that may need repair or replacement in the future. We have been pleased with the quality of work from Estes.

This is my second 5-star review for Estes. Chris and Cale came this week to replace our heat pump. It was a big job, but they made it look easy. Once the work was done, they cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. They even found some touch up wall paint and touch up around the area where the new thermostat exposed the old paint and where there were marks on the wall. It was a pleasure to have them, and we will continue to use Estes as out go-to!

I scheduled service on my kitchen exhaust but the technician informed me when they arrived they no longer perform this service (despite sales signing me up for it and recommending an annual service contract). The scheduler said they would be sending a new technician out who could perform the service that day. I never heard back. To their credit I was refunded for the annual contact when I called back again, but a lot of hassle could have been avoided if they had been up front they stopped performing kitchen exhaust services.

It's never any fun to have your furnace go out...especially during a cold snap before the holidays but I knew it was coming as my furnaces were old and on their last leg. Estes to the rescue! For many years, I have relied on Estes Heating & Air to maintain my furnaces and air conditioners via an annual maintenance agreement. I trusted my regular technician Lamar (who retired this year...happy retirement Lamar!) to keep me up and running. It was only natural to turn to the Estes team again to replace my old equipment and set me up with a new and efficient system. The nice ladies answering the phone did a great job getting someone out to the house quickly to analyze the units and costs for replacing...enter Chase who did a great job explaining the systems for replacement and working with me on a payment plan. We scheduled an installation date and the crew arrived promptly...as always, polite and ready to get the job done. Fray, O.T., Ryan and David did an excellent job and had all systems running smoothly when they left. Fray took time to show me the new thermostats and explain warranty registrations. I called Estes the next day and had my regular technician, Russell, stop by to check out a plastic odor which I found unusual (he checked everything and explained the odor was the residue of a sealant drying which would dissipate in a couple of days...he was right). While at my home, Russell took time to program my thermostats and give me more info on the systems...and all of this was on Christmas Eve! I'm so pleased to have a new system...and I would certainly recommend Estes for installation as well as maintenance.

Estes service replace my attic steps. The service tech was on its way up to service. The AC unit in the hinge broke away from the ladder. The tech took pictures of the ladder . Call his supervisor submitted the pictures . Within days Estes out Mr. Patrick and Tobias to install a attic ladder . Patrick and Tobias done. A super job installing the ladder. Very professional. Nick Henderson did an excellent job of diagnosing a problem in our house of an elecrical circuit that failed. Resetting the circuit breaker did not correct the problem. He found that the problem was a soft reset that he corrected. He also found an open connection on another circuit and repaired that problem as well. In addition, he found on other breaker that was hanging of the buss and reinstalled it.I am most happy with the skillfull service Mr. Henderson provided to me. I recommend him and Estes Services enthusiastically. They are welcome to use me as a reference at any time.

We had Estes come out last week after our air conditioner went to its maker in the sky. Everyone was so nice and helpful - Alan did his best to try and repair our old unit. Collin our sales rep was so patient with all my questions and did not try to pressure us to buy anything we did not need. Had multiple services performed by Estes Services this week. Monday upstairs HVAC tune-up and diagnostic with Darryl, Friday am Upstairs A/C warranty repair with Ken and also new A/C install with Jason & Josh. All technicians were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with! All work areas were left neat and clean. Laverne, salesman, was also enjoyable to work with.

Recently, the A/C unit for the main floor of my house developed a coolant leak and was impractical to repair given the age of the system. In looking for a new replacement A/C and coil, I contacted 3 companies online to get estimates. Estes immediately called me back and scheduled a convenient appointment after 5pm so as not to conflict with my work schedule. The Estes rep, Chase, showed up right on time and was extremely helpful, informative and did not try to upsell me to a more expensive unit. While Estes estimate was in the middle of the 3 that I had talked to, I went with them anyway because of Estes reputation and the honest and open manner in which Chase helped me. We were able to schedule the install the next day and Carlos and Rafael showed up bright and early. They were friendly and professional and worked hard for about 4 hours to do the install and install 2 new return ducts. The new unit works great and is icy cold. I would highly recommend Estes Services to anyone considering a new A/C.

Patrick and Aaron from the Building Performance division of Estes came and repaired our walls following the replacement and move of our electrical breaker box. They both were very professional with the service provided. The repairs were so well done that it was difficult to determine where the repairs were made. They even cleaned up when finished. Fantastic service yesterday. I have a contract with Estes for heating/air, electric and plumbing. I love that they are just a call away when I need them! They were also great before I had the contract when I would call they on an as needed basis. Either way, Estes is a good supplier of services.Yesterday I got the (free, under my contract) spring maintenance of my air conditioner and furnace. And, he then analyzed why my heat/air is uneven throughout the house. Very useful! He really went the extra mile for me.And, he was so polite and respectful of my home. I love the little booties all the Estes folks wear when they come inside, and the way they take away any trash like the old filter when they leave.And, Estes is great about coming in the timeframe they tell you they will.

Brad and Brandon were phenomenal!! My unit was leaking into the return air box and was filling it up with water, needed a filter rack (filter slot was bent from previous installer and filters were getting sucked into the unit), not enough return air coming in, and supply ducts that were pinched off. So many different issues to tackle that they worked on diligently and efficiently to make sure everything was properly addressed. Then they took the time to walk me through how the dampers work and explain the airflow of the system. We checked all the vents and they are getting much better airflow, no more leaks since the unit is draining properly with the pump they put in, and my unit can now effectively battle it out with this Georgia heat! Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and top notch service!!

Had my air conditioner replaced today. The 40 days of 90+ temperatures sent my old unit to its final resting place. The Estes technicians, Fray & Dakota, were the best!! I previously had a contractor install a new heating system in Jun 2022 and when I called to have them service the unit for the winter they would not respond which caused me to look for another company to service my heating unit. Estes was who I called and thanks to Techs Jason and Tobias and the sales rep Justin what could have been a tragic situation was avoided. The work performed by the previous company had several things that were not to code and had I had a gas leak, from a flex line being installed incorrectly along with other things done not to code, would have caused my home to explode. The fact that you go on the expertise of contractors and they tend to be unscrupulous, about the money only and, not the quality of their work has make me go solely in the future on bigger companies with a known proven record of quality work. You end the end may pay more but you get guaranteed, quality, professional work done. Thank you Estes and the individuals that corrected a hazardous situation I did not know I found myself in. Estes was a pleasure to work with! I was referred to a manager and he immediately responded to my text and we were on the phone in minutes. After that conversation, I was on the phone with a sales rep within a few hours and had a consultation/free quote scheduled for the next morning. They were honest and informative and took the fact that I was open about seeking multiple quotes very well. I had techs out the very next day to install my new unit - all wearing masks, gloves, and booties. The whole process took less than 48 hours which was much appreciated! Purchasing a new heating and air system is a big financial decision and you need to have confidence in the consultant. My comfort consultant Billy Dixon made my decision to use Estes an easy one. He was the only consultant that took the time to assess all aspects of my home heating and air system and answered all my questions.The installation team of Robert and Santiago, arrived on time, performed their job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I am highly satisfied with this experience and recommend them.

My configurations had gotten changed and I called Estes to see if they had an appointment. The guy that came out was real thorough and he took care of my issue in timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.

I was having extreme difficulty with American Home Shield regarding a water heater with a manufacturer defect; over 4 weeks with no hot water and going back and forth between the home warranty and the useless companies they sent out. Estes made it a PRIORITY to come out as this was clearly an emergency with a child and pregnant fiancé in the household. They were able to replace the unit the next morning. A few months later I had an AC issue where the unit was not cooling and it ran 90+ inside daily for almost a week. I refused to go through the warranty again as the appointments were set too far out and deal with approvals/denials again. Estes was able to come out for the unit the next day again, and fix it on the spot. I ended up purchasing the yearly plan they offer, something I should’ve done before getting a home warranty.

Update: Mike B and Dylan T were here today to cut the vent in for the bathroom. This 64 year old house has tile floors that are about 3 inches thick with tile, cement and wood. They did a nice professional job on the installation, and were a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with all of the work that has been done on my house by Estes, and I will continue to use them for any other services that I need.For the first time in months I have a nice warm house. My experience with Estes has been great from start to finish. My initial consulation with Chase was very good, he took the time to explain all options and made great suggestions about the type of system that I needed. The installation team was here right on time today, and finshed the whole job in one day. They removed all of the exsiting system, installed all new equipment and ducts, and had everything up and running in what seemed like no time at all. Thank you Jared, James and Jacob for all of your hard work, I appreciate your time and effort. I highly recommend such a nice, friendly and professional group to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Patrick was as professional as they get. He was very informative on the work he performed and took the time to explain all the necessary steps. His workmanship was exemplary as was the post install cleanup.

Technicians came to my home unprepared. They were supposed to a new fix ceiling fan and 5 outlets and install another outlet. They came with two trucks and only did two outlets. They do not offer flexible times. This is the second time in one month I had to take off work the full day.

I had to replace my HVAC unit due to age and maintenance issues. The purchase of the new HVAC unit was simple and easy. Scheduled the installation date and the team from Estes arrived first thing in the morning. Carlos, Brandyn, Jared, and Byron did great work in installing the new HVAC unit and were done around lunch. They explained what they did and all new equipment installed. They also cleaned up everything after it was completed. I would recommend these guys from Estes if you need work done on your AC unit or need a new one installed.

Marcus, Kyree, and Bryan put in a new AC/Heating unit in the attic. They brought down the old unit and installed new unit. There was no damage to the walls in the stairwells and they cleaned up after they were done. It went much smoother than I thought it would go. I will ask for this team again when we need another unit replaced.

The Plumber was very knowledgeable and Professional. He went out of his way to solve my issues and handled several other preventive issues. I love Estes Services. They are great. Customer service is first class.

Marcus & Jeff did an excellent job installing my ac. They called to let me know they were in route, cleaned up all areas inside and outside, and were all around professional. Marcus showed me how to program my thermostat.

I was given a call by the Technical Team prior to arrival. Lead Technician did introduce the Team & it was discussed what locations the work was to be distributed & the projected time frame work could be completed. Noticed up front the position the Team took preparing to enter the home with each having a pair of shoe covers in hand. The Team worked straight through the installation Process of both the Heating & AC Units.Demonstrated professional, did not mind discussing work that was being done & was sure Drop Cloths were placed on the floors in sensitive work locations. After all work was completed, we were shown the locations the units were installed, in addition to the Technician explaining to my wife & I how to operate both Thermostats through Demonstrations for us to visually see the operation procedures. At the closing another Technician handed us the operating material & final signing of all paperwork was completed. Excellent job by all involved for the home, customer & overall services. Just had my furnace and central air conditioning unit replaced and added a heat pump. I have been a customer of Estes for several years now so when I had to replace my unit, I knew I wanted them to do the work for me. Thank you for your help to update our homes' HVAC systems. From start to finish, I feel we were treated well. Laverne began with a thorough and detailed assessment of our three systems. We knew they were old and may need to be replaced. Laverne confirmed that with a comprehensive assessment. He didnt just say replace them. Of the three systems, upstairs, main and basement, the upstairs was not working, the main and basement were. But the main had a leak and would join the upstairs at some point. Laverne pointed this all out with details and his experience and understanding of our situation. He quoted us a price and did not push. He answered questions, but did not belittle our lack of understanding. He pointed out certain features that would help, but did not force us to accept them all. He was professional, courteous and informative. When we accepted, Laverne didnt disappear with his sale. He scheduled, advised, double checked and made sure we got our systems set up as soon as possible. The team that did the install was Marcus and Jeff. Marcus appeared to be training Jeff. Marcus was quiet, focused and intent on not overlooking anything. They were at our house from about 10 am to about 8 pm. They worked continually. I was expecting my wife to call and say they took a break and would finish tomorrow. Marcus was very focused, very professional and talked to everyone in a calm, quiet, clear and professional manner and got the job done without any silly excuses. We have had the benefit of having very good service techs take care of our Carrier equipment. That is why our SEER 10 systems lasted 25 years. I have an annual service plan with Estes and feel that they do a thorough job and always send out good quality employees. When one of our AC Evaporator Coils started leaking we were faced with investing money into a legacy cooling system (R-22 which is becoming obsolete) or purchasing a new AC Condenser and Evaporator coil system. I called out another highly rated company to get competitive pricing since this is a major purchase.My Estes sales rep, Russell, did a great job working through a few options. I ended up selecting Estes based on the history of service with them, pricing and my comfort with level with Russell and they way we worked through all options. I decided to replace both systems.During installation, something came up with one of the crew members and since they rode together the rest of the crew had to leave and drop him off. With a smaller crew and in the middle of one of the hottest days of the summer(after coming back) Jordan and Scottie had to install one of the coil systems in a dangerously hot attic. They did everything they could including taking turns, and cycling to other parts of the job to recharge and get the attic portion done safely. Ends up that this project went deep into the evening but they both kept a great attitude and I never doubted that our AC units would be up and running before they left.I inspected the work, both inside and out, and can see that no corners were cut. I'm very happy with my experience, and am grateful that Estes employs talented people with good attitudes.

I called Estes first thing Wednesday morning letting them know I needed my AC unit to be replaced. Estes had someone there on Thursday afternoon getting me a quote. And on Friday, they were there to install the new system.Replacing an AC unit is not fun and it is expensive. The people at Estes are very friendly and helpful. They're aware going through the process of replacing the AC unit is not an enjoyable experience and it is expensive, but they make the process as easy as possible and do not pressure you. He was friendly and went to work immediately. He cleaned the unit, replaced two filters (for both units) and mentioned two parts that needed to be replaced but he wasn't pushy about it. We decided to go ahead with the replacement. After he was finished he showed us the two old parts and I'm amazed that the unit was even working, based on the condition of these parts. He did an awesome job and I rate him 5 stars (since that's the highest rating available). Excellent, friendly service.

Thomas worked diligently to determine why the unit was not operating. He was able to identify the issue. The part was on back order so the only issue was the amount of time we had to wait for the part to arrive. Once it did Estes placed on the schedule and the repair was completed.

Mitchell and David did an excellent job installing our new furnace unit in the basement. They were very professional and kept us informed of their progress during the install. And, we just had new carpet installed the day before, so they were extra careful - which was very much appreciated!

When I first realized that I was having issues with my A/C, I knew I needed to contact Estes Heating & Air because of their great reputation and services. Upon calling the service line, I was able to be scheduled within one business day which is GREAT when it is 98 degrees outside and no air. My parents used Estes for a long time and I will continue to use them. Jairus had come to check on our heating system a few years back when there was a problem, and I was glad it was him to check on a problem with the air condition system. He refilled the air unit with something to help it work better until we could get a new system. He is very kind and professional and explains things clearly. The next day Leverne came out to show me the different hvac systems since we would need to get a new one. He didn't try to push the more expensive ones on me, but made it clear that our house could go with the least expensive system. He was also very kind and professional. A couple days later Jered and Trevor came to install a whole new HVAC system. They arrived early, explained things clearly, and were very neat and tidy with their work. They were extremely friendly and did great work! All the servicemen wore covers over their shoes in the house. I would recommend Estes to anyone! A+!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting our installers Jacob T. And Christian. They were early for our appointment which was great. They even finished ahead of schedule. My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism and how courteous these two young men were. Every time , they addressed me, they used ma'am. :). They were very thourough and cleaned up after themselves. I also want to say how pleased I was with Billy who set us up with the installation. My technician was Paul Harrison. He was prompt and kind. I feel like he serviced our HVAC system thoroughly so that we won't have to worry about it at all this winter. I know it's cramped and tricky to get to the unit in our attic but he was able to do it. Estes offers a good price and a great service for their annual maintenance so I'm glad to have them on my side. I like easy and reliable and that's what I got with Estes.

Scheduled a replacement of AC and Furnace. Crew arrived on time and were very courteous. They completed the job on schedule, reviewed all the work they performed with me and prior to leaving. This was the second system that Estes has replaced for me and the experience on both from scheduling and estimate to scheduling the installation to completing the work has been top notch.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Lee arrived for the standard service check, found an issue with my old furnace I could not ignore, immediately arranged for Brandon to come to assess and recommend a new furnace, advised of 0% x 12 mos. financing availability, AND managed to have it installed the next day (before the cold snap!). Ryan & David arrived first thing in the morning, took care of all aspects of pulling out the old, installing the new and explaining how all worked, warranties, etc. . and left everything perfectly clean. All the employees were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I very much appreciate their service.

The tech called before he arrived and performed an inspection on our furnace per our service agreement. He was courteous neat in appearance and wore boot covers to protect my carpet. He was knowledgeable and met my expectations. I was satisfied with the service call.

Normally Estes is our HVAC fixer (and maintainer) but we had a plumbing leak and didn't know the extent of the problem. We got scheduled and our plumber came and took a lot but knew he would need to go into the ceiling to find the leak. We were worried it would be a huge hole but he only did what he needed to solve the issue. Additionally, we did end up rescheduling once as he called to let us know an earlier service call ran long. We appreciated being able to move the appointment to a better time as the leak wasn't huge. Our plumber cleaned up all his trash and made sure we understood next steps, if the leak continued after the fix. Overall, very happy and impressed.

I've used Estes HVAC for 10+ years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, I had a 15 year old a/c unit fail. Service records showed a second a/c unit for the master bedroom likely would not make it once we hit high outdoor temps. The Estes evaluation just didn't look at unit replacements, but considered sources of heat and humidity in my home and provide an overall comfort assessment. Additionally, we received wise counseling on SEER ratings and how to select replacement units. We replaced both units with 14 SEER (an improvement over replacing 10 SEER but not the top of the line) and saved some money because we had formally upgraded our insulation (with Estes) and were already very energy efficient. We were advised to replace and upgrade a master bath shower fan to control humidity. All advice was spot on. All service was excellent. Jared Moore and Dylan Tanner did an excellent job with the fan install. Byron, Marcus and Jared did a great job with the A/C and media filter replacements. They arrived when they said, and called 30 minutes prior. They finished when they said. And, I don't think I've encountered a more courteous team. Top marks for Estes! My thanks to all.

Estes replaced an HVAC unit for us this week. The team of Fray, Ruben, Carlos and Sergio did an outstanding job. They were timely, courteous, efficient and very professional; I can't say enough good things about the work they did. Estes also sent a plumber to do related work; unfortunately I did not catch his name but his work was also outstanding. Fray and Ruben had replaced a different unit for us several years ago and did an outstanding job then as well. We have always been very pleased with the work Estes has done for us over many years and this was no exception.

Carl, Byron, & Patrick installed a new system in my house and I was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and service they provided. April 28, 2017: Justin Hendrix and Britt Jones did a lot of electrical work for me today to rejuvenate my main breaker panel and take care of a few other items that needed to be addressed. They did a very good job on the work that needed to be done and they were very professional in their approach and manner. Thank you Justin and Britt.October 2016: I have a split level house with one heating and AC system and the house has never heated and cooled evenly. It was always too hot or too cool on one level and the air flow was terrible in the back bedrooms. My salesmen and technician recommended a two zone system and replacing the ducts to the back bedrooms. They did that and the results were great! Now the system heats and cools evenly and the airflow is much improved in all rooms. Leverne was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with and Arron and Patrick and their installation guys, James and Hillard, did a good job on the installation. Everyone I worked with from Estes was focused on providing a good solution to my heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

We had the furnace in the attic replaced along with a duct that had collapsed. The installation was carried out on schedule and everything worked perfectly. Ryan and David did an excellent job. I am a third-generation Estes customer; my grandfather became an Estes customer after buying his new house near Decatur in 1949. Estes has always been an outstanding service company.

David, Patrick and Allen from the Building Performance Dept did an excellent job installing an island range hood in our home, including new ducting and venting through the roof. They were courteous, professional, thorough, careful and friendly. They arrived on time and were able to do the work within a few days after we received the hood, so we didn't have to wait long to appreciate the improved air flow in our kitchen. We would hire Estes again and recommend them to others.

I've used Estes for heating and cooling maintenance for many years. I had to recently replace the dehumidifier in our finished terrace level. This week Technician Thomas Pepe serviced our Carrier Furnace and Carrier heat pump. Thomas was excellent. It was not a rush job at all and he was very thorough and answered all our concerns. Our heater stop working last night and temps were in the low 30's so we called Estes first thing this morning and they had a technician out quickly. The tech Mr. Micheal Smith was awesome he came out, was very professional, and quickly spotted the issue that was an over sight on our part, he was very personable and friendly. Update as of Sept. 1st 2018: Estes installed two new HVAC units in my home in March 2018. They recently came to do an inspection to make sure the units are working properly. The rep that came out said something was wrong with the unit that I didn't think was accurate, so I contacted the sales person that sold me the new units, Justin Hancock. Justin replied immediately and instantly stepped in to help! He was able to schedule another visit with a more experienced technician the next day to get a 2nd option. The tech that came out (Erick Hunnicut) was super friendly and professional. Erick determined that there was no issue with the units and apologized for the confusion. After he left, there was an issue with my thermostat not working. Erick came out the very next day with a brand new unit and now my mind it totally at ease. I'm so grateful to the Estes team for stepping up to the plate and assisting me with urgency. I am very grateful for their follow up and great service. Now I can enjoy me weekend!The Estes technicians Rafael, Jonathan, Christian and Ronald did an excellent job installing my two new Carrier HVAC systems. Estes does electrical work, according to their website. When asking to book an appointment to have wiring in my house looked at, I was told, we don't do that. When asked if they knew who I should ask to look at it (again, their website claims to do electrical work and inspections), I was told, I'm not sure. Interesting. Let me add that after having someone come and look at the appliance, I was informed it is indeed an electrical issue. Mr. Sparky has made an appointment with us.

Everything and everyone associated with the HVAC replacement done by Estes was great!! Donald B and Daniel K were on time, courteous and very professional. They spent the best part of the day replacing the furnace and air conditioning unit. They kept me posted on their progress and when completed showed me how to program the newly installed thermostat. I had some work done on my HVAC system yesterday by Patrick, Lee, Allen, and David in the Building Performance Dept. I can't say enough about the excellent service they provided. They found the source of the problem and they were able to get it fixed quickly and affordably. Patrick and Allen did an OUTSTANDING job patching the ceiling, too. It looks better than what the 'professional' painters did. All four were very pleasant to deal with and they made sure all work was completed and cleaned up to my satisfaction. Estes has installed four HVAC systems for me on various houses in the Atlanta area, and their work has always been done in a prompt and professional manner. Sales and office personnel are personable, and able to respond to all questions or concerns. Installers are friendly, stay focused on the job through completion, and take extra steps to make sure that precautions are taken to avoid any accidental marks or damage to carpet, floors and stairways as they remove the old system, and bring in the new. A very good experience each and every time.

I had two technicians that came out to service my upstairs system today and put in a dampener to limit the airflow. Ronald and his partner were super professional and very pleasant. My hot water heater was out of service for almost 2 weeks due to other companies giving me the run around. We called Estes and a repairman was at my house within 2 hours from the first call. The repair fee was affordable and I receive a good estimate. I am a big fan.

Estes did a air conditioning and furnace install for me. I've been very happy with their work. Jacob T. and Christian arrived promptly at 8 am and worked non stop until the job was complete at 7pm. They had assistance on the job by Estes plumbers and electricians since I opted to move the unit which required electrical runs to be moved and I had opted to replace and move the old hot water heater at the same time. All of the guys were very polite and professional and did outstanding work. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It’s never fun calling a plumber but our water heater pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. We checked local plumbers and reviews that were suggested by our manufacturer. Paul came out and he knew within minutes what the problem was. We wouldn’t have been able to get the part ourselves for a week. He quoted us a repair cost and they were able to come out the next day with the part (not one they kept on the truck). The company is great about communicating updates. I had My receipt right away. I received my semi annual HVAC maintenance inspection by Paul H. Paul demonstrated his HVAC experience and knowledge in a professional and courteous manner. His was on time, through and he provided me with an honest assesment and advice on my 20 yr old furnace. As well as, he provided answers to all my questions, and made honest recommendations to resolve my issues with my aging systems. Although, I didn't want to hear the dreaded news, he walked me through the video of the furnace performance and explained the potential exposure to future problems with my aging system.I received a courteous and professional review from the sales consultant Leverne J. he worked diligently to ensure I received the best possible offer for my budget to replace my HVAC unit.Within 7 business days of the assessment I had my HVAC system replaced by 2 professional and efficient installation technicians Bryan and Juan. Prepared for the job at hand; lined my carpet with drop clothes prior to bringing material in my home, and cleaned up all packaging and debris, informed of the smell that I would notice from the new furnace, as well as ensuring I knew how to operate the new thermostats. I pleased with the service I received from all 4 gentlemen Paul, Laverne, Bryan and Juan.

Corey D. and Matt T. did an excellent job of repairing and replacing duct work in our crawl space. Due to age and a little assistance from a few critters that got under our house, we were heating and cooling the crawl space as well as the house. We called Estes, and, as always, they took good care of us. Corey and Matt showed up when they said they would, assessed the situation based on the estimate, and then worked quickly and thoroughly to correct the situation. They were polite and pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. HVAC service received in October 2022 was excellent. The technician maintained high professionalism throughout the repair period, which was lengthy due to the HVAC issue. All issues were addressed, and we now have a temperature setting that meets our needs.

Called Estes to let them know I needed 2 power outlets installed in my new kitchen island. I also needed an electrical outlet/box installed under my sink for my garbage disposal, and my oven/microwave hooked up. (The power & wires were already there and ready. I needed an electrical box/outlet attached to wires)The technician came out, separated the wires that were already there & said they were ready to go. ?!? Yeah, I know they're ready. I needed you to install an electrical box using the said wires. He said he didn't have the equipment to connect anything. So basically, he came out to separate wires for me that were already there & was charged the $89 service fee. I'm convinced they send their techs out with an empty vehicle! Why ask what is needed to be done in your home & not equip your techs with it?

Updated 5/20/2022 - Had both systems serviced today by Estes HVAC tech Turner. Turner did a great job, very through and professional. I will look into getting an semi-annual service contract for both systems.Original Review: Could not be happier! Very quick and professional response from the repair engineer, estimator, and install crew. I requested a major upgrade in system capacity over the prior system and in a week I had a fantastic system installed. Estes also installed additional ducting to maximize the new system's increased capabilities and my house has never felt cooler and dryer - while using less energy! A great feature was the reasonably price annual maintenance plan that covers 100% of any and all repair/replacement costs for ten years (excluding filters of course). My prior HVAC company priced its maintenance plans so high that I was better off buying a new system every five years than signing up for their plan. Estes is the best HVAC company I have dealt with in the last 20+ years in ATL.

Estes was prompt in restoring our air conditioning! The customer service on the phone was excellent. The repairman called and came on time. He had serviced our unit before. We reviewed our options with the marketing representative the same afternoon. Our new system was installed the next day. Marcus, RJ, and Travis were a great team taking care of all the installing of the units and new ducts. They showed us how to operate the thermostat and, best of all, cleaned everything up -- all the old stuff and the leftover installation pieces. The customer service employees are courteous and take care of any questions and book appointments convenient for us. The technician, Paul, is our favorite. He comes to service our HVAC, and is very professional. We have saved so much money on our power bill too!

Christian was great and explained everything that was going on and a timeline for the repairs. As soon as the part came in, they called and Christian made the install and fixed the issue. Very professional and focused on the customer— that’s why we always go with Estees.

Extremely frustrated with this company. I have had my system worked on and parts replaced starting on Tuesday this week. My heat has gone out again on Christmas Eve and I can’t get through to anyone. I took off work and did everything I could to make sure my system was working before the cold weather arrived and my system still failed me after having Estes out here twice and having parts replaced. After almost $2000 I’m now having to go find a hotel for myself and my animals on Christmas Eve. Thanks for nothing Estes!

Estes left us high and dry the day before record lows. Technician was a no show, although he clocked in and out one minute later (at 8:46pm). We were waiting by the door. I don't think he even came to the property. We had already had one tech out a couple days earlier who showed up unprepared to recharge our system even though they knew it was low on refrigerant (he was out to do a leak test). Bitterly disappointed and utterly shocked at the unprofessionalism and lack of concern for our well being.

We have been using Estes for a number of years now for commercial services and have always received excellent service from Mike Todd. He always goes above and beyond to take care of us from the smallest repair to major replacements and new installs. He makes himself available to myself and our entire property management team 24/7. He is quick and responsive no matter what the situation is. Kathy in the office is also great to work with and handles all our crazy document requests. It’s definitely the level of customer service we receive from Mike and Kathy that keep us coming back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for commercial service.

The Estes Service Team has installed a new air handling unit, removed the old, put in new air filter product, and cleaned up all old parts and other debris.The team consisted of Jason, Gio, Dominic, and Tobias.This team was very thorough in their replacement of the old Air handler while work in a small crawl space. Estes employees arrived at my home on time, with a permit, and immediately began working to replace my thirteen year old Freon a/c--heating system. ( Installed by Estes in 2002)Estes installed the the new Carrier Puron system. The men, Foreman Chris Weeks and his assistant, who installed the new system did an excellent job and left my home with all their scrapings as well as the old system for disposal. Both Mike and Dakota were very professional when they installed my new heating and air conditioning unit (Heat Pump). They definitely were skilled and new exactly what to do. I was confident to leave them at my home alone to do the installation. Even though it was a late Friday, there was a problem with my electrical box, they took the extra time to go to the local home improvement store to get the proper part to do the repair. They did it willingly so they would not have to return for another visit. I appreciated it very much. Very pleased with my installation, now it is getting use to the new system. Estes Services just completed an install of a replacement air conditioner unit and two furnaces in our three separate system home. While they were not the lowest bid, their reviews were so high that we thought the little extra would turn into a better value in the long run. The people we worked with were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and dedicated to giving the best customer service. Chris did the proposal after an amazing review of our home. We had planned on replacing a third furnace but after Chris looked at it he recommended that we not replace it given its condition and high efficiency rating. He also noted that our two of our three systems did not have sufficient return air capacity and built that into the bid. The other bidders did not spend the time, nor had the expertise to discover this problem. The installers, Hector and Damey arrived on time and worked without stopping until they completed the job. They discovered that one of the systems had a faulty part that kept it from operating from the thermostat. They replaced the part without additional charge. We are pleased to join the thousands of customers who made the correct decision to go with Estes.

Air circulation system rejuvenation was what Hunter did for us. He cleaned out the guts for us.He did a good job of explaining everything.Hunter is a hard worker, too.We have been using Estes for years and have been pleased with all their technicians they have sent to our house.

Jared and Byron from Estes did a total replacement of my HVAC system and did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time and went right to work. When finished , they cleaned everything up and vacuumed the floor. The company was well represented by these gentlemen and I am happy to rate their services and equipment as excellent.

I have been an Estes customer for many years and always look forward to seeing my regular technician, Paul who takes great care of my HVAC system. My last seasonal furnace inspection revealed that my aging system needed to be replaced. Justin came out to provide a quote and was helpful, thorough and knowledgeable and guided me on determining the best system for my home and answered multiple questions patiently. My new system was installed quickly by Jordan, Brad & Turrner, who were efficient and respectful. I barely knew they were here and was able to work throughout the day. They even looked out for my dog to make sure he wasn’t escaping as they went in and out of the house! To further emphasize how well they take care of customers, since my downstairs furnace is in a closet and the new unit is a little bigger preventing the door from closing, without me even having to ask, Estes sent Patrick over who skillfully built out the closet frame so that the door could be reattached and could close again while making the finished product look better than it did originally. I’m lucky to have found a company that takes such good care of customers and provides friendly, competent and reliably consistent service.

Empathetic Company...They show that they care.We used Estes for the first time this year when our A/C went out in June and it was 80-90 degree weather outside. Estes was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They installed our A/C and a new wifi thermostat and we were very pleased with the service. A few months later our furnace went out and they were consistent with their excellent service and installation. We would definitely recommend estes for your HVAC needs. Day of my appointment, I still hadn't heard from anyone by 3pm, so I called to check. They said I had called and cancelled that morning, which I certainly did not. The technician had the wrong number on file and obviously couldn't get in touch with anyone and took it upon himself to just cancel. So they reschedule me for same day and said he would be there within the hour but should call when he was on his way. Over two hours later I still had not heard from them and it was dark at this point, so I called to cancel. I wasted an entire day and my plumbing is still broken. Never even apologized. Such a shame because I used them a few years ago for electrical work and they were wonderful. I'll never be using them again though and I will make sure none of my friends do either!

I've been an Estes customer for a decade. I had a great experience with Estes during a time that I was experiencing an a/c breakdown during the warmest temperatures of our summer season. Estes dispatched both Hank, my Technician and Leverne, Comfort Analyst, to my home on the day of my call. As a team they patched my system up so that we would have a cool home until my new unit could be installed a week later. The installation team, Marcus and Jonathan, was prompt, courteous and professional. The Estes Services team made this process a pleasant experience during a not so pleasant time for a homeowner. Installation of new heat pump. Juan and Bryan did an excellent job with the installation. In just a few hours, we had our new heat pump with furnace back up operational. A month later and through cold temperatures around 30oF we have had 70oF indoors with no issues. Thank you for the excellent job!

We recently had to replace our inside condenser and line set due to several leaks caused by a reckless home renovation crew (previous owner). We had a severe water pressure problem at our house and did not know the cause. John at Estes, was professional, methodical and thorough in figuring out that our valve needed to be replaced, that we didn’t have a leak inside or outside the home. We feel like the cost was fair and the repair completely fixed our water pressure issue. Estes has been great with our A/C issues and now helped us with plumbing as well. We have an annual contract for both now and will happily call them again in the future if we have problems. I highly recommend them.

This visit was to replace an aging builder’s grade unit that was well past its useful lifespan. It was replaced with a 3.5 Ton Carrier A/C and Furnace. Great service!! My air conditioner was not cooling properly. I called Estes based on internet reviews and the the 1st person I spoke with was Lacey. What a way to start the day, great personality! She sent out Michael.He was very pleasant also. He told me what the problem was, and did some things to hold me over until repairs could be made. Only problem, the estimate for the repair far exceeded average costs for the area. No pressure though even with my hesitation. 4 stars only because of the estimated repair costs.

Estes installed a 4-ton Rheem system in our home today. The 2 installers were superb! Robbie and Santiago arrived at the promise appointment time and worked non-stop (9 - 10 hours) to complete the install. It was a very awkward space to work in, but they managed and never complained or even hinted at the inconvenience of the rather awkward access to the space. They cleaned up after the job was finished and they made sure that the thermostat was set in accordance with the comfort of the occupants. The were polite and professional with me and my 87 year old aunt. It was a great experience and I am grateful to Robbie and Santiago for the respect that they showed to my aunt, their elder, the homeowner. Billy who came to give the quote was also incredibly professional and compassionate and even gave me advice on how to address a broken gutter that was the culprit for water in our basement. I took Billy's advice and purchased and installed a gutter sweep and it works perfectly for directing water away from the house. His suggestion has probably saved me literally thousands of dollars. All 3 Estes professionals delivered the highest quality of service to us and we are grateful for a pain-free experience.

Chris and Tylen (I hope I am writing this name correct) did excellent work installing zone system in my townhouse. They were extremely professional while on site. I appreciate their hard work. Keep it up.I thought they did a good job but unfortunately my system is still giving me major issues the day after installation. We had our semi-annual HVAC service and didn't expect much. I change the filters regularly. It turned out that we had some rodents making home in our unit. Darryl Watson was amazing explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. He shared photos of the issues and explained the impact of not getting it corrected. Palomar was our technician today & he did not fail us in the least. We were well informed prior to him making repairs. He thoroughly explained the prices and even reminded us of the program we were once apart of that saved us money. We recently purchased a new HVAC system from Estes with Justin as our sales rep. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diligently inspected our home to determine our specific needs. He answered all of our questions(and we had a lot!) and promptly returned our phone calls and text messages.The installers, Fray and Ruben, were also top notch. They arrived on time, were professional and knowledgeable. They took care not to damage our home during the install process. Justin came in the morning to ensure that the install team had all of the necessary details for the job.Shortly after the installers had completed the job and gone home, we had a glitch that shut the system down. It was a sweltering Georgia summer evening. Justin personally returned to our home working until 9 PM and made sure our system was up and running smoothly that same evening. I was frustrated with not getting a time window, but luckily Brandon called and was here by 11:30 a.m. Checked everything out, gave me next options since it's 6.5 years young and answered all of my questions. Even put up with my dog barking from the porch the entire time.

Luke and Jeremy showed up 10 minutes early for the install which was great! They put down throw rugs and put protection on there shoes to keep carpet clean. They worked fast and carefully and were very professional and when they finished they took us threw a walk through of the work that was done. I would highly recommend Estes to any one.

From the Sales person to the crew and the installation was without a hitch. They explained everything very well and the schedules were kept. We had both heating and AC systems replaced. All day job for one unit took only little over a half day. They have to come back and install main floor A/C due to having to wait for a part to come in.They came back and I got the same crew. Brad took the time look at me dehumidifier and make sure I had it set up right for my basement. 4hour job only took a little over 2 hours. 5 stars for me!!!!!

Today Jason came by to cover for Paul. He was just as great. I'm thinking it is something in their training and the company culture. I originally had Estes come and repair a problem with my thermostat. They did excellent work and mentioned they offer a protection plan for major systems like HVAC, plumbing and electrical. I immediately purchased coverage for all three systems. So far they’ve worked on HVAC and plumbing and I’ve been very pleased. They’ve explained what the problem is and the solution prior to performing work. Very clear, to point. Very good work.

Hot Water heater not working. Showed up within 30 minutes of call. Very professional and through. Explained the problem in “people” terms and corrected issue immediately. Very polite. Jared & Byron arrived right on time this morning to install my new air handler. These guys are consumate professionals! They got right to work and very methodically and efficiently got the job done. Even better was hearing that my new style air cleaner will need to have the high efficiency filter changed only once a year. All in all a very good experience in accomplishing what I planned with Justin last week!

Estes replaced my hot water heater and AC system at a fair price after multiple estimates. They were able to schedule both replacements the same day and within a few days of requesting the appointment. Both crews gave me a 20 min heads up on arrival. They were courtesy, polite, and respectful of being in my home. All of my interactions with the company - from office staff to sales to installation crews - have been positive and completely professional.

Estes could not have done a better job with replacing our A/C unit and condenser coil when it went kaput in peak June heat. Justin was extremely helpful with giving us multiple proposals and ensuring we understood exactly what we were getting. He was patient, understanding, and communicative as we were traveling at the time and dealing with a significant time difference. Once we were spec’d out for a new system, it was only a two day wait for installation. Brad and Brandon did an incredible job with installation - they showed up early, were efficient, and cleaned up their job site once done. They even poured a new concrete slab for our unit as our previous one had a significant slope. They took the extra 10 minutes to show me the finished job and explain the nuances of our new system and thermostat. We are so glad we’ve relied on Estes for HVAC maintenance for a couple years now and will continue to do so.

My AC broke down it was like 100 degrees out saw an estes services truck down the road, tech set up appointment for sales that day! 2 day's later Jason and Kareem installed new airconditioning system in a condo built in 1930s everyone was great. Estes really stepped up for us. We knew our furnace and blower were near their end, but thought we could get a few more months out of them. We were wrong. Estes responded to our call quickly, confirmed that it was time for a new blower or furnace, and when we chose furnace they worked hard to get it selected and installed quickly.Mike G and Luke came early on a Saturday morning - on time - and worked competently and quickly to remove the old furnace and install the new one. They corrected some issues that prevented our earlier furnace from performing as well as it could, got the job done before lunch time, and cleaned up thoroughly. They were pleasant, professional, and polite - just like Every Estes employee who has visited our home over the last ten years or more.Estes has always taken good care of us and our HVAC system. The whole job - from furnace breaking down to new furnace installed and our AC working again took less than a week - in the hottest time of summer when they were very, very busy. We recommend Estes highly.

Our furnace/blower motor stopped working and we called Estes having had them replace our condenser unit a few months previously. Brett K & Fray H came out to our home and fully explained the process of their scope of work including additional explanations for why the work was necessary. Estes installed 5 mini-split systems for us that we are super pleased with. The installs were a little out of the ordinary and took some engineering on the installers part but were done with professionalism and pride in their work. Mike Todd coordinated everything perfectly and himself was a pleasure to work with. So much so that we now have Estes as our maintenance provider for all 10 of our HVAC systems and are about to have them replace the main 15 ton system that is old and worn out. I would recommend Estes to anyone residential or commercial!

This company is fantastic. Paul Taylor and his associate, Barry, were professional, on time, and did a great job. Highly recommended. I have used them many times and have had nothing but satisfactory experiences.

Definitely on the scammer side when it comes to business. Firstly they canceled my first appointment and of course I took off work to take that initial appointment. Then when I got the call to reschedule, Tonya told me that she could get me in at 8 a.m. I told her I would think about it and call her back. When I called back 5 minutes later to get the 8 a.m appointment, Tonya told me “we don’t give time frames immediately and especially not that early.” Did she forget that she JUST spoke with me and gave me that time frame? So I told her to cancel the appointment and when I said that, she told me to hold on and she came back on the line and magically gave me a time frame. They wouldn’t take the coupon listed on their site for a second opinion so I paid the $79 fee. When the first tech came out, he quoted me $445 and I asked him, is the $79 included in that $445? He said yes, so subtract that from your total for next time. When my part came in and the second techs came to my home, I was quoted $450! I’m a single woman so I am not going to argue with TWO men in my home that I don’t know so I just paid the check for the $450. Surprisingly my neighbor saw the Estes truck leaving my home that day and said she had issues with Estes as well and decided not to use them for her A/C issues. This company definitely needs to be put on our HOA’s “No business list,” so the rest of our neighborhood won’t patronize this business.

I hired Estes to do my AC/furnace replacement and couldn't have been happier with my experience. From their consultant Michael T. who patiently answered a million of my questions, to Daniel K. and David H. who did the installation, worked tirelessly all day despite the rain and yellow jacket nest close to the house entrance (sorry about that guys!), leaving everything super clean and answering questions along the way, to office staff Camille T. who helped with city permits and scheduling inspection -- the whole team was absolutely amazing and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. We recently had to replace our heating/air conditioning system in our home. I was truly impressed by EVERY aspect of Estes Heating and Air. He helped us choose the best system within our budget. The installers called us when they were on the way to give us an arrival time. There were four installers. Jared, Byron, Frey and Blad. Every one of them was courteous, professional and so hard working. They made this process easy for us! They reviewed the whole system with us once it was installed and even helped us set up the WiFi thermostat and link it to our phones. We HIGHLY recommend Estes for anyone. This is a wonderful company who really cares about their customers. We can’t say enough about the great new heating/cooling system and most importantly the fantastic customer service. Estes replaced two HVAC systems in our home. I would highly recommend them for being on time, focused, professional, tidy, answering all our questions along the way and staying until we were satisfied & comfortable with our new equipment. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to over sell us. The scheduler again was very helpful and got us an appointment for the install very quickly. And THEN they called back and got us in even sooner! Patrick came out today to repair some very minor damage that happened when new a/c equipment was installed. He arrived within the time frame, was polite & professional. I had never used Estes before. I had them quote the project and i really like Sam who came to the home. Their quote was in line with others. Their crew Daniel Kawmann and Matthew Davis were fantastic! They did a great job and even found a gas leak in my furnaces. They were their to install a whole house dehumidifier but realized we had a gas leak due to work that was done on my unit that wasn't up to code. They fixed that issue that could have be devastating and didn't charge me for the additional work. They cleaned up couldn't have been more friendly or professional. Our 20year old system finally failed 3 weeks ago. After meeting with their sales rep Chase, I really appreciated his straight forward, no nonsense approach and hit our budget. This was a first for me. When I had a question, he would respond within minutes. Thank you Chase.After getting a great price from Estes Services for a new Comfort Series AC/Furnace/Evap Coil, we had it installed on 10/5/17. I was very impressed with our 2 installers, Marcus and RJ, not only did they show up on time at 830am but they got right to work after I showed them how to access our crawl space. Never complained once. They worked as a team all day (up until 530pm) to get our unit installed. What was nice was Marcus was under the house installing the furnace/evap coil, etc and RJ was up top installing the AC unit , thermostat and running back and forth to work with Marcus. Each new what their part was. It was very professional, courteous and clean job. Having worked commercial construction my whole life in Boston MA, if you cant keep a clean jobsite then thats a GREATindicator of the quality of your work. They were clean, organized and professional . At the end of the day, they cleaned up (even took items left behind by previous HVAC technicians, thank you) and it looked like they were never here!! I went under the house to inspect the quality of work and was very impressed. Finally, Marcus did a great job going through how to operate the unit, paperwork, payment and warranty info. Estes service had to replace my a/c. My installers were Jered M and Trevor. They were on time professional, informative, courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable of their product. Explained everything and explained process. They were very neat and clean picking up behind themselves. Excellent work and job done in a timely manner with no problem. Had a great experience working with the entire Estes team .. from start to finish. Marlee, Erick, Laverne, Marcus and Jordan were all fantastic to work with. Needed 2nd opinion on an old unit and Laverne provided the best customer service reviewing everything needed, what to expect and more when ready to replace. Marcus and Jordan were prompt, professional, attentive and careful, when replacing unit. Didn't waste any time getting things taken care of in a timely fashion. Even though it was a 2nd opinion, and not who I typically have servicing on a regular basis, I switched service companies and highly recommend the Estes team.

My AC unit had stopped working, so I called Estes after another company had attempted to fix the unit and was not able to find the solution. Estes made two visits - for the first visit, Estes performed an inspection but was not able to locate the problem. My boyfriend was present and took the time to look up what might be the problem on YouTube. He helped the technician locate the fire damper which was closed. I was charged $79 for that visit. The technician informed me that the system needed to be recharged and nitrogen needed (which was an issue I had brought to his attention from the previous company), and another visit would be necessary. He performed the removal and recharge on the second visit and charged $256. The professionalism and lack of initiative was poor, and I would like my money back.-----UPDATE------Estes followed up with me by phone call. They sent a check of the amount spent. I appreciate their customer service.

Justin was our service agent and the work was performed by Fray and Ruben. All three were terrific. They were professional, punctual, and engaged in getting the job done. Fray and Ruben put in the hours - they arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. We were really happy with the services rendered. While we hope to not need maintenance for a long time, we will definitely look to Estes to help.

Fray, Rubén & Sergio installed a new furnace right after Christmas. They were prompt and made sure that they kept me informed during the process. They made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion and working correctly. They even made sure to reignite my pilot light because it went out during the process.

Carlos & Geovani completed the installation of my new heat pump perfectly and removed the old unit. I'm very pleased with the service on 8/7/21.Prior to that, JOHN the PLUMBER did a great job replacing TWO of my ancient toilets with brand new low flow ADA units on 6/24/21. I had a great experience with the installers who came and installed my system. Jared & Byron was very professional as well as informative during the installation. They cleaned up the area after they were done and checked for screws. They walked us step by step explaining the type of system we have and how the thermostat operated. I recently bought my 2nd HVAC system from Estes. I am very happy with the service, quality, and responsiveness from the company. Specifically, Joel from the main office and Brandon the sales manager were extremely responsive, accommodating, and honored all agreements. Our installers Matthew (his second time in my home) and Brandon were diligent and respectful of my home. They were here from 9 am until 8 pm through thunderstorms trying to make sure everything was perfect for me and my family. Due to rain, they were unable to change my lineset, but assured me they would be out in the next week to complete the job. The several experiences I had with Estes were not positive at all. We initially called Estes because my partner had been under the house and noticed our ducts were in bad shape and some weren't even connected to vents. We had an AC man come out to take a look, and he said he would need to call someone else to look at the ducts. We signed up for their maintenance package at that point because we had a great experience with the AC man. Another gentleman came out and told us our ducts looked fine, but we needed to install a vapor barrier to help with maintain temperature and humidity in the crawl space and the house. We decided to pull the trigger on the vapor barrier after a few months, and as part of the maintenance plan, scheduled someone to take a look at the furnace. Here is where things began to fall apart. The furnace inspector said that we needed some cleaning done on the machine as well as having the vent pipe replaced. He quoted the cleaning, but not the vent pipe. I had to call on 4 separate occasions to be quoted for the vent pipe, and they still had to schedule him to come back out to measure and take pictures to get an actual quote. The same day he was supposed to come back out and quote us on the vent pipe was the day that our vapor barrier was to be installed. The gentlemen arrived to install the vapor barrier, and they stopped the installation once they saw the damage and state of our ducts. They came to me and showed me pictures and told me the ducts needed to be replaced/repaired. I told them that was the initial reason we called Estes, and they apologized and said the assessment person must have been having a bad day. They said I would need to have him come back out again to give a quote for the duct work. At this point, I decided to cut all ties with Estes. Their communication is terrible, and they didn't address the initial reason we requested them to come out and tried to sell me on a vapor barrier instead. I feel like they sold us in to the maintenance package as well. I called another heating and air company, and they said the furnace was fine and didn't need repair as well. We ended up going with the other company for the duct work as well as the vent pipe replacement. I feel like Estes scammed us and sold us on unnecessary services. Be wary!

Great experience with Collin the sales rep and the install team, Marcus and Bryan. Courteous, clean and very responsive. Marcus resolved installation issues that could have delayed the install substantially. I am very appreciative of his effort and professional exchange with the on-site maintenance staff on my behalf.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Estes. Two weeks ago they installed two systems at my home, a Carrier Infinity central system and a split Mitsubishi Mr. Slim system for our basement. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. This was a serious investment for us and Estes did an excellent job from start to finish. Their initial rep Brandon came to our home and was very thorough, knew the intimate details of each system and the intricacies of their installation requirements. He produced three highly detailed quotes for us that same day. In just under a week we were on their schedule for installation. The four installation techs Donald, Clay, Chris, and Dakota did a superb job. They listened to all of my concerns about concealing refrigerant lines, condensate lines, and drywall. They were very easy going and courteous. They worked swiftly, precisely and paid close attention to every detail. These were all characteristics of well experienced installers which set my mind at ease. Within the first half hour of watching them work I knew that I was in good hands and had the best possible technicians performing the necessary work. It seems almost impossible to find good people who perform great work these days and these guys went above and beyond in my opinion. Estes has made a partner for life in my book. I have even scheduled more work with them from their plumbing department for a bathroom remodel. I have every bit of confidence that we'll be just pleased with the outcome. If I can leave the reader of this review with anything, it is that Estes truly represents everything they strive to represent- honesty, quality and integrity without exception!

New AC and furnace installed to replace my old system. Although the system is new, it appears Carlos and Brandyn did a really good job. They also corrected a drainage line, which drained inside my crawl space, to drain to the outside. They also repaired a ceiling vent, which would not stay flush with the ceiling, by affixing it to a piece of wood, thereby allowing it to seat properly. Good work!!

I recently had a new heating system installed and Marcus and Damey made the process smooth. Everything was explained and the customer service was impeccable. I would most definitely recommend for any HVAC services needed.

This team was great to work with. Starting with Dustin, the Sales Consultant, who came to our home promptly and on time. The quote was lower than everyone else but only by a few dollars. Had Paul Harrison come out today for regular system inspection and maintenance. Super friendly, and did a great job replacing the filter and cleaning the coils. He's been working with the company a long time and is very knowledgeable and competent; he's actually come out several times on system inspections. I've never regretted getting my system from Estes, and it continues keeping me cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and power bills low.

Recently, our A/C system malfunctioned. From my initial office call, to the installation of the final piece of A/C equipment, the Estes service team delivered on their promise of quality customer service. The technician that came to our home to make the initial assessment was very knowledgeable. He referred us to his colleague, Billy Dixon for further assessment of our A/C unit. Billy explained what was causing our A/C to malfunction and recommended a new A/ C system. We agreed, due to the age of our old system. The sweltering heat inside of our home made me ill. When one of our HVAC units stopped working Estes was one of a few highly recommended companies that I contacted. They reacted to my much needed repair in an effort to get our A/C back in service. Had a new heat pump system installed by Estes in January 2022. Sam R. came out and did a great job assessing my air flow issues and recommending additional returns and increasing size of existing supply ducts. Today, 8/18/22, Christian came out to check a noise we had in our outdoor unit that appears to have been caused by a power glitch. Fray, Ruben,Giovanni, and Tobias arrived right on time and worked for almost 12 hours installing 2 new hvac systems and furnaces in my home. They also replaced the outside parts too. They also installed a whole house dehumidifier in my basement! This included adding new ducts and new vents throughout my basement. They wouldn’t stop for lunch or breaks. I had to make them take food and drinks as it was so hot! The entire time they worked, they were friendly and in a great mood. So pleasant to be with and explained everything they were doing. I couldn’t have been happier with the four men who were at my house today. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything!!

Jordan, Brad and Tyrus came to my home on 11/12/2020 to install a ductless heating and air system in my basement. The team was incredibly professional. They arrived within the time frame that they had indicated. They were extremely friendly and informative. The system that I was having installed was explained to me in-depth. The team answered all of my questions and provided helpful information for me to ensure location of the unit was the most optimal. I was updated along the way as they completed the project. They gave me a very accurate estimate of the time required to complete the job and finished within that time frame. Once the work was completed, they cleaned the area in which they had been working. They gave me a detailed explanation on how to use the remote and made suggestions for maitenance, etc. I was extremely impressed with the effort that all three individuals exerted to ensure I had an excellent experience. We have an annual contract for maintenance with Estes, and I have had phenomenal experience with each team member that I have encountered.

7/18/22 - 2nd install:Both Jered & Trevor (A Team for installs), performed an excellent job installing our new Carrier AC System. They removed the old system, installed the new carrier AC, and cleaned up. They were professional, on-time, and Sam (Sales) also did an excellent job helping to determine which system to procure. Our downstairs unit went out 2 months later, so we called them back to perform 2nd installation. They provide financing too.

The installation of our new air conditioning system by David and Marcus went as smoothly as we could have imagined. The job was finished in a reasonable amount of time, and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. We've been using Estes for years and the quality of their work continues to be exemplary.

We've used Estes for what was, to us, a major project (replacing two HVAC units and all of our duct work) and for something minor (fixing another electrician's work).The minor project was great; the electrician was quick and professional, and even though he was missing a part, he came back to finish the job within a few days. The price was reasonable and we were very satisfied. We'll definitely contact them for electrical work in the future.The HVAC experience was a bit different, but only because it was a whirlwind of a job due to our situation. Estes came out to repair one of our units and we discovered that one was dead and the other wasn't in good shape, so we suddenly needed two new units and a heap of ductwork replaced. Still, Estes was helpful during the process and got everything installed in one day -- so we averted having to make it through an Atlanta summer without air conditioning -- and any other issues that arose were handled professionally by Estes. We plan to continue relying on them in the future.

Carlos and Brandyn did an excellent job replacing a 15 year old ac unit. The new graveled pad looks wonderful and they went a step further to reposition the second, existing unit and level it. They enlarged one of the air returns inside the house and the airflow now is so much better. These guys were great--right on time, personable and ready to answer my questions. Service was mediocre, not impressed. I was trying to troubleshoot why a new AC install (the install was not by Estes) was not cooling the house. Estes person spent about 10 min checking a few things, said the filter needed to be changed, and charged $80 for the visit. I changed the filter but the problem persisted. So I called another hvac professional who actually did a very thorough check of the system and was able to identify the problem with the hvac install.

Marcus and Patrick were very helpful through the process of buying our first HVAC unit as new home owners. Always on time, gave proper notice before arriving, never left a mess, knowledgeable about the job. Highly recommend.

Patrick was amazing - he is fabulous painter and took care of our leak stains perfectly! Left the place spotless (cleaner than it was) after sanding and painting. Prompt and extremely polite! Heartily recommend!

I had to get my whole furnace and AC system replaced in the middle of June after our AC went out. Estes got someone out to look at our system the following day and immediately got us scheduled for the next morning. Fray and Ruben showed up exactly as scheduled to get the replacement done. They were so nice, courteous and professional. Highly recommend these two guys and Estes to anyone needing work done!

Brandon arrived on time and provided excellent service to my furnace. He also provided recommendations that could extend the life and wear on my furnace. He explained everything he was doing while providing the service and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am definitely pleased with his level of confidence and knowledge.

AWESOME! Brett K. and Fray H. did a great job today getting my heat back on....just in time for the cold wave tonight. They were quick, efficient, stayed long enough to make sure it was working, explained to me what they did - both of them very professional! I have been with Estes for a long time and one of the two reasons are their employees - always knowledgeable and friendly and professional. The other reason - reliability. The work done today was scheduled for 830 arrival and they were here right on time! I always get a call if there is a delay - imagine that - a company that understands customers are ok with a delay IF they are told there is a delay.I recommend Estes to all my friends and anyone who ever asks me if i know a good heating/air/plumbing company

They also made sincere efforts and succeeded in thoroughly cleaning up the work site after they had finished. At this point I am very satisfied with the installation. Dakota made particular efforts to calm my anxiety at having a new system with new thermostats and dealing with the ensuing disruption of my space, albeit very short. Overall the experience was very positive.

Estes has provided several services for me especially during the renovation of my house not including the installation and maintenance of my heating and air unit. Brad and Brandon installed a new Carrier 16 Cooling and Furnace System for the second floor of our home today. In addition, they installed quite a bit of new duct work, a new programmable thermostat, and additional new vent covers. They were professional and thorough in all of their work. Keep in mind, we are having some of the hottest days on record in GA right now. The attic registered over 130 degrees! These gentlemen never once complained while in the hot attic or scorching outdoors. They finished in a timely manner leaving our home inside and outside clear of any debris. Brad explained important details to regarding our new system as well the operation of the new thermostat. Based on this experience, I plan to contact Estes Services again soon for an estimate on some electrical work.

Carlos and Geovani are true professionals and did an excellent job with the HVAC system modifications at my house. They were very cautious with dust control and careful not to damage things. The system modifications that Estes performed were very beneficial to the system. Very pleased with the result so far.

I considered it a blessing that our unit died when it did. We had already spoken and was quoted a price from another company. We were going to commit to them when I return from my girls trip. Chris McBride was very thorough in his assessment of the house, helped us order the right systems and modified a supply and return to optimize airflow. The installers were very professional and the service manager came during the install to meet us and describe Estes Services. We also worked with Sandra Tarter for duct cleaning and sealing, which made a huge difference in the system efficiency. In 13 houses, this experience was the most satisfying, and it gave us the best internal environment we have ever had. It cost a bit more, but was well worth it for their professionalism and the quality of work done.

Estes has done a fabulous job for us with whatever they have come to help us with. We recently had to have some work done that caused us to have to tear out a decent portion of drywall in our finished basement. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that Estes had their own drywall/sheetrock person. Patrick came to do the repair work on our walls and he was fabulous. The only way I can begin to do him justice is to call him an artist. He was extremely conscientious and talented and just a great person too. We have had drywall work done in our home before but his quality of work far excelled any of the other jobs we have had done. Patrick is a true craftsman. Thanks Estes. Thanks Patrick.

Everything started out well...we hired Estes to run a gas line for us to a new oven and range and also decided to sign a plumbing+ HVAC contract with them. Since we purchased an older home, we thought it would be good to get everything checked out and work with a company that was large and responsive. Boy, were we wrong. The gas line was installed, and as a new homeowner, I requested a permit. The technician told me we didnt need it, but I wanted to air on the side of caution and gladly paid all fees. Turns out the inspection resulted in us requiring an additional minor fix, which the same technician came out to fix. I told him AND his supervisor that the extra fix was NOT the result of their work or any oversight on their part and that I would gladly pay for it. The tech told me it would be free (it took him all of 5-minutes to fix) but then added very rude and unfiltered comments in my invoice noting how much of an inconvenience it was for him and that he shouldn't be blamed or dinged for the fix. FYI...no one blamed him, but he did find time to badmouth me when I had been nothing but kind and accommodating. That should've been the first sign. Then, we had 2 service calls to our house to inspect the HVAC system. Neither turned up any issues, but trying to get a response from the Estes team, the technician, or their management proved impossible. I had follow-up questions to ensure the tech checked the thermostat readings but never heard back. The final straw for me was when our AC went out entirely recently. We have a 3-week old baby in the house and could not stay here with the inside temp nearing 80 degrees at 10pm. I called the emergency number and was told there was nothing they could do but that they would come out next day. The tech must have been sleeping when he called me at 930p and was barely responsive on the phone. When I called first thing the next morning, I was told I should have turned off the unit (something the emergency tech never mentioned in his rather short call), and was told they couldn't get out for at least another day. At this point, the house was nearing 90 degrees. Again, I guess this wasn't an emergency. Fortunately, we had relatives in the area where we could stay with our baby. After 3 calls to request to speak to a supervisor, I finally got someone on the phone so I could cancel my service contract. Apparently, the new definition for emergency services only applies when the unit is less than a year old. Between that misleading sales pitch, fluctuating prices, and difficulty getting anyone to respond or help, we are done with Estes. I asked them to cancel my service contract because of issues, and they didn't even ask what was wrong or try to keep me. I guess they don't need the business. I called another large local company that came out same-day, fixed the unit with a $75 part, and we had cold air immediately. If you decide to hire Estes, many of whom are very nice, be sure you're not on a timeline, have an emergency, have specific questions, and don't mind constantly changing prices and terms.

Estes Services is fantastic. On time, professional, reasonably priced, friendly, and very good at keeping my very old heating and AC system going. Technician Paul Harrison just left after doing routine maintenance. He is a great guy and deserves a lot of credit for keeping my house cool in summer and warm in winter. I have used the Estes Service since 2002 and have always been pleased with the pro-active testing of heat and air. I pre-purchase this service and with this remain on the preferred customer list. Always where you want to be if there are any issues.On Sunday evening, of the Holiday Weekend, I returned home to a warm house with the AC running. Today, the first work day back after the Holiday I had a call from the team and reassurance that someone would be at my home before 8 p.m. Noah called at noon and noted he was en route and five hours later, my home is cool again. Everyone from the office team to the technicians are excellent!I highly recommend the team at Estes.

Christian, RJ & Patrick did a really fantastic job with our ductwork modifications to improve air flow and cutting a new register in our floor. Of course, I was apprehensive about anyone cutting a hole into our 100-year-old heart of pine floors but they were extremely patient, addressed my concerns, helped find an appropriate location and made it look really good.
