Fix & Flow are the most professional and thorough of the many plumbers I've hired over the years. We used them for a sewer line replacement and they worked in our yard and landscaping as if it were their own home. All staff I interacted with were courteous and professional, I'll use them for all of my future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone needing a quality plumbing company!

Fix & Flow has become my go-to for all plumbing needs. Have used them for 2 different sink installations and to repair and replace a tankless water heater. Super responsive and efficient!

From scheduling to repair, Fix & Flow Plumbing took good care of us. Fix & Flow Plumbing has an after-hours answering service so you talk to a person who makes sure there is no emergency request. (In our case, this was not an emergency and the office followed up on the message I left with the answering service the next business day and got me scheduled.) On the day of the appointment, Fix & Flow Plumbing sends a text message with a photo of your technician and a link that you use to follow where your technician is in route. Anthony, our technician, was on time and professional. It's small touches like wearing shoe covers and respecting your home that sets Fix and Flow Plumbing apart. Great customer service and experienced, qualified staff. We've used Fix & Flow Plumbing several times in the past, and they will continue to be my go-to company for plumbing needs in the future.

They were thorough and efficient.

Had a clogged toilet. Called Fix and Flow and was told that they couldn't send someone today but definitely would do it tomorrow. I told them I really need it fixed today so they said they'd look at how the afternoon was going and fit me in if they could.
About 2 hours later, I got a call from them saying that someone had canceled and they'd be able to take care of me today. When? 30 minutes. Cool.
The plumber, Chad, showed up before 30 minutes were up, checked out the problem and gave me an estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. I approved the estimate, he got some tools from his truck and he quickly unclogged the toilet. And tested it with toilet paper. Problem solved.
I recommend the company.

Repaired a gas line quick and efficiently

They knew exactly what the issue was after doing some tests and repaired the issue with no problems. Would recommend, especially from a single female homeowner; did not feel taken advantage of at all.

F&F came out and spent 1 hour on site and “diagnosed” the problem. They fixed nothing and were asked to fix nothing.... then proceeded to charge $350.... okay, fine... $90 service fee..so, $260 just to find the problem. I’ll give them one star for finding the issue. But $260 for one hour of “work?” When my wife questioned the price the plumber on site said they were expensive because the are unionized....

Nothing like a plumbing company continuing to give plumbers a bad reputation. Kudos to you fix and flow!

Mike came and helped us with a leak under our kitchen sink today. It was tricky to find but he was super thorough diagnosing it and once he found it, already had replacement parts in his truck ready to go. Super friendly & knowledgeable.

I have been using this company for years for rental properties that I managed and my own home. Called them this morning and they were out this afternoon to fix several problems in my rental home. Cannot speak highly enough of this very reputable and efficient company.

I can't say enough about these guys. I had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink that was causing water to overflow- they came out an hour after I called, after 5:00 on a Thursday. So polite and very honest about what was going on- they had my sink draining in about an hour.

This situation has been really stressful, as I was afraid to leave home with a substantial amount of water coming out of my drain regularly. These guys fixed that in a matter of hours, and I couldn't be more grateful.

First Rate Service. We had a faucet supply hose leak. We called and they answered immediately. Fix & Flow sent Anthony right out and he diagnosed our problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He explained our problem and gave us our repair options I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the repair at reasonable cost. Fix and flow contacted me in a timely fashion after requesting an appointment through their website. They provide text message updates when the plumber is on the way to the unit. Although, my shower drain turned to be a bigger project and was not fixed the day of the job, the plumber we had, Micheal Lamb, was awesome. He was very professional and gave me a clear explanation on the plan moving forward! Definitely recommend and will use their services again! :)

When they leave, the problem has a solution. They offer advice beyond the immediate problem. Friendly and knowledgeable. Call before they come to say they are on the way. Have used them multiple times and no disappointments.

Fix & Flow is one of the most professional, high-quality plumbers that I've ever worked with. They were fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to not only do the repair, but help us think about plumbing issues that may arise in the next couple years.

The only downside is the adage of fast / quality / cheap - pick two. Fix & Flow is expensive...like very expensive. They do all the things to justify the price, but still. I might call again, but I'll also be a bit more discerning about the job & will also have other plumbers that I call first.

Fix & Flow never fails to do a fantastic job on any plumbing challenge I have. This time, they installed a longer shower hose for our big shower and fixed a leaking toilet. In the past they have installed new hardware and plumbing for a 110 year old claw-foot tub and put a new faucet on an antique, Kohler drainer sink. Modern or old; they can do it. Give them a call!

We had a leak in our crawlspace (and some issues with the water pressure regulator) and they were prompt and very communicative about what repairs needed to be made. Have used Fix & Flow in the past and will continue to do so! Thanks to Chad for all your hard work!

Had a great experience today with Michael. Called today (Good Friday) with a small leak in my tankless water heater. They were so accommodating to come right out. Researched the problem -which required a crawl under the house and had my unit serviced quickly. Followed COVID precautions and were very respectful of my home with foot covers etc. would definately call them again.

We called Fix and Flow because we were experiencing a leak in one of our toilets. Chad came out to diagnose that particular problem and helped us with a few other diagnoses. Anthony came out today to install a new toilet, and was very meticulous and professional, going through each step of the installation with the utmost care to make sure that we would have no issues moving forward. We were also very impressed with Amber, the dispatcher, and her personable and friendly way she answered our questions.

Took a while to figure out where a leak was coming from. They were friendly and up front about costs before digging in. Gave options for how to proceed. I hope to not have to see them again very soon but would recommend and will call for future needs.

I had an emergency to install a new gas stove, but the gas valve shut off switch was missing and appears to have never been included by the home builder, I called Fix & Flow Plumbing and was answered immediately during the holiday. One of their professional, Chad installed a new gas valve with shut off switch for my stove and check to be sure there was no gas leak in the gas pipe nor on the connection to the stove, before leaving. Their fees was fair and reasonable. Thanks Chad and Fix & Flow Plumbing for coming to the rescue!

We had some water leak in the house, so I called them. They missed their first appointment, but when they come out, they found the problem right away and fixed it. It was a leaky garbage disposal.

Then they put us in touch with a mitigation company (Warrior Restorations) who then came out and ripped all the damaged parts out and setup fans to dry the place. They also helped us file a claim with our insurance company.

Now we're waiting to have the reconstruction done.

Highly recommend Fix & Flow. We worked with them to evaluate a few gas leaks that we identified with the gas company. Chad was the plumber who we worked with. We had an awesome experience with these folks! A few thoughts I wanted to share:
- They were SO responsive. We called them Monday morning and they were at our house by 10am ET
- Chad was extremely detail oriented and made sure he could reproduce all the issues prior to making a recommendation
- They made multiple reasonable recommendations that felt like they had our best interests at heart and we trying to help us with the best possible solution, not the most expensive solution per.

I’m the engineer in a building they’ve done work in.

THey put in our new toilet - SUper nice, easy to work with and informative about our new toilet.

We ordered a new dishwasher from Home Depot, but the delivery people immediately said they were unable to install it for us. We called Fix & Flow, and they had someone out to our house a few hours later. They were able to install the dishwasher no problem, and since we were also having longstanding issues with one of our toilets, they brought a new commode with them too and installed it while they were here. Both installations took only a couple of hours combined, and not only are we very happy with the work, Chad was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. We'll recommend Fix & Flow to anyone who'll listen!

Wow. I am beyond impressed with Fix & Flow! We’ve had the worst time with a heater that was installed incorrectly 3 years ago. We had to replace the heater but it was well worth it. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!
But I chose to use the services of Fix and Flow for 3 reasons...

3. I trusted from the high reviews I would be receiving services from a high quality, professional, friendly, knowledgeable team. However none of these characteristics truly warrant such exorbitant pricing. I implore anyone reading this review do NOT base your decision on these factors alone. There are plenty of companies with the same high standards at much more reasonable prices.

2. I needed the work done. My water usage has nearly doubled due to a leak in my nearly 20 year old water heater and my shut off valve to the house is broken. To reduce my water bill and have a functioning shut of valve in case of emergency, I needed this work done.

1. CONVENIENCE! TIME IS MONEY! I knew the $3900 price tag to replace a 30 gallon natural gas storage tank water heater and replace the broken wheel valve at the shut off with a ball valve was undoubtedly high, nearly $2000 or more above national averages for 2023. (See images) However TIME IS MONEY, so for the convenience of saving time and money to avoid spending hour/days contacting variety of plumbers, waiting for responses, blocking off time to allow multiple strangers in my home, continuously explaining the issues and needs, paying multiple service fees, all while continuing to rack up higher than normal water bills, I decided the exceedingly high price would be worth it. In addition, recalling the horrors of going through this experience last year when finding a contractor to complete a kitchen renovation and eventually hiring a lower priced bid, which ultimately cost me more TIME AND MONEY. I chose to pay the inflated prices of Fix and Flow to avoid these issues and to have the peace of mind that my water issues would be resolved.

But before agreeing, I let Bryan the plumbing technician know the price was too high. He made a call to his boss Stephen. He came back and said he could come down $250 to $3650, and explained this price included the installation of the expansion valve to bring it up to code and making it seem as if they were doing me a favor by including this service. Technically it's a Code and LICENSING requirement, so it was already a given.

I restated to him the terms: $3650 and you're going to 1. replace the hot water heater, 2. Bring the expansion valve up to code and 3. Put in the ball valve. Bryan said yes! So that's what I agreed too and what I expected to happen.

Upon completion of work I had a 40 gallon (10 gallons larger, I didn't agree too) AO Smith standard residential natural gas water heater that retails in nearby stores for $600-900, and NO new ball valve to replace the non-working wheel valve at the main shut-off. When I asked Bryan about it he insisted there was a misunderstanding, and the price went from $3900 to $3650 because he removed that service.🤯 Again I reiterated the conversation we had and the needs to resolve my water issues. He simply shrugged it off as miscommunication. But happily told me he applied a 10% discount bringing my total for a water heater replacement to still the absurdly high price of $3,285!! 😵‍💫

I am NOT HAPPY with this outcome! I NEED a functioning valve at the shut off! And now I have to go back and do the one thing I was willing to pay not to do! Search plumbers, wait for them to come out, recount the issue, have multiple people in my house, get estimates, etc. If I wanted to do all that I would have done it from the beginning and NEVER WOULD HAVE CHOSEN FIX AND FLOW. 🤦🏽‍♀️

To add insult to injury, Bryan offered to write up and email me the cost of replacing the ball valve.🤨 I know how much it costs, if that's the service he deducted from the original $3900 price to get to $3650, then the price is $250!!! That's basic math, but I have no doubt a new estimate would come out much higher. In the end I would have been happier paying $3650 to have my water issues resolved, my time, and peace of mind. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND 😖

Fix & Flow saves the day again! Not only did rockstar plumber Anthony predict my water heater was going to give up the ghost a few weeks back, he was here within a couple of hours to replace it when it did – and did so right before a holiday weekend! Over the past 12 years, I think Fix & Flow has replaced just about every failed plumbing system my 1962 mid-mod home and I've had ZERO problems with anything they've replaced or repaired. A+ Skill! A+ Service! A+ Reliability!

I've used Fix & Flow for NUMEROUS plumbing projects over the years. Everything from installation of simple bath fixtures to garbage disposals to hot water tank replacement to having an entire section of sewer pipe dug up and replaced. They've done an awesome, professional, and timely job every time. I highly recommend Fix & Flow.

Fix & Flow was very professional and easy to set up an appointment with. They have a tracking link which makes it easy to know when the plumber will actually be here.

For my plumbing issue, I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I originally called BestBuy since I had a geeksquad warranty and they told me to get a plumber. Fix & Flow came out for a service call and said that it was actually an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue. I was really frustrated with Bestbuy for their shoddy advice, but Fix & Flow very generously waived the service fee. When scheduling the call due to possible gas leak, I was only aware of the service call charge. When the plumber arrived, he then made me aware of a leak detection fee of $250. I believe that he could have detected the leak with out having to charge me a $250 fee. I respect having to pay people for their time, but it was a very obvious leak at the meter that he discovered without much inconvenience. He was at the property for less than 30 minutes.

We it came to replacing my water heater, I had to choose carefully since it is in my attic. Anthony and his crew did an excellent job. He way went the extra mile including the running a pipe out to the side our house. Outstanding customer service and quality work are just two of the many reasons to choose Fix & Flow. I had a water main leak right next to my foundation. This company had good reviews and I was looking for a plumber, not a do it all HVAC/electrician/plumber mega-company, so I called. Michael came out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue, and returned the next day to replace my main. He gave me a lower-cost option to patch, but I decided for the full replacement. No pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise up-charges, just a very friendly, honest plumber. They were also very careful to leave no mess. They were meticulous about minimizing the dug-up trench, and wore booties in the house. I would enthusiastically recommend Michael and Fix & Flow. It was truly one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner for service to my home.

After having two other plumbers come out before Fix & Flow, it was a night and day difference when Anthony came to take a look at our issues. He spent so much time diagnosing the issues properly (turns out both previous plumbers were wrong about the issue but confident enough to give us super high quotes for a solution). He explained everything thoroughly, told us honestly how he would prioritize fixing each issue, and let us know which issues weren't necessarily big issues. I like that they arrived on time, were friendly, and quickly evaluated and fixed my problem. The price was a little higher than I initially anticipated. And they may be right in the middle of the market rate, since I haven’t used a plumber for a piece of time. The thing is that I was surprised since I let them know in advance that this was just a replacement of my water heater’s T & P valve and they sent two people. It was definitely a one person job, They did discover I needed a new expansion tank, which is fine, but again it was a one person job, and I wonder if I paid a little higher rate for two people. Maybe one was an apprentice and not on the clock. I’m sure they get calls from people who think a problem is small and it turns out being a larger job but rather than over responding they could send one and then bring in backup if needed. I’m going to go ahead and give them four stars because with all of the different plumbing needs out there I’m sure they’re highly qualified.

This company is great!! I mainly spoke with Stephen over the phone and he was very understanding about our situation. I needed someone to come out the same day, and he said he would do what he could. I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there.

I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He's GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill!

I originally called to see if it's standard to clean and sanitize the spa tub and Stephen said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did.

I ended up needing to use him because there was unexpected brown spotting on the ceiling. He sent a team out and they were amazing! They didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs.

I really like this company and will hopefully be able to use them in the future. I will definitely refer them!

I called the fellas at Fix & Flow a couple of days ago to get an estimate on replacing the laundry pump in my basement, and I couldn't be more pleased with how things went. They were able to come out the same day, gave me a competitive estimate, and came back the next business day (after the July 4 holiday) to complete the work. I now have a new pump system, in addition to a correctly installed stand pipe for our washing machine. Anthony is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to provide some advice and ballpark estimates for two other projects that will need work in the near future. He did quality work, used quality materials and left the workspace as clean or cleaner than he found it. His estimate was right on target -- the final bill was even a hair lower than expected -- and the work finished within the time frame promised. We woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered a leak in the expansion tank above the water heater. It was difficult to find a plumber who would come out and fix it on a Sunday, but Steven at Fix & Flow was very responsive and sent Anthony to our house. Unfortunately, Anthony found leaks and corrosion not only in the tank but all around the water heater. We could have paid $800 (at weekend rates) to fix all those things without replacing the water heater, but he advised that we replace the water heater as well for a total of $2,300. No one welcomes an unexpected expense like that, but we agreed and Anthony installed the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Wow - Not sure where to start. Had a water leak around an elbow joint coming out of the hot water heater. I had been wanting a tankless hot water heater and now seemed to be as good a time as any. Th existing hot water heater was almost 12 years old so it was due to be replaced. Fix and Flow was extremely professional, courteous, conscientious, and made sure the job was done to perfection. Checkout those before and after pics of the piping and you can see, they don't play around! The tankless option they installed is awesome. I don't want to get out of the shower!!!! Not only did they replace my water heater, pipes and valves, they increased my water pressure (it has ALWAYS been awful). Thanks to Anthony for doing such an excellent job as well as his helper (sorry can't remember his name). They aren't the cheapest, however, they are the BEST.

We found Fix & Flow online after learning of a bad leak at our meter. From first reaching out to the final fix, I was confident in their professionalism. I called Friday evening, they quickly connected me to best person to answer my questions, give advice, and had a technician out first thing on Monday. They have a great system to keep you informed. On top of doing great work to fix the issue, our technician, Michael, kept me informed, gave some suggestions and was happy to address some other concerns I had unrelated to the leak. They made the whole process as painless as it could be. Highly recommend!

I have used Fix and Flow to repair a shower mixer, replace valves, install new water lines and hose bibs. They arrived on time, did an excellent good and cleaned up afterwards. Anthony explained everything that they were doing and walked me through the works after they were completed. I have learned a lot from him. I had a water pressure issue with my kitchen sink. I made an appointment for the next day. Then I noticed that the floor under my dishwasher was wet, and called back. The arranged to send someone out that afternoon.
The problem with the pressure turned out to be a faucet part below the sink, but the floor below the dishwasher turned out to be a separate issue. When I moved in, the dishwasher was not anchored. I had moved it a little to try and position it so I could anchor it. Turns out it had a non-flexible metal supply line that loosened. In short order, the dishwasher was pulled, the supply line changed to a braided one,
and the dishwasher reinstalled And anchored to the granite countertop support. Great job, friendly and informative representative, on time and experienced.

We had Chad out from Fix and Flow for a leak in our basement that appeared to be coming from the shower. Chad was pleasant, thorough, answered all of our questions, and fixed the leak quickly.

Great to work with. Cleared drain and provided future solutions. Didn't pull out crazy numbers on quote.
