Very professional young men, and they made a satisfactory diagnosis that we all agreed upon. They will be installing a new toilet for us.

I am not a happy customer I have waited for 3 days to even get a call and when they called they told me they would arrive from 9-10 and then the technician called and said he was still 30 minutes out and this was at 10:30 after getting a conformation text that he was in route and would arrive at 10 . I would say this has gotten off to a real bad start and not to mention this is through my home warranty . I sure hope the work is better than how it has started off.

The technition came out to determine why my water bill so high. After checking many posibilities he was able to determine where the problem was. He was knowledgeable. professional, and explaine exactly what I need to do. I was very pleased with his service.

The shower did not need repair that was good. The toilet had two problems they fix the toilet fixtures but I wanted them to also address it shakes or it wasn't stable and it's still not stable. Overall good job

He completed the work and assisted me by giving me the necessary information for the warranty registration.
He wore protective foot wear while in my home.
The challenge would be a reminder call the day before regarding the next day appointment.

I appreciate Byron, the technican for being a professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced the vent pipes from the water heater to the flue in the ceiling. He answered my questions with no hesitation. GREAT JOB!

We have used this business for some years and referred their services to others. Mr. Head is a church member and that carries over to the people employed at the business. They have always been on time and gave fair estimates for the services rendered. The office staff is also courteous.

Rod & Rashad were very professional, they showed up on time, located and fixed the outdoor plumbing leak in a timely manner. They explained what the problem was, how they repaired it along with the products they used and cleaned up the area when completed. Everybody that I dealt with at Head's Plumbing were a pleasure to deal with!

Service was horrible

We want to express our gratitude to Head's Plumbing company for the amazing work they did in replacing our sewer line The first trip, when they came to clear the clog, they had all the equipment (large snake, camera, and equipment to track the line and mark it) and supplies they needed on their truck, and their equipment was clean and well maintained (not what we have always seen with other companies). When it was confirmed that our 60+ year old sewer line needed to be replaced, Torian and Ty worked diligently and very carefully as they excavated a trench 6-7 ft deep and almost 100 ft long. When the city inspector came to inspect the work before filling the dirt in, he was impressed with their quality of work. We can't say enough about how great Torian, Ty, and the office staff have been during this unusual time.

I was recommended to Head’s Plumbing Sales & Services for toilet issues, to install a new sink, and repairs. The service technician Bryon was exceptionally proficient. My scheduled time was from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and Bryon arrived around 2:30pm. Bryon was extremely pleasant and professional. He entered into my home and introduce himself and ask me about my issues. We discuss the issues and he provided me quote. He realized I didn’t have all of the parts I needed for my sink to install so Bryon went to Home Depot to provide the things I needed. Everything was completed in a time mannerly. I’m glad I called Head’s Plumbing Sales & Service, to service my house!!!! You guys get 5 stars!!!!!

I found Head's when searching for an A.O. Smith dealer in Atlanta, as I've had great experiences with that specific brand of water heater. I wish I could have given them my business, but they're bad communicators (slow or no returned phone calls, and now a no-show for the estimator's visit). They must focus more on contractors and businesses over residential, because I have definitely not been a priority for them, so I would recommend looking elsewhere for home services.

My brother in law has been having serious plumbing issues. He paid 250.00 for them to come out and use the camera to determine what the problem is, which they found and he wanted them to fix it, He wanted to go the financing route to get the job done but never heard back from anyone. That was months ago, and now we are having the same issue and can't talk to anyone that can come out and get this problem taken care of. The lady who answered the phone is very nice, but that's about it for this company. I would respect them more if they just told me straight up that they are to busy and we can't do the job. Glad to read about all the other great experiences for some. Keep up the great work FOR SOME PEOPLE Head's.

After some fair amount of calling around and on the recommendation of one of the neighbors on Nextdoor (thanks neighbor ☺), we utilized HEAD'S PLUMBING SALES AND SERVICE, INC to pump our septic tank (which had not been pumped in about 9 years). Torian (Tory) and his colleague came out, pumped, and installed two risers. They were extremely proficient and professional. Not only that, they made sure my husband understood what they were doing and why, pointing out the importance of regular maintenance to avoid costly repairs. The company is small (10 of them), 4th generation, family-owned business. Their reputation means quite a bit as they're competing with larger companies, so their competitive advantage is the consistent quality and reasonable pricing. Please consider contacting them for your septic needs.

Head's plumbing is an excellent company to do your plumbing. We have used them for years!!! Today Phil came and took care of my plumbing problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable and warm hearted!!

If you already have below a 4 star rating. You might not want to charge $75 to come tell the people of the home what they already answered to over the phone before you come out. It does not take $100 to use your eyeballs. You and Estes are scamming.

I found this company on Nextdoor app. Called and was given a service window of 2pm-4pm. Of course I was home waiting only for no one to show up or call. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I was referred to Head's Plumbing by a friend to determine if I had a water leak. Ashley and Khadija were very professional in the scheduling process. I scheduled an appointment but they were actually able to come assess my property two days earlier than initially scheduled. Byron was very professional and explained step by step the process in determining if I had a water leak. He also was able to unclog a drain and answer any additional questions I had. I was referred by 3 of my friends to Head's Plumbing Sales & Services. Mr. Odari Head came out and investigated the cause of the leak, within two days he came back and replaced my pipes. He also let me know that with the extensive damage I had, I should contact my homeowner's insurance. I am very pleased with this company. The service is excellent, and very professional. Courteous, professional, shoes covered, time delay due to prior job needing more time to complete however the office staff was in touch with arrival updates. I would recommend to others!

Waste of time.......I needed an estimate, called on a Monday and had it scheduled for friday. Friday comes and they forgot my appt, alledges there was no appointment to began with. The manager was able to get me a squeeze in appt and charged me $77 for NOTHING!! No estimate, no real assessment but he did offer to change my toilet for $300 and something dollars.

The work was completed in the laundry closet and but not so good underneath the kitchen sink. Head's charged us too much money for the work. They did refund some money, but not enough to justify just replacing the washer and not replacing the pipes that was told to us during the first visit. We wanted to support this business because it is in our neighborhood.

Called and left my info with the woman who answered, who said someone would call me back. That was Tuesday. It’s now Sunday. No one called.

I am giving 5 stars to the professionalism and workmanship of the technician named Odari. The cost was within the range for the service provided. According to Ashley, the the originlly scheduled tech was not able to make my 11-2 window, so Odari arrived after 3:30pm. That was fine for me, because I work from home and I wasn't planning to leave until after 5pm. I just wanted my shower clog fixed; and it was! We also discussed replacing piping from the street to my house and I received a quote in a timely manner. I look forward to that service being completed. I am glad to have found Head's Plumbing Sales and Service!

The first time I used this company they were timely and professional. It’s gone downhill since then. I referred a friend, and they never got back to her. Then, this week I had a leaking pipe. Called on Wednesday and was told someone would reach out to send a technician. Thursday comes and leaves and Friday I call back inquiring why no one has contacted me. I was told that Mr. Head would probably call me back because it isn’t like them to not follow up within 24 hours. Comes now, Saturday morning, and I finally get a call. They can send a technician out today but it’ll cost me extra cause it’s a Saturday. It seems like they conveniently waited until Saturday to do the up charge. I declined and have decided to use someone else’s services.

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lack of responsiveness of this company. I do not recommend them if you have a urgent need. Clearly, they’re waiting to the weekend to upcharge people in need of services.

They might be good, they might not be. The only way you would know is if they ever answer the phone or return your phone calls. But like other reviews have said, they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. Time to find a plumber who does.
