Delta Plumbing The Educated Plumber

We had water leaking out of the ground near our water meter. We couldn’t figure out what was causing it to save our lives. We just went through a sewage back up and roto rooter restoration serviced our home and had previously cut the main water valve off at the meter. Called roto rooter to have them come back out and fix it. The field supervisor they sent out wanted to tell me it was just old Polly piping that broke and it was going to be around $2600 to repipe the line to our house. He would barely listen to me and didn’t want to even dig up the the ground to see where the line was. Erin from Delta came out, investigated, and solved the problem for us. It turned out it was a valve the whole time in the wall. Didn’t charge me anything and gave me a heads up on another potential issue I might face with a shut off valve in our home. Thanks Delta!!!! Wish I would have called you first!!

Water main busted and we were without water. From the call to the service being completed it was definitely a great experience. Dustyn was professional and courteous, and quick!! The work was done right and that’s why I called delta. This is a professional business, not someone’s cell phone number listed as a business like every other number I called before this. The price was a tad higher, but there’s a cost and quality hierarchy that I’m totally aware of and I would much rather pay to have the problem fixed correctly, than to pay less and have the guy cut corners. I will definitely use this company again, and Dustyn’s work and representation of he company was stellar.

They have a flat rate fee starting at $149 for the smaller tanks with a $35 environmental fee. From my understanding flat rate means flat rate and that's it. Now I do understand there are things that would cost a little more. However quoting $249 plus $35 then quoting $700 upon arrival is nothing less than outrageous. Who puts a price on a website and almost triples the cost. I would never recommend this company to anyone. PS I read the website completely. I understood it completely. However, I stand by my statement how can a company jump from say $300 to $700 when no pipes or anything needs to be replaced. Charging an extra 100-200 would have be understandable. Almost $400, NO!

I contacted Delta Plumbing on Monday and made the appointment for the day and time I needed on Thursday afternoon. Travis arrived on time and after accessing my needs he went right to work. In a little over an hour all 3 items, kitchen faucet, bathtub drain and bathtub faucet were replaced or refurbished. Travis is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Very happy customer!

I had a confirmed appointment for between 12-4 today. Took off the afternoon to meet the Delta plumber. I just called because I hadn't heard anything and were told they won't make it today, and can't make it tomorrow either because they are booked solid. I thought I was booked???
Very unreliable.

Delta Plumbing saved Christmas! We have a house full of guests, and of course that’s when our septic system decided to back up. Delta came out and pumped it clean and installed a service port. They sent pictures to show what all they had done and were sure to spray the mud off our sidewalk. Thanks!

Robert was very professional and helpful along the way. There response time was also great. However, the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is they charged so much for water heater, when they really arent that experience. Great service but just be prepared to pay.

Delta plumbing is very professional and affordable. We have had a great experience from the call center, technicians and management they value they're customers and deliver a great service. They can usually schedule you within 24 hours of your call and come out on time. I have personally called them out for water leaks and septic maintenance and both times they have done a great job it was affordable and done in a timely manner. They're Professional and highly knowledgeable, they will walk you through what they'll be doing to repair the issue. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them. Trust me you won't me disappointed!!!

I called Delta because I had water surfacing in my yard around my field lines, and needed to find out what was happening.Todd Bodine was the technician who arrived at my house and completed the exploratory digging and trouble shooting. He found a broken distribution box, my field lines full of roots and the whole system pretty well saturated.Todd took the time to explain what all of this meant, and was able to give me an educated and honest answer as to what was needed to get my system back in working order.Mr. Bodine and Delta worked quickly to gather permits, work with the EPA, conduct soil tests, as well as work with the Engineers to understand exactly what type of system could be placed (and would be best) in my yard.I TRULY want to thank Todd and his crew for the work they've done. Every step of the way, I was involved and informed of the actions needed. Todd took the time to explain why things are needed, and how they worked - from start to finish. My job was very large and included a new aeration treatment unit, a new distribution box and 400' of new field lines, as well as switching over from the old system to the new.All in all, the job took a week. I am very pleased with the results and the new system.I would definitely recommend Todd and Delta to anyone who would benefit from their services due to their knowledge, professionalism and respect that they have for their customers.THANK YOU !!

We called on Friday the 17th to set an appointment to get our Septic Tank pumped and they were able to get us in on Monday the 19th. We were given a time table between 12-4pm and we received our first call a little before noon saying Josh was on the way. They got here and went straight to work and in no time had found the tank and began digging. We really didn't know what to expect since we hadn't had it pumped since we purchased our home 3 years ago, but they kept us informed from start to finish. They showed us that we needed a little more done than anticipated and educated us on our options so that we could decide what we wanted to do. We got the extra work done and it took them no time at all. They wrapped up and gave us tips on how to keep it clean. They will be our go to for any of our Septic problems! I called got a quote and Mason & his helper where there in no time. I didn’t have to wait for anything they explained what my options were and once I made a decision they got started right away. Ten minutes later everything was flowing perfect and this had been months worth of issues that they took car of in minutes. I will only use Delta for my plumbing issues. I have a home in Decatur that was built in the late 50s . Mason unclogged our slow drain, installed new faucet and moved our bathroom vanity so it would be more centered with bath fixtures. Mason was very polite and professional . i would recommend Delta Plumbing.

JJ & Brandon were very professional and replaced my broken water heater very quickly. Awsome job!

It was a tedious job but Jerry stuck to it and soon he had replaced all the piping in the basement, sockets, elbows and all, leading upstairs to the bathtub, then to the piping to the vanity, then to the piping to the kitchen sink, getting rid of all the clogs. Hot water fully restored.

I really liked the service and the great level of expertise Zachary and his crew showed! There was a number of problems with my septic system and a costly job it was, but Zachary took great care in explaining the trouble and showing me what needed to be done.

Overcharged!!!!! Needed a shower repair. 90% of the work was done prior to his arrival. All the technical did was install the knobs, and showerhead. And the bill was $300. And it took two days! I was told that they have a guide sheet to go by for pricing. What kind of pricing guide is this? I guess you live, and you learn. Shop around!

We had a backed up drain and Jerry came out explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. Jerry was very professional and knew his job very well. Will definitely use Delta again. Thank you!! Price was reasonable as well.

Jacob came and replaced our 40-gallon Hot Water Heater this past week. Delta has previously performed work at our residence, and there's a reason I called them for this project. They're courteous, timely and professional every step of the way. Jacob arrived to assess our older HWH and decided that replacement was the optimal route to go. From the time we made the decision to him completing the work, was just 2-3 hours. Impressive knowledge and a skilled worker. Would recommend Delta(and Jacob) to anyone needing plumbing work.

These guys are great. I had a very difficult septic problem and Delta Plumbing handled it like pros. I have used them three times now and will keep using them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

FALSE ADVERTISING with no fine print even.They put out a flyer that says $149 to pump tank. Two females at the office confirmed the $149 pump and a $35 dump fee. Appointment was made. He came out and dug to open the cap then stated it would be $600 to pump.But we have a coupon and confirmation from the office. He said nope $600. Well nope we ain’t paying you. He then said it would be $125 because he dug and opened it. We won’t pay $125, we will pay what was advertised for a pump. The guy left.We called the office. A man claiming he was the owner said he’s always false advertised and that’s what the industry does as well and that the girls in the office don’t know anything.Ok then. There is an honest septic company out there somewhere and we will find it.Delta Plumbing is NOT.

I had to have a new drainage field put in for my septic system. The price was great. Travis and his crew are the best. Travis walked me through everything helped me. Delta Plumbing is the company that you can put your trust in on doing the job right and explaining from the financial to how the littlest thing works. Stop looking anywhere else they are the best.

This is a review for Steven Jackson. First and foremost,Thank You, Sir.After having called 2 leak detection and location companies for the leak in the slab in my townhome, Steven came out and showed me where my water line really went and where it was really leaking.He also knew how to talk to and handle my homeowners insurance adjuster who was trying to wiggle out of fixing my problem.His consice way of speaking helped me to better understand my problem as well as my solution and even broke the will of my claims adjuster.Tremendous.5 stars!

Our water heater kept going out. I knew it needed a new thermocouple. I had it disassembled and the burner out to see the thermocouple I ordered didn't seem right. I thought for sure my family would be taking cold baths and showers until something could happen the next day.. I called at 6:30pm and they were here about 2 hours later by 8:30pm. Turns out my thermocouple was right and no less than 20 minutes after arriving my water heater was roaring and getting toasty once again!Both the office workers and the plumber were very professional. He was also very thorough and educated me on a few things too! I am so grateful and heaven forbid something goes wrong Delta Plumbing is my go to! :)

Very disappointed in the company. I am a repeat customer. I was given a quote of $3300 dollars for maintenance septic pump out. They tried to upsell me risers, flush out etc..... I just had my tank pumped out for $425 dollars by a company located out of Conyers.

Todd and Mike; you guys are the best! Just to give everyone an idea of what I have been going through, I had been having some serious problems with my septic at my home. My wife and I was at our wits end because we had dished out plenty off dollars without any fixes. Called Delta ,they sent out Todd and Mike. The staff is very professional and are timely in letting you know when the service provider will be coming out. Also, when the located the issue they show you what’s wrong and how they can fix it right away. You don’t have to wait days for the work is completed. It’s done on the spot. The only thing is the customer service should extend to the customer when the service provider comes out. Also they only offer very small discounts not enough to even cover taxes.

Great job to Austin and his teammates. They performed an unclog and pipe replacement at my home. Next time I need a plumber it'll be from Delta.

After shaking my hand and introducing himself, the very first thing that he told me was that he was going to make the installation as painless as possible. I fired the idiot's that Lowe's sent out and glad that I did. Robert was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with my new water heater. The Tech did a great job providing the required service of removing the sewer from the septic.Showed exceptional professionalism and gave me information on how to extend the life of my septic. I am only given 4 STARS because they fail to completely cover and flush the lid against the septic when closing, thus providing an entry point for roots to enter the septic in the future.Other than that minor flaw, I will recommend Delta Plumbing to anyone who need these type of service.

Dylan was very knowledgable and patient with me, as I had no clue about septic tanks and all that I inherited from the last homeowner. The damage was significant to repair, which led to me asking lots of questions and needing time to research the price and approach for repair. Once I became comfortable with repair and all that he shared, I called him back and he completed the work and tried to keep my backyard in decent shape.

I had a pipe burst in my yard and my regular plumber was booked so I chose Delta. I have them a ring and said they could maybe come out the next day. I like the , “Right now.” When I’m paying out my money but really I didn’t have a say in the matter. I did show up earlier then scheduled and that was a + . He went to work and knocked it out. Cool dude… knows his _hit!!!

Delta Plumbing - and especially Brian Jackson - have definitely come through for me in 2017! I first called for a water heater replacement/upgrade, which Brian handled really well despite the challenge of fitting in tight quarters. I called for Brian again to replace/upgrade the original junction valve and fixtures for shower/tub combos in 2 bathrooms [one to fix a leak, the other to be preventative]. Prices for each job were estimated and explained in advance, and were certainly reasonable. But most importantly, Brian was great to deal with and did a terrific all around job taking care of things!

My mother had water puddling in her front yard and received a $3500 water bill. I contacted Delta plumbing to come out to see where the problem resided, as well as give me an estimate for the repairs. The Delta technicians, TJ, JJ and Joe arrived on time and immediately got started. These gentlemen did a great job! They worked several hours digging, replacing pipes and installing a new water heater. In the end, I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend Delta Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Good work cover up area with 4 lidsCompany policy sucks, did a cleaning for 184.00 and it comes with the lids installation. Was told once invoice is close out( closed less than 30 min b4 lids were asked for, however I was charles 184, that was included in the 1300.00 for lids- seem like everyone wants to scams you out of something

Delta Plumbing was the fifth in a line of plumbers I contacted due to a problem with a terrible odor coming from under the bathroom sink Neither of the plumbers who were out before were able to tell me what the problem was or where the odor was coming from. Nathan did a thorough investigation in and outside of my home and advised me that I had a dead animal under my house. Needless to say these other plumbers whom I will not mention in the Fayetteville area searched the outside of my home and reportedly found nothing. I am very satisfied with Delta and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Called about having septic tank pumped quoted price was $199. For 1000gal tank. Once they arrived said I had to have risers installed and that my lines were completely clogged but have no issues inside house, inside drains just make gurgling noises every time rains (had rained for the past 18hrs prior to them showing up) so explained didn't want risers bc of the utv, 4wheelers etc that close to the surface then they stated couldn't warranty work(?) I said, warranty pumping a tank?? I don't need a warranty just the tank pumped. Then he told husband wouldn't do any work unless we had a least one riser installed. So husband said cover holes up. So be aware $199.00 quoted for 1000gal tank is to get them there to push additional items installed that are not necessary to pump a septic tank out. Invoice he emailed was for $2270.00 for a gold service membership. All I needed was the tank pumped out, this is not the 1st time have our septic pumped but this is 1st company stating we needed all these additional installed items & unnecessary items, oddly interesting...people please dont yourself to be taken advantage of.

Westly and Dylan arrived on time and were professional. I was told my problems and given a price before work started. They gave me some good advice about maintaining my septic before they departed.

He and his asst. arrived on schedule, quickly assessed the issue, provided a detailed/understandable solution and were very proficient in successfully completing the work. Jacob was nice and professional, the amount the community charged was basically the way companies takes advantage of people, to unplugg my drain which took at least 45 minutes, and charged $823.00 to run the cable down the toilet drain, very disappointing, will never use them agan

Thomas did an exceptional job of finding a gas leak in my home and repairing the gas line. He very was knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely use Delta Plumbing again.

Called and scheduled Delta to come out for a diagnostic, giving them my address with an apartment number. Mr. Bryan & his team were courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional & super efficient; paying attention to even the smallest technical details- even going the extra mile to insure that the work of their hands would stand the test of time, maximum functionality, reliability, durability & quality. In the past, an HVAC technician (from a different company) told me to have my husband call him and he would explain it to my husband instead of telling me all the work that needed to be done. And this was after I had told him that my husband won't be involved because he was traveling for work and wasn't available.

I needed a plumber for the doctors office that I work in. The customer service was great. They took less than an hour to come to my location. Dylan did a great job explaining the issue and fixing it. If needed, I will definitely call them again.

Update: They made their way out to the house first thing this morning. Explained what had happened and how things got mixed up and apologized for not calling when they said they would.Their teams are always very friendly and professional, I've used them several times. While I'm not happy about the delay in contact, things happen and I understand that during busy times like the holidays things can get out of alignment.Had septic service performed 6 months ago. Now it is backed up. Have called them multiple times a day since Tuesday (it is now Friday) and get the same response of: a technician will call you shortly / today, you are on the priority list. Or something to that effect. No one ever calls back and the person answering the call will never tell us when some one will call us back.

I have never used this company nor will I ever after the encounter I experienced today at circle k gas station in Fayetteville! A delta truck pulling a trailer Literally blocked me in because he didn't pay attention to where he was going And then stared me down while I was pumping my gas. Then as i'm trying to back out the passenger opens his door yelling at me. But they are the ones that drove in the wrong way not only blocking me in at the pump but the 3 other car's that where also trying to leave! After I left the parking lot sitting at the red light the driver got out and was yelling at me while he was walking in the store then shot me a bird! I will make sure to let people know how unprofessional this company is.

We called on a Thursday night because our plumbing was backing up. Jimmy and Taylor arrived at our address BRIGHT AND EARLY Friday morning !!!!! You could tell from the start that Jimmy was serious about his job and knew what he was doing. He and Taylor dug our septic tank up with shovels. (we have had 2 other plumbing companies out here in the past..... both used a tractor !!!!) Jimmy immediatley informed us that our lid was cracked. He explained everything that this could cause and suggested that we replace the lid as well as the cracked main line. He never got irritated (as some of the guys that were out previously did) at our questions. He told us what all of options were and gave us pricing for each option. He also kept us informed. Like letting us know he would not be able to complete the job until Saturday. On Saturday, Jimmy came out with Nick. Again, we had a lot of questions and neither of them seemed to get irritated. Very Professional. There were no hidden costs. At the end of the job, we got exactly what Jimmy said he needed to do for the exact price that he quoted us. We will be callling Delta Plumbing for ALL of our future plumbing needs as well as referring their services to our friends and family with plumbing needs.

They came out as promised on a Sunday...mid-morning. They didn't just take care of the septic issue but took time to understand where the underlying issue might be. Mike's expertise saved us thousands of dollars by noticing a leak in our water. We were able to fix it and haven't had any major problems since.

We got home after 7:30pm on Friday and found the water heater busted with the garage & crawl space flooded. It was a nightmare! Listen, they contacted Warrior Restoration company which was at our home in minutes; and then, they sent us their BEST PROFESSIONAL, Steven Sivell. He is competent, accurate, quick & courteous. Although it was afterhours, the weekend & raining heavily, Steven S. & Delta Plumbing were at our home and mitigated the problem. Impressively, they were back on the scene EARLY Saturday morning and completely resolved the problem. And their price? Reasonable! Our assigned technician Thomas was great. He came out and gave us and overall site assessment and explained what services needed to be done for the repair. He stayed in contact regarding his return to repair the service line and left minimal disturbance to the lawn after the work was complete.

They are always the ones I call for septic tank maintenance. Zack was knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. He, Christian and Mike got everything done in a couple hours.

I call to have them clean out my septic tank. This company charged my over $3,000.00 to complete some repairs to my septic tank. After comparing their prices I realized they overcharge me. The area where they completed the repairs has now began to sink. The brought out 3 wheel barrels of dirt that and the packed it by stumping on it with their feet which will eventually sink again. Poor customer service once the job has been done and they should have packed the dirt over the septic tank when they initially did the job. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am so incredibly please with Joe from Delta Plumbing. After having 4 companies come to check my leak. Joe was the only technician who took the time to thoroughly walked the property and do his do-diligence to solve it.

We thought we had a mysterious leak causing a large oddly shaped brown spot in our carpet. Jerry searched every possible source and it turned out that the spot was not from a leak. He was friendly, knew what to do in the search and presented all the possibilities and explained them to us. He also has a great personality and communicator. We really appreciated our time with him.

I experienced a service issue with a plumber with whom I was not satisfied with the quality of work he provided. As a result, I emailed the company expressing such. The Office Manager, Evelyn, immediately responded to my email on the same evening and offered her apologies for my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Evelyn went an extra step to assure me she would make the situation right and would send someone the next morning to fix the leak in my bathroom. Plumber Mason arrived and did a GREAT job of assessing the leak and repairing my bathroom to my full satisfaction! Professional dependable service. Saved me $1000 compared to.other quotes. Other wanted to jack.hammer.i. floor to.find.leak.under.slab. Old house so delta explained how I could save my floor and future problems. Instead of finding leak tearing floor just put in new line and reroute. This made sense why do patch work fixing leak when i.can save frustration with a totally be line. Mike is very good at explaining and walking you through so it was al clear to.me a female. Replaced.main.water line from meter to house. Capped off old line . When he finished the job he cleaned up behind himself. Checked and rechecked before he left. Delta guarantees their work on this job 5 years. A+ with Better Business Bureau, all license up to date with Secretary of state. 5 star ratings. Jerry was very professional. He looked at the issue, suggested the options and also provided his opinion on what option would be better. But I feel there is some inconsistency in the way Delta comes up with the cost. It looks like they duplicate the labor for every item of work. Also the labor itself was way too high... e.g ~$290 just to replace some flush parts in one toilet. The total cost to repair 1 toilet came to over $500 including parts.

Very disappointed! Im not angry because Joshua and Caleb were very kind. However, I’m still left with an open hole in my yard that needs to be covered up once WE find a filter and put it in ourselves.The charge to flush the tank was $400. In their defense, Josh said the filter alone would be 100 and if they had to go to Stockbridge to get one it would be an extra 100 - 200 in gas alone! So now, we’re stuck with trying to find a filter before covering the hole.😳😳..... Left speechless..

After missing first appointment date with late notifications the second appointment arrival was on time. The technician after use of equipment had to leave site to return the equipment for another job. The job was to repair sewer line do there was digging which after completed was a total mess to my driveway. The dig site was left with a trail and pile of dirt. The dirt was not compacted and look like a trail for underground dwellers. The leak was fixed but the site was very messy. My HOA was not pleased. Very skeptical yo use services again. I must say the customer service staff was very pleasant and helpful when I called about missed and late arrivals.

Delta Plumbing was able to provide me with service within a couple hours of me calling. I suspected a gas leak and called for a plumber. The journeyman, Nathan Just, was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight and tips on my issue. He was able to find and document the gas leak quite quickly. Overall, the experience with Delta Plumbing and all of their staff was excellent and the quote was the quote. There was no coming out fee, I just paid the gas leak inspection.Always be sure to check their website for coupons or ask the journeyman. I was able to get $50 dollars off the leak inspection as advertised on the website.

Michael Lott arrived on schedule and did an evaluation of my septic system. Said he would have to open the tank to do the evaluation. He quoted a price before starting the work and stated it was subject to change after the tank was pumped. Yes the quote changed once the tank was pumped. It was $300 less than the original quote. About a month ago I hired this company to do a hydrojetting service because I was told my drain may be clogged. I am trying to sell my home and needed proof my lines are clear. The technician came to my home and did the service. It cost 1400.00. However, within the week the home inspectors discovered the drain was yet still clogged. The company owner called me back personally after realizing how upset l was for paying for a service that did not clear the job and offered a 100% refund. Not too many Business these day will go that length to satisfy their customers. I want to personally say thank you again.

I've used Delta Plumbing in the pass to replace my water heater and clear a bad clog that was backing up into the sink and now replace a shutoff valve for my kitchen sink. As always, the service that was provided was excellent. They also take covid-19 precautions when they came to make the necessary repairs.

Both Westly and Dylan were very careful in digging up and cleaning my septic tank, provided me with some advice on how to get the best use of the tank. Discussed with me the adding of cover so I don't need to dig the tank up any more and adding a filter to the system so it would work better. Definitely on my reuse list.

I had 3 toilets replaced, 2 bathtub faucets and kitchen faucet replaced, etc. Jerry did an excellent job and was very professional. The results were awesome! And I got to use a coupon. Delta is the only plumber I will use from now on.

Requested service for a broken kitchen faucet & when Delta Plumbing sent Scott, he was cordial, gave us a reasonable estimate(for the replacement of the faucet and repairs to the sink), service was prompt and effective, and he answered our questions about upgrading the counter/cabinet beneath the sink. I'll definitely be doing business with Delta again.

Dylan and his team are great! He explained the whole process before starting, as well as the price, which was very reasonable. They pumped and jetted my septic tank and then pretreated with Bio-Clean. It was absolutely clean and the system was working very well. He inspected my building to see if there were any leaks beneath the floor. It appeared that the floor was buckling from a possible broken pipe or water leak. He completed a thorough check and determined that I did not have a leak. Great Job

Anthony was cool and all but $89 for a trouble shoot where the solution was to flip a breaker seems a bit steep. But I guess time is money and Delta got a tech to me pretty fast on a Saturday .

Called early this morning with a burst gas water heater. They sent a very professional technician, Anthony, who was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He really made us trust him from the moment we met him. Did fantastic work, explaining everything to us. Very nice job, cleaned up everything and all is working great. I had a backed-up septic system. I received service from Kevin B. and Dylan C. Both individuals are/were extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problem and provided me with solutions to not only fix the problem, but to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Considering the amount of work required to clear the system, they worked extremely fast. Professional service like this doesn't occur too often. Many people do not bother to read 5 star reviews, me being one of them.We 1st used Delta a few years ago to replace our main water line from the road to the house. These guys did a better job than I originally expected. So of course we chose Delta again for a plumbing job we needed on the kitchen. This time Scott Ingram came to perform the work. He performed the work quickly and professionally. Just like the crew that came out the first time to perform the main water line replacement, Scott also appeared to have a love and a passion for what he does for a living. The quality of the work really shows this.

My experience with Delta Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.We awakened recently to a sound in our walls that was like a loud horn. After researching, I was convinced that I had a problem with our water pressure being too high. Our pressure control valve was shot, so I purchased a new and tried to put it on. Unfortunately, I could get off one nut, but not the other.I called a national plumbing company that rhymes with moto-scooter. The guy showed up on time, but the experience went down fast immediately. This plumber made several condescending, rude comments and told me he couldn't use my part because the grooves on the part had been changed. (Are you serious? Changed the grooves? Oh, brother.) It was the same model, produced by the same company, and it worked for everyone else who replaced their old valve for the new one. So obviously the plan was to charge me a ton for his choice of a valve.He also said the job was extremely difficult, and he'd have to replace my pipes. Cost? $800. He added this with a comment that I'd probably need to replace the water heater, too. I sent him on his way. But not before he added, I didn't want to do this job anyway.Ha, ha, ha. This really happened. And I'm leaving out a lot!I called Delta Plumbing and was pleasantly greeted by Selena. I felt instinctively that this would be the right company. We set the appointment and a young man named General arrived on time.General assessed the job, and I was relieved that he didn't seem intimidated in the least by the job. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed me the estimate and I readily agreed.The charge was several hundreds of dollars less than moto-scooter. General finished the job in a couple of hours. And a lot of that time was us waiting for the sealant to dry so we could test the job.General was the epitome of a competent and courteous professional who takes pride in his work and in customer service. He also had nothing but great things to say about his employer, which I found heartening.Unlike the other national plumbing company, Delta didn't try to make all of their money off of one customer. I'm sure they could've charged more, but what they didn't generate in revenue on this call will be made up for over the lifetime of our future plumbing partnership.For I fully intend to use Delta on any future plumbing jobs. I set an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a window of 11am-3pm on a Monday. That Monday morning I called them at 9:30am to ensure that the appointment was still set.Around 1:30pm they called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted me to reschedule. I let them know that I'm not currently living in the condo, and that I had taken off work and driven an hour to be here. I asked if they could make it later in the day. She said she'd try to find someone to come out.They called at 3:30pm and told me they had to cancel. They wanted to reschedule but I told them no thanks.Sadly, this was the last day I could take off work for a while. So thanks to Delta Plumbing, I'll be putting off moving into my new condo.

Having my plumbing in my kitchen repaired was a great experience. Jerry called, showed on time and did all of our repairs with professionalism and expertise. I called Delta plumbing late Tuesday evening . I was scheduled the next business day with a tech. The service was fast and professional .

Nathan, from Delta, was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns, and completed a quality job. I was dealing with a 3rd company which broke my waterline. Without Nathan and Delta, I'd still be hauling water to flush my toilets.

We had a new Rheem water heater installed by Delta Plumbing November 2020. It ceased functioning February 2022, just after the one year warranty expired that covered parts and labor. Scott arrived as per the agreed upon time frame. He was polite, professional, clean and answered all questions. His first visit was free-of-charge. He explained the gas valve was the issue. He lit the pilot light and explained it might function for :10, 10 days or 10 months. (The water heater died within hours.) I ordered a free replacement gas valve from Rheem, it arrived the next morning. Scott returned the following day and drained the water heater (in the attic), installed the new gas valve, replaced both cartridges in a lavatory sink and installed a new toilet sink. Scott was very efficient, he obviously knows his job and is a hard worker. (I have no idea how many trips he made up-&‐down the attic stairs but I know it had to be a workout.) Labor was not covered related to the recalled gas valve. When we need more plumbing work we will call Delta Plumbing and request Scott. Feeling safe allowing a stranger in your home is paramount. I had zero issues with Scott.

I called them on the 4th of July and they came out on the 4th of July !! I was not charged a holiday fee and was very glad of that ! I thought the system was seeping and when they came out found out different it just needed a siphoning out, thank goodness. Todd and Robert were very honest and didn't do anything unless they asked me first. The knowledge they had about septic systems was great ! I've been told so many different things and when a person looks you in the eye and says do this not this, I believe them ! They were through in no time at all, and left the yard in great condition! I will call them again in the future... The price is comparable to other companies, I got a seniors discount too !! Thanks guys !!

The company charged two elderly ladies $800 to repair a water tank filter joint leaking. It took 25 minutes. The repair estimates are in the range of $250 ro $350 from other companies. I am disgusted.Elderly people beware of this company. The photo shows the area that was repaired

Nice gentleman but the $200 phone quote jumped to $1100 since tank had not been pumped in a while . I paid the $125 service fee and found a few places that charged $375- $400 flat. I'll make sure to ask if the fee is a flat rate next time. 3 Stars because of the price shock.

He went above and beyond to help us figure out the path and source of where the leak was originating. He offered to call Warrior Restoration to confirm his findings, and they had someone over to the house a few hours later. Michael and Caleb came out to my house to repair our septic tank issue. My husband was at work when they arrived, and Michael spent a lot of time educating me on what the problem was and explaining to me how to effectively fix it. What impressed me so much was his heart of a teacher with someone (me) who knew nothing about septic tanks. He and Caleb came back the next morning to explain everything again to my husband. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and kind. They took their time explaining every step of the job as they completed our work and fixed our septic tank perfectly. These guys worked so hard, but always had a smile on their face, answered our many questions and made sure we completely understood everything they were doing. The guys took photos along the way and emailed us quality pics of the entire job to show us inside and out what was done. I've never trusted septic tank companies in the past, because they just come out and do the pumping and leave. He and Caleb are a great team and know how to work together very well. Delta will always be my first call for plumbing and septic needs. After a two day run around by that company whose uses a color as it's name, I called Delta. Their 24/7 we'll come fix it mantra is true! I called at 2:30 PM on Saturday. Ryan, a plumber with Delta showed up less than an hour later. He laid out a game plan as to what he was going to do. He also rightfully decided to call his counterpart in the septic department just in case. Within 15 minutes, Todd showed up. They spoke briefly with me and I went over what had occurred. Todd said, I believe I know what your problem is. Your filter needs cleaning. He was right! Todd, besides being the consummate professional, is quite the character. Honest and straightforward, he actually cares about how well he does his job. Delta's slogan of The educated Plumber is spot on. Ryan and Todd are the bomb! Their rates are a bit higher but I am always willing to pay for quality service and work. These guys are QUALITY!

I loved the quick response. I know and accept that plumbers can be expensive. Anthony knew just what to do and did an excellent job replacing my Washing Machine Box. He explained to me that he’d have to cut out an area of sheet rock in my wall and that Delta was not responsible for replacing the sheet rock. I had no problem with that. My only complaint is that he didn’t attempt to cleanup his mess from all sheetrock dust.

I had Robert Taylor, and his assistant from delta plumbing, they install infiltrator septic system in my yard for my septic tank,I been having problems with the old system that I had, he came out and told me how he was going to setup the system to be install he stay in contact with me making sure that i was please with the work that he was performing i was satisfied with the work that he and his assistant done. They made sure that i was satisfied with the work that they done before they left, I was please with there work.

Placed a service call to Delta Plumbing this morning AFTER being stood up by a different company who'd TWICE confirmed on the previous day that they serviced my area. I was greeted by two very friendly and polite ladies who scheduled my appointment. Within 30 minutes, Trace and his assistant Austin arrived at our home to pump and service our septic tank. Trust me when I say that this was NOT a maintenance pump - these guys (W.O.R.K.E.D.) and did a fabulous job! Also, they did NOTHING before discussing it with me first, and were extremely polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. BOTH GUYS DESERVE A RAISE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!! Highly highly recommended!!!

They said they would come out and pump my tank. THE DAY OF SCHEDULE PUMPING they called and ask me if someone else was installing my new drain lines. When I told her yes she said that if I let them replace fill lines then they would pump it. I told her me and my dad was replacing the lines, she said she could not pump my tank, UNLESS I LET THEM REPLACE MY FEILD LINES. They should have told me to start with. Very unprofessional

9/13/21 Update: Kalib Stockton was my tech today and he did a great job. He ran into some unexpected challenges but came back same day to fix the issue. Delta plumbing always does a great job at my home!Arthur was a great tech. He showed me what the issue was and explained it clearly, was up front with pricing, and fixed the problem within an hour or two. Should be standard protocol, but it's hard to find good plumbers these days. Will use this company again.

I could only give a 4 of 5 star review because I requested a morning appointment between 8-12 and I ended up getting an afternoon appointment at 3pm. Delta plumbing was still professional enough to give me a call at 11:54am to notify me I was still on their list to be serviced today and wasn't forgotten. Anthony was the service tech that repaired my shower. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony gave 5 star service. As far as pricing, it was what I expected from such a well known reputable plumber. I did get what I paid for and I am a satisfied customer.

We had a plumbing emergency at our business last night. Within an hour of our initial call to Delta Plumbing, Todd was on site. Our problem turned out to be bigger than what we had expected, and even though it was getting late and dark, Todd stayed to get us operational again. He was professional, courteous and offered several solutions. I was very pleased to find that when I arrived this morning, Todd had even taken the time to clean up the area so that we were completely ready to open our business. Delta Plumbing was a surprisingly good experience even though we did have problems. There was an issue where the repair cut off water to one of our buildings on the property. Even though we had this issue, Delta was willing to work with us to get the problem resolved with minimal extra cost. They were professional the whole time and hence there was no animosity. Contrarily, they earned my respect, even if they were in the end taking a hit, they behaved professionally the whole time. I'd like to give a shout out to Jay-Jay who is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen! He and the team, ground through a very difficult repair and got the job done in a timely manner and with good quality.So I do recommend this plumber. Even if you have an issue, they will work with you to make it right.

My husband and I recently bought another house, and have a home warranty on it. So, when we started having an odor problem with our guest toilet (we thought). We called the warranty company and they sent another plumbing company to our house. I was so dissatisfied with the service because the plumber didn't look for and didn't appear to care about our odor problem. I decided to call Delta Plumbing because we had used them before for the septic tanks. This time, Joe was the plumber that they sent and he was great. He listened to our problem and immediately started searching for the problem. Of course, he found the problem in the attic -- a cracked vent pipe. He had to cut the drywall to get to the pipe but was able to replace the cracked PVC pipe. I was so thankful for his diligence in locating the problem, especially after another plumbing company didn't and wouldn't locate the problem. Anyway, if you need any plumbing repairs, please call Delta -- you will not regret it.

News Flash!!! If you see the $199* or $249* pumping special, ask what the * means. Was I happy about what was needed to be done? No! However everything was explained to me and I did my research prior to calling so I had a certain expectation. Prior to doing any work, Westly explained the process and fees and gave me a choice prior to his digging. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He explained the digging, the two compartments of my septic tank, how it worked, the frequency it should be pumped, how to clean the filter, preventative maintenance and the installation of risers. Does one actually believe a company can show up to your house, dig two holes, pump out the solid waste, pump out the liquids, clean the filter and fill the holes back for the $199 or $249? They couldn't stay in business. Delta Plumbing showed up, ON TIME, and immediately started working. Pumping septic tanks is a dirty job and I'm glad I didn't have to do it. I thank Wesley for the honesty and being straight forward on the expected pricing. I recommend Delta Plumbing and will use them in the future. By the way, know what type of septic tank you have. The previous company that cleaned our septic tank only pumped out one side, the liquids. They left the waste and took our money.

Jacob was very professional. He came out and gave us a preliminary overview of the problem, returned the next day and began correctiing the problem. He gave us options in which my husband and I could decide on how we wanted him to proceed. Finally, he returned this morning with an assistant and completed the job. I found out that I had a leak in my house so I called Delta Plumbing from a quick google search. The plumber came and did an inspection. He quoted the fix for $700.00 (Fix vales and such for all three toilets($600.00) and re seat one tank($100.00)). Here is the kicker, he quoted that price stating that the leaks were coming from all three toilets in the house. In order to determine if it in fact was the toilet, all he would have to do is shut of the water line to the toilet. After some trouble shooting myself by shutting of water to the toilets and checking the meter, which was still running, I determined the leak to be some where else. I order the $39.99 special that was on their website for the leak detection and did not get everything promised, especially the slab leak detection, which I am sure is the cause of the problem.I would not recommend this company as they are obviously quoting ridiculous amounts for fixes that are assumptions.

Eric came out to find out why we had a 24000 gallon water bill; he check everything in the house and we did not have a leak, went checking around the water heater and found the water pressure value was bad; he had it fixed and rerouted the water cut off value for the water heater in a couple of hours and I'm back in business. Jimmy was nice. He made a mistake and hit my AT&T Line and irrigation system but he called AT&T and fixed my system. They compensated me for the event.

We had a leak from an unknown source in our second floor bathroom. We had called a different plumbing company out earlier, and they were entirely useless. Steven, however, was able to not only find the source of the leak in less than 20 minutes (a supply pipe going to our third floor bathroom), but promptly repaired the leaking pipe and diagnosed and fixed a leaking toilet and replaced a water pressure regulator that he diagnosed as a potential source of the pinhole leaks in our copper piping. All in all, close to 5 hours of work for about $750--very reasonable (as plumbing goes!). He was utterly professional, prompt, and there was no pressure at all in any of his recommendations. We will be using Delta Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

I had a hot water heater go out recently and right away called Delta Plumbing. I asked for Cody as I had such a great experience with him, but Terri mentioned that he was away on vacation but not to fear, Sean would take good care of me. I met Sean at 9:30 am well within the quoted 9-11 time slot and then he proceeded to spend almost 10 hours replacing my water heater (it was a low boy that required some extra attention). Sean was terrific, educating us, looking at other issues we have and really adding a ton of value even outside the scope of our big project. Delta's pricing was aggressive, product great and service outstanding. I could be a paid Spokesman for Delta Plumbing but I am not - they have done an outstanding job on my water heater and replacing a toilet. They dont forget details or take shortcuts. We had some persistent pipe leaks in copper pipes in the basement and we are on a well. Joe Morgan of Delta Plumbing came and listened to what we were experiencing and looked at the problems. He inspected and noted the problems and discussed ways that we could approach them. I had also purchased a whole house water filter system that he looked at and we discussed the install possibilities. He priced the work, I agreed and Joe had to go pick up some fittings. He returned and went about completing the work with care professionally, completed the work and we inspected it and was better than I expected.Friendly, professional, respectful and I would happily recommend Joe and Delta without reservation.

I woke up this morning to a septic tank alarm and thought I had to pump the tank. At 11:00a, Frank and Luke were onsite to troubleshoot. In no time, they were able to determine that I had a tripped breaker. Turned the breaker back on, the alarm went away. But Frank didn't stop there, he took the time to teach me about my septic system. From the breakers to the distribution box to the field lines. They (Frank and Luke) lived up to your tagline of The Educated Plumber. I really appreciated the quick response and the knowledge transfer that these technicians and the company displayed.

Classic Bait and Switch. Was quoted $250 (the day before) to pump a 1000 gallon septic tank by a receptionist. When they arrived the next day the lead technician told me because my tank was full, it would cost me $430.00 to do the job. Yes, the reason for getting it pumped was because it was full. Is this not the reason most people get their septic pumped, because it is full? Needless to say, when he gave me this idiotic reason for jacking up the price, I became livid but tactfully told them to cover up the tank as they found it and get off of my property.Trust me, in another life, I would not have been so tactful. This lead technician (who was wearing dark sunglasses) was worse than a borax used car salesman. This company needs to be stopped. The Educated Plumber is a joke and needs to go back to school to learn one rule, The Golden Rule. They lied to me and attempted to cheat me. These unethical tactics may work with the gullible but I am the WRONG ONE!Beware, I believe they may be connected and conspiring with a couple other septic tank cleaning companies in Henry County trying to separate decent people from their hard earned money. I was able to get another local company that I trust and have dealt with for over 20 years to come out the first thing the following morning. They pumped my tank for the same reasonable price that they quoted over the phone.

First let me say that a job that was supposed be for only one septic tank turned out to be for two septic tanks. When they couldn’t find the initial tank, they reached out to a co-worker Robert, to come out and put a camera down the line. had someone come give me a quote today for a simple water heater changeout, I wanted to have an expansion tank added also, I provided all materials except for what was needed to plumb in the expansion tank. I got a quote of 1200. I've worked in construction my whole life since I was 18. I know the game and let me tell you what this is a huge game. it would take roughly 3 hours being generous to change it out, so that's 400 an hour. I feel so sad for homeowners that don't know any better, that's why I'm writing this review. delta plumbing you should be ashamed !!!!

They all did a wonderful professional job and all were polite and pleasant to deal with.

First I called Roto Rooter, they never showed, they passed me around transferring my call, leaving messages and never following thru, then I called Delta the next day they were there. They were running behind my window was 8a-12p, I called at 11:55a and the dispatched let me know they would give a call when on the way. Mason and Hunter came in, told my options after I explained the issue and they were in and out in less than 30 mins. I haven't had any toilet issues since! I highly recommend.

Jerry and Robert came out on pretty short notice on a Friday to fix a kitchen clog I hadn't been able to clear myself. Jerry was ever the professional; when his first try didn't work, he'd find another method and then another. They stuck with it for hours (late into the evening) on what initially sounded like a half-hour job, and they eventually solved it after cutting and replacing some pipe in the basement. No homeowner likes to have someone replace pipe on a Friday night, but Jerry's clear communication and obvious problem-solving skills helped eliminate easier-to-fix possibilities and find the issue.They may cost a bit, but they work for every dime to fix an issue, and I can't ask for anything more honest or effective than that.

Mason and Hunter were very friendly and .professional. They performed very well together and the quality of their work was exceptional. They were well equipped with tools, parts, supplies and never had to leave to go get something like many home service companies have done in the past.It was a pleasure having them at our home. Thank you Westly, David, and Josh!!! We called Delta Plumbing after researching plumbers and reading several reviews. We called before 8 am on the Monday and were told that it would someone could be out between noon and 2. We were pleasantly surprised when Josh showed up at least 3 hours early. We thought we were dealing with a blockage and a leak. Josh was up front with us, and after assessing the situation, and suggested that it might be the septic tank and that it was best that we have the tank checked out first. The property was only purchased a year ago, and had been vacant for several months before, so I know we sort of questioned how could it be full. Josh stated that if it wasn't the septic tank then he would be back to fix the leak and clear the pipes. Within minutes after leaving, Westly and David appeared. Ewwwww, it was the tank!!!! Full, blocked, and disgustingly gross!!! Josh had been right! So he had saved us several dollars. They drained, cleaned, and fixed some piping. I have a lot of respect for these guys especially David doing the hand digging. Westly was great in having us observe what he was doing and explaining the whys and wherefores of the project as they went along; even searching us out while we worked on another project. We were able to negotiate on one aspect of the job. All-in-all we were impressed with the service provided at a reasonable price. Delta Plumbing is a great company to deal with because when I called them to fix a issue with my toilet they had someone out the same day to fix it for me. The plumber they sent was very curtious and even explained what was wrong with my toilet to me while he fixed it. Definately Recommend.

His work was thorough and precise. I would definitely recommend for an y plumbing services you may come across.

Joe was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He explained how he would fix the leak and did so quickly.He also suggested replacing our old out-dated water pressure regulator. We agreed to the replacement to hopefully not have many more water pressure issues. We are very pleased with the repairs. ☺️

I'm glad to hear that so many people had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, I did not. I called to get a water line installed to my ice maker. To their credit, they were very prompt and sent someone out quickly. However, he looked at what was under my sink and informed me that the only way to do it was to replace a bunch of stuff and quoted me a price of over $500. All that was needed was an adapter - one which I couldn't find at the home improvement store. I asked him about the adapter, and his response was that the only way he could do it was to replace everything. He then dropped the price by $100, which made me suspicious of why it was so high to begin with. I said that the price was outrageous, to which he replied that I learned a lesson about self-repair versus calling a company. When I asked him about the size of one of the pipes, he was very reluctant to tell me - saying that he was giving away his pearls of wisdom. I suppose that I did learn a lesson because I have now bought the adapter from Amazon and installed the line, for a cost of $8. Quite honestly, the lesson I learned was not to call this company again.

We had a slow leak, that caused more damage than we anticipated. Delta responded to our call quickly. Jerry was very knowledgeable about what we needed to have done, and also shared a recommendation for how to have the damage we experienced from the leak repaired. So I called them out for a stopped up toilet. The plumber started telling me he thought it was the roof vent then once I told him what I thought it was he went with that I don't know if mines made the most money or what but after him tearing up my ceiling and changing out pipes that possibly didn't need to be changed I clearly see that where the vent pipe was that he originally thought it was was actually where all my damage was but do you think he bothered to mention it or address it no. I was told I got a great deal on price for the replacing of the pipes im not sure what the average price is so I'm left to take there word for it but I was also promised a warranty that it took me a weeks worth of phone calls to finally get I don't know who the young lady was that finally made that happen but I thank her cause Evelyn acted like it was impossible to get in contact with their own plumber don't get me wrong if this whole situation was some kind of great deal I'm appreciative but right now I feel like I'm just another woman that got taken advantage of they also recommended there partners in crime warrior don't listen to them don't do it save your time and money it's all a scam

Delta came out the same day I called. They came to pump out the septic. They could have just done it and left but they asked about any problems we have had and looked further into the problem. They basically got our septic back to working order and set it like new. When they discussed prices they worked with us and gave us options. They didn’t want to just do a quick fix and have us calling them and charging us again. Was it pricey? Yes. But with the price comes quality. The three men that came out were friendly and left things nice so that my children could play after and not have issues near where they worked. They were awesome and I would definitely recommend them. If we ever have any issues with plumbing or etc they will be the ones we call. Thanks for a great job done and making sure we won’t have any near future problems with it.

The septic technicians who came to help me were polite, competent, and were able to explain all that was done so that i could easily understand. Thanks to them for pumping the tank and getting me able to use the facilities. I could not believe how nice both were.

Delta Plumbing came out, assessed our septic tank issue and within 72 hours we had a brand new system. Unfortunately for us we inherited a bad septic system that had never been properly cared for. But now we’re up and running perfectly.

We had a water main leak and therefore, had to turn off all water (one forgets how much water is needed until it’s unavailable). After we called another area company for leak detection who told us that it would be 2 days before they could come out AND that they couldn’t do the actual repair, we called Delta Plumbing. They were here in 2 hours and finished the whole job (even going for supplies) within 3 hours. Holy cow! This is service that we didn’t expect. Joe Morgan was our service technician and he was absolutely amazing. Delta has a customer for life now. Water back on and loving it!

Both Todd and Westly really went out of their way to service the septic issues that I had. They worked quickly and effectively to remedy the issues and were fair and honest with the pricing. They were also cognoscente of my yard and driveway and careful not to damage things. Fantastic, friendly service from Todd and Dylan. I had the septic tank access that the last service used to pump out my tank exposed so that they could get to it easier. They told me that this small access port the previous service used was behind a baffle and could not effectively clear the tank. In other words, the previous guy ripped me off. They broke out the shovels and got to the middle port at no extra charge. Because the previous guy didn't do his job they had to work twice as hard. They could have fooled me like the other guy did, but they didn't. They were friendly, hard-working, and honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe Morgan was our technician who came out to help us with installing our stove. It was pretty simple to do, however, we paid home depot to delivery and install our new stove, but to our surprise they couldn't unscrew the gas line and suggested we call a plumber or to reschedule delivery to send a home depot technician out, which was going to take another week longer to do. My wife and I decided to call Delta Plumbing who were able to schedule a plumber the same day, which was a (Huge Relief) and Joe was so easy going and professional, made the process quick and even took time to show us that everything was connected and function properly. This is the second time I used Delta the educated plumber. The first was for a water pipe to the home that burst in the yard and second time for a burst condensation pipe in the wall/ceiling. They were fast. You can get things fixed same day no real waiting. Very courteous, and all was explained in detail. I was able to see touch what I needed to understand and received the estimates which were clear and to the point. The costs were appropriate. I don’t have anything to complain about. Scott installed a gas line for me for my new Weber gas BBQ Grill....and he did an excellent job....He as very cordial, made good suggestions and performed the job in a timely manner....AND after the grill arrived he came back to connect the grill to the gas line and install the correct knob that wasn't included....Also, the gas valves for my 2 fireplaces were not on, Scott found the controls in the walls, made sure they were on and working properly and now my fireplaces are working....

I don’t expect to the advertising price, it will be more. The technician will use all the excuses to jack up the price. They charged $450 to pump 500 gallon tank with all the solid. I still have the solid in the tank, technician explain was” it need some for bacteria to come back”.The second house, he charged me $300, the excuse was not a maintenance pump. He want charged $2500 for clean out the field line, no thanks. I can replace the field lines with that amount of moneyAll the tanks are less than 12” digging.The first tank has solid, there is still having solid in it $450.The second tank is 1000 gallon, less than 6” slug, no solid

A little pricy but he offered different options-referred to a friend in great need of plumbing help. He said he could be there for noon. Never called- office finally called and said he NO Longer worked there!!! They also told customer they no longer offered service to north Georgia!? What the hell! William came to my home to replace the T & P valve on my water heater, and while there, discovered that the pressure on the PRV was very high and needed to be replaced. Although the job itself seemed to be a bit pricey to me (I dd not shop it) I can't say enough about William's professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and explained what needed to be done and why. He was prompt, thorough, detailed, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did a quality job! William is an outstanding technician, and I will continue to call Delta Plumbing because of the excellent service I received. I highly recommend this company, and specifically, William!

15 months ago we paid Delta Plumbing $1500.00 to replace the water line from our meter to our house. During the night last night, we were wakened by the sound of running water in our back yard where they had installed the new water line. At the joint in the line, they used plastic parts, and when the leaking area was dug up today, the plastic fittings just crumbled. When I called to see if they would warranty their work or give us a discount because it had only been 15 month, they would offer us nothing. Other plumbing companies I called offer a 5 to 10 year warranty when they replace a water line from the meter to the house. I will never call Delta plumbing again for any type of issue and do not recommend anyone use them if they want good repairs that last.

The technician seemed nice and the work that was done seems good. However, the total amount for the job was $935 and the whole home sediment filter they put on cost $40 at lowes. It took the technician about an HOUR to complete the work.The technician told me that I need to change the filter every six months and I can only get from them for $100. I have been asking for a detailed receipt that they still have not yet sent to me which leads me to believe I was over charged for services. At this point I would not recommend this company.I was sent an invioce and it still did not answer my questions nor give a reason why the technician told me a replacment filter would be $100 on a $40 filter. I still would not recommend this company.!

The service was to actually install a hose bib in the rear of the house. I had them come out to give me a quote, their quote was less than 3
others, I asked if they had the time right then, they said yes and did the work. Very friendly, very courteous, explained what they were doing.

This man showed up checked out the problem information from me and proceeded to find the problem within a very short time frame. I was very much impressed and would quickly call Delta Plumbing again when I need professional plumbing help.

Delta plumbing is a very good company I have used him in the past I was attempting to hook them up with another customer but the customer thought the plumbing might not be necessary and decided that the cost is not worth the effort but Delta plumbing was indeed a company I will use in the future

My 5-year old water heater has begun to have a sulfur smell, rather than running any tests or asking any questions, he confirmed it needed replacing after looking at a small stream of water from it. He quoted me $4200 to replace my 50-gallon water heater. I should have told him to leave on the spot but I let him keep talking. He assured me he could get it done as soon as tomorrow as well, how kind. We had a good previous experience with the company but unfortunately with technicians like this trying to make a ridiculous sale we will not be calling them again. Immediately after, I got an over the phone quote for $1100 for another company, who recommended getting a well professional to confirm it’s not an issue with the water rather than the water heater. I would not recommend Delta after this experience.

I made an appt with Delta to have my septic tank pumped and Todd B was there exactly on time. Todd was very professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable with the way he explained everything before it happened. I would highly recommend Delta Plumbing.

I was looking on the internet at different septic tank cleaning companies. Called several but were twice the price as Delta. From the very first call I was impressed with the professionalism. When they arrived, Todd was very professional and knew what he was doing and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

We had a leaky hose spigot. Chris came out to quote replacing the spigot which entailed having to tear out part of the stucco to get to the pipe since the spigot was soldered on. After further evaluation he replaced some of the parts within the spigot to fix the leak. This saved us about $150 and having to repair the siding.Thanks Chris for being honest and saving us money and the headache of having to repair our siding!

We had issues with our septic system and some indoor plumbing. These guys went beyond the call of service and assisted us. They educated us, dug up the system and explained everything thoroughly. Called in to have my septic tank pump as it was urgent and I was told someone would be out sometime the following morning only to get a call from them around 11am stating no one was available until the next morning. I was highly disappointed as I couldn't get back to my normal life until the septic tank issue was resolved and this company had no problem playing with my time and leading me on to believe they were coming out. This was done to keep me from calling another company who may have had an availability. #DoBetter

Ends up the final estimate is $350.00 while standing in our driveway, so we sent them on their way. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.And based on the response Delta provided to the review. The distance from driveway to the septic tank location was fully disclosed and provided when the appointment was scheduled. The fact that a riser was already installed and the clean out would NOT require any digging whatsoever the scheduler confirmed the $149.00 fee was correct. Again, on arrival the fees start to be added. Ends up the final estimate was $350.00 while standing in our driveway and never opening the riser cover to peer down into the septic tank.

Great experience. Office staff was very helpful with scheduling an after hours appointment time. Mike the plumber was very knowledgeable and found my leak very quickly (inside a wall). He made two repairs and also offered to fix my HVAC ducts that had come undone in my attic (he noticed them while he was in attic looking for leak). I felt like he made an effort to locate and fix the issue quickly, but also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. My impression is that this company has employees who are honest and experience. Definitely recommend!

This company is using scam tactics to rip people off. Called them to get a quote on a simple toilet tank flush part replacement to stop the toilet from leaking. Was told they could not provide a quote and will give free estimate upon someone coming out for free. I knew there had to be a catch with that because no one does free service calls anymore. Anyways, the plumber without even looking at the tank heads straight to wanting to see my water heater to checking my water pressure, telling me that all those parts not related to the tank needing to be replaced and blah blah blah ending up writing me an estimate for nearly $1000. Of course I got a second opinion and ended up getting fixed what really needed to be fixed which was the part in the tank and not all the other things. They are ripping people off !

Zach and Tobias arrived at my home for an estimate to repair my septic drain field. I scheduled at least six companies for an estimate. Your personnel were the only ones to physically take a look at the circumstances of the project. Upon physically inspecting the project, it was determined that the issue was less problematic than assumed. I want to thank these two gentlemen for assessing the project was less work than what was assumed. After explaining everything I hired your company on the spot. They did a great job. I will not hesitate to call your company when needed.

Delta Plumbing was scheduled to be at our house on 2.25.20 , we rented a excavator to pre-dig the tank for them which cost us 300.00. They called us 30 min. before they were to be at our house and canceled so we wasted the 300.00. Then they showed up the next day late , we were quoted over the phone 305.00 to pump out our tank to include excavation. The technician advised us there would be a up charge for a excavator to dig out 12 of material ?? after deliberating back & forth finally the Labor on site volunteered to help me hand dig the rest which took less than 10 min. They uncharged us for a baffle T to be installed on our tank which is a 20.00 part all it is a 4 PVC T connection with a 4 PVC pipe 2' long they up charged us 375.00 for this part !! Along with changing our filter at 125.00 - when it was all said and done they asked for over 1000.00 dollars to do a quoted 305.00 Job. We do not recommend this company to any one please share with your friends - Delta Plumbing will quote you over the phone and up charge you once on site to do there work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM !!!!!!

My father-n-law had a gas leak, Nathan Just was the technician that was assigned to help correct the problem.Nathan was very professional and friendly, he did his best to get the job done in the amount of time he quoted. But as with anything, things don't go as planned.Nathan explained the situation apologize for the inconvenience, that made us feel confident in the work that he was doing. His honesty was key in this situation.After the job was complete Nathan called back to make sure all was well with the completion of the job and everything was working.Great job by Nathan Just, my family will definitely recommend Delta Plumbing.

I was very disappointed in my first and last experience with Delta Plumbing. I called several local septic companies, and was given the same quote of $285 to pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank from each company. I decided to go with Delta, as they are a large, recognized brand. I should have been forewarned when the Delta receptionist mentioned on the phone that 'if the technicians find any problems when they get into the tank, there could be extra charges.'When the technicians arrived, they were courteous and kind, and began work immediately. However, after they got the tank opened, they found some 'issues' with my tank. Kevin, the technician, wrote me a quote that included a $250 upcharge for Excessive Solids & Sludge, a $250 upcharge for an 'over-filled' tank, and a $195 fee to clean the filter, taking my grand total for this job to $980!Wanting to be sure I was getting good service, I called another local septic company, Brownlee Septic, who assured me that they would pump my tank and clean the filter for a total charge of $285, with no upcharges (which they did within 24 hours). I walked back outside and told Kevin that I had another company on the way who would charge me a flat $285 to pump my tank. He then tried to convince me that 'no company will pump your tank for a flat fee, because it's all done by weight', but I decided to take my chances. After they refilled the hole, Delta charged me $125 for the 'service call'.**EDITED TO ADD: I am pleased to say that within an hour of posting this review, I was contacted by the company with an apology and a refund of my $125. I was also told that the filter upcharge, the 'over-filled' upcharge and the service fee were not company policy. I greatly appreciate the effort to reach out and improve my customer experience.

Very professional service. Answered all my questions and provided a great installation experience.Called back a couple more times for various issues and experience wasn’t the same. Not horrible but it didn’t live up to the original experience.

The service Tech, Trace, was professional and very respectful. He explained the process and gave me a breakdown of the cost. I wish it could have been a little cheaper, but that's not on his end. I would have him back anytime.

The plumber came on time but the estimate was too high as $929 for repairing a broken water pipe at the front yard. My neighbor helped me to fix it. It took 1.5 hours and $40 for parts.

We only called yesterday afternoon with a leaking pipe and as usual Delta responded respectfully and immediately. Anthony was at the house at 9:30 this morning, inspected the problem and recommended solutions. He was patient with our questions, even the ones inspired by cost, and was very knowledgeable and able to explain in a way we could understand and to our satisfaction. I decided to replace the faucet and he allowed me to go to Home Depot (thanks Anthony) and make the purchase, advising me of the proper choices available for our sink and our need and design desire. None of this comes as a surprise to me as we have had excellent service from all three technicians that have come to our rescue. We wouldn't think of using any other company. I recommend you follow our lead and call Delta next time you have a plumbing issue.

They were called out to locate and repair a leaking water line. It was figured out that my water line ran under my driveway and that the easiest repair would be to just run a new line cut the old line and run a new line into the house that is what they did. Jacob explained everything to me laid it out gave me my options told me about the warranty etc when they could not fix it on Monday he gave me the date that they would come back on Friday before they arrived on Friday I received the call and said they were an hour away with the machinery I explained to them I was taking my mother to a doctor's appointment they said no problem he let me call me when they were almost finished I was on my way back and they stopped my meter from just running my water meter from just running because I had a massive massive leak that's apparently been there for years but no one had been able to catch on to the fact that there was a leak .

They came out and charged $800 to repair a leaking water line in January. The next day the leak was back. I went out and dug the 4 ft deep hole in my yard and detected the leak. Just so happens to be the same place that was supposedly repaired. Now that I dug and found leak I will go to Home Depot and see what I can do to simply patch it myself. Most of their cost is detecting the leak and the labor to dig the hole and find water line. If I can't patch it myself I will have to call someone else

I needed a gas valve repaired. Jacob did a great job and made sure everything was working properly.

I made an appt to have my septic pumped with this company. When tech arrived, as I attempted to verify the price, he instantly responded that's the starting price unless there is something else wrong. Called me out to my backyard after digging up the septic to tell me that the tank is cracked and I needed to replace it at a price of $6,000.00, which I could not afford. Tech went on to say they offered financing and the back wall of the tank could fall in at anytime which would back up my house, I would have a sink hole in my backyard, etc. I informed him again that I could not afford it right now. I inquired about repair and the tech stated the septic tank was too old. I went on to ask if he could just pump the tank. All of a sudden the advertised price of $249 went up to $767!! I refused to do any business with this company. I called another AWESOME septic company who came out a few hours later, dug up the septic and informed me that it was a fresh crack, I have the invoice to prove it. This company stated that I didn't need my tank replaced, or a pump for at least another year, and repaired the crack. BEWARE OF DELTA PLUMBING! It seems as though they cracked my tank and tried to scam me out of $6,000.00! I have the estimate from them and the invoice from the company that repaired the crack.

This company is Over rated. I have never seen a company so careless. The work was very disappointing. Took my container that I store personal memories and dumped it out and made a trash can out of it. Then left all the broken concrete in it for me to disposed of. 90pounds of broken concrete in my garage left mud stains all tru the house. The tech name is Ryan.

First i'm amazed at their quick response. I had a contract with another company and they told me they will not be able to get to me til today. I called them yesterday because of a cracked prv valve. I explained that water was skeeting out the pipe over everything and that my carpet was soaked. The other company still said they couldn't do nothing until the following day. Obviously frustrated i found delta and they took care of me right away. Never used them before. They were on top of things. Eric Best is the best. Great customer service, nice, friendly, and professional!

The septic tank at my elderly parents’ home was broken and leaking. I called Delta Plumbing early afternoon, and within two hours Frank and J.J. were out, made an assessment, gave us an estimate and performed the repair. They never left the site and completed a major repair job (including clean-up) in less than 5 hours. Amazing work! And, most importantly, the most courteous and professional customer service I’ve ever experienced in the service industry. This family will use Delta Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

Disappointed and Disgusted..... I noticed there was water leaking near my water heater, so I called Monday night and a journeyman was sent out first thing Tuesday morning. I was advised by the receptionist and the journeyman that there is a $35 service call. When he arrived he saw there was water around and near the water heater so he went to his truck to get his water detector. He then offered to put three (3) holes in the wall to see if he could find the source of the water. The most holes he could place in the wall is three (3). All three (3) holes were cut above the water heater and not down at the bottom of the wall where the drywall was soaking wet with water. He then advised me the cost for the three holes is $220. He then stated I needed a new water heater in the amount of $1855 and provided me with a detailed handwritten estimate. I declined the service. After paying for the service I still was not comfortable with the problem being my water heater. I personally removed the soaking wet drywall and installation and found the culprit - a pipe in the wall had burst. I shared my experience with the manager and he did offer to send someone else out to fix the water pipe. I did decline his offer as I was not satisfied with the service received by the first technician. And I could kick myself for those ridiculously priced holes at $73.33 per hole. Unfortunately, I will not use their service again. Happy Holidays!!

Delta Plumbing installed a new clean out outside our home two weeks ago that was supposed to solve our plumbing problems. This week we ended up with the beginning of the same problem all over again.Delta sent Scott Todd and his apprentice out the next morning and they reviewed the work that the previous Delta plumber had done. All was good. The issue this week is not related to the clean out and the work we had done two weeks ago, and yet Scott Todd told us there would be no service charge. I had posted back in September 2018 about how professional the salesman was when he came to my home to check out my water main line problem. It wasn't until December that l could get the funds together to pay for services as my wife was sick and needed surgery. Well Delta plumbing sent the right man for the job to my home.Delta sent..General. He arrive early and got to work right away. Because of all of the various utilities in my yard General and his Co-worker had to dig a trench by hand. They did a very professional job, and a good clean up job. General gave me his card and made it clear that he stands by his work and if there is a problem he would take care of it. The 5 year warranty is I in on the cake! Good job Delta plumbing . Good work General!

This company is definitely THE BEST! They fixed a huge plumbing issue I had a year ago. What I thought would be an easy fix turned out to be a huge problem. Ivan was our technician and he was SUPERB! He stayed the entire day to fix the issue and went above and beyond to complete the work! His manager was awesome as well! Pricing is very reasonable. If you're looking for EXCELLENT customer service and an HONEST plumbing company then Delta Plumbing is it. I strongly recommend them!

Called Delta to come out for a leak detection job. The customer service rep on the phone said it would be $40 for them to come out and detect the leak. The tech Issac showed up on time and was pleasant and professional. He explained the process and what he’d be doing. We were all set to go. Somehow in conversation it came up that we had one more company coming out (because as a home owner it’s always in your best interest to get the best price possible) to give us an estimate and we would make the final appointment for repair then. That’s when things turned sour. Issac seemed immediately offended that we called another company as if that was crime. He then said and I quote “Well since you have another company coming out, the charge today will be $493 to do the detection leak because my equipment cost $20,000 and we’ve had people in the past have us come out, detect the leak and go with another company.” I said what does that have to do with us? We’re being transparent with what are goal is. If your pricing is competitive then we’ll go with you. He said yea we just have to cover ourselves. Then he proceeds to ask us what’s the name of the other company and a few other questions. Needless to say his instant clam up and need to charge us upfront because of what other customers have done in the past was a really insecure move. If you’re the best in the space, stand on it. Don’t be threatened by a homeowner saying they’re getting estimates? It was a really weird experience. Not saying don’t go with them but maybe don’t tell them what your plans are🤷🏾‍♀️

I had these guys out to clear some roots out of my main line. They have a $79 charge for that...BUT the first thing the guys who came out tried to do was tack on an extra charge. After waiting for them to call the office and then claim they didn't know it was just $79, the lead guy wanted to quote me on replaced the entire 35 foot line for the low price of $3,500. When I declined and asked him to clear the line he claimed he didn't have the equipment with him and left. I called back in to get the story from the office and they verified that the guys DID have the equipment on the truck AND there would be an extra charge to clear the roots. Needless to say, after catching these guys lying and setting me back 2 days on clearing the line and wasting a lot of my time in the process, I wouldn't trust these guys to cross the street for a dollar. My opinion is that they are fishing for people to scam on a routine basis.

They have came out 2 x within 9 months and I still have a plumbing leak. The 2nd time they convinced me to buy a new toliet and never looked at all the plumbing thru the house. So I have been without plumbing upstairs including both showers since Christmas. So, I am out 3600.00 and had to and still have a toliet water leaking in mow my living room and dinner room.

Fast work in 1.5 days for one floor repipe, but parts of installation of pex pipe looks unprofessional. Used carefree practices to access existing pipes. And used unrecommended sharkbite caps as permanent pipe fittings inside ceiling.

I am very pleased with TJ and Joes work and performance. They worked fast and hard, and professional. They replaced all my Crawl Space water pipes, both hot and cold, replaced the water heater, and replace two Shower faucets in the two baths upstairs. Worked fast, diligently, and did all in one and a half day. I have only good things to say about h both of them. Me and my wife are very happy we choose Delta to fix our plumbing issues. Delta has replaced my water heater and a garbage disposal now. They are the most reasonably priced company I have found, and their technicians have been professional, quick and trustworthy. Steven Sivell replaced my garbage disposal - he did a fantastic job, finished the job quickly and was an all around professional both in his skills and his demeanor. Would definitely recommend Delta and Steven.

The entire staff at Delta Plumbing were very knowledgable and professional. I had my septic system serviced by Todd and Mike. They provided excellent service and were very knowledgable. I am editing my review again and adding a third-star; it would be a 4-5 star review if this was yesterday. The same workers came to the home today, as promised earlier and performed exactly the work we agreed to do....which was pumping both sides of the tank. I chose to keep it simple, nothing additional was discussed and I was charged $199 as agreed; they completed the pump-out in a professional and courteous way. They didn't clean the effluent filter during all this, which is OK....but I had a hose ready and rinsed it off myself.I am editing my review, adding a star and placing the new information first as a courtesy to the business. As of 8:45 am, Delta Plumbing called me and asked what they could do to make things right. I asked them to pump my system for $199 as originally promised and they agreed. I will update again after the work is done.FALSE ADVERTISING. Delta Plumbing Advertises septic system pumping for $199. On May 10, 2023, I called to verify the price and schedule service. When the workers arrived, dug up the tank and uncovered the access, they quoted me $2200 for work I didn't ask for. They wanted to change a drain pipe that was functional and install risers that weren't required. They added a charge of $250 for pumping wipes and toilet paper and stated the $199 was just for pumping liquid. I asked if they would just pump the tank for what was now $449 and they refused. I wasn't told any of this when I asked during my call with them, wasted several hours and rearranged my day to be home. This entire process was deceptive and dishonest. I have no idea how they got so many 5-star reviews and should have listened to the critical ones because I had the EXACT same bad experience as others have shared. Standby for the same BS reply from Delta Plumbing that they gave others. Do not believe them!!!

Tech came to see the work (main water line break in yard) same day and gave an estimate. Came on time on the schedule date of work and took care of the problem. Price was a bit expensive in my opinion based on the actual work performed but it's the main water line and I didn't want to take a chance with a smaller company. Work has 1 year warranty. The tech that assisted in my situation was Jacob and I thought he was very knowledgeable, professional and humble. Its the last quality that sold me on using Delta because of how easy going and chill Jacob seemed. Thanks Jacob. I would highly recommend.

I think it’s a rip off, the phone quote for the septic removal of liquid solids is $185.00 then after he opened it up that price jumped to $420,00 and he said he would discount it since I was military to $390.00, I would not recommend this company.

First off I used this company once in the past was very happy with the service. Because of my first experience I decided to have Delta service me again.Requested a quote to have two showers serviced. Now one shower in particular a delta service pro quoted me 300 dollars. This was several months ago. Well they came out today and I explained these two things.1.) Needed a diverter valve replaced in shower number one. 2.) (This is the 300 dollar job I was told several months ago.) Water leaked from the cold knob. Two way shower.I was quoted close to 1900.00 dollars to have my showers serviced!! Needless to say this service pro didn't last to much longer at the house after this outrageous price quote! Extremely disappointed with delta. Most likely the last experience I have with them.

Needed drain pipes reconnect for kitchen and bathroom and had a hose spicket installed. Joe Morgan arrived on time and was very professional, efficient and friendly.

The service tech Joe who was dispatched to my home was timely and professional. When Joe arrived he was neat, well groomed, wearing nice lil boots, smiling and look like he'd just come from working out. He didn't look as though he was ready to work at all. I thought he was just going to do a visual assessment and call the WORKER in but boy was I wrong. Joe got down and dirty in that nice uniform and those nice lil boots. He worked out alright..😂😅👍. I live in an older home and he'd never seen a dugout such as mine. He worked diligently and patiently while trying to get to the root of my plumbing issues. He communicated every step of the way as to what he was doing and searching for in verbiage I could understand. My only issue with his communication is that once you are starting to bill the customer, convey this to the customer so that it won't be a surprise in the end. The fee was deserving but I was never informed until the end. Once he located the issue, he explained in detail what it would take to repair. I think the quote for the repairs were reasonable. If you ever have any issues and want to get to the root of your problem Delta plumbing is the way to go. Thanks Joe, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Watch out for the bait and switch!They advertise $149 for septic pumping then come out uncover tank and hit you with the $400 charge. A charge that is arbitrary. Josh stated that he has to charge $300 to $400 per tank regardless. This is bad business indeed. I do not recommended this company!

Anthony Day was very professional in finding leak in my sprinkler system 😳 I didn't know where the leak was but I knew it wasn't the water meter but he was very knowledgeable and he dug up the water meter and sprinkler and he found the leak and fixed in less than 10 minutes and covered everything back up very fast and neat he did a great job I would recommend him to anyone

I was very dissatisfied with my service from this company for the second time. I had called them before on a property that the tenant had complained of a backup in bathroom and technician immediately said we needed to have the tank pumped. My husband met them there and arrived shortly after they got there. He decided to try plunging it and it worked. He then asked the technician to leave.I had forgotten about that incident and needed a plumber a couple of weeks ago. Different property, tenant reported a back- up in the master bath shower and tub. Technician said he would have to pull the toilet, charge to pull and replace, snake it and run a camera in pipe. Estimate was $600. I asked he to leave as I was not paying that price for that work. I called another plumber and he had a septic tank pumping company to come out, I had the tank pumped and a cleanout installed for $495. This did not totally remedy the problem but the plumber came out and ran a snake down the toilet and unclogged it for $65. All total I spent $560, unclogged pipe and got my tank pumped for less than just pulling and resetting the toilet and got a clean out installed to boot.I really do not see how you people stay in business. I have heard horror stories from other about your company since. You advertise a pump out for $188 but that never happens.

Dont believe them. They cannot do same day it is a lie. Called to schedule after I turned another down because they couldn't come until Tuesday and wanted to bvb use Delta because I have a $308 dollar credit from their last screw up. They cant come for 4 days. Forget it. I'll find someone else to be my plumber for my rentals, restaurants and home.

At first I had some issues with Scott a technician who came and installed my water heater and later had to come service it. He was only about money and not about customer service.. Today Mason and Hunter came out and did a fantastic job and they are definitely comfort with people and communicating the issues. I called Delta Plumbing for a clog that I couldn't get to. The whole process took about 2.5 hours from the time that I called for a quote. Christian came out to access my problem. He was very courteous and professional. He provided some tips for maintaining the pipes and staying clog free. Very knowledgeable and proficient. Delta Plumbing, The Educated Plumber, sent within an hour of my call, WILLIAM JEFFERSON. He was determined and thorough to find where the slab leak was. Water was in my garage, leak was found in my laundry room. After he scoped for the leak, jackhammered the cement to get to the pipe, repaired the pipe, recemented, clean debris all in one day. Scott was a true educated plumber, took the time to talk with my home warranty company and send photos that was needed.

I was expecting just regular maintenance to septic tank. However, ran into an unexpected problem. Trace took the time to show and explain the issue. There was no way around it. Ended up spending my entire stimulus check to correct the issue. Just glad it wasn't much worse.

I called Delta Plubming. A live person, not a machine answered the telephone. The lady who assisted me quickly scheduled me for an appointment. Delta Plumbing sent out to my home Mr. Jacob Irvin. Thecompany also sent me an email with his name and picture in it so I knew who was coming to my home. Jacob was friendly and knew his business. He asked key questions as he listened to me. He clearly explained my options and quickly wrote up my estimate. He even emailed the estimate to me on the spot. I can not thank him enough! Take my word for it, not all plumbing firms operate the same way. I still waiting for my written estimate from other folks that came out.

Chris came in, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me what the solution was and then quoted the price which included a discount(I was thankful for that). He then proceeded to make the necessary repair, which didn’t take very long at all. He was very polite and very professional. A friend of mine recommended your company and I in turn will do the same to some of my friends. I was pleased with the repair.

I contacted Delta to service my septic system, and they were able to come out the same day, and arrived within an hour of my talking with the customer service person on the phone. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and they had my service done very quickly. They have financing available that can be completed on the spot if needed, which we did, and the terms were acceptable. Very satisfied, and definitely recommend this company!

Brian was very thorough and explained everything step by step. I had initial work done just to clean out my main drain line, and they rolled that payment over to cover part of the total cost to replace part of the line, which is nice. I felt assured and at ease that the work being done was the most efficient course of action and being done professionally.EDIT: A few months later, I was having problems again, not due to anything on Delta's end. But I did end up getting a MAJOR overhaul of everything after all was said and done. Knocking off a star from the review though, since their accounting/billing department went nuts the morning after the job was completed, calling multiple times in a row first thing in the morning while I was at work, for me to pay the last 1/3 of the job total. Unprofessional on that part, but their workers are top notch!

I wasn't happy about how long it took them to get someone out my house on a problem, I reported nearly a week ago, but that isn't the Tech's fault. Obviously there is no priority or urgency list for someone who waits that long while there is a smell of methane gas in your home.

Scott Ingram was kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He listened well, and he spoke plainly and confidently. He explained my options, discussed the various outcomes and costs, and made positive suggestions. When he handed me his card, he asked that I go on line to give us a rating. Us? Obviously, he meant Delta Plumbing. I can't speak for the whole company, but I can rate the service provided by Scott Ingram: extraordinary.

Trace and his assistant were very friendly and professional. They did a great job start to finish. My septic tank hadn’t been pumped out in a long time so it was full so I can’t gauge their pricing, but what they charged me was fair considering how full my tank was. When done they made sure it was well sealed and that the earthwork was evenly spread out. Start to finish for the entire job (considering they had to back the truck up a long driveway then connect and spread out about 100’ of suction hose) about an hour. One very full 1000 gallon septic tank cleaned out and good to go.

We bought a house that had our property listed as being connected to the sewer system. We found out the hard way we had an old septic tank that hadn’t been emptied in forever. Delta came out & emptied the septic tank. They let me know what to expect as far as best/worst case scenarios and answered all my questions. We agreed to move forward with Delta to connect to the sewer. Robert did the new plumbing to connect us. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and is genuinely a hard working person. He was patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was clueless (which I totally am about plumbing).The price was what we were quoted, they clean up after themselves, they show up on time, they stay til the work is done. For this being a completely stressful experience for us Delta plumbing and Robert provided us with excellent service and workmanship. I would highly recommend the company and Robert.

I had my old gas line replaced to accommodate my new gas stove. Delta Plumbing service was excellent. I received a call back as promised from the Representative of my Plumbers ETA. Mr Scott was very polite knowledgeable and eased my worries since I was told by the appliance installers that my gas line was corroded, they couldn’t install my stove, and that this issue needed immediate attention. This worker's job wasn't perfect. For example, installing a sewer clean pipe and leaving it up two feet without a lid.He did not finish the toilet with the toilet lifted.And it seems to be easy to set the price without detailed calculations when estimating.

I strongly feel the young men that were sent to do the job were not prepared. They constantly called to inquire how to do and/or what to do! They left the job several times to buy parts and gasoline. Therefore, time was wasted. They worked beyond sunset, without sufficient light. So, they returned this morning to complete the job.

$325 to replace a hose bib in 10 minutes325x6 = $1,950 per hour to replace a hose bib.Good service but seriously over priced - you'll pay for the truck, travel to and from job site for work and quote as well as overhead. Think twice before using Delta for your repairs.

Zackery was excellent. We thought we needed a simple pump out for our septic, but found it was a more extensive job. Zackery explained what needed to be done to avoid a system failure or in house backup. He even helped us with submitting financing the work. Great job.

I contacted Delta Plumbing late afternoon to repair a toilet at our business. They had a technician out the next morning very early. Joel was the technician and he was very professional and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend.

I called Delta to pump/assess the condition of my septic system. I hadn't it pumped or looked at in 9-10 yrs. Our appointment was made and scheduled without any problems. On 2.3.21, Frank Lancaster and his Associate arrived as scheduled. I had the property marked since I had a telephone land line buried over the tank.The minute Frank started to layout his plan or tentative plan of action, I felt very comfortable that this Man knew what he was talking about. He cautioned all the objectives of my service call work would be speculative until they opened up/took the lids off. Frank explained the workings of a properly functioning septic system.Once he completed his assessment and did the initial pumping of the liquid, he then gave me a determination of what work (individual remedies) would have to be completed for the system to become healthy again. He completed the work order and itemized what the charges would be for each task of the total job. He explained over again the proper functioning of my tank. He explained the need for replacement T- baffles. He hydro-jetted my field lines. I now feel good about the work, the restoration of the soil, care of my property and the future of my septic system.Frank Lancaster is a true serviceman. He was sincere and concerned of me as a senior customer. Frank is an asset to Delta Plumbing. I would recommend Him to others needing septic work, my Mother or Grandmother, if they were still alive. My review of this company is based on my experience with the technician who did the work, Rocky. He completely overpromised and under delivered. The good thing about the company is the management; they did have the job redone but it cost me time and ultimately more money to restore the damage done to my landscaping. I cannot recommend this company for any big jobs based on my experience. They need to educate their technicians on customer service.

This is my second time working with Nordia and she is absolutely amazing. She's very professional and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is her work ethic. The first time she was called out, she repaired our kitchen faucet which had some very stubborn calcium buildup. Nordia patiently removed all of it and didn't leave until the job was 100% complete. While we eventually had to replace this same faucet due to another issue, I was pleasantly surprised when Nordia came out to install the new one.

Robert was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me with a difficult sewage emergency. Highly recommend.

I requested installation of customer-supplied faucet and two water shut-off valves plus a supply isolation valve for a toilet. I authorized Delta to spend up to $725 to allow for contingencies in case old piping had to be replaced or additional plumbing problems were found.The Delta Plumber properly performed the work and did not encounter any problems, but Delta then charged the full $725 for a job that should have been no more than $425. I have been unable to get an explanation for the overcharge or a refund of the overcharge at this point. Accordingly, I will not consider using Delta Plumbing in the future and will recommend against them to friends, family, and business associates.

My Technician, Trace, was very professional and gave me a step-by-step analysis of the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. Very honest company.

Steven was very nice and helpful! He had to dig up most of the water line by hand because the utility company's did not come and mark the lines, it was sweltering outside, and he even let the dog survey his work. The Delta Pluming people have all been very nice and helpful!

Hands down the only people I will call from this point forward if I am having any septic or plumbing issues. From the initial contact were the plumber said not to have him cam the line because it wasn't the issues which saved me $600; to the amazing septic team that showed up, analyzed, and fixed our septic issues in a timely and professional manner. Zack and his team are amazing and will most definitely refer anyone needing plumbing or septic fixes to contact Delta.

Kevin & Mike did a great job pumping our septic. They were very thorough in getting it all pumped out. They were quick, and gave some helpful tips. They found a few things with our tank that needed to be fixed and were able to do that as well.

After arriving an entire week late, their salesmen who also has plumbing knowledge spent more time trying to sell me other services than fixing the clogged shower drain that he was called for. He talked me into replacing some fitting on our water heater. Once he left we noticed we no longer had hot water. Today I’m told that they can’t send anyone out to fix the problem they created for another three days. So 10 days after first calling I now have more problems than I began with! Fantastic service.

I had a really bad leak in my kitchen and needed a plumber to come out in the middle of the night. I called Delta the Education Plumber, and Mason was my assigned plumber. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and explained everything he would do to repair the leak. Not only did he repair the job, he also did an awesome job! Trace M was our septic guy. He and crew were prompt and courteous on a cold rainy day. They pumped out the septic tank quickly.He spent extra time trying to smooth out the top dirt over the tank bit the ground was very soft and the equipment left deep ruts in the yard.I was asked to sign several page on his tablet of which at least 2 were blank. I did not really catch this until they had left.Overall I rate this a four, this being 4 days before Christmas with a lot of distraction and some stress.

Delta Plumbing was a great company to work with. I called Tuesday afternoon to schedule some work and was told they would call between 8-12am the following morning to schedule. Promptly at 8:30 Wednesday morning we received our phone call and had Christian Harvey out to our house in Atlanta within an hour (from stockbridge). Not only was he professional, personable, and kind but extremely helpful as he had the tools needed to complete the job right away. Within 15 minutes the job was done and done well. We are extremely happy and will be using them again should we need any other work done!

Yesterday July 21, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. our pipes backed up and water came gushing out of our shower, I had a mini swimming pool in my bathroom in a matter of minutes. I've dealt with them on several occasions for additional things we were doing to our home. But yesterday was the icing on the cake. I was extremely upset about all the water because we had just had brand new floors put down 2 weeks ago in our bedroom and didn't want those ruined as well as the bathroom. I just knew we were doomed. Called Delta and Evelyn answered the phone and immediately knew how upset I was, she was so sweet and kind and actually got me calmed down,when I told her my problems she quickly put me to the top off the list. Evelyn actually gave me her personal cell number and told me if i needed to talk, or vent about what was happening i could call her Any time yesterday that she was there for me. Jacob come out and he looked over what happened in the master bath & basement and told me what was going on. He immediately got started got the clog taken care of and told me that some old cast iorn pipes that were still connected to our new plumbing should have been changed when the bathroom was added 2 years ago, that was our problem......Delta will be back out Monday early to take out the old pipes and put brand new ones an hooked us up with a Restoration company Warrior Restoration and they came out and gave me good new said all the effort and every single towel in my house soaked up all the water and saver my floor, walls and cabinet. What a relief that was. As I was trying too clean the mess up I got a phone call from Evelyn to make sure I was okay and if they were able to get the problem corrected. She was concerned for me and how up set i was and wanted to check in with me & again told me If I needed to talk to anyone to give her a call. This lady was above and beyond my expectations on how wonderful this company is. They have the most awesome staff that anyone can ask for. Jacob also called me later that evening to see if the restoration people came out and looked at the problem.....now tell me what plumbing company is going to go that far to help a customer. I would and will recommend Delta Plumbing for any kind of plumbing needs that would be needed. They have an are my family plumbing company. They actually treat you like family and thats another thing that makes me feel so comfortable with them. Dylan was more help than I could have imagined. When I first called Delta Plumbing, I thought I only needed my washer drain cleared, however, after some investigation Dylan explained that there was actually grease in my pipes and recommended a more comprehensive plan to clear it. He worked for hours to clear the clog and not only did his work resolve my washer clog, but it also cleared the slow drains in my sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will definitely be using Delta Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

Incredible septic company. Extremely helpful with helping us as a company understand the issues we were facing in managing our clients home. Very thorough, kind, and professional. We were expecting to pay more, but we’re excited when we ended up paying less. With over 100 rental properties to manage, I can tell you that you will rarely find a company like this to deal with. Call them, book them, and know your septic issues will be taken care of the first time.

Over $300 to change out the wax seal on a toilet? It's a $20 part and it took him 20 minutes to put it in. I have never felt so cheated in my life. Avoid at all costs.Also worth noting that they simply remove negative Facebook reviews which is pretty sleazy. I did get a courtesy call after my negative review here, but I was basically told that they could not apologize for the price. That it was comparable with other companies their size and that it was because they were insured if anything had gone wrong during the 20 minutes their plumber was at my house... perhaps if something had accidentally exploded while removing the two nuts to detach the toilet from the floor? Who knows? Such utter hogwash.

Scheduled an appointment 2 days ago and the plumber didn’t show up! I called and was told oh I’m sorry! We don’t know when he can be there! Poor customer service! They do not honor appointments!

Delta Plumbers advertises same day service. Don't believe it. I scheduled a septic tank maintenance pump-out 4 days ahead of time and they still didn't show up on the day they were scheduled. On the second day they were scheduled they did show up..... late. If you value your time, I'd suggest another company.On the phone I was quoted the same $199 price that is advertised on their website assuming a 1,000 gallon tank- the standard for a 3 bedroom home (which I have). But once they got to my home, Dylan refused to sign any agreement saying what they were going to do or how much it was going to cost. Having spent 15 years as a landlord and home renovator I have a fairly significant amount of experience with contractors and tradesmen. You can be reasonably sure if someone won't put in writing what they are going to do and the price they will charge for that work, you are probably about to be screwed.I can also say they almost certainly they were going to try and twist my arm in an effort to get me to buy other services. I know this because it likely costs them between .15 and .20 per gallon to dump septic waste for processing. That means it likely costs them between $150 and $200 to dump the contents of a 1,000 gallon septic tank... unless they spray it as they drive down a back road, which is against the law.I told them they could leave if they were not willing to put into writing an agreement that would protect both of us. They refused. I told them to leave.As a result of many hard lessons in dealing with contractors and tradesmen I can usually see when things are probably going to go south before they do. For those of you who do not have that experience, you are welcome follow my advice. The agreement you make is only worth the paper and ink used to make sure all people involved are in agreement.If you don't believe me, just read through the horror-story reviews others have posted, especially when calling Delta Plumbers for septic tank issues.

After calling Delta plumbing, Austin rang my doorbell 20 minutes later. He troubleshooted my ceiling leak from the bathroom above, explained the water source and fixed it. Austin had excellent customer service skills because he answered my “gazillion” questions with a smile.

These guys are fantastic. Very thorough explanation of our issue, provided several options with pros, cons and prices for each, timely service, etc. Professional is about the best way to describe it. Definitely on my speed dial for any kind of plumbing issue going forward. Thanks, Delta!
