Brain from Atlantis Plumbing came to our home within an hour of calling for assistance detecting a water leak. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He wore a mask and gloves when working in our home. Brian found the leaks on our property within two hours and didn't charge for helping us locate them. What a highly skilled, and professional plumber. I HIGHLY recommend Atlantis Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

This was one of the most prompt and professional services I have ever had calling a small business for in home repairs. We had an issue with a leak in the pvc in our bathroom over the weekend. We called up Atlantis as our water was off and it was a huge inconvenience. Within a couple of hours Robert Camp came out and had the issue resolved, as well as recommending a few tips for the future. Especially as it is the holidays, I really appreciate how quickly he came out and helped us resolve our issue. Highly recommended.

I wish I could award more than five stars. David and Brandon called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. They arrived masked, with shoe coverings for when they had to come into the house, examined the situation, told me all my options and anticipated costs of same. Once we'd agreed the water heater needed to be replaced, they had to go get one. Once that was done, the work was completed and they were on their way in just over an hour - and that was replacing a water heater in a crawl space of an older house. They told me I'd have hot water in about 45 minutes - and they were right. I'm delighted with the service, the cost, and the results! I would heartily recommend Atlantis Plumbing, especially David and Brandon.

Robert was great. This is the second time I’ve seen him (first time with my home inspection, and this time to take care of a leak with the water heater). Got the problem taken care of, and always happy to answer additional questions if you have them. Would recommend and will use again.

The first time they came out to replace two faucets we had purchased. Shortly afterwards one came loose from the counter and one stopped working correctly because a cartridge wasn't installed properly. On their second trip they corrected both faucets and also replaced a toilet which was leaking. I was only charged for the toilet on the second trip. Everything seems to be working properly. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again if I have a plumbing need. They were punctual and professional each time and it's not that you make a mistake but how you respond which counts most. They responded quickly and made things right. I wasn't offered a discount for the second trip but wasn't asked to pay anything for redoing the faucets either.

Bryan from Atlantis Plumbing completed a repair today on our irrigation line where it branches off of our main water line. He communicated well from day one when he game me an estimate, which was fair and clear. He also called to update me when necessary and got me scheduled quickly since I had a leak. Bryan did an outstanding job of explaining options and in the work he performed. He was patient (I had lots of questions) and thorough and made sure it was done right. I was very impressed with Bryan and the quality of his work and will definitely call Atlantis and ask for Bryan next time I have a plumbing need!

I had my pipes clog on a Sunday night and Atlantis plumbing answered my call and had a team out here in the following morning. The team was so professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately my situation required a complete pipe replacement (poor yard) and a team came out the next day and worked IN THE RAIN and COLD for the entire day.I was absolutely blown away and impressed with this company. Big shout out to Herman, Justin, Jon and Im missing one other awesome guy's name. This company is awesome! I cannot recommend them more.

Called Atlantis Plumbing some time after 7pm tonight. The person answering the phone informed us that an on-call plumber in our area would call us back. Within 15 minutes Robert Camp, the on-call plumber return the call and arrived within an hour. He honored his quoted price and worked quickly to help us out in a pinch. We had Brian Miller of Atlantis Plumbing out to provide estimates on a getting a few items fixed in our home. He was on time, efficient and got the repairs we were looking for all done the same day! Even more so than that, he helped educate us on items he was fixing and he provided us options in the estimates for the work he could do. Never felt pressured to make any decisions but we were happy with the quotes provided. We will use them again in the future.

My wife and I bought a new house that had polybutylene plumbing that we wanted out. We called about 5 different plumbing outfits and Atlantis was who we ended up going with. Jackie, Barry, and Brandon came out to do the work. They protected our floors and cleaned up every day. We permitted the job and Jackie knew everything the inspector would look for and inspection passed without a hitch. Installation was very clean and professional. JC was their guy who covered the walls back up and patched the drywall, sanded, and painted. Looks great, can't even tell they were there. Would 100% recommend Atlantis. Great people to work with.

Second time I have had them out and both times extremely satisfied. Showed up on time for the estimate, both days got to work the next day. First time was to replace my water line from the curb, second was to install a tankless water heater. Doubt the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Great work.

This is a great family-owned business.I love working with companies like this. When you own the company, every client transaction is personal because all you have to sell is your reputation. Cy (who has been with them 18 years - a very good sign) came out earlier than his appointed time. He was a very likable guy and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made the repair and left the site clean and tidy. I asked questions about 2 other small problems and he gave me great advice. The price was very reasonable (probably because I did not have to pay for billboard advertising). These are great people!

Relief beyond words hiring A Atlantis Plumjing to re-pipe the entire plumbing system. Robert Camp is a true professional. He came to our house to fix a plumbing issue. He very quickly saw the problem and fixed it . Our next issue was a gas line problem. With six fireplaces in an old house having the gas lines safe and functioning are incredibly important. I thank Robert for his kindness and his thoroughness.

Dylan Smith came and took care of my plumbing issues. He was pleasant and polite and took the time to discuss what he needed to repair. He even showed me some ways to take care of general maintenance.

The first plumber sent to my house was rude and not helpful. The second was more professional, but gave me an estimate of over $17,000 to replace my pipes because they were so rusted on the inside that they were only half the diameter. Needless to say, this estimate was a complete scam. Two other companies confirmed with cameras that my pipes were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Attached is a picture of my rusted pipes.

Atlantis Plumbing was prompt, very nice, and worked with me to identify my problem. What I liked about Herman was that we talked about the options ahead of time and during the process so that he didn't perform work that I would had to have paid for which I didn't need. I highly recommend Atlantis, and especially Herman.

We had a leak in our main line from the meter to the house, in the yard going across and under our driveway and when i called i was expecting a very high bill and my driveway to be cut.Instead Byran comes out walked through the house check and looked at everything and told us the best news, that they can fix it without cutting our driveway. Had everything in writing and gave us a very fair priceThey booked the service appointment right away, the guys came out promptly and got it done in 4 hours, yard and driveway was not disturbed at all. Quick, reasonably priced, competent, good communication. They replaced the water service to our home, got the water pressure to spec and replaced the water heater’s expansion tank. No one wants to to have to replace water service, but if it has to be done, we recommend them based on this job.

We called at 11 am as we had water coming up under driveway. Bryan came to our house by 230. He was Very knowledgeable about the best solution and so nice to work with. Tom and Scott were here by 9am the next day and Rerouted our water pipe from street to house to avoid tearing up the driveway. They were all very easy to work with and extremely professional. I had a water main leak under my dive way slab directly after the water meter. I called Atlantis Plumbing and they quickly dispatched an employee, Brian, to review the situation. Brian gave me a number options and cost estimates to repair the leak. Brian went out of his way to give me the best option at the best cost in comparison to the others I contacted.The work crew immediately came out repaired and replaced the outside was well as the inside main line. Had a plumbing issue after hours so I called Atlantis. Robert was out at my house within the hour. He mitigated the spewing pipe and leaky bath tub valve immediately so that we could turn the water to the house back on for the night. He was then back at my house right on time in the morning to change out the valve for the tub. Super professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced even with the after hours call. 100% recommend

It's hard to find a good plumbing company but have to admit, Atlantis has been great, especially from a pricing perspective. They are reasonable. They stand behind their work. After I replaced my sewer line, the company sent a different plumber just ensure there were no issues. That review resulted in fixes that they entirely owned. In terms of plumbers at Atlantis, Jeffrey is my go to guy - he is a phenomenal plumber. He does the work with quality workmanship and doesn't settle for less. I've dealt with Jeffrey a few times, and he's ONLY person I would ask for at Atlantis.

Had a sewer line issue. Called a few Cobleskill for quotes. Atlantis was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, but a little expensive.

Amazing proficiency and attention to detail. Did a bore and replace job of main waterline. Great price. Workers very courteous, professional and competent.

We discovered a leak from our laundry closet and called Atlantis Plumbing to check if it was a pipe leak or a washing machine leak. Cy came Thursday 9/3 and thoroughly inspected the pipes. He determined that it was a faulty washing machine. Atlantis Plumbing did not charge for this service as part of their free estimate policy. Cy was kind enough to let us know that current codes called for a gravity drain that would handle such leaks. Our laundry room is on the main level of a ranch house over a basement. A couple days later we talked to Cy about what would be involved in the installation of a gravity drain. We decided on doing this upgrade while the water damage was being repaired. We called Atlantis Plumbing and they scheduled Cy to come and stub in the drain Monday 9/7. When the new flooring is installed he will come back to finish the gravity drain. Cy always calls before he arrives and does arrive on time. He is very knowledgeable and proficient. The people in the office who schedule the plumbers are very nice on the phone. We highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.

We had a pipe burst due to freezing. Atlantis gave us a next day appointment with a plumber when we were told by other plumbing companies that it would be over a week before a plumber could come out and most other plumbers were not answering the phone the day after Christmas. They ended up coming out same day, which made us very happy since we had no water in the house due to the burst pipe. The plumber, Ben, was knowledgeable and quickly fixed our busted pipe. We were very happy with our experience with Atlantis and will use them again in the future!

After water detection could not find our leak under our slab and knowing we had the old polybutylene pipe, we decided to have our home re-piped. We chose Atlantis based on positive reviews and the fact that they offered a complete-turnkey solution. Shelby Taylor and his son Brandon did the re-piping. They were knowledgeable, professional and cared for our home as if it were their own. They did this very challenging job in a matter of days and did not stop until they had our water back on.

After receiving a high water bill in a home we recently bought, I found water bubbling from the ground outside the garage. I called a few plumbers at 5pm and Atlantis was the only one who sent a tech the same day. Bryan arrived within 30 minutes and repaired an underground pipe before the sun went down. I also asked about adding a shutoff valve and he made it happen. I am impressed and will use Atlantis for any future plumbing needs.

Jon Camp came out today and was so ethical and honest. He tightened something that was originally recommended to be replaced at $480 for nothing for us. When they have this kind of integrity I know it’s an amazing company

They replaced my water line from the meter to the house. I received 2 other quotes and they beat the lowest one of those by $400. It was an urgent repair as we had no water, they quoted it on a Wednesday, and started work the next day. They even showed up a little early, the 2 guys that did the work were polite and hard working. I definitely recommend Atlantis Plumbing and will use them next time I need a plumber.

Roby and his son were friendly and professional. They quickly scanned my pipes for corrosion, found the extent of the problem, and replaced the pipes in about 2.5 hours. They even replaced a faulty strainer on my kitchen sink. I have found Atlantis to be very available and extremely dependable! They have replaced pipes, outside water pipes, bathroom and kitchen issues for us!

Storm took out our gas meter. County replaced the meter but we had to replace the line from the meter to the house. Over 500 feet through the woods and a horse corral. Atlantis responded within hours over the 4th of July holiday and despite issues getting materials got us up and bathing very quickly. Robert Camp is our hero. Gave us his cell number and stayed in constant contact throughout. NOTE: I have dealt with Atlantis several times over the last ten years and cannot overstate the friendliness and professionalism of both their office staff and field personnel. I don't know guys, I chose Atlantis because the reviews were pretty stellar but ended up being somewhat disappointed.I first called to get an idea about price of installing a disposal and was told over the phone that the job would range from $250-350 (approximately). The price seemed solid. I had my own disposal purchased so I scheduled an appointment.On the day the plumber arrived, he looked around and quoted me $450 dollars for the install and shrugged his shoulders when I questioned the original estimate I got.I told him to proceed. I just needed the job done and did not feel like paying an $80 fee for him to come out to just look around. Those fees make no sense to me...After he left, in the evening and after dinner, I realized my dishwasher would not drain so I had to wash everything by hand. I have kids too so we had a lot of dishes. Not fun.After doing research I read that if a knock out plug is not removed during a garbage disposal install, that it causes the dishwasher to malfunction. Seems that a professional plumber would know this.Anyhow, I had to call and have another plumber come fix the situation the next day. He arrived an hour after the allocated window. No one called to let me know he was running behind. Another disappointment.Though everything is working now, I am less than thrilled having to pay a hundred dollars more for a job than originally quoted. I would have likely gone with another provider had I known all of the above.Just my take.

I had a clogged pipe and Atlantis was able to get someone out only a couple of hours later. Jon was the representative who completed the work. Jon was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure the job was done correctly. He was able to fix the faulty repair work a previous plumber had done. He was very thorough, helpful, and had a high standard of work. I highly recommend Jon and Atlantis!

Overall experience was satisfactory. I wish I could give this review a 5, but was not pleased with the initial communication breakdown between the office, service tech Robert and field plumbers Jamaka and Marquis. Service Tech Robert went as far as to insult me via phone the day of service by stating I was a difficult customer because I requested to be notified prior to him arriving on my property so that I could be present for the assessment. His poor communication also impacted the initial interaction I had with Jamaka and Marquis because they were unclear regarding the job to be completed. While he is a master in his field, with a focus on selling jobs he needs to work on honoring customer's requests and being patient in explaining clearly/concisely the work that needs to be done. While most customers may not ask in-depth questions or need to actually see what is the problem, some do. As far as Jamaka and Marquis - absolutely wonderful! These two gentleman were wonderful to work with. Prior to starting the work, Jamaka put a call into the service tech to clarify the work to be completed. Both explained the work/steps to be completed with patience. Never displayed any frustration by me asking questions and truly took their time to ensure the job was done to standard. Also, cleaned up the area prior to departing. Would I recommend Atlantis Plumbing for future jobs? YES! However, only if I am assigned a different service tech.

We had an emergency with our indoor plumbing, we called Atlantis at 3:50 PM, they send a technician within 1.5 hours. Hi name is Tim. He had to drive long distance, got involved with storm and traffic, notified us that he will be a few minutes late. He was here around 5:15PM, looked the the problem, give us a quick diagnosis, done a professional job, fair pricing with one year warranty.

We had two plumbing issues pop up at the same time and needed immediate assistance. Atlantis Plumbing responded very quickly. It turned out to be a difficult problem confirming the fact it was not something I could have done myself. Special equipment was needed to rectify the clod with our kitchen sink. Both problems were resolved and actually cost me less than I thought it would. Excellent work.

I had a leak in my water main. I put in a request for a quote online this morning and had a phone call for an appointment in less than an hour. Called Atlantis Plumbing to inspect a water leak. Bryan (Master Plumber) arrived on time and proceeded to check for the leak which turned out to be the main line after the meter. After a few minutes of digging Bryan located the source of the leak. Thankfully it wasn't under the slab and Bryan was able to fix the leak on the spot. He turned out to be a great guy. Very easy going! I'll definitely use them for my next Plumbing problem.

Lee at Atlantis Plumbing was awesome. Made one call, then he was out to my home the next day to repair the toilet and sink leaks. Lee also replaced my entire shower fixture, the price was reasonable, service was excellent and I will definitely use Atlantis again if I ever need plumbing services.

Called Atlantis after given 2 quotes for sewer line repair. Jon Camp arrived, I explained I was told I had a collapsed sewer pipe, and clog in the sewer line. He asked me come view the camera in the line. Nothing, no clog, no collapsed pipe. He gave me an estimate for the sewer line, which should be replaced, (pipes original to 65 year old house) and replacement of the galvanized water line. He was fair, no BS, and the quote was more in line with what I can afford. Atlantis will do the line replacement because of Jon's honesty and integrity. Why can't every plumber be like Jon!

We had a plumbing emergency on the weekend and called Atlantis. Tim called to tell us he would arrive in about an hour. Unfortunately, due to a storm, he was delayed, but kept us informed of the traffic conditions.. When he arrived, he seemed very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us a fair price and a 1-year warrantee. It turned out that a section of copper pipe needed to be replaced. I really appreciate Tim’s quality work.

We had a water main pipe break at our home on Saturday. Water bubbling up out of the ground. Called Atlantis and within two hours Bryan Haygood was at our home and digging a 3 foot deep trench in 95 degree weather and repaired the broken pipe. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had everything he needed with him. Once repaired he filled up the ditch. He also found another potential problem and fixed it as well. Extremely satisfied!!!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Atlantis Plumbing and Chris M specifically. I had a large water leakage in my back yard and City of Atlanta spent over an hour unsuccessfully diagnosing the problem before they said Call a plumber. Chris from Atlantis came out within two hours of my initial call, diagnosed it in less than ten minutes, fixed it (Im embarrassed to say it was totally my fault and a pretty simple fix). And refused to charge me for or even accept a tip for coming out. Seems a rare type of customer service lately. Hugely appreciative of Chris and Atlantis for taking the time and refusing to accept payment even at my insistence. Doesn't get much better.

I have used Atlantis for several years, at my personal residence, and at rental homes I own. I have always been happy that they answer their phones (many do not). They dispatch their Plumbers quickly and communicate clearly when they are going to show up and then actually do what they say they are going to do! Repairs have always been done on time and at what I feel is a good value. Their people are always professional and not once have I ever had to call them back to re-work a previous fix. I highly recommend them!!!! Recently we had a main water line leak in our front yard on a Sunday. I called the office and since the local water company had cut off the water to the house, there was no immediate rush...other than having no water or toilets. lol. They came on Monday gave me a quote to repair if it was copper and another quote if it was something that had to be replaced from road into the house. Long story shorter, we elected to replace from road. They called in a crew that day and had it done in about 3 hours... most of that was the company that locates gas/electrical/cable/sewer utilities were really slow getting there even though they should have been out much earlier to mark where the everything is underground. Water service is restored and I continue to be impressed with Atlantis Plumbing!!!!

They came to my house on 2/13/2016 .They were very nice and explain everything that they were going to do for my Busted pipes.They did an awesome job I wish they could have close my drywall in my garage a little bit better..In all I would recommend them to anyone cause they finished the job in a timely manner. I called yesterday (Thursday) to schedule a leak detection service. I was given pricing information and asked for the earliest availability. I was told that they could come the next day (Friday) between 10am-12pm. I agreed to that schedule. When the tech arrived the next day he was not equip to preform a leak detection and was not aware he was there for a leak detection service. The tech helped me schedule a new appointment for Monday.

Didn't move ahead after my first estimate but when I finally did he remembered my place and what I would need. True to his estimate, on time, and very professional. Highly recommend.

I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60's, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.🫣 Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink🤮🤢. No, I don't pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Ben's advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear. The number for Atlantis stays saved in my phone and magnet on fridge. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.

I’m very impressed with Atlantis Plumbing from talking with the office staff to getting plumbing issues resolved with our favorite plumber Cy. A few months back I talked with various plumbing companies in the hopes of finding a plumber and pluming company to take care of all of our plumbing needs. I was unhappy with a company that gave a very high quote for a toilet installation. Cy came out and quoted the job then came back to do this installation at the exact price quoted – not a penny more!Last Wednesday I discovered water leaking through my subfloor into the garage. Cy came out to inspect, and discovered that the leak was caused by the washing machine. He suggested I call my homeowners insurance company to get assistance with getting the floors dried out. He did not charge me a dime for this visit. What I really appreciated was his suggestion to add a tray for the washing machine to sit in and install a gravity drain to prevent any similar issues in the future. Fast-forward to Monday and Cy came out on Labor Day to install a stub in for the tray & gravity drain. He will return to complete the job once the new ceramic tile flooring is installed. I’d highly recommend Cy and Atlantis Plumbing because they care about their customers, are well trained, highly professional, and are very pleasant, caring and, understanding people!

I had Bryan come by after 3 failed plumbers tried to find my leak. He found it on the main service line and immediately fixed it. He was courteous and quick. The prize was extremely reasonable. I will use then again!

The salesman was very knowledgable in identifying the problem and in providing multiple solutions at different price points. He had a crew out within 24 hrs of the estimate to do the work. The only negative was the workman had to be made to restore the yard to its previous flat appearance. They were going to leave the dirt all in a mound after digging and replacing it. We also had to bleed all the air out of the line after they left. My mom thought they should have done this for the two grand paid. It was not a cheap repair but it seems to gave been done correctly so we will just have to cut back elsewhere to absorb the cost. The work took 4 hrs but they quoted 5 to 9 hrs. We were pleased it was done faster. No one wants 8 to 9 hrs with no water. Two grand for a 4 hr job was a great pay day for them! Wish I made that kind of money for 4 hrs work! I would hire them again for plumbing issues.

Tim Robinson and Brandon Sprudin came out to solve what I thought would be an expensive problem. I'm pretty handy myself and an engineer, however, I called them out because what needed to be done was going to be a huge PITA. I expected to spend a lot of money to get this fixed due to the nature of the problem, but Tim came up with an ingenious solution (that I was very skeptical would work) that worked flawlessly. They saved me a ton of money, headache, time, etc. Calling these guys out was one of the best decisions I've made in a while. A good plumbing company would have come out and fixed the problem in a day or two, left me with a hole in my ceiling, and charged me 2-4 times what I paid. To me that would be acceptable and I would give that company 5/5 stars. That's not what happened though Tim and Brandon fixed it in half an hour for half the cost by thinking outside the box. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough for this company/Tim/Brandon, and I recommend these guys get a raise. I also recommend you stop reading reviews and call Atlantis and you can thank me later. I've worked with 6 different plumbers at Atlantis and they were are all fantastic but this last experience was so great I just had to write a review. So the only question is why are you still reading this review, and why haven't you called them!?!

We had a water leak on a Friday night. No water and a holiday weekend upcoming. ROBERT CAMP of Atlantis Plumbing came out at 8pm and spent the next two hours getting very dirty and fixing our problem. Fantastic job in difficult conditions. Worth every penny. Great job!! When I filled out the information on line to schedule an appointment, the call came right in on time. The professional scheduler and I talked. She wanted to make an appointment for the next day but my schedule would not allow it to happen. We did make an appointment for the following day day for 10:00 - 12:00 which was prefect. The day of the appointment I received a call about 10 minutes to 10 and Tim stated that he was right at my door. Thank you Tim for keeping the time professional. Tim and Telvan arrived, assess the problem. Gave me a price, retrieved the necessary equipment and began work. I saw the job as a total mess but Tim and Telvan took care and repaired the problem a a very professional manner. Professionalism shown by both parties was very excellent executed. Bryan came out quickly on Saturday to fix a water leak in our yard. He was courteous and friendly, and got to work right away. Once he shut the water off to the house, my neighbor came outside and we realized it was his meter and his leak, not ours. Atlantis didn't even charge us for a service call. I've used Atlantis a few times and most of the time it has been excellent. Great work and friendly staff. I did have one incident when a plumber left to get parts and never returned, with the head office promising me someone else would come back out + they never did. To their credit, however, the owner called me to set things straight and Ben came out early on a Saturday to fix the situation. Ben did excellent work and was very helpful in giving me a few tips for my bathroom project.

Jackie & Barry came by to inspect possible leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. They were very professional and knowledgeable accessing all possible situations. We have a few more test factors to get through, but i'm confident they will figure out the problem!! Glad i called this company to help.

Had a challenging water leak under my concrete driveway. Atlantis rep came immediately and proposed various options, explaining each along with its pros and cons regarding a lasting remedy and honest assessments of costs. I chose to re-route my water line so as to discard the aged, leaking line. Not only did Atlantis do the job extremely competently but they took a number of extra measures to improve my water line set-up. They assured everything was done to avoid any dangers of freezing, replaced ALL valves from the water meter to the final input valve in the house. I will call them again should I have an problems but am convinced any future problems will not be associated with this water line!

Robert Camp dropped by today to help out with a new faucet install and repairing some less that awesome work done by other plumbers. He was professional, helpful and did a solid job. I will be using Atlantis again.

He did a great job! He found that our 3-year-old had stuck a solar light in a pipe that was uncovered in our back yard. We all had a good laugh at the situation after he had unclogged the drain and recapped the pipe. And the best part was he didn't charge an arm and a leg to get the pipe unclogged.

I noticed a leak outside my house where the water main enters. I called Atlantis Plumbing at 9 a.m., and at 11 a.m. Bryan arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me a very fair quote. Two hours later he was done with the repair, and we were able to bring water back up to the house! I can't say enough good things about Bryan-he was a hard worker and very calculating with his choices in the repair. He let me hang around while he dug up the leaky pipe and make the repair so I could understand the problem and the fix. If you want a plumber who will show up on short notice for a very fair price, and is incredibly polite, call Atlantis and ask for Bryan!

If I could give 4.5 Stars - I would. They were prompt, honest, direct, hard-working, competent and got the job done quickly. Felt they might have been a little expensive in that they quote per job, and they seemed to do the job much quicker (good thing overall but that's what made me think I might have overpaid a little...but...they fixed it quick and competently....where someone else might have dragged-it-out....just to seem like it was a bigger jog than it was) then they originally told us it would take. (mainly because they didn't run into any unforseen problems.) Unfortunately, because it was an emergency situation, I wasn't able to get quotes from any other plumbers. (On the huge plus side, they came right after we called them...and even in the pouring rain worked enough to verify the external leak....and then returned the next day to completely fix the problem.) They also provided options and didn't push us as to which option to take. Brian Heygood was kick-ass and I'd hire him again in an instant. Only met James Maxwell briefly but also seemed like a competent hard-working individual. Hope that helps someone make an informed decision.

Called with some plumbing issues and was able to get a next day appointment. Due to a cancellation, I got a call that someone would be out the same day. Derrick soon showed up to my house and was great. Derrick made this interaction an amazing experience as if was an old buddy coming by over to help out with a small problem. Always fair pricing and never try to perform an unnecessary service just for the money. They’ve replaced some of our old piping with new pvc and were almost $1000 less than the other 2 quotes I received. Recently had a backed up toilet and we thought the pipe needed to be flushed out or replaced. Chris came out and told us we just needed a new toilet. Didn’t attempt to do anything unnecessary. Will use them again if we ever have anymore plumbing issues.

Called Atlantis for toilet leak. Herman contacted me the night before and I gave him a brief description of the leak and possible sources of the problem. He called with 1hr lead time and arrived early. Performed the camera on the lines and identified the rooter issue. He also replaced the toilet seal. Wow, Robert Camp was exceptional. He was thoughtful and very detailed. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me a great education on water pressure in residential homes, how everything functions together, and why my water pressure valve and T&P valve needed replacement. Had a very positive experience with Atlantis Plumbing this week. We had a pump fail, and our basement was beginning to flood. Atlantis dispatched Robert (Camp) immediately, and he fought through ATL evening rush hour traffic (keeping us updated along the way) to get to our house. He quickly diagnosed and communicated the issue, and went back to the shop to get and then install a temporary pump. This quick action saved us many thousands of $$$$ in damage. He was back first thing the next morning to install a permanent fix. Robert also pointed us to a remediation company that was extremely professional and timely (started the same night the pump failed). Value and quality of work performed was truly 5 star.

I had recently bought an old home that had been renovated, and with that has come many plumbing problems. David and Brandon have come out to the house multiple times and been super helpful in getting our plumbing issues resolved. I highy recommend!

The water line between our meter and house was replaced 4 years ago. Unfortunately the company that did this job didn't do it correctly and the pipe had a leak outside the house. Atlantis performed work for my brother a year earlier and he was happy with their work. We called Atlantis and they had someone at the house within 30 minutes. We opted to replace the line instead of repair due to not knowing what else could be wrong with the rest of the run. They immediately repaired the line for us so that we could have some water as the repair could not take place for another 2 days.Tom L and Eddy came out 2 days later and had my line replaced within 2 hours. They were very professional. They even filled in the hole dug by us and cleaned up the mess on the concrete from our digging. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes we received and the warranty is excellent. 10 years on the labor and 25 on the pipe itself. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I contact this company due to a difficult find leak in my home. I figured with all the great reviews this would be an excellent choice. Unfortunately it was far from excellent. A technician by the name of John came to investigate my leak and the first signed of identifying that I had polybutylene piping he did absolutely no investigating and walked by out the door . Just before leaving, I asked him if he found the leak and his response was No, I notice that you have polybutylene piping and if you don't have 7,500 to replace all the piping then there's no need to further investigate the leak. This statement alone demonstrated very poor business ethic and in the future before jumping to conclusion about what A CUSTOMER may or may not afford you should still extend them the same courtesy and customer services equally.

Super appreciate this business! They gave us several options to attempt to locate an inconsistent leak and were able to come out on the same day to run diagnostics! Jackie is an absolute delight.

I called requesting leak detection services. They sent someone out on scheduled date who says he doesn't do leak detection, that they were 8 days out, and gave me the number to call someone else. Waste of time coordinating with my 2 sets of tenants and my own schedule. Also whatever information I relayed to the scheduled wasn't related to the plumber. For seamless customer service, I shouldn't have to repeat myself to each person I speak to within the same company. Poor internal communication. I can't speak for the work of the plumber since they didn't do anything, but whoever does the scheduling dropped the ball. As a busy landlord of multiple properties I don't have time to waste with service like this.

Bryan repaired a leaking pipe in the basement. He provided GREAT service. He took the time to walk me through the options, and was through in working through a solution. We were out of town when we got a call from the water dept about excessive water usage- almost 58000 gallons over the month. Drove back overnight expecting to see a swimming pool in the house- which thankfully was bone dry. With the help of the water department diagnostic summary we’re able to pinpoint time the leak started to an accidental breakage of the handout behind.Tried calling several places to help detect the leak, but either dates were unavailable or they said the line between meter and house was too long for them to do ( no guarantee if they did the job).Finally someone recommended Atlantis plumbing ( after 4 days of turning the mains off and on my husband and I were ready to get new lines out), and spoke to John ( who came highly recommended). He sent Brian the next day, and in 2 hours our leak was detected ( a lot of digging wa done by Brian) and capped ..thank you sooo much

They gave us a very fair price on fixing that and replacing the water heater and fixed it today so we didn't have to wait. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Early in the morning on July 4th, our basement flooded when our sewer backed up due to a blockage just before we were to go out of town. I contacted Atlantis Plumbing at 7:30am and Mike Whitman contacted Tim Robinson. He immediately came out to save us before any more any more damage occurred. With skill and professionalism, he opened up a difficult blocked sewer line. The sewer clean out on our property had been buried up with landscaping rocks. Tim expertly located and uncovered the opening, and quickly dislodged the blockage. He solved our issue and saved us a lot of money and we were still able to go on our trip. I was truly impressed with their prompt response and Tim's level of expertise. This is the 3rd time I have used Atlantis and I am always glad I call. I will never use another plumbing company. Called due to a toilet issue that turned out to be user error. However, Jon Camp was courteous and thorough in making that determination, and discovered a separate issue related to the pressure valve. He was able to source a new part and install within an hour. After asking about any other concerns in the house, he was able to quickly address a nagging issue I've had with a tub faucet. He explained everything as he worked through it and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Atlantis and Jon for any of your plumbing needs.

This company gave me a better price to replace my entire water line than another company I contacted and didn't tack on a 3% charge for using a card. The estimate also included replacing an outdoor faucet that's been leaking for years. They were able to give me an estimate the day after I called and started work the following day. The two employees that did the work were awesome! What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into three days after they hit solid rock and had to go through two retaining walls to run the line. They worked very hard and were persistent in making sure they installed it correctly. They also were very professional, friendly and polite and kept apologizing for the job taking so long, even though there was absolutely nothing they could've done about it. I was sorry they were having such a difficult time. I definitely will use them again whenever I need a plumber and will recommend them to others.

We are battling the Atlanta water company over a leak, even after having some repairs done. After looking at the reviews online for Atlantis, I decided to call them to have an evaluation of our house and waterlines. David was on time, and thoroughly walked through my house and crawl space with me, and concluded that we don't have a leak. He provided written documentation for me, and refused to charge me (saying it was a free consult). I appreciated the honest service, especially in a situation where I could have easily been taken advantage of.

Was given a window of 3pm-5pm. One of the agents contacted me around 4pm to give me a heads up the plumbers were running behind on a prior job. They dispatched an alternate plumber to my location named Robert. He showed up at 5:30 and was very professional. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He allowed me to look down the drain with a flashlight and gave me further plumbing tips for around my house. He was excellent and I would use the company again.

Tom and his partner came and finished difficult job due to wall structure. They did excellent job with minimal damage to lawn . We've used Atlantis Plumbing for two properties now and have been very pleased with their service on both. They've solved our problems both times and were very affordable, especially compared to the other plumbers that gave us quotes. They were also reasonable about their availability and how soon they could send out a plumber from their crew. The only reason I could not give a perfect review is because we had an experience with one of the plumbers that was a bit less professional – slammed our front door very hard a few times on his way out to truck and was a few hours late to start the project. Other than that though, our experiences have been nearly perfect and we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

They came out the same day to provide an estimate and explained all of the options available for my water line replacement vs repair. Bryan was great. He explained all of my options and was very honest as we discussed the whole process and took into consideration my concerns. We scheduled the replacement two days later. Cody and Dustin arrived early which was much appreciated and got right to work after confirming what was to be done. They could not have been nicer. Friendly guys yet very professional. We had a leak in the front yard coming from under the driveway. They decided to run a new line to into the garage to the water heater. Bryan came out and diagnosed everything, providing the best estimate of multiple we received. More importantly, he was professional, engaging, and took time to answer all of our questions. We had a serious clog that needed to be fixed ASAP. We reached out to a couple plumbing companies and several were very eager to start the tentative quotes unnecessarily high and we just didn't trust that. We gave Atlantis a call and set up an appointment. We did run into a snafu with scheduling delays, but this review is really about the quality of service. Jon Camp came out to fix the issue and we loved that he tried the most economical approach first and then gradually proceeded from there, when those options didn't work out. He was methodical and neat and kept us in the loop about all the steps he was taking. And while he was here, he noticed (and fixed!) other plumbing issues that we had. We know exactly who we'll be calling the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Atlantis Plumbing is one of the best. We were having issues with our relatively new Navian water heater at our rental property and were not getting the assistance we needed from the manufacturer. We scheduled a plumbing review and repair with Atlantis who was able to come out the next day. The plumber (John) was certified on the water heater brand and walked us through what was done to repair the unit. He also gave us tips on how to make sure we continue to maintain it. Robert and Demarcus did great work. They identified the issue and replaced the leaking O-Ring in very little time, and at a very reasonable cost. I have used Atlantis several times (I have an old house) and have been very satisfied on each occasion.

I called Atlantis out of desperation . i had a water leak going on for 5 plus days. Bryan came out and was both helpful knowledgeable and friendly. He helped walk me through different options . Once we decided on the right option Cody Massey and Johnny Cotton came out to implement. They were on time knowledgeable and easy to work with. The first option did not work so we can up with another option and they stayed until the job was completed. They were neat they were careful not to damage wires and cleaned up when done. On top of all of this, the price was competitive.

I contacted Atlantis plumbing back In July due to a leak on my property. I made it clear that I needed a leak detection specialist to locate a leak on my property. They sent a technician out, he confirmed there was a leak and scheduled the date for repairs. The repair team came out and they did exactly what the technician said they would do (I believe his name was Bryan). Excellent job and great price. Since that time I’ve been told by DeKalb County Watershed that there’s still a leak someplace. Of course I called Atlantis and asked that a leak detection specialist be sent to the house to recheck. During the conversation I mentioned I’d completed the dye in the tank test to make certain there was no leak. They scheduled the appt and the regular plumber showed up stating he couldn’t find a leak. After another call to the county, I was told I needed a leak detection specialist not a regular plumber. I called Atlantis again and questioned why a regular plumber was sent and was told that the scheduler “thought that was what I needed because I mentioned a toilet may be running”. This scheduler stated she’d schedule a leak detection specialist for the next appt. On the scheduled day a plumber shows up and says he’s checked the meter, it’s not running and there’s no leak that he can see. Suggested I contact the county and have them check the meter (for the 4th time). County still says there’s a leak. Of course I called Atlantis because they did great work and I don’t want to void my warranty with them. I referenced my previous calls and asked if they even have leak detection specialist. She placed me hold then came back and referred me to another company. Stated I should contact them because the leak detection “system was down” at Atlantis. I asked if working with another company would void my warranty and was told no IF I contact them to complete the work if another leak is found. I asked if the $85 I paid for the regular plumber could be applied towards any work the completed and was told no because they ‘d paid the last plumber that came out. They sent a plumber when I’d requested the specialist twice. It just seems that the staff should be able to recognize when a bit more needs to be done when a satisfied customer keeps calling to say there is a problem someplace. I’ve called at least 6-7 times since our business relationship began in July. Now I have to involve another company, incur additional fees to ultimately have to pay Atlantis again to complete what they probably could have done before their “system went down”.

They were amazing! Called about a busted pipe by the street at 6:58 am. They had to fixed by 8:32 am. Cody was professional and explained everything. Pricing was fair and they were quick to get it done. Will definitely be using again!

My husband reached out to Atlantis Plumbing yesterday evening about our hot water not staying hot for long. Tim Robinson showed up first thing this morning to check out the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave us a bunch of different prices and options to choose from. I really like that he didn’t try to push the most expensive option on us like a lot of places try to do! Called my husband to get the okay and Tim was able to do the job today. We will definitely use them again and I can’t wait to take a nice hot shower first thing in the morning. 4 stars for the pleasant experience, I’ll update to 5 if everything is still working great after some time has passed.

No one likes to call a plumber for obvious reasons, but I’m glad that I did. My plumber was Robert. He called about 30 mins out and arrived on time. I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that he was able to quickly diagnose without having to rip out my ceiling or floor. Also replaced a shower head and repaired a leaky faucet in another bathroom. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again, if needed. I got all this done without breaking the bank. I wish I could give more stars!!!!

We had such a positive experience when a water pipe broke in our home last year that the first plumber we called when we didn’t have hot water was Atlantis. They sent a technician the same day we called on Friday before Memorial Day weekend! We were told of a severe leak in our tankless water heater and it needed to be replaced. Atlantis helped expedite the warranty process and get us a new water heater! We highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing for great service and reasonable prices!!

Herman and David replaced 3 faulty joints in our sewer line at depths of 2, 4, and 7 feet. They worked carefully around close gas and power lines. Their work was extremely professional and the cost was in line with their estimate. Regrading landscape and clean-up were also well done. I will definitely use Atlantis again for my next plumbing job.

Around 6:00 this evening, we had water leaking from our ceiling and a tub that would not drain. I called Atlantis Plumbing to see if they could come tonight. I spoke with someone in the office and explained the situation. She got all of my information and disconnected to see if someone was available. Within 10 minutes she called and informed me that someone would be here no later than 8:00. Robert Camp arrived around 7:00, listened to the scenario, looked at the leak and the tub and immediately began to explain what he thought was going on. He was very thorough and explained every step of the way. He was also very personable as my son was intrigued by what he was doing. I would call Atlantis again for plumbing issues.

Very responsive at 6 pm to a broken sewer line. Stayed late hours to completely assess ALL the problems and plan for the next morning. They came out and repaired everything the next day and stayed until 10pm to complete the HUGE job of digging up the yard and replacing the sewer line to the home. We used Atlantis for private plumbing line detection on our property when we were having some major digging done in our yard for a landscaping project. While 811 will mark public utilities, the plumbing line from the street to the house is private and so a separate locating service is required-- there are not many companies that do this! The tech who came was helpful, communicated the process well so that we knew what to expect and figured out a way to keep the costs lower for us. Appreciate the knowledge and expertise. Will definitely use this company again!

Today, Atlantis came back to correct an installation error that was made when they were here last week to our downstairs toilet. The error was the toilet was reinstalled incorrectly and the cut ceramic tiles under the toilet were exposed. When a new tech came today he pulled the toilet off only to say he couldn’t change where the other tech reinstalled it, but he did caulk around the bottom. However, after doing that the tiles at the front of the toilet (not the original ones in question) were now loose on the floor. I just walked into the bathroom and there is a crack across the tile from the front to the wall. Now I need to retire the entire bathroom.

This business is incredible. After being extremely disappointed by another emergency plumbing service canceling an appointment that we had already waited 3 hours (into a 4 hour window) for, we were desperate and called up Atlantis. We called at 8pm on a Sunday night with a leak sprung in one of our copper supply lines and Robert Camp showed up less than 40 minutes later and repaired the pipe properly and permanently within an hour, allowing us to take showers after a long and messy day of working on the house. Robert was polite, professional and thorough with his workmanship. Their emergency rate is not cheap but knowing that the job was done right and that I wouldn't have to call another plumber during normal hours, it is completely worthwhile. Hopefully I never need emergency plumbing again but if I do, I know who I'll be calling and they will also be at the top of our list for any other plumbing needs. Thanks Atlantis Plumbing!!

Atlantis came to my house in a timely manner to diagnose my problem, which turned out to be roots growing through pipes in my front yard. They returned the next day and resolved my issues by replacing the pipe and taking out some shrubs that were the cause of the blockage. Would recommend them for their quick and professional service.

Atlantis Plumbing are the best – so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the Tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits—and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They do not look around to see if there is something else they can sell you at some ridiculously high price that you don’t even need. Their prices are so reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy service which we had to have re-done in some cases.

Last Friday as I was leaving for an all-day meeting, I noticed there was no hot water. Oh #!^%&*, my 20-year old water heater finally died.Worse, I knew I wouldn't have time to find a plumber and get the problem fixed that day. I'm an engineer, so if they had tried to snow me, I would have known.But, best of all, they installed the new water heater late in the day on Saturday. Jeff, the technician ran into a few problems, but really stayed after he. He finished about 8PM. Now that's service.I highly recommend these guys!

Had a Fri night emergency with a busted toilet tank that started leaking through my ceiling. After I called, Robert arrived quickly in about 30 mins. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and since the water was cut off and it wasn't an emergency, he came back first thing Sat morning to fix it. He checked my water pressure and my other toilets, gave me a very fair price, and was extremely efficient and professional. Atlantis will be my first and only call for my next plumbing job.

Called Atlantis to schedule and appointment and they were on site 24 hours later. Jon Camp was able to diagnose my problem and fix the issue very quickly. Extremely pleased with the job that was done, and true to the estimate. Will definitely be looking to use Atlantis plumbing for future needs.

Always appreciate when people show up when they say they’ll show up. What I usually hear from other companies is “I’ll be there some time between 9am-5pm” and half the time they don’t even make that window and I’ve already taken the day off work. Atlantis gave me a two hour window and even called to see if an earlier time slot would be more convenient because they had an opening. David also called 30min out to let me know he was on the way and took care of everything quickly and easily once he got here.I’ve used Atlantis for commercial plumbing installation, residential repairs when I bought a house with some shady piping, and for a couple quick fixes since then. Nothing too difficult for these guys. I had to get my sewer tap located, but it wasn't connected to my house. So when I talked to a couple plumbers and they said they couldn't do it or it would be very expensive (crawler robot). Jon Camp from Atlantis showed up and he was able to find the tap through perseverance. You can tell he's been doing this for a while, and knows what he's doing. This was something the city wouldn't do for me, other plumbers wouldn't do it, Jon got me out of a bind and now I can finish building my house.

I had the worst day ever! I had a plumber come out and tell me that my air conditioning was the cause of a water leak in my garage. I’m not a plumber but I was pretty sure there was a leak in a pipe in the wall because you can clearly hear it! I have to say I don't meet too many modest people when it comes to plumbing, but Robert Camp has to be one of the few I've seen in awhile. He came over and fixed not only the problem, but saw other additional problems as well. Even went as far as to tell me what I needed to fix it. I'll be sure to call again when other issues arise!

When our original water supply line (which, of COURSE, was underneath our concrete driveway, because why wouldn't it be, I mean as a home builder you ALWAYS just put the water line under where the driveway is going to be, right, because heaven forbid you should make it easy for future owners to find and repair the leaks that will inevitably happen) sprung a leak, we contacted a number of different companies for estimates. Atlantis Plumbing was the one we went with, for a couple of reasons--first, they had the best proposal for how to address the problem; and second, they had the best price for doing so. Other companies had suggested installing a new water line, but their proposals involved running the new line alongside the driveway, which (of COURSE) is where all the fiber-optic and cable lines also run (and it also would've been awfully close to our property line). Those companies wanted to do this so that they could tie the new line into our house's plumbing in the same spot as the original line. Atlantis' representative took a closer look, and determined that if we didn't mind running the new line through our front lawn--away from the driveway!--they could easily tie the new line into our plumbing in a different place. I was familiar enough with our house's plumbing to be confident that this would work, with no unintended consequences, so we went with that option.On the scheduled day, Atlantis' crew showed up on time, and they were unfailingly polite, respectful, and diligent. They even suggested a couple of small improvements to the original plan, which they included at no additional charge. The work took about eight hours--it was late November, so they were here until after dark--and it was done well and thoroughly, with quality materials. (Inside the house, we had asked them to use copper instead of PEX, and they were able to do that with no problem.)Altogether, this may be the single best experience I've had with a repair/maintenance contractor since moving into our house eight and a half years ago. I'd definitely recommend Atlantis Plumbing.

He was at my door 10 minutes early and within 1 hour of my call.The job turned out to be tougher than originally thought, and he had to make 2 trips into town to get unusual parts (due to my failure to diagnosis the issue properly). We are so pleased with the service we receive every time we use Atlantis Plumbing, whether for routine things or for problems. Most recently, we realized we had a huge leak in an exterior pipe, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We called Atlantis late on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone at our house the next morning. We had to replace the exterior pipe (largely b/c the builder used short cuts and dumped lots of rocks/cement on top of the pipe, ultimately causing it to break), but Corey and Jason did an incredible job - and did so quickly. We were only without water for about 4 hours, and they even carefully dug so as to preserve our lawn. They were great -- professional, thorough, courteous and thoughtful, and we will always call Atlantis for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you for your help!!

During the installation of plumbing work, I was very pleased with the level of detail and attention that was given to the work being performed. We had a plumbing emergency, the connection to our sprinkler system and water main had a crack in it. The area was a muddy mess and required some extensive digging to get to the severed pipe. Our hot water heater went out unexpectedly and I looked around at a few places before deciding on Atlantis. John Henry came out less than 24 hours later and gave us a quote and explained our options. Very thorough evaluation of new faucet install solving a leak

While replacing the water line for our refrigerator, he noticed a section of the cast iron piping for our washing machine drain line was leaking/crumbling. Atlantis replaced my water service line (200 feet) and installed a new water heater and took care of some other small items for me. It was a big job so I got multiple quotes. They were significantly less expensive than the bigger names (like 20%) and gave me a longer warranty. They also did the whole job in one day the day after giving me the quote. Atlantis Plumbing really knocked our socks off. What started out as an unknown slight gas leak in the walls quickly turned into the nightmare scenario of running brand new gas lines through the entire home; including to three furnaces, two fireplaces, and at least one W/D hookup. The quote to make this happen was insane and the just thinking about the aftermath of having all my walls ripped open especially after having recently renovated became a non starter.Jackie from Atlantis gave me a call before the appointment and I shared my concerns of not wanting the house ripped up. He assured me that if they could find the leak the would do that vs. a full replacement. On the day of Jackie and Barry arrived and went to work finding the gas leaks. They found two upstaris in the open attic very quickly. The other three they found by cutting a hole in the ceiling right where the gas line enters the home. As it turns out whoever originally put the gas in put a lot of bends and joints which had leaks. They were able to fix the three there and boom no more gas leaks. I was super excited and stoked that there wouldn't have to be a full install and that they wouldn't be ripping apart our home.I recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anybody needing gas line repair work done. Both Jackie and Barry are very experienced, were very understanding of the customers point of view, and work tirelessly getting the job done. I am very please overall with the work and couldn't be happier!!

I contacted Atlantis in regards to a few plumbing issues that had recently occurred in my home (a broken garbage disposal & a continuously leaking exterior water faucet). Their service request form on their website made it very easy to contact them and explain my initial problems. I received a callback in just a few hours, and had an appointment scheduled for the following afternoon.On the day of the appointment the technician (John Henry) contacted me a few times to provide me a more accurate estimate of his arrival time. Upon his arrival I noticed that he was very professional, courteous, cleanly dressed (he informed me that he carries extra clothes so as to not bring in dirt from other sites), and wore a face mask at all times. I walked him through the appropriate issues and he was able to quote me on the work that required immediate attention. He broke down the quote for me and informed me that both issues could be fixed that day and within only a few hours.Overall, I'm very happy with the response of the company, the level of professionalism, and the cost of the job (parts and labor). It's now been a few weeks since the actual service and neither of the previous issues have returned.

Received quick response to my broken water line emergency. Temporary fix was made that got us through the weekend while the permanent repair was being scheduled. We hired Atlantis Plumbing after discovering a leaking pipe and bringing in a competitor that did not diagnose the problem properly and therefore passed up on business. While all other business were saying they could just come and diagnose in 2-3 days, Atlantis plumber Tim came out the same day that I called and got right to work. Best plumbing experience I've had since moving to Atlanta a couple of years ago. Scott was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. He found the problem quickly and didn't charge me for extras. Giving Atlantis a big 5 stars!

Front yard was flooding called Atlantis plumbing, got a call back from the technician in 10minutes and said he was on the way. Problem located after a little digging within 30minutes! Robert camp and demarcus not only fixed the problem area but also noticed a possible future problem and repaired it within an hour and it looks so much cleaner than what it was!!!

Excellent service and expertise from Shelby and Brandon Taylor of Atlantis Plumbing! They were knowledgable, curteous, and quick with the repairs I needed!

We had a sewage backup and had multiple quotes. Atlantis Plumbing provided the best quote and quickly responded to fix our sewer line. They did a great job!

This company advertises free estimates which they DO NOT OFFER. They charge a service fee regardless of if you render services or not but will credit this service fee to your final bill if you move forward with the service. This is not the same as a free estimate and therefore, I would not recommend this company.

David was awesome. Was on time, friendly, and responsive to needs. Estimate is free when someone comes out, and the problem was simple and easy to fix. He didn’t charge us a thing. Great quality company, and we will be using them for any future needs. Thanks again!

I appreciate Atlantis for coming and repairing a leak we had in our house. This is the second time I called on Atlantis and they came through and fixed the issue. Thanks again and I will be calling again if I run into any issues.

Fourth time I've used Atlantis, very satisfied. Jon and Tony did an excellent job and were very professional. They called well in advance to let me know they were on the way, found the issue(s) using a camera/scope and invited me outside to see the issue myself. Most of the inside work was in an unfinished basement but Jon, after completing the work, swept up the entire area. Pricing, just like the previous 3 jobs, was very reasonable. Trusted company, trusted technicians.

Their website claims that Estimates are Always FREE! but when I called to get an estimate, they wanted to charge me $85. Perhaps they don't understand what Always or FREE mean.I had used them in the past for an emergency service and they seemed fine, too bad they're trying to charge for something they claim is free.Edit:Someone from Atlantis called me based on this review, asking where on their website it said estimates are free so they could remove it. He then said it was unfair for me to post a negative review when I was trying to get something for free. He explained that under the current administration it is very expensive for them to operate a business, elaborating that insurance prices are high, I guess in some kind of attempt to make me understand them charging money for an estimate. Frankly I don't think that asking how much something will cost is trying to get something for free and I think it's absurd that they cannot provide me any pricing information without paying $85. While they did a fine job when I used them before, I will not be using this company again, there are plenty of plumbers who will tell you how much something will cost without charging you.

Developed a leak in service line to house - specific location of leak in front yard unknown. Called Atlantis Plumbing on Wednesday, Plumber/Sales Rep Bryan here on Thurs, Repair Team Cody and Jason here Friday morning. They determined how and where to relocate the line, trenched, installed new line, made necessary relocation of pressure valve, cutoff, etc. All this was finished in less than 24 hours following the first phone call. All of them were friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommended. Thanks Atlantis.

We used Atlantis this week for a VERY tricky leak under our house with ZERO access. We called Atlantis and they sent Robert Camp & Demarcus. They were a great team - professional, highly skilled, good communication, and generally nice guys! They worked into the night to restore our water and we recommend them very highly!

We had an urgent need of a plumber after hours the other night. Robert showed up promptly and took great care of us. He was thorough, polite and incredibly kind. He found the problem, fixed it and helped us with a few other plumbing issues as well. The bill was very reasonable, actually lower than expected! If he is a representation of Atlantis, I'd recommend them to anyone. They will be our first call for plumbing issues in the future, no question.

The repair job should have been a lot cheaper. They quote a pipe replacement instead of a spot repair. The repair crew should have corrected the mistake. But no, they didn't. They went ahead a replaced a good pipe for no reason.

Of course had another issue with some plumbing pipe decided to bust and Wayne came out very quick and got the problem taken care of in a timely manner again thank you Atlantis Plumbing and Wayne for helping me in an emergency.

I had a plumbing emergency. Atlantis was able to come to my home on the same day that I called to request service. Chet Murphy, the plumber who came to my home, was very polite and professional. He completed the job in one afternoon and made 2 trips to the nearest Home Depot to buy the correct parts. I appreciate the level of service that I received. Instead of repairing, it was a replacement of a kitchen faucet. The technician opened the box of the new faucet and a major part was missing. He will be back tomorrow and I have already taken the faucet back to Lowes and swapped it out. Hope this box has all parts!

I took on an ambitious plumbing project with a buddy on Saturday afternoon. At 9 p.m. noticed a small leak from an original, 50 year old cast iron fitting under a Fernco adapter. Concealed inside, the cast iron was completely disintegrated. Called it a night, got up this morning and found Atlantis highly rated on Google. They advertise, like many others, live operators. I called at 8 a.m., their technician Robert was in my driveway at 9 a.m. He immediately instilled confidence by recommending he do the right thing and replace much of the old cast iron drain. It was a big job, he was done by 2. It was refreshing to find a professional who doesn't take the easy way out. BTW I had left a message with another 'live operator company before 8 a.m., they called me back around the time Robert was wrapping things up.

Jackie and Barry were right on time (even a few minutes early) and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They told us exactly what we needed to do and it was a quick fix. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again!

I had another fantastic experience with Atlantis Plumbing today! I called on Christmas Eve and the customer service person was polite and quickly scheduled a visit for the day after Christmas. I received a 30 minute call ahead during the 2 hour window. Jason D., the plumber, provided outstanding service! He is knowledgeable, patient and competent and has an overall great personality. He was genuinely concerned about my issues. He explained everything as he worked and answered all of my questions along the way. Yes! I would call again and request Jason. But honestly every experience I have had over the past 5 years has been positive. I recommend you give them a try. They offer free estimates. I found the prices reasonable and the work exceptional.

Robert Camp, our technician, came out on a holiday and stayed until the job was done. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job dealing with a tough clog. I highly recommend him and Atlantis.

These guys are very responsive and did a fantastic job with the repair of my sewer line. They wirj fast...but with quality work, thoroughness and professionalism.

Jackie and Barry were fantastic. I had water accumulating in a crawl space and the initial inspector thought that the leak was coming from a pipe under the slab. After EXTENSIVE leak detection, they were able to pinpoint the problem and refused to fix a pipe that wasn't broken. I am a very detail oriented person and I know nothing about plumbing, so I asked A LOT of questions. I was probably a difficult customer at times, but they always remained professional and went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They worked with me to get the necessary information that I needed for my insurance company as well. They seem to be people who take pride in what they do and stand behind their work.

We have had multiple excellent experiences with Atlantis Plumbing. Robert Camp has been the technician during the past 2 service visits at our house, and he has been friendly, on time, followed social distancing/masking guidance, and knew exactly what to do and did it fast. Atlantis was also the only company of 4 I contacted to get back to me about the most recent issue; they allowed me to send pictures so they could provide a free, socially-distanced quote; and the actual charges were about 30% less than the estimate for the job. Made my day!

I'm the new homeowner of my beloved grandma's house and knew the plumbing system was in dire need of an upgrade. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give Atlantis a call for an estimate. The customer service rep was prompt in setting an estimate. Sandy the plumber was both punctual and very friendly as heard in his call to give his ETA. I noted masks being worn upon entering the house. Now since I'm not a fan of spider web covered basements 😆 I offered moral support on the basement stairs and he was kind enough to take detailed photos of my entire plumbing system. The estimate was within my budget and due to my drain lines leaking into my HVAC system he was able to start that day. As I didn't want to put off that important repair hearing he could start that quick was awesome! At different phases of the job Sandy would send me photos so I could see the progress. Over the course of 4 days Sandy repaired and replaced the water as well as drain lines. Being that some of the original cast iron plumbing was present he literally took the system from antique to awesome! I braved the spider webs and did a full walk through at the completion of the job. Kudos to Atlantis for hiring professional and friendly plumbers that are customer service centered. In the future plumbing issues will equate a call to Atlantis Plumbing! Keep up the awesome work Sandy, I know my grandmother would have been so proud to see such great repairs!!! Whether it be repairs or replacements I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike.

Jackie and Brandon were fantastic. They came and diagnosed my high water pressure caused by a very old pressure reducing valve. They also saw some DIY water shutoff piping from a previous owner and suggested it be removed as it was a flood hazard waiting to happen. They provided estimates for all the work before starting and they were able to get a PRV the same day, returning to our house to only take maybe 30 min to install it and remove the flood hazard piping. They also stuck around for additional questions and a couple of other minor services. We've used Atlantis for multiple items with our first home and they've been professional and prompt every single time. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

They helped us repair a slab leak in our kitchen. Once they knew the problem they had it fixed within 24 hours. Jackie was incredibly prompt, professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We used Atlantis plumbing to install a freestanding tub faucet where a sink used to be. Atlantis was super easy to work with, and Robert did an exceptional job. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through options. We had three other plumbing companies review and quote the work before Atlantis (something I won't do again). All seemed hesitant about taking on the job and provided ridiculously high quotes. Robert arrived on time, followed COVID safety protocols, and confidently assessed the situation and offered a reasonable quote. The job took two trips as there was tile work to be completed in between. Robert did an excellent job, taking the time to make sure things were done right. In the future we will definitely make Atlantis our first call for future plumbing needs.

Our water heather died. I called them based on the reviews I read. Got a quote on the phone (min and max price) which was significantly lower than a competitor. In COVID time this was a welcomed news. Jason came in less than 24 hours, the phone quote was spot on, and we now have a brand new heather installed for a reasonable price. Great service. We will use Atlantis Plumbing again.

UPDATE:So 2 weeks later, I had to call them again to come out and do the same process that was done last time. The root cause was the same, that we had roots in our pipes which are causing the issue, but the guy that came out today said that the 1st guy wasn't as knowledgeable as him. I'm not sure how roots from a dead tree could grow so fast to block our pipes in 2 weeks, but seems like something was missed. I had to pay $500 the first time and today another $450 ($50 discount after asking since they just did this 2 weeks ago). They said they don't warranty pipe cleaning, but for this to be 2 weeks ago, that doesn't seem like this is the issue.I was issued a new quote, which was actually more expensive that the 1st (for the same work). I'll definitely be looking around to get more professional opinions as this seems like they are chasing more money.ORIGINAL Review:Guy was assigned to our house and he was knowledgeable and also did a great job determining the issue and also cleaning up after it was done. Highly recommend.

Atlantis is top-notch. They sent Scott to our house to fix our water heaters, install new kitchen sinks, and fix a few leaks. Scott was professional, timely, and did an excellent job. After having 3 plumbers come to my house, charge me, and not fix the problem...Atlantis got the problem solved.

We broke the water feed to our toilet at 8:30 PM - had to shut the water off at the street to stem the tide. Called our usual plumber who said sorry, can't come tonight. Called Atlantis and learned that Robert Camp was just a few minutes away. He called to confirm he was coming and ask a couple of questions. 10 minutes later he was fixing the pipe, re-installing our toilet, and augering out the blockage that start the whole mess. 1 hour from flood to fix and he was helpful, courteous, and kind. We were able to get our showers and sleep sound knowing all was well. Was it worth the $500? I say yes.

We called Atlantis Plumbing when we experienced a water leak in our yard. An inspector was dispatched very quickly, and the company fit us in for repair the next morning. The workers showed up earlier than expected, and the job was done within a couple hours. We were provided info about our warranty, and the payment process could not have been easier. While I hope I never need them again, Atlantis Plumbing will be my first call if I do.

Wow, Brian from Atlantis Plumbing is incredible. He diagnosed a problem with my water pressure that had stumped multiple other plumbers. He diagnosed the problem in a scientific manner and discovered the cause, then fixed it on the spot. Also gave me a great lesson on plumbing in general while doing the work. It was easy to get in contact and get called back for an appointment. Someone was available within 2 days. We had a list of issues from a home inspector and Jon reviewed it for us and pointed out the high priority items. They have a camera system for inspecting your drain pipe to the city. If you have an old home with cast iron drain pipe it might save you some trouble to have yours inspected. Jon was prompt and had a good serice-oriented attitude and solid knowledge of plumbing and old homes.

County I live in requires a plumber to verify that the house has efficient toilets and sinks. A ten minute walk through the house to look at the writing on my toilets and sinks costs 185$.

I was surprised the leak was repaired the same day I called to schedule it.There was an outdoor leak near the water meter. I already had specialist show up to identify the exact location of the leak a few days before. When the plumbers showed up, I just had to point out where the leak was and the immediately dug it up and fixed the leak in what felt like roughly 2 hours. Price was still steep but reasonable for plumbing jobs. It was just slightly cheaper than what a friend of mine paid for a similar job. At least the leak stopped the hemorrhaging which caused a monthly water bill in excess of $600.

Robert and Demarcus of Atlantis Plumbing did a great job installing a new gas line for a gas range conversion and fixing a loose outdoor faucet. They were professional, answered any questions I had and also asked for my opinion on how they would do the install. For instance they had to run a line from outside through my house wall and through the interior of cabinets (as opposed to running a line from the attic through the wall and cutting walls open). They made sure I was comfortable with the install, what they had to do and showed me how things were going to look. I was very happy with them, their pricing was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any other plumbing work I would need.

They were able to isolate a poorly installed (at time of structure's construction) drain line, cut out the malfunctioning line and properly install a new line. My Technician Jon Camp and his assistant were awesome! They went above and beyond to fix the issue we were having. They were kind and very knowledgeable. We have a crack in our pipeline and roots were growing into the line, causing our toilet and tub to become backed up. They cleared the line, gave detailed information on what they did to remove the roots and even gave us a copy of a video of what he saw when putting a camera down the pipeline. They gave us our options for fixing the crack in the pipeline and even advised us of different financing options. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received. We will be using Atlantis Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I had a leaking expansion tank in the basement of a rental home I manage on a Sunday morning. Robert Camp with Atlantis came to the home within 30 minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day! We were having a terrible time with our home inspection until Chet Murphy came to save the day. We had three inspectors and two different plumbers before Chet, none of them were able to diagnose the plumbing issue, some even saying there was no problem. Chet did an incredibly thorough inspection and was able to see what the others couldn’t. He even picked up on gas that had made its way into the water / drainage and then oversaw the entire process from the fire department, to gas company, to the final plan, strategy & itemized estimate for next steps. He was there for 6 hours with us and wouldn’t leave until he was sure everybody was safe and comfortable. We wouldn’t use anybody else, thanks Chet!

Revised…After follow up from Atlantis they came back today and fixed the issue. Responsive and willing to correct mistake.Septic tank was pumped on Sunday but home would not drain. Called to have someone fix why it would not drain. It was “clogged at the baffle” and he “unclogged it”. However, my home is now completely backed up again and all drains are filling up with water. He came this morning so clearly something isn’t right and there is more to just this “clog” he found.

Great Experience! Called in late after arriving home from work to find a significant leak in the crawlspace. Surprisingly they were able to get a technician dispatched out within a few hours. He thoroughly explained what was happening and what needed to be done to get this issue resolved. If only I could have such good luck with my electrician and HVAC company.

I am new to the area and had a leaky toilet and called in another plumber that had great reviews 1st . Turned out to be the biggest mistake EVER! They tried to rip out flooring and walls and replace 2 toilets and a water heater (for a leaky toilet!) So I called Atlantis just to get a 2nd opinion and they were AMAZING! Jon came out, told me what he thought it was, pulled the toilet (which the other company refused to do before ripping out floors and walls),confirmed his suspicion and had it fixed in 20 mins. He spent about an hour trying to identify our problem and didn't charge us for the discovery work he had to do to find out what was wrong. The two men who came to our home ( Cody and Tyler ) did a great job as they were able to pinpoint the leak from the water line into our house which had apparently been for years except the water bills were really adding up to further issues. They were nice and professional and while they were here we had them replace the pressure reducing valve in our basement. Robert Camp and his son came out today to remove our old faucet and reinstall a new one, as well as re-seat our toilet. A previous plumber had come out and fixed our toilet. It turned out he didn't fix it correctly and caulked around it to hide it. I had no idea toilets shouldn't be caulked. Robert fixed our toilet correctly and removed the caulk and cleaned up the stains that were left as a result of the caulk. He even asked his son to mop the bathroom floor after he was done! Our new faucet looks great and works perfectly. I can't say enough good things about them. The overall cost was much less than the former plumber charged to fix our toilet. I would also like to add that Robert's son is one of the most respectful and well spoken young man I have had the pleasure of meeting. We won't ever use another plumber again and will use Atlantis for all our future plumbing needs.

Had 2 separate leaks in my main water line...I called at noon and they had a very knowledgeable plumber come out the same day for a quote. There was a problem with the installation of my sink faucet in the kitchen, and after calling and discussing with quality control, they came out and replaced my entire sink. This company has great customer service, and I highly recommend them!

We just moved to an older home in Rome, GA and discovered that a floor drain in the basement was stopped up. I checked the reviews for plumbers in the area and found that Atlantis Plumbing was highly rated. Those ratings are well warranted.It was a non-emergency since water was just perking up around the drain hole and not flooding the basement. Roby and his son Tyler showed up today right on time and got to work. They used a small power auger to attempt to clear the blockage and whatever they hit in the line caused water to geyser up through drain hole. Roby quickly placed his hand over the drain to stop the flow and Tyler went to work with a shop vac to get rid of the water. They quickly had the first part of the mess cleaned up but the drain was still blocked...except for the back flow.Roby called in the big guns and brought in a larger power auger with and went back at it. He said he was not giving up until he had it solved. After running about 25-30 of auger line down the drain the blockage finally cleared. He worked the coil back and forth several times to make sure whatever was there was busted up and then followed up by pouring several buckets of water down the drain to make sure it was draining properly.Once Roby and Tyler were satisfied that the problem was fixed they cleaned up the mess from the earlier back flow and left everything very clean and orderly. They were professional, courteous, and persistent in solving our problem. And the price was just right. We expected to pay much more and were very pleasantly surprised when presented with the charges.I would certainly recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anyone I knew that need a plumber and would not hesitate to use them again.

I would recommend their services highly. They are able to provide a 2 hr window for appointments versus 4-8 hr windows. They were able to come out to fix my leak on the next business day. Jon in particular was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and do a great job.

I called Atlantis for a faucet replacement. Come to find out there was a reason the faucet broke in the first place. Our regular valve for the water pressure was completely rusted out and old. Tim Robinson did a great job with finding the underlying issue so we didn’t have the same issue come up again, saving us time and money.

The home we bought has a variety of plumbing problems including pinhole leaks. 1 leak Tim fixed under the house, and another about a month later was fixed by John Massey. Very friendly and efficient plumbers. My house is very difficult because of so many plumbing problems, but the repairs were no problem at all for them. I will eventually be able to replace all the pipes in my house, and they quoted a very fair price for the whole house. I will definitely be using them again.

Totally gone downhill. Used for years and will NEVER use again. Had two commodes replaced and not only did they crack all the tile in the water closet, they left an absolute mess in both bathrooms. Called and spoke with manager who said he would call me back. Of course that never happened. Too many other reputable companies out there that stand behind their work.
