Tim has done various plumbing work for me over the last two decades providing excellent service. My house is old so over the years have needed various services. The most recent service was on December 14, 2022 when services were needed for the bathroom and kitchen sinks. As always, Tim did an excellent job and was very responsive when contacted. He scheduled a service within 24 hours of being contacted. I strongly recommend Tim.

I highly recommend Chen Plumbing. We used their services twice, and both projects were done very well and on time. The last job was quite extensive. They had to replace main sewer line, which required busting a section of the driveway and digging 8 ft deep to get to the connection. Tim and his crew completed this job in less than two full days, and that's including permits and inspection. The guys were always friendly and polite, communicated throughout the process, and left the site neat and even compacted the excavated areas. Their attention to detail was highly appreciated. We are very happy and will be absolutely using Chen Plumbing again!

A fantastic experience. 1 phone call with Tim and pictures sent over to him. Consult and quote in minutes with a same day installation. And Tim also explained how to make it stop draining onto my floor which was incredibly helpful. A great plumber showed up and took care of everything including sweeping my floor. Great job!

Tim Chen arrived promptly to my home the day after Thanksgiving to install a new hot water heater and remove our old one. Tim answered any questions I had, and did an amazing job. He completed the job in a very timely manner and also thoroughly answered questions I had about a future project. Chen plumbing was recommended to me by a number of people from my city. His prices were also reasonable and he had a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely use his services again.

Tim Chen Plumbing came to the rescue when we had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve when no one else was either available nor willing to help/answer the phone/provide service. They were quick to respond and send a technician right away to fix the problem area. Highly recommend.

I called Tim Chen plumbing as my company had installed a gas line and we needed a licensed plumber to come and verify that everything was correct with the installation. We were nearing the end of the project and I called Tim and within two hours he had a technician on our job site performing the inspections and making the connections to the meter for us. Tim provides the best plumbing service you could find in GA. He’s very responsive and responsible. He makes sure you know how to use your new equipment if you’re replacing a new one. He cleans the area after the work which is very thoughtful in my opinion. You can ask him any questions and he’ll be happy to assist if you’re new to plumbing service. Overall, I highly recommend his service! :)

Tim Chen is the bomb! The gas company came to check for a leak and couldn't relight the hot water heater. Tim came over immediately, checked everything and found that there was no issue, and was able to calm my concern. This is the third time he has rescued me, the previous time on New Year's Eve midday when my hot water heater was spewing. I'll never call another plumber; Tim and his crew have always been there for me, reasonably priced, with professional artisans who are a pleasure to have in your home!

Called Tim on a Monday 12/19/2022 in morning for a faulty shut off valve to the outside line and PRV valve. He sent out Zane who came out assessed problem and repaired it with quality work and parts on the same day. Zane walked me through what he was doing and went to work. Professional. Quick. No messing around. Price was what I thought it was gonna be. Zane's workmanship and skill as a plumber was was nothing short of master craft. It's weird to say a plumbing repair is a work of art, but after you see their install and repair you'd say the same thing. I have used Tim Chen plumbing three times already.(double waterheater, injector pump and the plumbing to go with both) I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend them and have zero complaints. Thanks again guys.

My wife and I have used Chen Plumbing since the mid-1990s, when it was a sole proprietorship owned by the elder Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen was recommended to us by my mother, who began using Mr. Chen sometime in the 1980s. From the mid-1990s through the last time we used Chen Plumbing three days ago to install a new toilet and prepare the basement copper plumbing for installation of a new dishwasher, Chen Plumbing has always been prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced for the quality of the service. We've recommended them to friends and neighbors for almost thirty years.

We had a leak in our front yard Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called Tim hoping he could get out to check on before the Holiday weekend. He was able to come out that same day. Which was a big surprise but we were happy. He worked well after dark and communicated what the problem was and gave me options along with pricing. He fixed the issue and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely keep him mind for any future plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.
