Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

I will never use you guys again I will never Recommend them to anyone I had a problem with my bathroom sink which they came out and so call fix 2 weeks later had the same problem waiting for hours for the to come out to fix the problem no call no show and now they won’t pick up the phone when I call nope sorry job and poor Customer service

July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

This is a great company. He showed up after 10pm with an emergency plumbing problem we were experiencing. He came back as promised until night and day until fixed. Highly recommend this company .
Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!
I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.
They came right away after I called for an estimate. Stanley found a major leak in the crawl space. Made an appointment the following day to repipe my house. Stanley & his crew did a fantastic job. Will definitely recommend him to my neighbors & friends. Thanks again.

Chris was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink the week of Thanksgiving. He came the same day and fixed it.

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE
