I requested Pink Plumbing to check the water leak that is leading to high water bills. Geoff came for the service on time and immediately identified the problem with water tank leak. He is professional and detailed. He well communicated the problem to me and documented it for me as well. Geoff fixed the issue within 30 mins and also re verified to make sure water leak is fixed and hot water is resumed. He also looked into any other leak issues in the toilet just to reassure problem is fixed overall. He also cleaned up after his work was done. Geoff’s service is definitely 10/10.

My house is 70 years old and it came time to replace all of the piping in and under the house. I have worked with Pink Plumber multiple times and they have always done a great job. Derek did the work this time and was incredible. Excellent communication, showed up when he said, and was professional and kind all day. Took him 4 days to remove and replace all the pipes in the house. On the 4th day he said that his boss told him he had to finish the job that day. He worked all morning into the night, cleaned and packed up, and left at 11:55 PM. I felt bad that he had to work such a long day with no breaks. Next time I have plumbing needs I will be come back to Pink Plumber.

Not a good experience, we were told $149.00-249.00 depending on gallons pumped. However our total bill was $2600.00 unacceptable for pumping out septic. We felt that the technician makes more money the the more he charges and think that this was false advertisement. Will not use pink plumber again or recommend to anyone else.

I called Saturday morning for an appointment the next Wednesday (very simple - just need a plumber to disconnect the gas line to my stove). Made arrangements to work from home during the 4 hour window (8am-noon) I was given. They called twice before noon saying they were running behind and asking if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, because I had already taken time away from work to get this done, and I cannot take any other days in the near future. I moved some appointments so I could stay home and they could arrive later in the afternoon on Wednesday. They called at 4pm to say they could not make it today. Extremely unprofessional. Please do not use them.

We had the pink plumber come out today for a septic tank repair. The technician (Jacob Freeman) arrived on time , explained the different steps to take to repair our septic system and the cost associated with everything we might have to have to do. As work progressed he kept us aware of what was happening. Jacob was extremely professional in his work and attention to detail. Our septic system is back up and operational thanks to him. Be prepared!I recently called the Pink Plumber to pump my septic tank and to check a wet area in my yard that I suspected was caused by my septic system’s drain field. I have seen their television commercials for years and felt that they were reputable. Knowing that I had the wet spot in my drain field, I expected to pay more than the $149 tank pumping that they advertise.I called and scheduled them to come out and they advised that they would come between 2 & 6pm on the following Monday. I and the person renting my house planned our schedule to meet with them then. On that Monday about noon, they called and said that they could not be there because “their tanks were full”. I understand that this refers to tanks where their trucks empty what they pump from septic tanks into. I reminded them that I had made an appointment and rearranged my day to meet them but all they would say was that “their tanks were full”. They advised they would be there the next day, Tuesday.Their crew arrived on Tuesday. Two very nice young men who answered all of my questions while doing their work and they also appeared to have done a good job on the work they did. They pumped my septic tank and advised that the wet spot I had was due to my drain field line not draining properly. They gave me an estimate for repairs for $3,247. Sticker shock!One of the men went over what needed to be done with me while we were standing in the rain looking at my septic system that would not work correctly if this work was not done. I reluctantly agreed for them to proceed.If you use the Pink Plumber or any other service, I recommend that you be prepared as much as possible.If I had this to do over again, I would call around to get estimates on the following services that I paid for:Pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank (I was charged $149)Pump additional amount from overfilled septic tank (I was charged $161, which I was later credited for)Backpump drainfield (I was charged $610)Jet debris from drainfield piping (I was charged $510)Pour fieldline biocorrector into fieldline (I was charged $1,360. Yes $1,360). This was about a 5 gallon bucket of “bacteria”.Install baffle tee without tail out (I was charged $454). This appeared to be common PVC parts that were attached to the outlet of my septic tank. Maybe less that $25 worth of parts?It took the crew about 90 minutes or less to complete the balance of the work after the tank had been pumped. The charge for this time plus their materials was almost $3,000 of the total work.The next day I called to get a better explanation of my charges, left a message and no one called back. I called the next week and was able to talk to someone. We talked about my charges for a long time and I was given no specific reasons why the charges were as high as they were. I was offered a 5% Senior discount but it was such an insulting offer, I refused it.To summarize, I very much appreciate the work the Pink Plumber crew did but I am at a loss as to why their charges are as high as they are. If you need someone to service your septic tank, be prepared and do a little homework so that you can determine if you are being treated fairly and ethically.I don’t think anyone can pay their employees, pay for their equipment and other expenses and realize a decent profit by pumping septic tanks for $149.FOLLOW-UP…I had similar septic tank trouble this week and called another company this time. They did similar work for a MUCH better price! They aren’t Pink, they are (Septic) Blue.

It cost $423 to clean the septic tank. Tim was professional and got the job done. I’d recommend this company, they came out the next day. Another company I called couldn’t come over for a couple days and it would’ve costed $450. So I’m happy with the service and the cost.

The Pink Plumber informed me of tech coming out by text with a picture after calling to explain tech is on the way. I appreciated the septic tech’s honesty and professionalism while servicing my septic tank . Michael T. gave recommendations to help prevent future issues with system . Only positive thing I will say about this company is that they have a young lady named BRITTANY who schedules appointments for them and SHE is amazing. Her politeness, professionalism and customer service skills are top notch. We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our home. They were gone so quickly my husband said he feels they really didn't want to do the work and that we'll never call them again. And he usually never comments on bad service.

Amazing. Super helpful and nice. What took me over three weeks trying to figure out he came in and fixed my issue in under an hour! They called me before hand letting me know someone was going to be there within the hour, they even send a PICTURE of the person so I’d know who I was looking for. It made felt safe. And they are amazing. My family used them before and now I have my own house I use them too! Thank you so much!!!!

They were not able to come to our house on the scheduled day so they made us a priority for the next day! Clarence was AMAZING! Very accommodating when he came out, the vanity needed to be torn out and the insurance companies company had to come do it. This is the first time I have used this service, they repaired the issue I was having. It was very costly but done correctly. needless to say I was very disappointed in the finish work. I returned home to find a mound of dirt in the middle of my yard which I had to level myself, I assumed that they would at least level the dirt so I can overseed or sod. Rocks that rolled down from the dig was just left there. Maybe that was not part on the contract idk. All I could wonder was would the finish work be the same if I lived in a different neighborhood. I’ll never use them again nor will I recommend them.

I called and explained to them about my septic tank and what I needed done. I have a clean out valve and a man hole cover. I MADE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW I DIDNT WANT THEM DIGGING. The office double checked to see and said no problem. They came next day I was gone my wife was there. They then claimed they could not do that. I talked with tech on phone he said he would call his manger and call me back. He never called me and just left. I was on the phone with them all day trying to get some one back out there. It was Friday say they couldn’t come back out we had septic backing up all weekend. They came Monday and fixed the problem. They way they handled on Friday very unprofessional all the way around.

I chose this rating because I couldn’t put anything lower.I called the Pink Plumber to address a sump pump issue that just happened at my property (tenant occupied).My expectation was that the technician would trouble shoot the problem as part of the service fee for coming out.What happened was that the technician went the route of giving a quote for total sump pump replacement (no trouble shooting for the possible issue) of $2098. My tenant stated that the technician just looked into the closet (opened, looke around, then closed the door) where the pump was installed.The technician called me; I thank them for coming out and paid the $59 for them coming out.The issue was that the circuit breaker tripped for the area the controlled the sump pump and other outlets near it.NEEDLESS TO SAY…….I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I still have a copy of the quote for the work and my sump pump is working as it was before the circuit breaker tripped.

Tim and Kiannna did a fantastic job! They cleaned and inspected my septic tank without damage to the driveway or unessecaerry tracks on the lawn with their backhoe and or truck. The tank was 3 feet down and the dirt was replaced with minimal disruption to other parts of the lawn. The area dug up looks good given the amount of dirt removed. Tim was like a surgeon with the backhoe! I've had them out twice at this home during the time we've lived here and Ill definitely have them out again when needed!

I would have given the Pink Plumber a much higher rating but my experience with management changed my perception. In October 2021, I had a broken water pipe causing water to puddle up in my front yard. I called the Pink Plumber and a service technician, Arthur came out to access the issue on 10/15. He was very courteous and professional. I was charged an initial service fee of $124.95 and given an estimate for the work that would need to be completed. I was told if i hired the Pink Plumber to do the work the service charge would be taken out of my balance. On 10/18, Arthur did a fantastic job by completing the work needed. He spoke with his manager, Jeff Ramos who stated that since the $124.95 was not deducted from the amount that I paid, it would be refunded to me within a week.Needless to say, I have called customer service several times from October to December to follow up on this refund. I have spoken to Jeff more than 3 times and each time he has said that accounting will refund the money to my credit card. After the 4th time of speaking with him and seeing that this issue had not been resolved on my account, I repeatedly asked him for the Corporate number which he has been reluctant to provide. He has stated that the refund was requested and there's nothing more that he can do. This is unacceptable!! To this day I STILL have not been refunded this service fee. Given the level of dishonesty and lack of customer service in my encounter with Jeff, I will never use The Pink Plumber again.UPDATE: Months after my service, I finally received my reimbursement. After several calls and writing this review smh. I will not use this company going forward.

We keep using General at Pink Plumber because they respond the fastest, their prices are reasonable, and General is knowledgeable, organized, an excellent communicator and just a pleasure to work with. He’s helped us twice - once with a leaking pipe in our ceiling. and recently installing / replacing the whole house water shut off valve. He has caught and headed off what could have become MAJOR problems. Now we honestly don't bother calling anyone else. And no, they didn't pay me to say any of this!

In 2016, I hired Pink Plumber to pump my 1500 gallon septic tank and distribution line. The techs came out, used a backhoe, and pumped the tanks. I was asked to check my internet connection because the tech thought he had broken a cable line and checked my gas. My cable/internet connection was working, and Xfinity said that the line was dormant and the gas wasn’t hit either. In 2021, I called Pink Plumber to pump my tanks again. The tech, Cody, went over his spiel where he gleefully said that any damage to my property, I basically would hold them harmless, and they would not be liable. I signed the waiver because all went well in 2016, and Cody hit SEND on his iPad and said he just sent me a copy. From inside, I watched Cody talk on his cellphone as he used the backhoe to excavate 18 inches of soil. After the tanks were pumped, Cody asked me to check my internet because he had broken the cable line. I explained that the same orange line was broken in 2016, and it was dormant, and I also told him that the tech had asked me to check the gas line – both were good. The next day, I turned on my sprinkler system, and water gushed everywhere. I called Pink Plumber and told them the issue and asked that they have Cody call me. He did. I asked him why didn’t he mention that he had broken the irrigation line, and Cody said that I told him the cable line had been previously damaged and because he checked and no water was coming out. (No water was coming out of the line because the sprinkler system was turned off). I think all homeowners would agree that mentioning a broken cable line vs. a broken irrigation line—the latter holds more weight. I asked how did he manage to break the irrigation line when the previous techs did not. His response, I didn’t know it was there. Well, neither did the 2016 techs, and they managed to operate the backhoe professionally. Cody cost me $500 for the repair, in addition to the $249 septic pump fee. I will NEVER hire this company again. I also requested pics from the office, and they sent me six. None of which shows the broken irrigation line, but Cody clearly took pics of the dormant broken cable line. However, not knowing, I had snapped a pic from inside my home, and it shows the broken line (it’s a PVC pipe). Homeowners beware! That liability waiver gives techs the freedom to turn a $150-$250 job into your worst night.

I appreciated Arthur's personable nature and his professionalism. He showed me what the problem was so I could see it myself.The Pink Plumber was able to get me in same-day, and communicated throughout the day when they were behind schedule, and then when Arthur was on his way. Great experience!

disappointed. my first time in trying to using Pink Plumber. their commercials always seem cheery. i went and made my request online the night before, and promptly got a call at 7am the next morning to schedule my appointment. my need was urgent as water is coming up from my kitchen sink. i was given a 11a-3pm window, but then mid-day got calls that the window would be delayed due to the plumbers being at another job that was going longer. got a second call with the same thing later, and finally i called to get an update as my window of opportunity to try to find another plumber was going away. then they called back about 4:30pm to let me know that no one was coming today. if it was NOT an emergency, i'd have been ok, but I literally have water coming up in my kitchen sink from time to time, and i made it clear it was an emergency. I've rebooked for tomorrow with Casteel and pray it goes better. the staff was always friendly, but more information needs to be given to a client that they can't make the call when it's an urgent situation.

Cecil is professional, polite and calm demeanor. He was unsure of something so called his mentor for guidance rather than waste time.The initial visit was to evaluate a problem. I told him I was having other companies quote it and he was understanding and not pushy. Pink was so much more responsive than the other companies and in spite of being $100 more on the quote, I went with them in case follow up would be necessary, I knew they would respond. Cecil came back with his mentor to do the work which assured me that it was being done correctly and I liked that Cecil was able to advance his skills. Another great job completed. We had another plumber come in to do a repair who would not come back and repair when it started leaking again. When our water bill jumped up, we called Pink P lumber. Derek M. came out to do the job. He was courteous and let us know everything he was doing which was a lot. 2 shower trim kits for both bathrooms and a pressure gauge in the crawl space. Great Job.He also noticed water in the meter which may be caused by an earlier repair and jumped right on it.We will surely continue to use The Pink Plumber

I never got my estimate. The person who came to my house told me that I need doing a lots of things but is wasn’t true. I don’t feeling comfortable whit service. I payed 136 dollar only for do estimate but I don’t recibe any.

We had an issue with our septic system and the PP team was great. They were very patient while trying to find the system (new homeowners!), expertly diagnosed the issue and were able to complete 6.5 hours of work the same day. I'm sure they are a little pricier than others, but we felt their expertise, timeliness and commitment to get the job done correctly was worth it. Preston and Josh were a great team. Rip off artist and scam artist! First, their prices are ridiculously over priced. They charged me over 400 dollars just to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Never gave me a quote before starting the work. Second, never ever ever get a water treatment system from them. They will have you sign a service agreement for 10+ years and you will still end up having to pay the full price of the unit. This company works under shameful practices and should not be in business. Do not use this company for anything!

Great company. Needed my septic tank on my rental property pumped and both Cody and Kianna arrived exactly on time and did the job quickly. They even explained that the previous home owner cut corners and didn't install a Baffle T in the septic system, which was required for proper function to prevent backflow and potential flooding. They installed it for me and instructed me to let the tenants know not to flush baby wipes and grease down the drain. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a negative star.We had a problem on our yard that has water (no water leak as our water bill is $30 every time). I called Pink Plumber because of their supposedly “expertise”. The water is not where our septic tank is. They did hydro jet and emptied our tank for $2,460 (this was March 16, 2021). Last Friday, we got a notice from the Cobb county health because of the same water on our yard. I felt like they have taken advantage of us because 3 years ago we just had our tank emptied for $300 done by a different company. We went with Pink plumber this time because I feel like they will solve the problem being a bigger company. The technician that did the job in March said this will solve the problem but instead it exacerbate it even more. Today, December 21, another technician came and said all they could do is do the same process again (which again does not solve our problem). He said that the water will not be there if we take less showers, less laundry and minimize our water consumption by 1,000 gallons, that is his solution?! We paid $2,460 for a job that could have been $400 (even the Cobb county health specialist said that) that did not solve our problem. I want a refund. Oh and the Cobb county specialist said there is no such thing as hydro jet, don’t even use it. So basically, they made up a “service” to “solve” your problem. We got taken advantage wherever you look at it. I’m planning to call the state attorney general to complain if we do not get a refund. This company is a scam.

my water heater busted on Sunday (mess). I called The Pink Plumber today around 10, and I had T.J. Layva at my house before noon! Not only that, you cannot possibly have any better, experienced and professional plumber than TJ! He thoroughly finished entire installation and got us back with hot water by 4pm!We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Mr. Layva!!!

When the plumber arrived, Cecil R. came in to assess the situation. It’s a good thing that he came when he did because the water pressure from the shower had broken through the seal on that day. Our house was built in 1963, so the local stores did not have the part that he needed to make the repair, but Cecil was undeterred. He repaired the existing part and re-attached it to the shower faucet. It has been working wonderfully ever since! Thank you Candace and Cecil for a great experience with The Pink Plumber.

I called The Pink Plumber when I was in the middle of a renovation and needed to determine the source of a years-long leak in the wall that left mold and damage. Geoff Small showed up within an hour of my call and methodically assessed each issue I had, and finally identified the culprit when two other plumbers and a contractor could not. I asked him to look at a couple other things while here and he ended up fixing our water pressure issue - another unsuccessful repair by another plumber - and locating another leak from our fridge that other plumbers couldn’t find. These things have been issues for a long time and are finally over with - what a relief. Geoff is a pro at his job, professional in his manner, friendly, and doesn’t give up. I really appreciated his help and not being treated like a fool because I’m a woman, which is typical. Pink Plumber is on my go-to list now, and thanks Geoff!

Our plumber was excellent! He found our problem quickly and he fixed the problem quickly. If I were rating just him he would have five stars. The company however, should be more transparent in their wait times. We waited our window on a Saturday, we were called and told they were running behind. After the four hour window expired, I called and was told that they could not guarantee that someone would be out that day. I was told that I would be the first call in the morning and given another 4 hour window. Two hours in, I had not heard from anyone and called to check. I was then told that actually they could not guarantee that someone would be out that day either. Being as it was now Sunday, my options of hiring a new company were limited. The plumber did make it out, and he was wonderful as I mentioned above. I find it very frustrating that the company is not upfront on their availability. Things happen and some jobs take longer than expected but in those situations you should inform your customers immediately so they can hire someone who can provide the service in an acceptable time frame, instead of waiting around for who knows how long, or even if, someone will show up.

Update: to my review left a month ago -no feedback- and I still did not get my part...yes I called they even recognized my voice and number. I had even considered taking down this review had they brought me my part. So they left on read and Jason B. and company stole my part.My water heater went out, and the first place I thought to call was The Pink Plumber (the song just stuck out). Never again. My water heater is only 2 years old; the plumber said the gas valve needed to be replaced (because of a recall). Because our home is newly constructed, FedEx doesn't recognize the address for us to have the valve sent to us. So we had it sent to Pink. However, they seriously price gauged us and wanted to charge $600 for a $200 job. So we told them no, and I asked if I could come get my part or if they could bring it out (of course, now they can't find it ).I've called numerous times and was told that someone would reach out to me. A week has gone by. I haven't heard anything. They could have dropped it off. They could have followed up to make sure I got my part back something. We were able to get the repair done with another plumber for $150. My 1st time with Pink never again. I do not recommend them.

I was scheduled for Wednesday, 8-31-22. I was kept waiting all day and appointment was cancelled at 5:00PM. I was rescheduled for Fri, 9-2-22 bwtween 10AM&2PM. Arrived at 1:20PM. Serevice man was courteous and did a good job.

I recently had my septic tank pumped by Pink Plumber and every time I yard gets a heavy rain the septic tank and lines gush with water. Once before I had this problem when I hired a pump and dump tank cleaner and I discovered the lid on the tank had not been properly replaced. So I cleared away soil from the lid that I knew The Pink Plumber had removed and, sure enough, the lid is not secure to the tank. So now my tank filled with water with the last heavy rain just one day earlier. Looks like I need to get someone out to my septic tank to remove the water and replace the lid prooerly.

He really goes above and beyond super friendly! I feel he deserves a raise! He’s always on time and fast! Clean! Respectful! Very professional! He’s the MAN!

I am the owner of a rental and do not leave near by. The service person was excellent at communicating with me. He was prompt. Efficient, and courteous. We had a very positive experience. The price was a little high, but worth it. I just needed a drain unclogged but he did give me an estimate to replace the tub and garbage dispassionate and I am considering having him back.

We had our septic tank serviced. Cody was very easy to work with, and gave recommendations on some additional services, and we took advantage while Cody was on site. One issue we did encounter is that the pump alarm came on. I called Pink Plumber and was assured we would get a follow-up call. We were disappointed that no follow-up call has been received.

Pink Plumber had someone, boots on the ground, the morning after I called them. Cecil fixed not only the problem we had initially called for repair, but a few others that needed attention that we were aware of, but he took care of while he was here. We had some problems getting one of the toilets to cooperate, and I know Cecil was here much longer than planned, but he didn’t leave until it was resolved. He made two trips to the store to get what was needed to fix an unexpected problem with our older house and plumbing. Had a panic attack when I saw our water service line leaking in our front yard. Massive bubble of water under our grass. Called several plumbers and Pink was the only one able to get out there that day. Fadil did an excellent job on the repair and made sure to help place our grass back over the very large hole, so it should look back to normal in a couple months.

Do not call the Pink Plumber to have your Septic tank pumped. It will never be $149 to pump a 1000 gallon tank because it will be full and then $310. Even though they charge $249 to pump a 1500 gallon tank with the same coupon. They will rip you off. They claim that there is an additional charge to pump both sides of a 1000 gallon tank and will still leave too much sludge. Not trusting what they did I called another service (who I will use in the future) who told me to pump out a septic tank properly a pro opens both sides and pumps the water and sludge then pressure washes the tank to break the rest of the sludge up to remove. Ripping customers off seems like is normal operating procedure for them now. I used them five years ago and they were good. They have been bought out by larger company now and it appears ripping folks of is what they do best. I'll never deal with them again!

We have used Pink Plumber for 10 years now to empty our septic tank, but this time we also need some plumbing work on a PVC fitting for our outdoor spigot and new flush kits for our toilets. The technician, CECIL was AWESOME! Besides his excellent work, he was polite, respectful and friendly. I even called the office to tell them what a great experience we had and ask that they please let his manager know as well… Will request Cecil the next time we need Pink Plumber’s services….

Pump out Septic TankClassic bate and switch. Advertise the lowest price to attract costumers knowing ahead of time that the service can't actually be done for that price. The advertised price was $249 for pumping out a 1500 gallon septic tank. When they came out the price turned out to be $650 and climbing with all the other fees and charges needed to actually do the job.

Michael arrived on time and listened to my explanation of the issues I was having with my septic tank and bathrooms. He immediately went to work to investigate and diagnose the most likely causes of my issues. He kept me up-to-date throughout the process and gave me his best idea of estimates as he went. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Once a plan was devised, he worked diligently to carry this out in a timely fashion. We thought we had all of the issues taken care of, when we ran across another snag. He spent a few minutes problem-solving and quickly identified what the most likely cause - he stated he wasn’t leaving until he had us back up and running properly. True to his word, we are once again a fully functioning household (septic-wise)!!!

I called Pink Plumber to come out and diagnose what I thought was a small water leak at my home. They dispatched David Fowler in Smyrna, GA. This guy was the BEST! As soon as he walked in, he was able to assess the issue and notified me I had a major problem. He was shocked my pipes hadn't burst yet and flooded my home. He repaired my water line, pressure valve, etc. in less than 2hrs with ease. Not to mention, he arrived at my home within 30min of me calling Pink Plumber. David Fowler was a blessing! The pricing was reasonable too! He emailed me the invoice and several pictures of his findings as well. Hands down, David Fowler and the Pink Plumber dispatch team are the best! I'm not sure if you can request a specific plumber, but if you can...ASK FOR DAVID FOWLER! You can't go wrong with his services! 5-star!

We had issues with our instant hot water pump feature on our water heater. Our serviceman Kenny was great! I was kept updated as to when he would arrive and he was very professional and did a detailed inspection and was in touch with another tech to help diagnose our issue. In less than an hour he was finished and we were very pleased with his work. I asked for his card so if we have any other plumbing issues We would want him to take care of them. This is our first time to use Pink Plumber but will not be our last.

I have had the. Come out to do septic work and more recently to replace a leaking kitchen faucet that had rusted to my cast iron sink. Both times they have been prompt, explained what was going on and done a great job. Having priced them only on the septic, I think their pricing is kind of middle of the road (plumbers aren't cheap). BUT they do a great job, communicate and show up on time. To me that makes any premium I might be paying well worth it.

Derek the technician was on time and fixed the issue, while giving me a few tips on valves and repair. I also appreciated Pink Plumber addressing the fix within a very short time frame.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same guys who assisted us with our system a few years back were the same guys to service it today. It says a lot about who a company is when the employee retention is that good. Cody and his partner were efficient in their tasks and very friendly to work with. Jim was very professional. We had a clog in our garbage disposal and decided it was also time to replace it (which was good because as it turns out, the teeth were so worn down they weren't doing anything except turning the water). We had already purchased the disposal the day before. He was able to start the job quickly and told us it should only take about 30 minutes. It was spot on and now we can use our kitchen sink again!

1st guy out was a snotty hustler who apparently didn't do what he charged me for. Arthur was wonderful & fixed my toilet properly adding the wax rings the 1st guy had said he'd done. My feelings are mixed about Pink Plumber cause Arthur made me feel better about the company. Awesome technician.

This is my second time using pink plumber. The first time was stellar. However this time the plumber was not interested in providing good service. My husband asked Ephantus to leave me an estimate. He proceeded to do the job that was least labor intensive without providing an estimate for the full job. When I asked him for the estimate he just showed me $10,980 without any detail behind it. I asked him to email the estimate and my receipt for the job he completed. He emailed the receipt but never emailed the estimate he was more concerned about a quick job and getting out of here instead of quality work. I would use pink plumber again but I would decline this technician.

My daughter had a garbage disposal that stopped working and Cecil came in and reset it by pressing a button. Will be calling for future plumbing needs!

I was especially pleased with being notified on Friday that the plumber was behind schedule due to a bigger plumbing problem on the appointment before mine and I was given the opportunity to reschedule. I also liked being called an hour before the technician’s arrival so I wasn’t tied to the house all day waiting for them to arrive. The technician was thorough and efficient. He identified the problem areas, informed me of the cost and then quickly completed the repairs.

Standard Sceptic system service. Kianna and Tim scheduled and executed as required. Throug the challenges of delays on previous jobs, short handed workforce, and the blistering weather. Pink got it done. Up front about the prices and I was glad I took the time for a second quote. The first was more than 4x what I spent with Pink and they had not even opened the tank. Septic system repair, standing sewage. The issue was fixed same day. Was quoted ~200 for the pump, but the final cost was 2300 for pumping tank, clearing clog in downfield, and effluents filter replacement. Feels a bit high and like a bait and switch, but don’t blame the plumber who came out, who was super friendly and knowledgeable.

This company was very helpful and answered the phone right away with a friendly employee. She was able to provide a time frame that fit our schedule for someone to come out and look at our pipes. Our plumber was Summer and we had an excellent experience with her. Communication was great and we were notified when she would be arriving. She was very friendly and helpful and was able to share her knowledge with us about our pipes and how they work, and with two questions was able to figure out what could be the problem. I used the Pink Plummer 2 years ago and had excellent service, this is why I reached out again. Well not this time! I had an appointment today between 1p-5p. They stated they would call me when the technician was headed to my home. I adjusted my work schedule to wait home today. I have no idea why my phone did not ring, but when answering text I noticed a missed call @ 1:49p. (The missed call was no one’s fault) but here is my complaint. I returned the call at 1:58p (I have the times in my phone to prove) The lady said they have a strict 10 min policy, they tech was already dispatched to another call. At this time it is now 1:59. I said Ma’am it’s just 1 min over right now, how could he be dispatched that quick? She said “there is nothing I can do. We can set an appointment for Saturday”. So I have just wasted an entire day for nothing. I changed my hospital schedule for today and now have to work Saturday. Thank you Pink Plummer, I will NEVER use your service again for any future plumbing or septic tank needs. I’ll be sure to share my experience with my co-workers/friends and have them make their own decision when needing a plumber.

I really want to Thank and commend Jacob and Kianna for the amazing septic work they did on my home. I watched from Beg, Mid til the very End and each were very professional and caring on and with my property. Jacob explained my pricing before they began the work and advised what could cause a price hike. Yes, I watched as Jacob worked the excavator and as He and Kianna both removed the grass and dirt by shovel to gain access to my septic system. I wanted to see for myself 1st hand if there was an issue or if one was created that would cause a price hike.....Listen to this....Wait for it..... Remember earlier Jacob had explained my pricing before they began the work....we could see from almost the very beginning that a teeny tiny issue might be at hand. Kianna kept advising a lids was slanted, and we could see what appeared to be an opening; but, they continued on. What happened next was like a scene from wipe out!! Kianna was shoveling cautiously I might add. He touched on something that caused Jacob to get off the excavator and see for himself. After a few moments of Jacob carefully removing the dirt.....The lid that Jacob was apparently standing on caved in and...Jacob FELL IN OH EMM GEEE I SCREAMED SO LOUD! He went down quicker than the Titanic. I will never forget it. He jumped out so fast and a bit shocked he professionally gained his composure, removed his shoes and socks and you guessed it...explained what MUST BE DONE including that Needed Price Hike work AND continued the task to the very end. I included photos a septic job is a real shyte show to say the least. They didn't load in order. Mind you, I didn't get a photo or video of the fall as it was unexpected; but had I...I know Jacob would have saved it in his archives of all time bloopers. I know this was long. I really wanted to Let the fellas know...that I appreciate the hard work that they did and do. This is a Trade. I really would like to see Pink Plumber offer a little summer time work program employment to help introduce this trade to young people to help keep them off the street and show them that there are other things to do besides sports and the music industry. A trade will help get our young males back to understanding what it means to work honestly to make it for your Family of course the pay would have to be worth it. They could call it The Jr. Pink Plumber Program (JPP). :-) It could run June 1st - July 31st but I bet you it would give a good perspective for future Plumbers. Thank me later :-)

I called Pink Plumber and talked to them about the price to clean out a septic tank. I was quoted $149 for a 1,000 gal tank, which is what we have. They came to my home, looked at the tank and said that it was full and it would cost $310. The $149 price was for a tank that wasn't full. I asked them who has their tank cleaned out when it isn't full?? I feel like this is the classic bate and switch. We mentioned it to the onsite rep, who could've cared less. Won't be using them again.

Great Customer service! Showed up when promised and got the job done in record time and on budget! Installed 2 cleanouts - 1 at the street (6) and one by the house (4). They rerouted the sewer lines around a tree that I really didn't want to chop down. It remains to be seen if the tree survives, but for now, anyway, I've got a new sewer line without any root intrusion AND one of my favorite trees intact! 3 words come to mind: Honest, Dependable and Customer-oriented! They came to pump out my septic tank but when they opened it up they discovered it did not need to be pumped out. I was very impressed with their honesty. They could have pumped out the water that was in it and charged me for pumping but instead said I should call them in a couple of years. Arrived one day late per the appointment they did call and reschedule.The service tech was very good and friendly however he never gave me an estimate just it will not be too much.It took him less than 30 minutes to do the job and the bill was $372.89 which is outrageous. That is $745.78 per hour. You are gouging your customers and you should be ashamed to ne part of the inflation problem.

Derek was my tech today. He price a job another pink plumber tech priced me that tech quote was over 2x the price Derek quoted and performed. Derek is a tech I will refer to others, he is trying to make a living but not way overly charging the customer.I continue to use pink plumber because they are responsive. I think some of the techs are over charging and that's the issue I don't like.

My technician was very honest and helpful with my kitchen faucet issue. He did not try to sell me or fix something that was not broken. He provided help and support with my issue. Finding someone who is honest in Atlanta is refreshing!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I had isolated the plumbing leak at a fitting on the pressure side of a shutoff valve, under the kitchen sink, and I had closed the shutoff valve where the water line comes into the house. Fadil was very professional and installed another shutoff valve where the leak originated and then pressurized the system to make sure there were no other leaks. He was at my house for no more than about and hour. I was very impressed, thank you !

The plumber that came out didn't know anything about the water softener system that I had and admitted as much. Could not fix my problem and advised I install a new system at $3,400 but did not provide me with a written proposal.When he left I called another water treatment specialist who fixed my problem within 5 minutes. I was using salt pellets and should have used salt crystals, the pellets got fused together in the bottom of the tank and just needed to be dislodged. This specialist reprogrammed my system and it now works fine. It's only 5 years old.

Kianna called to advise me that Jason was on his way and would arrive within the hour, traffic permitting. When Jason arrived, he proceeded to assess the shower situation in our old home. He gave me some really good tips on how to prolong the life of the shower valve, which I have employed since he left. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

I greatly appreciated how transparent and honest the technician (Jacob) was with me about my issues, and then resolved them right in front of me.

The plumber that came out quoted me $8600 to fix a supposed drain leak in my shower. I got a second opinion from another company and it wasn't a drain leak in my shower at all. It was a busted pipe in the wall that cost me a total of $ 750 to fix and repair the damages. I don't know what kind of hustle you guys are running but it's not cool trying to take advantage of people like that. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I have had great experiences with this company in the past. This time, however, they missed the mark. I asked them to come repair my toilet which wasn’t flushing. They said the problem was a pipe underneath that needed to be replaced ($2800 but they knocked it down to $2100), After replacing the pipe, the toilet didn’t flush and the technician said “Well, I think it may be the toilet “.He then asked for payment and left.Pitiful

The team of two men led by Cody arrived half an hour early, after calling an hour before the scheduled appointment. While this might have been inconvenient in other circumstances, the imminent rain made it truly a blessing. Cody suggested that we consider not pumping our septic today because of the expected heavy showers, but we went ahead because it is part of the due diligence period for the house which ended the day after. While Cody was great about honoring the quoted price for service, the central office should provide quotes for two-tank septic systems for all homes built after the second tank was required by code. The second tank essentially doubles the price. By simply asking the age of the home, they can know this in advance. Also, I had Papa's Septic pump my tank last time, and they took pains to roll back the sod and keep the holes as small as possible. Additionally, Papa's quoted me a fixed price for the two tanks up front and assured me that there would be no surprises based on the quantity of solids found inside. Pink Plumber is more of the garden variety septic service in this domain. They quote a low initial cost with many add-ons. The holes are larger than necessary and little effort is made to protect and replace the sod. In short, it was an adequate, but not stellar service. If you haven't experienced stellar septic service, then Pink Plumber may well appear to be four or five stars.

This company hires swindlers that are not there to discover the true discrepancy and correct it. The technicians charged me a hefty price around $4400 to remove and replace a 15' main line from the house to septic tank, empty septic tank, and add a contraption that does not require digging up the yard to pump septic tank.However, due to their lack of attention to detail or integrity it was discovered that the only job that was needed was a electrical rooter and a septic tank pump. This would have cost substantially less than the job they tricked me into agreeing too that day.It is sad that in our community we can no longer have trust in our commerce system. I called management at Pink Plumber and it took them two weeks to get back with me. They admitted their mistake and agreed to not charge me to rooter the toilet that was still clogged.Unfortunately, they would not provide any compensation/credit for the misdiagnosis on their part which resulted in unnecessary work performed and charges.I would suggest you steer clear of this business until they hire those who respect the trade and instill integrity into those who work under the Pink Plumber umbrella.

Here is my beef...... They have a quck response and great customer service, and they are professional,,. Yes; However, only a year and a half ago Pink Plumber came to my house for the water backing up in the bathrooms. They pumped out the tank, ran cameras, hydrojet, repaired and removed blockages in the outdoor line from old damaged pipes.....$3,200. So, now just a few days ago.......same problem; so I called them back out. I said I just needed the tank pumped out so the water would not back up.....ok, $450........... Nope, you need to have a backline pump performed or it will fill up again in a week or two....$1,450.........Nope, you have an old broken/clogged section that needs repairing 30 ft. out........$2,800. ......... So I've spent $6k now with Pink Plumber in less than two years.......and now I'm wondering, will I have the same problem a year and a half from now? Am I being taken advantage of?? Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel strongly, that the amount of work they recently did at my house should have been between $800 and $1,200. It seems like the workers are pressured to charge up as much as possible on jobs, when it might not be necessary.....hydrojet,, cameras,, backpump,, frontpump, yadda yadda..... I remember the good old days when you had your septic tank pumped out for $300, and it was good for at least 5 or 10 years with no issues.

I scheduled my appointment with a Pink Plumber rep and they scheduled an appointment between 1pm and 5pm Monday May, 2, 2022. Despite receiving several text reminders about the appointment, I received a phone call at 3:15 that the tech was too busy and would not make it today. Since my scheduled appointment time was 1pm to 5pm and I was supposed to receive a call 1 hr prior they waited until the last minute to tell me that they couldn't come. If a company can't make an appointment I can't trust them to do the work. A phone call earlier today would have been much more professional. Unfortunate

I used the Pink Plumber to repair a leaking pipe in my basement. They responded quickly and were able to schedule the repair within a couple of days. The quality of the work was excellent, the technician was friendly and helpful and the basement was left clean and dry. I would highly recommend them.

Derek haa been at my house multipletimes he does a great

My tub spout shower conversion valve was no longer working. Water had frozen the internal parts and pipe connections making it difficult to remove the tub spout to replace. Richard is an impressive knowledge plumber carefully removing the old spout so not to break the pipes. He knows how to correctly install pipe connections as installation step was omitted from previous installation. Pink Plumber pricing was more than reasonable.

Derek came out for 2 issues: garbage disposal was leaking and toilet squealed when you flushed it. We ended up having to have the disposal replaced as well as the toilet fill replaced. Derek was friendly & efficient.

You guys were charging or trying to charge $3,000 for a $200 repair. Will never call you guys again. My plumber repaired the problem only a small PVC coupling had separated they only had to dig 18 in and fixed it in no time only $200 really you guys want to charge $3,000 for a stupid little repair that's ridiculous.

Septic tank found and pumped. Michael did a great job explaining every aspect of the job and answering any questions we had. Carefully used equipment and was mindful of surroundings. One thing to look out for is the company does try to upsell some products but without them the price is good for the job.

My wife and I purchased our home and was not sure when was the last time the septic tank was pumped. We called Pink Plumber for an inspection and pump. Jacob arrived on time and was great!! We located the septic tank and once opened told us that it was in great condition and did not need to be pumped. This was a great relief to us. I asked about proper maintenance and Jacob was very helpful and explaining common dos and donts. I recommend and will definitely use them again when pumping is necessary. I hope I'm lucky enough to get Jacob again.

This is the BEST company we've ever worked with! We've had HUGE water bills for the past few months. Pink Plumber sent two people out within 24 hours to locate leak in front yard. Was old copper pipe (surprise) and now repairs are done.

Derek McNeil did a wonderful job fixing my 3 leaky bathtubs. Worked diligently until fixed with a professional attitude. But very pricing but not his fault.

I had a plumbing emergency and other places I called said the soonest they could come out was 3 days later for an emergency call. The Pink Plumber got someone out to me the same day which was impressive because I called them after noon. I don't typically write reviews but have to recognize two folks for their excellent service. First, Ashley who arranged the appointment during the initial call was great and called me to let me know each time the plumber was on the way. Second, an experienced plumber showed up at my house. Jim diagnosed the problem, was upfront about what work needed to be done, worked hard to fix the problem and most importantly did really EXCELLENT QUALITY work. Tim from the Pink Plumber did a great job.We needed our septic evaluated due to some concerns that were raised during the home buying process.As a first time home owner I am worried often about being taken advantage of.Tim was honest and direct with me. Called the Pink Plumber on Friday and left a message detailing the septic problem. They called back within 10 minutes to set-up an appointment to have the tank pumped on Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning they showed up before 9am to review the issue and pump the tank. David and Josh were upfront about what each problem would cost if certain issues were encountered.This was done before they ever started the job. The were very upfront and honest, so there were no surprises when they started working. They took before and after pictures to document as found and as finished conditions and explained again what they were doing with each step of the process. With them there was absolutely nothing left in doubt.After they were finished cleaning up everything, David wrote up notes for their file. He then went over all the notes with us before they received payment and left. (A percentage of the fee goes to fight breast cancer).Would we recommend The Pink Plumber for your septic issues - you bet! David and Josh were great workers and we highly recommend this team for your septic needs.

I would have given more stars, however I was quoted $149 to pump 1000 gallon and was charged over $700. They cut the cable wire, and was told someone will contact me to get repaired. Still waiting on return call I had to reach out to cable company on my own.

The handle of our kitchen sink sprayer came off. Our Tech was behind for the day, but the Dispatcher communicated so I was able to work with that (9/10).The one thing that I didn’t like was the lack of transparency, which is more so a Pink Plumber “thing” and not at all an employee issue. I think it’s strange to not at least give people a roundabout price for service. Most companies are courteous enough to use verbiage such as “starting at” if they don’t want to give exact price. However, I find the Pink Plumber’s non-disclosure of roundabout price to be a bad business practice.

Kenny gave us options, he’s a problem solver and very creative with solutions. He’s professional, personable and gives great customer service. He wanted to ensure we were happy with his work which we were. We’d recommend Kenny to any one, any where and anytime. He’s awesome and a good human!

The technician was great. He was very professional and is a wonderful asset for Pink Plumber. The job was completed quickly. That being said I do think that the price was very high and that if I wasn't in a hurry to get this fixed I could have found someone to make this repair for much less money.

We requested Jim because my brother-in-law had a good experience with him a couple years ago. Our situation was pretty bad and Candace managed to get him to our house quickly despite busy schedules. Jim was awesome. Obviously well-seasoned and absolutely knew his business. Turned out the mainline from the house to the city sewer was broken in two places and had become totally clogged with roots. Jim diagnosed the problem quickly, dug it up and replaced the pipe expertly. It even rained a bit that day, but Jim worked through it. I would definitely trust him with any future plumbing needs. The Pink Plumber has a new customer for life.

A bit disappointing. Technician didn’t want to run a snake down the drain, citing the pipes were corroded and leaking down the wall. I was billed for the service call ($60-$70) and presented with proposed work order for pipe replacement at a price of $1700+.My son arrived 2 hours later (a construction superintendent) performed a scrape on the pipes and confirmed it to be merely surface rust and no visible leaks. He rented a 35 foot electric snake from Home Depot for $26 and unclogged our drain.$26 or $1700 you can do the math.

Pink plumber is very professional and available to help with all your plumbing needs. The tenant caused the clog so I as the owner, was not responsible for getting it unclogged. I would have used Pink Plumber if it was my clog to repair.

I needed a quote for a water heater replacement. To make the appointment was super easy. The lady I spoke with initially was delightful and professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called the company because it is a well known company and the pink trucks are easily recognized and was able to get prompt service and contact for my septic pump. The guys who came out were really nice and got to work locating my septic and starting the digging process to do the pumping. I was then made aware that branches were preventing the pumping but could removed for $4810. A new tank is just a few thousand more than this. Also I was told they remove whatever was in the way right now for that price. We decided to do some comparison pricing and was quickly surprised by the several thousands of dollars quotes we were given. When I mentioned the price for pink plumber there was a unanimous agreement that this company overcharges and under produces so much so my county has been trying to ban them. I had someone else look at the same thing this company did and was told nothing is stopping the ability to pump. So this person looked me in the eye with his company backing and me visibly very pregnant and was willing to scam me out of $4800. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do make sure due diligence has been done first.*Update* Someone reached out to me from the company to discuss my dissatisfaction with my service and the pricing which I did not expect. He was very nice and assured me that he was willing to do what needed to be done to try and win my business back. It did not work. He even said he was going to give me a refund for the diagnostics which again was unexpected. However, I was honest and let him know that after talking with him about the way things should have gone and the way things did go I would not be looking to this company for any future services. While I do appreciate the follow up and the refund there is a disconnect between what is happening in house and with some of the technicians that come out. I stand by my original post of doing due diligence if you are going to work with this company but I would not recommend it.

I was having a problem with my water heater water getting only lukewarm rather than hot and tripping my circuit breaker. TJ did an awesome job explaining clearly all the checks he was doing with the electrical system of the water heater. He was quickthorough, and upfront with costs.

We needed to have a leak detected that was under the slab. So we called our Plumber.He told us we needed to have someone come out that does leak dection. Called Pink Plummer and they said yes they do that.. There was a flat fee of 320.00 for this We were informed by technician that came they would provide a estimate for repair but someone else needed to come find the leak...that charge would be added to estimate. They neglected to tell us that someone else would be doing actual dection of leak. Not up fro t regarding this process.

Pink Plumber was contacted to unclog our lobby restrooms. The drain was clear but the clog reappear after two days. The plumber was good and tried to explain the process. But with no warranty or guarantee and to pay $1117 for the problem to reappear after two days leaves a sour taste.

I hired them to replace an under sink aquasana reverse osmosis filter. They found the cannister was cracked and would need to be replaced, so left me to order the cannister, and charged $454. He was at my house for less than an hour, used only a wrench, did not replace or use any supplies. The problem was not fixed. A complete rip off. Would never use them again.

We were faced with a whole house re-pipe due to a leak under our slab. The Pink Plummer was recommended by the leak detection company. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided relevant information about my situation that allowed me to make a educated decision. I thought the price was quite absorbent, but I had to rely on his recommendations since this is not my area of expertise. Overall, I was satisfied.

The team communicated clearly about my service call. It had to be rescheduled once, but they informed me promptly regarding the change.During the service Timothy discovered a serious problem with our septic drain field. As in, it wasn't functioning at all. This unsafe situation is not something we could just wait to fix later, but it is also a big expense.Timothy helpfully informed us about financing options offered by Pink Plumber, which would allow the work to be completed without completely draining our finances. Every part of the repair was clearly explained, what they needed to do, why it was necessary, and how it would work to resolve the problem. The repairs are guaranteed for a full year, so my family can flush with confidence.

Cody and his crew replaced out septic tanks and when the job couldn't be finally completed in one day, he came back in the evening to hook us up temporarily so the we could use our water and sanitary facilities. They came back the next day to complete the job. We're so grateful!

They quoted me $2200 to switch out 4 sink faucets to new ones that I had purchased. There was nothing complicated about the job. They also tried to sell me on why I had to purchase their Diamond Club. It's hard to believe in this day and age a company still thinks that women have no clue. I had another plumber that was recommended by a neighbor put them in for $800.

Our technicians were on time, they made an immediate assessment of our problem. Then he offered 4 options and advised the possible outcomes. Once the option was selected Jacob and his assistant completed the work. I paid more than I hoped for but I don't believe in patching and paying twice for the same repair. I received a satisfactory warranty on the work and I will call them again to clean the system.

Not an upfront company, did the ole bait and switch on me after I was quoted a price on a 1000 gallon septic tank pump out, then charged more because technician said I had grease in the tank, which was a lie. Lots of better plumbers to use besides The Pink Plumber

The technician Fadil Krantic was very rude and seemed like he was aggravated when I asked a question. He failed to introduce himself, and only said what's the problem. He should have known what the problem is when he arrived. There is much more. I was wondering if he had a problem with women or black women, and he was short and discourteous with his answer. This is the first time I have used Pink Plumber and it will probably be the last. I wanted two toilet seats replaced. He said they would be $147.00 each and told him not to include them. I could buy a whole toilet for that amount . Not happy with the technician Fadil Krantic who came to my home. Never been treated like that before. He was not professional.M Newman

Septic tank backed up and needed serving. Made an appointment online on a Monday night, received a call first thing Tuesday morning and technician arrived on time-actually earlier than scheduled. I didn’t know where my septic tank was, but he found it within five minutes. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. He explained what was wrong what needed to be fixed and gave me a detailed explanation and cost analysis before he began. Well worth the cost I paid to get my system working properly. Pink plumber came to my house for septic back up.As they were digging the bust my underground sprinklers. They told me they will fix it. So I took there word. They fixed my septic and gave advice about it. The tech was professional and good! They left thought everything was fixed but that was a Big No! Underground sprinklers pipe was still busted. I called to see if they will come back and fix it 5 times since January no call back! So I guess I'm on my own. I give them a 2 star! Because I had other septic company come and pump my septic but never bust my pipes. Matter a fact they always ask me where my underground sprinklers are.

I previously posted about the $2700 pipe they replaced to not fix my toilet and how they did not follow through.I found out last night after trying to take a hot shower that my crawl space was flooded up to my waist. The technician had unplugged the Sump Pump and never plugged it back in. Since I had just spent $4000 last yr to have this area completely water proofed, I looked to see how the water had come into the area. I found out that in addition to never fixing the problem, the technician left so that the craw space would flood and my hot water heater was damaged. Question

I would like to commend Pink Plumber for their wonderful customer service. I have a home warranty in place and I was looking around to see if there may have been a cheaper offer.When David came to view the issue, he was informative, friendly and professional. We just replaced out tile flooring and the toilet now rocks along with a horrible sewer smell. Not only did he tell me that the sewer smells aren't good for you as they promote diarrhea and an ill stomach, but he also check for leaks downstairs in the garage and basement. Although I didn't choose them as the prices were more than my warranty, he didn't seem upset or angry. He smiled and thanked me anyway.Also, the operator for this company (I didn't catch her name, sorry :(..) was extremely helpful as well. She was able to get someone out here the same day as other companies have promised a time and have cancelled on me twice. It was extremely helpful.I would suggest anyone to use this company! I needed to have septic work done and after not so great experiences with other companies I used Pink Plumber based on things I have heard about them. They did an amazing job. Preston performed the work and was very professional, courteous, and did an amazing job overall. In previous experiences with other companies they would do the bare minimum required but Preston made lots of wonderful recommendations for new things that we needed and not (only time I haven’t been told I need a new septic tank!). I can not recommend them enough!

Be very careful! Plumber changed main toilet tank valve and advised would go ahead and do the tank assembly while he was here. I was going to do this a five min operation but the shut off valve was bad and I called to have them change out. He gave me a price for the job that I told him was high but was in a hurry. When I got my detailed bill he had charged me $300 to put in the tank assembly knowing full well I was going to do this. Their customer service basically said you agreed to the price - tough. I was just asking for the to credit by 100 but they agreed to disagree. He did state that they discounted by 150, which just made matters worse. Meaning it would have cost over $640 for such a simple job. They talk about book rates but will not advise the cost instead you have to pay 59 for them to get the book rate. Stay as far away from them as possible.

I had put a new faucet in and the job was pretty much done with 2 small leaks. One in the drain and one from the couplet on the cold water. When I got the bill I was astounded it cost almost $500. I called to try to better understand the bill. I was told the supervisor would call me. Still no call.

I called another plumbing company who’s saying is “day or night” and they do not work on Sundays. So I called The Pink Plumber and they came out. Darrin the technician came out earlier than expected. Had a great experience working with Arthur. He was on time, friendly and very professional. Not only did he do a great repairing my water leak, which was located under my driveway, he did a great job with the repairs to my driveway as well!

Jim, the plumber was an outstanding workman. He knew what to do and how to do it. My only problem was the cost. It was outrageous. $1333.57 for two pipe leaks, a reset toilet and a new outside faucet installed was robbery. Price was outrageous.

I received several quotes for a pressure valve replacement and repair a couple of toilets. The Pink Plumber was NOT the cheapest (though pricing was very reasonable), but David was the only one to do diagnostics and determine my toilet actually had a bad shutoff valve in addition to the fill valve. After accepting the estimate, I was able to be scheduled for the next morning and all the work was completed very quickly. David took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the result. I'd definitely recommend getting an estimate if you have plumbing needs!

We had Arthur from the pink plumber come out to do a repair on the shower drain at our house to keep the story short when he got there he turned the shower on without monitoring it and ended up flooding out the first floor of our house causing thousands of dollars in damage. After speaking with the company we agreed that I would fix the damage and that they would reimburse me but then when it came time for them to pay nobody answers on the phone and nobody will get in contact with me I’m currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them I would recommend you take your business somewhere else.

Had them come out to replace cast iron flange on toilet. Person decided to replace wax ring with 2 wax rings. 300 plus dollars and still waiting for tile around toilet to completely dry out who said would take time to dry out. That was in april. Now have we 2 more tiles much darker around base of toilet. Told me the rings would fix problem. When I looked at bill it stated temporary fix and I even took out monthly plan for 1 year. I asked for it to be fixed not temporarily and wasnt cvered for any warranty . My husband and I were both dealing with with health issues in April, May and June so was giving tile time to completely dry out and didn't realize 90 days warranty was not covered due to her putting on invoice not covered. Will drop their diamond coverage as soon as I can. Never again pink plumber.FOLLOWUP: Heard from them. Made it right. Credited for the original repair and sent out different plumber who repaired it right with credit and additional fee that was a decent cost. Yes, they immediately followed up. Would use them again.

Tim was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his assessment. The explanation was easy to understand and Tim was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone that requires their septic system serviced. It couldn’t have been any more easier and quick!

Last October pink Plumber sent their plumber Thomas TJ Salvato our home to repair a leak only accessible by opening up the exterior wall. During this process the leak stopped and he was unable to pinpoint where it was located. At that time he indicated that at some point the leak would return and not to seal up the hole in the wall. He also left his cell phone number with instructions to call him directly if the leak returned. Now here on September 9/22 the leak finally returned. I called T.J. but it was early and could not reach him. I then called Pink Plumber directly and they said that T.J. was booked for today and they would send someone else out. Subsequently to that T.J. called me back and said No, I want to finish the job I started after which he called their office to tell them he would do the work. T.J. arrived in a timely manner and within about 2 hours found the leak and repaired it. To sum up I want to say how very pleased we were with the response from Pink Plummer and especially with the excellent service we received from T.J. Salvato. We would definitely recommend Pink Plumber and especially T.J. to do any and all of one's plumbing work.

Shame. Shame. The Pink Plumber came to the house and told us there was no leak when there was clearly water pooling in the yard. He just didn’t want to do a dirty job, and instead of being honest charged me for a service call. Of course there was a leak, and when I called the Pink Plumber to come back out and fix the leak, suddenly there is no one to call me back. Thankfully it’s easy to cancel CC payments, but I’d hate for anyone else to be misled by lazy plumbers. Call someone else and save yourself the headache of dealing with vendors who do not tell the truth.

Jason B. was very knowledgeable and helped me laugh through the pain of dealing with a plumbing issue that no one ever enjoys. Of course I didn’t want to have to call a plumber in the first place, but I’m glad that he was the one who handled the call.

What a great experience! Competent, efficient office staff. They called when they said they would, showed up on time, and Antonio and Preston were so friendly. They took the time to explain the process & costs before beginning, then gave me updates along the way. I’ve lived in my house for almost ten years and had a whole new septic system installed five years ago, but Antonio taught me things I’ve never known. He was so patient and helpful.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had. T.j. And Arthur were amazing. We had a clog that was 170 feet down. T.j. Worked at the problem as much as he could. He had two 100 foot augers. He tried to get the clog out with them including climbing on the roof To try to get them through a vent up there. When the tools he had couldn’t reach instead of giving up he called Arthur to come help since Arthur had a sectional that would reach as far as we needed. Then when we reached the end of what they had with them, they went to go get more from their headquarters. I know I’ll be calling T.J. And Arthur in the future. Thank you both! You saved a 4th of July party!

I have to retract my review. unfortunately what I thought was great service turned out to be horribly unexpected and very shameful. I do appreciate that 2 plumbers went out to inspect my moms kitchen and what turned out to be, what I thought a great deal, a COMPLETE RIP OFF. I didn't want to start on my original review that your plumber was late the entire day and had to call a second plumber because he didn't have the necessary tools and equipment. then was told they needed to send a camera to inspect. they gave my mom a RIDICULOUS charge of 12K and apparently gave my mom a discount to $9600. I had to put a hold on this work because i needed to budget my moms fixed income accordingly. Almost $500 just to inspect and I wasn't even given a video confirming what they were going to do. I called multiple times requesting this vide since my receipt clearly stated VIDEO INSPECTION and was told it never recorded the first time. so I asked myself how could you provide a $12K job without a confirmed recording. I got the call from a manager whom said I couldn't get a refund because these video inspections aren't recorded. so I ask myself again how can I be charged for a service that wasn't done, so they insisted on sending someone again because i couldn't get my money back. fine, we scheduled the date but unfortunately my mom was admitted to the hospital. I call again to explain the circumstances and requested a refund for the video not made, the manager calls back and insisted on not being able to give me a refund. THANKFULLY I was able to find plumbers who aren't cheap and rip off's like this company and quoted me $500 to do the apparent $10K job that PINK PLUMBER was charging me. they even told me that the $10K would have been for the replacement of the plumbing of the entire house, not just my kitchen meanwhile Pink was telling my mom it would have been 40K to do my home. NEVER AGAIN. I will be processing a claim to the BBB regarding my refund as I am being charged for a service that was never made. Make sure to get a second opinion if you get quoted from them and you will see the big difference!

Jacob Byrd came out not long after our plumber recommended them. He seemed to know what he was doing and was able to clean out the tank and drain field. Hopefully, this will solve our issues.

I called this company and scheduled an emergency service with them. They said they would be on my property between 2-6. I skipped my job and everything else today I waited for them. First of all, they didn’t show up then when I called them several times finally they called me back after 5 o’clock and they told me because we picked a bigger job we can’t take care of you today!!!! We can come tomorrow!!! How unprofessional!!! And when I said that is not right I waited the whole day you didn’t even pick up the phone or notify me than the lady over the phone said then we can come Saturday!!!! I mean if you respect yourself and your time and you need good service and good customer service, do not choose them! It is such an east of time and poor customer service!

I upgraded my review to 4 stars.We have contacted The Pink Plumber 4 times since last Friday about a concern following service that was provided at our home. To date, we have not received a return call. A total disregard and lack of customer service. We expect better.

I was very pleased with our technician. However, I had a coupon for $149 for a septic tank pump. I was told it did not apply because my tank was too full. Nowhere on the coupon was this stated. I find this to be very deceptive.

Cody Harbin and his coworker came out and had to completely install a new septic tank and all the fill lines and everything. It was a lot of work and lots of digging. They replaced our septic tank pump as well and had their electrician repair everything too. They did an amazing job. They were on time and and communicated with everything. Very professional but laid back and friendly. The job only took two days and it never interrupted our ability to use the water. I hope I don't need them again buy would definitely recommend them to anyone. Awesome company and employees.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I called because my septic tank needed pumping. Upon arrival, Jacob mentioned that the best route for emptying the septic tank would be excavation in order for it to properly be pumped, which was fine by me. During the excavation process, my gas line the water pipe to the sprinkler system were both cracked/damaged. The gas had to be turned off immediately as well as the water shut off from the main line.There was no surveying the property which is always a must before excavation, as there is clearly a pool in the back yard with a pool heater, a gas grill attached to the gas line no less than 10 ft away from where the excavation process was started, and multiple sprinklers visible in the back yard. I then inquire about whether or not the company will be covering any of my damages and Jacob says no because these are unforeseen circumstances, when if the yard had been surveyed, one would have seen this. So I ask about next steps. Jacob then offers to call their plumber to see if he is able to come out and fix the gas line in which he says they will be charging $2600 for the repair. $2600 for me to repair a gas line that your company has damaged? When I inquire about fixing the water pipe that was also severed during the excavation process, he says the plumber won’t come fix that because it’s a water pipe to the sprinkler system and it’s not that important. However, all water was shut off to my house due to the pipe damage at the time.I paid this company for septic tank draining and now it’s gonna cost me more to have these issue fixed than where we started. Very disappointed and do not recommend.Edit: the company reached out to me once while at work. I’ve called at least 4-5 times and it seems like it goes straight to someone’s personal voicemail. More than 3 weeks later and I still have not received a call back.

Called for outdoor faucet to be replaced in the front not back. Tech replaced working faucet that had water hose connected. Had to pay 380.00 for un-needed service on something that wasn't broke.

4/14/2023,Today we had our septic tank pumped out and the plumbers notice some work that needed to be done, that the previous owners was not aware of, we thought it would have taken 2 days to get done since this was not a planned service but, they were able to get the work done the same day. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kept us uninformed of the different stages they were performing. We were also impressed in the courtesy of the workers; A special thanks to Cody for bringing in the big equipment at the last minute which would have cause the job to go to the next day. Jacob, I believe was the crew leader, displayed not only good customer service, but exceptional customer service skills. Jacob had another worker with him that was very polite also. Pink Plumbers is the company we would use for any of our plumbing needs, they give the kind of customer service a lot of companies today just don’t have.

I had used pink plumber through home advisor to fix a shower head that would leak water despite the faucet being closed. Michelle replaced the shower spout/stopper but had to come back because I was no longer getting hot water. I noticed there was a gap in the faucet and the wall after she replaced it that wasn't there before. I mentioned I was concerned that water would leak and cause damage to the walls. Well she insisted there wouldn't be a leak. 6 months later, I have water damage to my Walls and called another plumber to look at it. He fixed the gap because it was placed backwards.

NEVER AGAIN! Already plumbed copper to new freestanding bath tub faucet. Water worked, so did faucet; but now nothing. Called to seek suggestion. Was informed $59 would be due. Copper line was apparently slightly clogged. Tech said it worked fine when he tried. $800+ dollars charged to tell me it worked fine! Thought shut offs were old; $325 for EACH (hot/cold)!! NEVER AGAIN!

Cody and Darnell came over expecting to just pump my tank. We had back flood issues the night before. After inspection it was clear, my tank was 4ft deep of sludge. Turns out my pipe from the house to tank was broken as well and my leach field out flow from the tank was broken letting solids out clogging the drain field. Cody and Darnell explained all this and showed me what was going on. They did a great job! Every thing is working now. I can shower and poop with no back flow. Great guys and great company. I was glad to see the two men on time but when they asked if I used your service before I replied yes. I was rebuked by an employee who said no. I asked my wife who produced a card from the previous service. Your employee looked at the card and proceeded to besmirch the name of the serviceman on the card. He said he was unreliable and didn’t follow procedures. I’m of the opinion that you should handle employee beefs in house and the disdain for one another is not something that you should share with your customers. I was answering the question posed. Your company has serviced us before. Even after the service person was named and his card produced the gentleman never admitted his mistake and decided to deride an employee of your company. They did handle the job in a timely manner but I was appalled at the slamming of the other employee.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I called for repair of a gas range. I gave them the name of the range and the error code that was being displayed on the range. An appointment was set for a Saturday and they could not make the timeframe they specified. I rescheduled for the next Monday and they sent a plumber out to repair my gas range. The technician then asked me to pay they called out fee of $59. I really regret trying to use them.

Cecil was polite and conscientious. He got my sink and garbage disposal up and running within a few hours. He checked for and corrected leaking he found before he left. My only issue was that there was a sticker shock as it cost more than double what I expected but I am on a time crunch, so I went ahead with the install. Workmanship wise, fantastic! Cost factor wise, ouch!

I called the Pink Plumber for a leaking water line pipe in the front yard. They scheduled my estimate the same day and the technician called me on the way to the house. My technician Dale has 22 years of experience.and he was excellent. He reviewed the repairs needed with me and gave me all the options. The repair was more than I had in my budget but he quickly reviewed my financing options to allow me to budget for the repairs. The estimate was fair and honest. I would definitely recommend and the Pink Plumber for future repairs.

We had a water main break in our yard. The Pink Plumber was quick and attentive. Darrin, our technician, was extremely knowledgable. He offered great advice. The technician sent was very rude and told us a significantly higher price than we were quoted over the phone. Pink Plumber was the only company that said our price could change after they inspected the tank. The technician said before he even dug anything the price be $400. He also said that we only need to have our tank cleaned every 6-7years. And that he wasn’t even going to dig anything before we agreed to the price increase before the inspection. It just seemed like a scam. They were our lowest quote of 4 and it just seemed like a tactic to get you roped in. Buyer beware.

These people are nothing but liars. They advertise pumping septic tanks for 150 bucks know damn well they can operate charging those prices. But your average customer has no idea about septic systems. They quoted this customer 3 thousands dollars for things that they didn’t need. They called us after they told them to leave. We went over there and after digging up their tank there wasn’t any roots in the tank like they claimed. They tried to sell the customer a riser for their tank for 1000 bucks which the material cost on that is like 300 bucks. They prey on people’s ignorance and take advantage of people. They will steal your money. DO NOT CALL THEM. They are nothing but thieves. We took care of pumping their tank and only charged them 425 bucks. Nobody can pump tanks for 150 bucks. If you work for Pink Plumber you are nothing but a scumbag. There weren’t any roots in this tank!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in a service call on 10/12 with technician Jason. I am in the midst of an insurance claim. A leak in the 3rd level bathroom (under the vanity) caused water damage on the floors below (main and basement). As part of the process, I had to contact a plumber to assess the issue, and recommend a solution. I have utilized The Pink Plumber in the past, so I called for this issue. Jason arrived on the afternoon of 10/12, assessed the damage and indicated I needed to replace quantity (2) 1/2 X 16 Supply Lines and a 3/4 Pressure Regulator. Ok, great, I said. He indicated he would need to see if he had them on hand, if not he would need to go to the Home Depot. I said OK. I was charged $267.55 each for the supply lines for a total of $535.10 and $653.15 for the 3/4 pressure regulator. My bill came to a whopping $1,188.25. I was headed out of town, my husband was already out of town, so I paid the charge so the remediation company could finish up. He left and I got on my flight out of town. However, I took a closer look at the cost of the parts and service call. The 1/2 x 16 supply lines cost approximately $6.99 at Home Depot and the 3/4 Pressure Regulator is between $100 - $200. Now, you can see why I am upset about paying over $1,188.25 for these parts plus labor (during the day, not after hours). I have reached out to The Pink Plumber twice, to try and resolve this issue of over payment. I am very dissatisfied. I just want this issue addressed, and resolved.

Though it wasn't the issue we'd called The Pink Plumber for, we were still pleased to be in such good hands, and had the ease of mind to know it was getting done right! He also had a good sense of humor that I personally appreciated, and was a very pleasant and professional person to speak with.I will recommend The Pink Plumber any day, and I especially recommend Jason!

Overcharged elderly customer for hot water heater as well as sold a halo water conditioning system when there was already a Kinetico system installed. The Tech was simply taking advantage of an elderly customer to make extra commission. Charged customer nearly $9000 for a hot water heater and halo system. $2000 for a hot water heater $6000 for the halo system $440 for 1 meter valve and $$570 for a deluxe? This is outrageous and hot how to obtain customers.

My experiences with The Pink Plumber service have been consistently very good. Yesterday was no exception. Arthur was professional, knowledgeable, and creative in addressing each problem I had. Plumbing service is not cheap, but the work done was exceptionally good.

TJ was in and out, took all of 20 minutes which I was very thankful for as I had to go back to work promptly. He was early even, and waited outside without an issue until I had arrived. Pink PlumberDerek performed the re-pipe of our 3000 sq ft home. We couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience as he was the consummate professional in explaining every detail of the re-pipe process to us. We felt that the investment of having our pipes relocated from under the slab of our raised ranch home into the attic spaces was very well spent . The great customer care that we were provided by Derek helped to take a bit of the sting out of the expense. Derek was so thoughtful in choosing the areas that were used as access points to run the piping throughout the house and made sure to cut as inconspicuously as possible to limit drywall repairs. During the 3-day re-pipe job, Derek always finished by cleaning all of his work areas. We were so pleased that we chose Pink Plumber out of the 5 plumbers we vetted, but even happier that we had Derek as our plumber.

Ouch, pipe busted and water everywhere. Geoff Small was the technician who changed out my hot water heater.He arrived on time and was very professional in every way. We have used The Pink Plumber for years and always been pleased. Every time we call someone else we are disappointed. TJ was here to hook up plumbing for our basement t Kitchenette and to flush and maintain our tank less water heater. He was professional, personable and explained everything in detail. Then did an outstanding job executing the work. We would definitely hire TJ again

I’ve used their services previously but only on internal plumbing issues: new toilet, clog repair, etc. However, when we moved into a home that was built in the 80’s I needed someone I trusted to come and address the septic tank. Mike T was professional and knowledgeable. I had already went to YouTube University to learn all I could about septic systems but had no idea what type I had, Mike filled in all the gaps of knowledge from my research. I will be calling the PinkPlumber again and will be requesting Mike from Hawaii again. Great hire PinkPlumber!

We were told we had a gas leak. My wife called around and the only company that had someone available was The Pink Plumber. Jim Franitza came that day, looked at what we needed, and, not only quoted a complete new gas line, but, also included replacing our water heater, and, updating the plumbing to it. Then to top it off, said he could begin work the next morning! He showed up, as he said he would, and the work began. He worked continuously the entire day, very meticulous, was kind enough to answer any questions I asked. It takes a lot to impress me, and he IMPRESSED! He had a great attitude, very efficient, fantastic work ethic, and definitely had the knowledge to get the job done. I had a back up on my septic tank and pink Plummer came by to do the work they dug a hole and charged us , no problem with that charge The problem came afterwards when he said you never know what’s gonna be down there it’s like Pandora’s box. In that moment I said to myself this is probably going to be more than just a normal septic tank pumping. so for the digging $235. but for what he saw $3500 off total of $3735. So what I did said.I’m going to get a second opinion 10 minutes later I get a new estimate of $3000 at that point I know these guys work for commission, if they were just honest and gave me a fair price I would’ve gone with them I have somebody else coming in on Monday I will update.

After 3 different plumbers failed to find the problem and even caused more damage, Ephantus throughly investigated and found the problems. He educated me about my plumbing, offered solutions and provided swift relief. He was professional and knowledgeable. He will be my permanent plumber for my home and business plumbing needs. Ernesto quoted me a price which was out of dollar range at this time. I’ll continue to operate my washing machine the same way as I have been doing for quite sometime. I had a backup issue on Sunday and called for an appointment. First thing Monday morning, Cody came out to take a look and the septic tank was full. He quickly had it pumped ready to go in no time. Wasn't an easy job, but Cody definitely took care of us. He also let me know if a couple of things that I need to keep an eye on. Very professional and informative.

I set an appointment about a week in advance for a window of 9am - 1pm on a Thursday. They called me around 10:30am saying they're backed up and wanted to know if I'd reschedule. I said No, I need them here today because I don't live in my condo yet and had driven pretty far to get there. So Arthur, the plumber, finally showed up at 1:30pm. He proceeded to evaluate what I was asking for then quoted me an outrageously high number. I asked for them to email me the estimate 3 times and they haven't (interpret how you'd like). Luckily I remember the approximate estimates:dishwasher, already in place with hole already in cabinet and electrical done, $550garbage disposal install (already had the garbage disposal), $350strainer baskets install, $300drain pipes, $500kitchen faucet install (already had the faucet), $350These prices are outrageous, so I said no thanks and am now leaving this review.E: I ended up getting this job done for $920. Pink Plumber tried to charge me $2086.

I have a tankless water heater that takes a long time to heat. I called The Pink Plumber based on the good reviews I read online. I specifically asked the scheduler to make sure the technician they send will be someone who has worked on tankless water heaters before ( I had been reading a lot online about this system and had several questions for the plumber). She assured me she is making a note of that and will be sending someone who has worked on these heaters before.I was scheduled for 10/12-but they called and canceled due to prior projects taking longer than anticipated. I understood and agreed to be rescheduled for the next day 10/13. The plumber arrived and I took him to where my heater was and when I asked if he had worked on tankless water heaters before he said No. Needless to say I was frustrated. He then asked me to turn a faucet on. This was followed by the question if I had tried unplugging the system and replugging it to see if it works .I thanked him for his honesty and we both knew this was not going to work and he left. I called their office right away and explained what happened, the lady I spoke with apologized and said a manager will call me back but no one did. I am sure the technician was promptly assigned to another expensive plumbing work and no harm will have been done to The Pink Plumber. Although I don't make close to the hourly rate they charge for their services, I too get paid per hour of work. For me, this has meant two days of missed work and no service.When companies that charge exuberant amount of money per hour play with customers' time and/or show up to just wing it (assuming we don't know any better) there has to be accountability. It is unfortunate, currently the system is mostly in their favor.

James came to my house after fixing things at my mother's house. Once again, he was on time, professional, and did a great job replacing my water heater.

First time customer. Customer for life. Michael was fantastic. Explained everything from start to finish. I have a second septic tank and he went ahead and pumped it while he was here. Pink Plumber pumped out my septic tank this morning, and they did a great job! That said, I want to state here that I first called the company for service back in Nov. 2017. The technician & team recommended an overhaul of the plumbing system. I fell for it and paid nearly $6,000.00 to replace pipe work and drain fields connected to the septic tank. Come to find out, rain water seeps into the tank, and slowly fills it up!Now we have to have the tank pumped every 15 months! For the record, we’ve pumped it 3 times now since that system overhaul in 2017! What can your technicians do to stop the seepage? Thanks.

We called for service on our Soft Water system. We ended up with putting in a new system; our plumber cleaning out our toilet, faucet, and sink water outlets because of a non-working soft water system. It had been non-working for a long time. We also had to put in a new water tank when it was discovered that not only was it rusty, but it was loaded with the debris from the soft water system that was not working! He spent hours here and replaced both units. When he walked into our home, he knew where to go first to find the result of the problem we we were having. It should be noted that over the last year, we had two inspections of both the soft water system and the water heater and no other plumber discovered the problems! Our plumber was very knowledgeable and knew his businesss and we did not have one single thing done that he did not show/tell us why it happened and what he was going to do. We highly recommend The Pink Plumber.

Michael T did a great job. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I was not impressed with scheduling conflict yesterday. I was told noon arrival time and at 3 pm still no technician. Had to be rescheduled for today.

The work Cecil(the plumber) performed appeared to be good work at the time but I have had Pink Plumber return several times with the same problem. I had the same problem again in February. I live in a townhouse and the toilet on the top floor has the issue and this is the second time that the leak has damaged the ceiling on the middle floor. The first time I called the manager (Jeff) he would not return my calls. The problem was left unsolved. This time when Cecil returned he saw the issue and gave me a card to call a company to repair the damage. The company came out and they never gave me a list of damages or an estimate. All they did was mention me filing a claim with my homeowners insurance and I let them know that this should be paid by Pink Plumber. I never heard from this third party company again and that is because they work with the Pink Plumber to make sure that you use your home owners insurance so they do not pay for the damage that they are responsible for. I have spent over $1000 dollars over the past 2 years for a clogged toilet and now I will have to pay for a damaged ceiling that the new manager (Tom) refused to pay. I have contacted an attorney and will never use Pink Plumber again. Cecil the plumber would always say that he honors his work but that is not the case. BEWARE!!!!!!

Cody came out for a septic system inspection on a house we are looking to purchase. He diagnosed the issue and provided us with a detailed report. Cody is professional , extremely knowledgeable and an asset to his profession. He was patient and willing to go the extra mile to help us understand what was going on. I called at 6:45am and spoke to a real person, not a machine. She was the answering service but said the office would call back after 7am. They called at 7:15 and scheduled me for noon. Excellent service, friendly and professional, and since it didn't require repair, just locating and turning off the water from the main line to the sprinklers, there was NO Charge! I'm really impressed!

Derek came out promptly to check the pipes, as the dishwater was not working properly. Since it wasn't a plumbing issue, nothing was done. The Pink Plumber is number one in my book, as all the techs have done a great job when I've needed them.

The plumber, Jose S., was friendly and professional. He replaced a tub drain stopper for me that wasn't working. I am very pleased with The Pink Plumber and will use them again when needed.

Kenny was on time, professional, super knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns in this 55 yr old home. With plans to make future improvements, at my request, Kenny prepared a plan to bring everything up to speed and I intend to request him for the work.

Needed work done getting my septic tank cleaned and serviced. First, technician came out and stated that his truck was to big to make it down the driver and was told a smaller truck would be sent to complete the job on the same day. Waited an entire day and at the last minute they canceled on me . Office personnel called to reschedule for the following day and the technician Darnell came and automatically said “can’t do the job because if I get stuck, I have to pay for towing and I’m not risking it”. Called the the main office and explained the situation and I was told that Jeff the service manager would call us back. 24 hours later no follow up. The customer service and professionalism is below standard and wouldn’t recommend. A simple call from Jeff the service manager would have resolved this situation.

We had David P. (Atlanta office) out here today to pump our septic tank, some repairs, and preventative maintenance. Excellent service!! Just wanted our septic pumped out as we have lived here at our current house for 5 years. Wanted to do a quick emptying of the tank just to help with preventative maintenance. This was explained on the phone when making the appt. They were on time and professional but during the service our technician said there is something wrong with our system it wasn't draining the water correctly. He then proceeded to sell us the entire manual of services they offer from hydro jetting the pipes to me going to the county and applying for permits, at my expense, to install a new drain field for 8,600$. Life is rough for the majority of us right now and I just wanted the tank empty so over the next 3-5 years we can maintain what we have. He said if I didn't do anything my tank would be overflowing in 2 weeks max. Keep in mind I don't have wet ground near my tank. No raw sewage smells,nothing. It's been 3 weeks now and everything is still good.**update**Received a call asking with several apologies saying they were not represented to their standard. Was impressed. So I updated the stars.

We are repeat customers. Kenny has always been professional and resolves the problem. That is why we are repeat customers.

I got my garbage disposal replaced and apparently the technician didn't connect the dishwasher again. I ran the dishwasher and now I have to redo my kitchen and my one finished basement room. I called a different plumber to fix the issue because I didn't want the company that caused the problem to be biased.I have used Pink plumber before and had good service, so I'm not sure if the technician was just distracted, but I'm going to be out a couple thousand dollars and a lot of time and stress.

My technician was absolutely excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and respectful. He went out of his way to explain the problem and was extremely helpful in communicating what he was doing to fix the problem.

Placed the area back to the way they found it before opening. Explained the invoice. Sent all documents electronically (which is great). And bid me a fond farewell.They were recommended to me by a family member who has a septic system. They were very pleased with the work completed for them. Recommending them to a neighbor who is looking to have their septic system serviced.

Fadil with Pink Plumber was awesome! Showing up on time, very pleasant to work with, and let me know all my options. I have a bad smell that I couldn't figure out and he thinks might be a dead animal. He was willing to open the wall to see. He was glad he did as the main water source was there without access. No animal there.He recommended we open a different wall but informed me that we could do this ourselves bc he knew it wouldn't be a plumbing issue. Kenny was very professional and did my repair for less that I thought it would cost. He was conscientious of the disruption the repair would take and cleaned up everything. I would use the Pink plumber again.

Although the person who came did a good job, the company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. No estimate given over the phone and the person who came out said it would take 2-3 hours to do the job. Flat rate on two items, both of which were very expensive. I foolishly agreed. He ended up being there for 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time I was called that he was done and the charge was $600. Outrageous. I attempted 3 times to call the service manager to discuss the charge before I paid, and nobody would call back. I told the person who did the job that it was a ridiculous price, $600 for less than an hour of work. He said if you don't pay me, I'll call the police. Stay as far away from this company as you can. The people seem nice, but the company's operating basis with customers stinks and their charges are outrageous. I highly recommend to not use them under any circumstance.
