Plumbing Express

We decided to convert over to a tankless hot water heater so I started shopping around. I ended up calling Plumbing Express and larger, more well known company to come out and quote. We ended up going with Plumbing Express because not only were they cheaper, they were more knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain different options and make sure we understood everything. We were working with Gareth who was AWESOME to work with. Very friendly and down to earth. He even told us of a $200 manufacturer rebate we didn't know about. Plumbing Express and Gareth will be my go to from now on regarding any plumbing needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dylan was our technician and was great. Overall, quick response time to our clogged kitchen drain (same day; within 45 minutes). Great service, price was great. Can't complain and will be recommending to others. I've had issues with non-responsive plumbers in the past but these guys were the opposite. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Russell Turner back in April. Our water heater was end of life and he was able to offer a great recommendation for the water heater to take the place of our old one. Our previous unit was so old that there was a ton of rust, build up, and calcium that got into our lines. After installation, Russell came back to our house during rush hour to help clear our lines/faucets. We greatly appreciated the service!

Excellent service, but a bit pricey

David installed a tankless indoor water heater for us and we couldn't be happier with the process or the finished product. They were very responsive on scheduling a time to visit to review the scope of work, provided a quote on the spot that we talked through, scheduled the work for the next day (!) and had the work completed exactly on time with no surprises. And, the price was significantly better than a quote I received from one of their competitors just the week before. Very significantly better. I recommend them without hesitation.

David Tzikas was a great technician and thoroughly explained the problem and eventual fix and was pleasant and easy to work with. Would call him and plumbing express back any time I need them, though hopefully I won't need them again.

Had issues twice where I was scheduled and either they didn't come in the correct timeframe or changed the appt last minute. Other than that, the service was quick and they are a company that's true to their word. Def made up for the minor issues. Would recommend.

The team from Plumbing Express did a fantastic job! Having your house re-piped following substantial damage from an untimely failure in polybutylene pipe is likely the last thing you’re thinking of spending money on. However, in a moment of clarity we realized regardless of timing there was no better opportunity than the present to have the work done. Doing so would help prevent future loss and provide some peace of mind as well. The process began with an onsite visit from Blake. He was exactly on time, courteous, and professional. He took time to explain; the process, the products that would be used & not used, pro’s and con’s for product choices, product warranty’s, and installation warranties. Absolutely NO pressure sales techniques. On the day of the re-pipe Master Plumber Paul arrived exactly on time. His demeanor, professionalism, approach-ability, and willingness to engage in conversation put us at ease with the overall process. After a brief survey regarding the scope of the job he explained his approach and assured us he was confident they could have piping aspect of the job wrapped up within a day. The next 2 days of the job were solely dedicated to repairing the sheetrock, replacing the master bath marble tile, and repainting. All aspects regarding this part of the project were handled by Keith. Calling him a “sheetrock guy” is a serious misnomer. Keith is an artisan. His work and technique is top notch. He took all the steps necessary to properly prep and protect the work areas and meticulously matched all previously existing surface textures and colors. When he had finished you couldn’t tell the difference between the pre-existing areas and the newly repaired areas. Due to some minor re-fitting issues with the master shower controls Ed came out a couple of days later to reinstall them and made sure to ask if everything had been going well following the project. He took the time to verify the expected water pressure levels at the shower and did a follow up pressure test and final adjustment. Ed was proactive in communicating his arrival time, demonstrated exceptional customer engagement, and showed a genuine interest in insuring we had a positive experience with Plumbing Express.I fully recommend Plumbing Express for your future re-piping project and will not hesitate to give them a call for any of our households future plumbing needs.

On time, knowledgeable and extremely professional. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a plumber, and will absolutely be using them for any future needs!

OVERALL, I do recommend Plumbing Express, but I feel we just had an unfortunate experience with one of their contractors. The staff was very nice and friendly to deal with, and the pipe removal and replacement went extremely well and faster than I expected. On the other hand, the paint / drywall repair did not go smoothly. The person, whom I assume was contracted to handle it and not a Plumbing Express employee, just didn't do the best of jobs: wavy drywall patching, used cheap fast-drying spackle, missed repairing / painting spots, left holes in the ceiling and walls where he hung the plastic to contain dust, he had to re-do sections multiple times (and it was obvious he didn't want to come back; even left without having us check to make sure everything was complete...and it wasn't!), had me go run out to get a can of paint for him, etc. At one point, he even had a heat gun propped on the ground (unsupervised) to try and speed-dry one section, which is poor craftsmanship AND highly dangerous!!! In the end, Plumbing Express did have someone else come to button up 99% of the drywall / paint job, but unfortunately I can't say the walls are as good or better than before; disappointing considering the expense we paid for the project. Good news is the plumbing is working GREAT! We did notice the new pipes are SUBSTANTIALLY quieter than the copper we had before; you could hear every faucet turn on in the house, and now you only hear water draining when someone's taking a shower.

Needed some semi-emergency assistance on a Saturday to clean out my clogged main sewer line. Had never used Plumbing Express for any previous work, but called them anyway. Wasn’t sure but the technician, Russell Turner, was there when he said he would be and was very professional. He was very diligent to keep from getting my carpets dirty and cleaned everything up when leaving. Overall great experience.

Great job, best price, friendly, professional and advised me on an issue I thought was plumbing but advised me to call my HVAC and what he estimated it would cost. What I liked most when I called to ask the price to do annual Service on a tankless water system they quoted the the price on the phone and could schedule it quickly. I called many other plumbers and most said pay the service fee and then the they will be able to quote. They gave a “ballpark” cost and all were more. Maintenence on the Navien is very straightforward and there tons of how to do it on the web but my husband just does not have the time. Also our system is only one year old and has no issues! Talking with the plumber here he was so nice and professional and stated he loved his company and was treated very well. I don’t usually review things but I hope it will save you some time and aggravation!

Kevin came out to fix a sink leak we found that was in a tough to access part of our sink below counter. He helped me most by sharing that the faucet we had was one that now had a known defect and we could probably get it (plus the 7 other same models in the house) warranty replaced. Also referred us to a company that may help with water damage. The sink leak is not repairable.

We had David R. come to our house to fix some drainage issues. He was on-time and very courteous. He answered all of our questions (we had LOTS of questions), and he was very patient and took his time to fix all of the issues we brought up. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers to be safe and courteous. He even took time to clear some gunk built-up on some of our drains. The price was higher than we've paid to other companies in the past, but the work was timely and professional.

David Roark came to our home for an issue with our basement toilet. He was able to fix it quickly and without removing the toilet from the wall which would have increased the cost. Thank you, David!

Plumbing Express replaced the entire residential plumbing for our home inside and outside all the way to the City's water source. The inferior PEX piping is gone along with our fears of leaks.. GREAT JOB!! My usual plumber quoted a price for polybutylene replacement that was nearly five figures and DID NOT include drywall repair or paint. Plumbing Express did the entire job for half that price and from first contact to completion in less than a week. The drywall repair is spotless and they color matched the original paint perfectly. Good contacts and very professional, experienced workers. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I had an outdoor water main supply leak. Plumbing Express arrived the same day I phoned them, turned off the water supply, assessed the leak and informed me of the steps to repair. After my town house flooded I had all the pipes replaced by Plumbing Express. The pipe installation and the finishing of the walls went very smoothly. BEST plumbing experience ever!! I chose to call them after reading reviews and responses from the owner. They seemed to do everything in their power to keep their customers happy and make things right. Hard to find these days. Customer service is top notch. Scheduling is easy and they came out on a Saturday for us. We had a leak that another plumber tried twice to figure out and couldn't. He even wanted us to tear down walls, which we didn't want to do. We fired him. After calling Plumbing Express, Rhonda was able to get me a technician out that Saturday to diagnose the problem. David was on time, professional, and experienced. It didn't take him long to find the leak and give us a quote to fix it. He scheduled to return Tuesday morning, which my husband got wrong, so I did miss Tammy's several attempts to confirm sending him out. Once I called her she was able to quickly change my appointment to afternoon without any issues. David arrived within the time frame and went straight to work. He fixed the problem quickly and kept everything clean. He even took pictures and sent them along with a copy of the invoice to my email right then and there. He also took the time to show me how to read my meter and showed me where my cut off valves were. We enjoyed having him here, which is not normal. I was very happy with the services Plumbing Express provided. I was able to get an appointment within a week. They offer an arrival time within a 4 hour block, and I was given a call when they were on the way. Jonathen came to fix the small faucet leak; he was pleasant, polite, and did a good job. He informed me my faucet would need to be replaced and took time reviewing the different options on his iPad to be sure we picked a style that I would like. He then went to Home Depot and texted me pictures to be sure I was happy with the final choice. This was much appreciated. The installation was done quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased and more than satisfied with Plumbing Express Service and I would highly recommend their Services.We have Rinnai Tankless Water Heater which recently makes unusual noises, sounds like auto muffler sound. It is not as loud as muffler, but still noticeable to tell the sounds is not normal. We are worried and concerned that this issue may cause further damage and worsening the water heater if we don’t repair it.I contacted Plumbing Express because they are listed as one of professional trained by Rinnai Company.After Flushing the water heater(which I was advised to do so) did not repair the noise problem, Danny who is the manager of the company called and assured me that he and his crew will make sure to repair the issue. He even came in himself with two additional technicians(Rod and another gentleman), and began to diagnose the problem of the water heater. After sincere effort to resolve the issue, Danny found the answer to the cause of the problem which there was a carpenter bee died inside of fan assembly.He removed and cleaned the water heater thoroughly. After that, the water heater sound came back to normal as quiet and smooth. He was also very kind and informative. When I questioned about maintenance of the water heater, he explained me clearly what needs to be done for the longevity of the water heater.I appreciated him and his crew to show their sincere professionalism to make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their services.I highly recommend Plumbing Express Service.

Plumbing Express completed a major renovation for us. Removing and replacing all our Polybuytlene piping. This job required tearing up walls and trenching concrete. By the time the job was over you would never have known the work had been done. Walls repaired, paint matched, water worked. Punctuality, efficiency, professionalism, communication were all major high points of this experience. We highly recommend Plumbing Express.

We've had such struggles finding good trade workers lately, it's refreshing when a business calls ahead, shows up, diagnoses a problem, and quickly makes fixes at an affordable price. Russell Turner from Plumbing Express was excellent! Our master bath drains are draining, the water pressure is much improved, and he made sure the temperature was adjusted from a flesh-melting 140 degrees to a reasonable 120. Yippee!

Called in the late afternoon praying that someone could come out to fix a busted pipe at our water meter. After about 10 mins, they called back saying they'd send someone. Jose came at 5:30 pm and stayed til about 8:30 pm, working in the dark and cold to get us water back to our house so we wouldn't have to stay in a hotel. On top of that, Jose was super friendly, courteous and thorough. If I could give him six stars, I would.

Ty and his team are pros when it comes to replacing polybutylene pipes. They offer a quick turnaround to repipe the entire home and are just nice guys. Highly recommended!

Chris Jones was my tech. he repaired my dishwasher a few weeks ago. He did a great job. He was super helpful with dealing with my warranty company as well. He went over and beyond to help me get everything fixed.

Terrible Company!!!!!!!It took 4 trips (over a two-week period) and finally me having to insist on having a manager come to fix a simple cartridge in a faucet that was dripping. A one point the tech had a geyser flooding my bathroom. I haven't witnessed that level of incompetence in a long time and I hope I never do again.I was very concerned about him causing further damage to my house, seriously. Was so glad when that experience ended.

My pipes were leaking into my downstairs neighbor's home and the guys from Plumbing Express came out, conducted an analysis, and within three days they were out working on both my home and my neighbor's home. The guys did a great job. They were very professional and fast in completing the job. They did a wonderful job but I don't remember all of their names (sorry) but I do remember Keith. He did a great job on the sheet rock and matching the paint to my existing color. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job.

When Plumbing Express came to my house and tore open many walls and had access to fixtures and tools that I did not. At one point during the re-piping, I asked the technician if he could replace the faucet in the kitchen if I provided him with a new one. The installer said no he couldn't do that. It would have taken him 10 minutes and perhaps made me consider them good guys after they charged me $7100, for the job. Today, I asked Plumbing Express to come look at the sink pipes which make a loud sound from pressure in the pipes. The technician today informed me I needed a new kitchen faucet. I explained how I had asked the installer to please help me by installing a new faucet. The technician today said, Oh yeah, that would of taken him 10 minutes. I told him the original installer refused the simple task. I am a 65 year old woman and I am responsible for my home repairs. One can decide what they want from this..personally I think Plumbing Express does only what it has to do and can get away with doing as little...Find a smaller company who will pay attention to who they are working with and who has a heart.I will change my faucet myself....I hope..no I will!!

This was my first experience with calling a plumber. I just bought a house, and DeKalb County requires a Certificate of Compliance to prove that plumbing is up to code. Because of my inexperience, I don't know whether the price is good. It cost $159 to get that certificate.However, everyone was super nice and helpful, including the plumber who came out. His name is Chris, and he explained what he was doing as he did it. He was also happy to advise me on cost and benefits of a new hot water heater (I brought this up, not him. The one we currently have is not sufficient.).Next time I need a plumber, I'll definitely consider Plumbing Express again. I appreciate professionalism and customer service.

Plumbing Express was very prompt and organized in scheduling a visit (no initial consultation fee!), called an hour out to let us know the plumber was en route, and the plumber then called again when he was 5 min away.We were given an 8-12pm time frame but Howard showed up at 8:30am. He was able to diagnose the issue, fixed everything, and was out within 1.5 hours. He was very patient, thorough, and respectful. He even did some extra caulking around our bathtub because he noticed some cracks in the sealant and helped explained how to change out our washer hoses for us to do on our own.If a diagnostic is needed, it's $149 but can be credited towards any work done. Overall, all the glowing reviews you find were what we experienced on our own. Highly recommended.

I had another plumbing company come to troubleshoot why there was a continuous wet spot caused by a leak outside my house. This company sold me on the idea of having a specialist come to confirm the source of the leak under a brick structure for $499. They also quoted me >$6K$s to 'repair' a slow leak in what they said was the main water pipe leading into my home. I called Plumbing Express and your guy was very honest and straightforward and correctly identified the source of the leak as being from my sprinkler system. Thank you for saving me a ton of money that I would have spent and would not have fixed the root cause of the problem.

My dishwasher was overflowing into my kitchen and the technician was able to identify the issue, unclog the sink pipes, drain my dishwasher and reroute a few items to safeguard from my dishwasher ever overflowing again. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work that was done, and the tech was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

They replaced the main water line coming into her house from the water meter. Not only did they replace it, but they put it in a better route from the water meter that didn’t have to cross power and gas lines nor go under my driveway. In doing so, they installed a new main shut off valve in a much more accessible area, new pressure regulator, and installed an expansion tank on my water heater. I can say enough about the wonderful service, professionalism, and friendliness provided! I highly recommend these guys, especially Jose!

I had a busted pipe underneath the slab and couldn’t fix the leak. Worst yet I had defected pipe throughout the home that need to be replace too. I called them on a Thursday or Friday and they came out Monday and plumbed the entire home from the main to the house. Repaired all the sheet rock that was cut out to install the new pipes, and I was back in service right away. Awesome company and professional team of staff.

I had visible water damage in my garage ceiling. I was afraid I would have to get the ceiling opened up to fix the issue. Russell arrived as promised within the appointment window. He reviewed the issue and quickly determined the problem was with an upstairs toilet. The great news is that he replaced the damaged flange the same day without having to punch holes in my ceiling. Toilets can be a messy job but he was extremely neat... put on those booties to protect my floors and cleaned up during and after the repair. The price was also very reasonable. Dave was the best!

Plumbing Express was the most available plumber to address a gas leak in our home system. It was an expensive process to pressurize the system and diagnose the source or sources of possible leaks. They did however find one by the pool and one in the mechanical room. Following that we had to have Atl Gas Light come out to validate the work. What they found was that the gas valve to each of 8 devices was left in the off position, meaning that that step was not remedied prior to the plumbers departure. $725 for four hours work...wow!

NOTE: I will be updating this review in the future to add pictures of the damage Plumbing Express did to my house and refused to fix.Plumbing Express was called to come unclog an upstairs shower drain that drained slowly. The plumber arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. The plumber used an electric snake to unclog the drain. I noticed immediately that the snake was jumping around a lot. The plumber himself mentioned that he was having trouble controlling it. The snake jumped around in this way for at least 50% of the time it was being used. Towards the end the snake proceeded smoothly into the drain as one would expect.About six hours later I entered my kitchen and noticed a brown water stain on the ceiling. This is directly underneath the bathroom that was worked on. I went up on a ladder and could feel that the stain was wet. I called the after-hours dispatch service for Plumbing Express four times through the night and was assured that a manager would be notified. Nobody contacted me and I had to call them back in the morning during their regular business hours. They informed me that a plumber would be out to check the leak between 10AM and 2PM. The plumber arrived on time at 12PM to evaluate the leak and then said he didn't think he could do anything because he did not feel it actively leaking. He refused to escalate the problem to the next step and have the pipe repair person come out. The plumber told me to my face that I was lying and the stain existed before. Plumbing Express' solution to my problem was to leave the leak they had created and do nothing to fix it or even cut into the drywall to look at the pipe. I said this was unacceptable as I waited hours for Plumbing Express and could have had another plumber out at 6AM who would have fully investigated and fixed the problem. He attempted to contact his manager twice, who did not answer the phone. As of 1PM I have not been contacted and have what is likely raw sewage permeating the ceiling of my kitchen.Plumbing express broke my drain pipe by using the electric snake in forceful fashion, dumping raw sewage onto my kitchen then made me wait to inform me that I was lying and they would not fix the problem. Dan just called to inform me that quote we will being nothing at all and lied to me saying the stain was pre-existing. We will now proceed to the litigation step of this unfortunate process. He seemed to welcome conflict as he is a liar and a thief and thrives on negativity.

Around the beginning of 2023, our toilets stopped flushing consistently. Thomas Warriner from Plumbing Express came out to diagnose the problem. Thomas confirmed that our sewer line was collapsed and needed a full replacement. While this is never a situation that a homeowner wants to be in, Thomas made the entire process as bearable as possible. Thomas really went above and beyond for us and kept us thoroughly updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend working with him.

This place is amazing. Usually when you think of having an open window appointment you would think that the plumber would come at the latest time possible. Not with these guys! When they told me that they would come between 8 and 12 , 8 a.m. was the time that they came. Their office staff calls you to let you know when your plumber is on the way. Their office staff is extremely friendly and kind. The plumber that they sent Keith was absolutely friendly and amazing and very kind. I was quoted great prices to install an expansion tank and replace my shut off valve. He even assisted me with a toilet flapper issue and provided me instruction, which was unexpected and more than appreciated. I was charged $154 to stop a leak that’s was going on the outdoor faucet when i asked the gentleman he said we just have to replace a washer and he said he will replace our handle for us. But since our handle was old and hard to find we have to do it ourselves. But we still paid him the amount. But when i got my receipt emailed to me it said replace the hose bib which doesn't make sense. I am just trying to make sense of what we were charged for.

I've called this company twice with a leak in my ceiling (don't ask). Both times they've responded quickly and sent out a courteous and knowledgeable plumber to identify the problem and fix it. It's never fun to call a plumber when you've got a leak, but I appreciate them coming out quickly and fixing the problem for a fair price. We have been using Plumbing Express for several years now for all sorts of projects from upgrades of our existing toilets to replacement of our old water heaters with a tankless heater. Ivan and team did a great job with locating the leak in our concrete slab and repairing it. He also provided some tips for a few other issues to help bring things up to code. My only reason for not giving it 5 starts is that there was a ton of concrete dust all over the kitchen and dining that no one cleaned. Although we are getting it all replace there was dust in our cabinets that still had glass and pantry that had food in it still. But the work itself was great.

Literally the best service I have ever had in Georgia. They fixed so much more than my original problem, James was extremely thorough and never gave up. The company as a whole is always available to take a call, and we have usually had same-day service. They have even come over quickly to identify a valve that was shut by accident, no charge. The pipe on our basement ruptured and of course we find out we had the polyethylene pipes that were outlawed. We were referred to Plumbing Express to get the house re-piped and we were not disappointment. They re-piped our house in ONE day! The workers were professional, on-time, friendly, cleaned up quickly and gone by 5pm; they arrived at 8:30am. The entire team from Ted to Lauren were responsive to our questions. Everything they said would happen occurred when it was supposed to, expect they finished in one day instead of two 😊. We had our entire house and front yardre-piped on 3/13/19. We have had polybutylene pipes the last 23 years. We had a small leak in the front yard and decided it was time to go ahead and have everything re-piped before we had any problems in our house.We googled the best re-piping plumbers in Atlanta area and Express Plumbing came up!We called and Blake came out and sold the job!Excellent salesman! I am retired now but have been in management and sales my entire life and know a good salesman when I meet him!My only problem was with the head plumber. We had an issue about the location of the outside spiket (Blake and I had already discussed it and we agreed upon the location when Blake was selling the job). This is the second time I’ve used this service and will continue doing so. They’ve shown up on time, to replace a basement pump and to repair a leaking faucet, worked quickly and accurately and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve never had a better experience with a plumbing service.

Do not use this plumbing service!! They cracked the pan in our shower causing a leak doing a simple drain cleaning. We now have to do a complete renovation of the shower to repair the damage as it’s a tiled shower. It’s 100% the fault of this company, and they are refusing to take any responsibility.

Showed up on time, but did not finish a month after. Did the job but damaged flooring, did not provide floor covering. Damaged electrical wiring however fixed it. Cut dishwasher drain hose, fixed it after a while, however, dishwasher totally burned in the presence of the project manager who witnessed it, but he does not want to fix it and I paid nearly $10K to repipe the house. PM constantly argued with me when I asked to correct things done wrong by the crew. Did not finish painting and caulking and I was told by painter I didn't do it. Unscrewed bathtub faucet and did not fix it. Sloppy job overall, irresponsible, dishonest people.

Gareth from plumbing express was awesome. Came in with a better price than the three other quotes we had. Was very knowledgeable about all the options for tankless heaters and helped us figure out the optimal placement of the system. He was able to locate the tankless in a central location and ran some new piping so that we wouldn’t have to wait that long to get hot water to any of our bathrooms. My husband had lots of technical questions and Gareth could not have been more patient and took the time to answer and explain everything. I will absolutely call Gareth next time we need a plumber.

Replaced corroded underground water main shut off valve. Next day service on heavily leaking water main flooding yard. David Rouak plumber was patient and very professional. Used a separate “Dig” team who were also very good. David and the team went extra mile in finding way to shut off my water to fix my leak. But be prepared to pay four times the rate for Atlanta area even with a discount!

Our main plumbing line clogged and sewage backed up into our tub and toilet. We luckily contained the damage but needed a plumber fast. Plumbing Express was able to come out that day and unclog the line. The plumber, Daniel, was knowledgeable, friendly, and managed to do the job with no mess! Unfortunately, my mainline had a break in it, but fortunately Daniel managed to find it and repaired. Daniel was willing to work with my warranty company and answered any and all questions I had. On top of that they had very competitive pricing that was less than other plumbers in the area. I would 100% call PE and Daniel again.

Alonso was very professional and proficient. The charges were communicated up front and he completed the work quickly. The only downside was the normal snaking was not sufficient and we needed to have the Hydro Jetting to properly clean out the line.

They did a great job with our whole-home repipe and were professional and courteous. They completed the repipe in a single day, and then their in-house drywall/painting guy Flaniel made the walls and ceilings look even better than before.

This company absolutely rocks! Not only were Adam and Dave extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, they were able to complete the service an entire day ahead of schedule! They aren't the cheapest option, but are right about where they should be especially considering the amazing service I received. The two of them fixed my broken water spigot in record time, too. Honestly, probably the most pleasant plumbing experience I've ever had. I'll definitely call Plumbing Express first next time.Update 7/2022: I had another leaking outdoor spigot I called about. Scheduling was simple and easy to do. I had the pleasure of meeting David Roark this time for the service call. He arrived much sooner than anticipated (very appreciated), and was super kind and knowledgeable. Turns out the spigot I thought needed replacing actually only needed a minor adjustment. I felt INCREDIBLY stupid when he showed me how simple the fix was. However, he did a great job not making me feel like an idiot, even though I totally am. He then offered to check out anything else I had concerns about while he was here. In the end, I only paid the service call fee, something I was more than happy to pay after he fixed the problem and educated me on how to fix it should it start leaking again. A+++ rating for David and his service and for not pushing me to spend much more money on replacing it!

Called for a washing machine line leak in our new place. Someone was scheduled for the next day and arrived on time. Dave was professional, polite, and very good at his job. He ended up having to cut a small hole in the laundry closet drywall to get to the actual problem, but before anything was done, he gave us a layman’s explanation of the problem and our options for fixing it along with a cost quote. This place has old plumbing, so I was anticipating other problems would be revealed once the hole was cut, and sure enough there was an additional small issue (y’all, plumbing does NOT last forever 😂) — I was very pleased that he was able to also fix that issue right then without having to schedule another visit. The price was very reasonable, and I learned that the little box that goes around the hot and cold faucets for the washing machine is called a “bib.” Who knew? The payment process was easy and safe via a tablet. We would definitely use them again.

Daniel was amazing with knowledge and care for customers. He spent time to diagnose the issue and came up with a solution. The reason why I am not giving them business is because of the pricing. I understand inflation has caused high prices but my salary remains the same. I think $5000 for tough plumbing was very high. I’d have hired them at $3000 even $3000 is high for a roughly 8-10 hour of work.

Tim was great! He gave me a couple of options for the work I needed done. I either misunderstood or didn't realize how bad the yard would look after the new water line was installed. Overall, pleased with the work.

Got a couple of quotes, PE was not the lowest price but felt more comfortable with their explaination. Be prepared though, the guys that came out to do the work started at 8, accessing the plumbing was different than the initial visit, but these guys knew what they were doing. We have a crawl space so accessing below the house was easier. They had about 25-30 cut outs to access the pipes, they did a good job of covering up but expect dust, you can’t do something this invasive and not have some mess. Day one was complete and water was back on by 3:30, we have a 2.5 baths, plus the kitchen sink, laundry, fridge, 2 hose bibs, etc. so there was a fair amount to do, but work was done very efficiently, we also added a recirculating line for the shower so we could have instant hot water on scheduled times. All of the shut off valves were replaced and was glad to see the polybutylene gone. Day 2-3 were devoted to restoring, Keith did an excellent job of repairing the areas where the access cut outs were. If you walked in you would never know they were here. Needless to say we are very pleased with the work and the descision to have Plumbing Express do the work. Definitely recommend.

Great experience! Easy to call and make an appointment. Andrew was on time and very good. We had bubbling in our toilet just on the beginning of the flush and no other issues anywhere else. Andrew was able identify with a few questions and testing that it was the toilets themselves that caused that behavior due to the size of the flapper and not any vent or clog issues. He was able to explain it very well and let us know we had nothing to worry about.

Russell replaced my water line after a leak left us without barely any water for a couple of days. Professional and efficient. Offered multiple solutions as far as repairing the pipe for a temp fix, or to get the whole thing replaced with a 5 year warranty. Would definitely recommend to any one with any future problems.

We had our polybutene piping replaced by Ed and Paul. They did a fantastic job at a really competitive price. Communication with their office was great as well. Then Emilio re-did our drywall and paint and it looks like new! I cannot thank these guys enough for the great work they have done. This company deserves all the praise.

I was so nervous to hire a plumber because money is super tight with everything going on with COVID-19 and when they came to my home Jose was the person who helped he was more than professional, super courteous, did not try and swindle me or over charge for services and followed the rules of social distancing. The fact that they were honest and forthright and did not try and get me to add more than I needed; not to mention the prices were very good. They get an A+ in my book.

They were prompt and professional. We had lived with a banging pipe noise in the wall for over a year. When I finally called Plumbing Express, I was able to schedule an appointment within three days. Dylan was able to identify and solve the problem on the first visit.

I had a water leak under the slab (polybetaine gray). they replumed whole house through attic with PVC. Completed pluming and had water back on in one day. repaired drywall early next week. I have had no problems since, and it was completed June 2022. They were the earliest to schedule and was a start to finish company meaning I did not have to arrange for the drywall and painting. So put them on your list when you are getting estimates.

The technician arrived on time. He assess our problem and gave us an estimate of the damage. We agreed on the job and he worked on it right the way. We had 2 toilets 🚽 whose wax ring were not functioning due to time and need replacement. He performed the job efficiently and he made sure the area was clean.

I found Plumbing Express on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. I was able to make an appointment quickly and all questions were answered very clearly.I teach and didn't want to take off. The scheduler informed me that I would make an appointment for the 2-6pm window and someone would call me 30 minutes before my appointment. Well, they didn't call 30 minutes in advance like I thought. Instead, it was 45 minutes advanced notice. AWESOME! This gave me plenty of time to get home, and I didn't have to miss any work. Russell is my technician, and he is GREAT! He was prompt, friendly, and informative. He was clear about what needs to be done and so far the price is reasonable. The job isn't completed, but I'm very satisfied with how things are going so far. Russell got as much done as possible and again being considerate of my time he's already made it clear that he'll work with me to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

I live in California and own a rental unit in Atlanta. It means a lot to have a company like Plumbing Express that you can trust when you do not have the ability to be onsite. On this particular visit I had Daniel Edwards as my technician. He was punctual and professional. Daniel called me numerous times during the visit. He gave me an overview of the various issues I had and what he recommended I should do. I accepted his recommendations and was very happy with the results. Thank you Daniel.

This review is concerning Plumbing Express. The job was to replace 2 toilets, adjust and flush the hot water heater , check out an outside hose bib leak( fix if necessary) the time estimate was 3-4 hours to complete this work. . It was going pretty well until the second new toilet was found to be cracked and the plumber had to leave and trade for a new toilet. While removing the second toilet, the plumber left a water valve on while he turned the main back on. This caused the bathroom and the adjacent hallway to flood. The workman was slow to remove the water with a wet and dry vac and after the majority was up he left the wet cardboard boxes on the floor in the hallway while he set the new toilet and attached all the lines. He caulked the toilet and tried it out. THEN he decided to remove the wet boxes from the wood floor.. This caused the wood floor to swell and expand ruining the joints in several places.When I complained the “service manager “Danny came to the house to look at the damage. He agreed there was damage but said it was my word against the plumber’s word and they would not cover the damage. He did say he would investigate further and contact his insurance provider.At this point I am still waiting to hear the outcome. Hopefully they do the right thing!?!By the way- the job took 7 hours and the leaky faucet was never addressed?I have used this company successfully several times in the past but the plumber Daniel seems to be trying to cover his behind and is not telling the whole story.Hopefully they do the right thing!

WOW. I was skeptical with the promises that they would be done and that we would not be able to tell that they had been there. They were right, I was wrong. The team of Lucio, Paul and Ed made quick work of replacing all poly pipes and the master line in the house (2 story, 3 bath). They kept the work areas clean and explained what they were doing. Roberto came in for the drywall and this was AMAZING. I know where the walls were cut open and I still cannot tell that the work was done. This team did a fantastic job with what could potentially impact the appearance of the entire home. We had one minor issue with one of the showers, and they were back immediately to correct it. Turns out it was not related to the work they completed, but a mistake in the original installation by the builder.. The team took excellent care of our home and operated professionally over the project. Would definitely recommend for nay plumbing work.

I can’t say enough positive things about Plumbing Express ATL. Their Repipe Administrator is exceptionally responsive. You call, he answers. The repipe, plaster, and paint team is highly skilled and professional. At the end of a long work day (they work until the portion of the job for that day is complete), they neatly fold and store anything that they will need for the next day—so, you are not “walking over stuff.” The team goes “the extra mile,” including using a Swiffer Wet Jet to remove dust and debris. The Master Plasterer/Painter even taught me how to best use the Swiffer on my hardwood floor! Outstanding! They made the traumatic experience of having my home repiped because my builder used defective PEX pipes, less traumatic.

The service was great. I did not need to have work done, however, the whole experience was really awesome. I got a call prior to David coming out, so I can meet him and not have to take the whole day off. David was courteous, very informative and helpful. I had been quoted prices of $125 just to come out and see what the issue was by Tim Chen. Another service told me I would have to repair my main water line for $2000-$3000 even before they came out. Plumbing express charged $40 to come out, had I needed to have work done that cost would have gone towards the repair. Reasonable and fair. I would definitely use them again.

My home is on a slab with the recalled and deteriorating grey polybutylene. I called Leak Detection Systems out to find my leak. The man said I needed a Total Repipe of my home. I then called Plumber Express and Blake came to see me the same day about 6:00PM. He was very considerate of my situation, looked over my home, was very fair on the pricing and work could start quickly. Three professionals were at my home early and completed the entire repipe in one day. Roberto, the drywall/paint guy came after and repaired all the walls and EXACTLY matched my paint. An artist in his field with 20 years exp. He was very polite and personable.This company, from the the first phone call till the finish of the job was professional, timely and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a Total Repipe like me, or any plumbing needs.

Plubing Express replaced the gray poly pipe in my home. They were fast and efficient. Over 4 days they installed in pipe, patched the holes that we’re made in the ceiling and walls to install the new pipe and matched the paint. It’s like they were never here. A great job done well.

I recently had an issue with the water pressure at my home and I called Plumbing Express. Their service technician, Jose', came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty hot water heater. Jose' presented several options and I chose to replace the heater. Jose' was able to install a new one by the end of the day. He was polite, professional and explained everything that needed to be done & the new heater is working fine. I called several smaller companies & received either a late response or none at all. This was an emergency situation and Plumbing Express responded immediately. I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Express for any future plumbing needs.

The experience turned out to be a nightmare. We will never use this companies services again and would never recommend them to anyone. We were promised our home would look like they had never been here once they finished the repairs. Far from it. So many issues. Textured ceiling is mismatched, poor painting and colors do not match, unacceptable cleanup, property broken to name just a few. A three day job turned into five and is still not satisfactory in the least. Management has not addressed our concerns. Unprofessional and frankly deceitful.We are now in a dispute with Plumbing Express's unwillingness to rectify the poor quality of their work. They claim they are not capable of the repairs necessary although we have two quotes from contractors who can, which Plumbing Express is not willing to pay. Plumbing Express does not guarantee they can match the original appearance of the home. Totally unacceptable.When your manager, Danny, came to our home to sell this job he toured and surveyed the premises. The day before the work was scheduled my wife spoke to Ronda and Danny to make sure we would have things moved so the plumbers would have access to all necessary areas. We were told to clean out underneath all sinks, on top of the refrigerator, give them access to the main floor ceiling and clear the walls opposite all toilets. This was all done before the plumbers arrived. When the plumbers arrived, my wife was agitated. We were assured Plumbing Express would follow strict Covid-19 protocol. None of your plumbers were wearing masks or social distancing, They said they forgot. My wife is immune compromised and denied them entry until they went back to their trucks to retrieve the masks. Some plumbers did not wear their mask the entire time and there was a lack of social distancing.Danny told us the plumbers would work methodically through the house. This was not the case. From the beginning they were all over our three level home. In addition, they needed access to the laundry room and the basement ceiling. My wife spent all morning moving our belongings to accommodate them. If we had been told before hand, this would not have been an issue. The plumbers were asked not to move anything without asking my wife first. This was not done. We found some of our belongs in places they should not have been. Also,aggravating. She admits to a few choice words.As far as your two managers coming out to inspect the mismatched paint colors resulting in non-existence of blending, places Plumbing Express's laborer just missed leaving white bare spots and the mismatched texture on our ceiling, they indicated to us that Plumbing Express would be willing to pay another contractor to correct the textured ceiling and the poor painting. After spending the time to acquire two quotes from professional licensed drywall contractors, who agreed that there is nothing about our ceiling texture technique that is non-standard and guaranteed the match, Plumbing Express declined to pay and offered to come back themselves with no guarantee. We are opting to pay $1800.00 for a guaranteed sure thing than to take a chance on Plumbing Express again.We declined their offer to cleanup that day because we had a commitment and could not wait for them to do what should have already been done. We no longer have the receipt for our lamp so cannot prove the cost. The lamp was not the only damage. There are irreparable deep scratches in our living room hardwood floor caused by Plumbing Express's employee's ladder. The planks would have to be ripped out and replaced.Ed admitted to us that this was a Plumbing Express perfect storm and that he had past problems with the employee sent out after the plumbers to do the repair.

My go to plumbers. I got a quote from Mr Plumber and they wanted 3x the price for the same job. Save your money and time and go with Plumbing Express.Always fair pricing and extremely professional. These guys are my go to plumbers. I have had them install a tankless water heater for a very reasonable price and most recently had them replace a failed pressure regulator.

This was our 2nd time using this company and we are more than pleased with the service. Most of the plumbing companies we used in the past seem to be only interested in the initial fee for showing up. These guys want to actually fix the problem.

Amazing and professional company is what Plumbing Express is. I had an emergency during a kitchen remodel as I had forgotten to have a protruding cast iron pipe moved/replaced to two feet across the wall to make room for cabinets which were to be installed. I called Plumbing Express and they sent a technician out within a couple hours. Howard was our service technician and he came over and completed the job in 4 hours. He disclosed what was to be done and provided the pricing on the spot so no surprises. Even our contractor said this type of service was unheard of and having the job completed with such short notice was a miracle. I highly recommend Plumbing Express.

After three pin hole leaks in my copper water pipes and two insurance claims I decided to re-pipe. I used Plumbing Express to re-pipe my house from copper to pvc, and I was 100% satisfied with the work!! They were the second place I called. They were a bit more expensive then the first company I called, but the estimate was in the range I was thinking it would be. Blake came out fast. He was a very nice guy, and after talking with him I decided to go with them. He included a few extras at no extra charge. His guys came out on a Monday morning. By the time they left about 6 hours later all the copper was out, and half of the job was complete with the new pipe and water back on. The second day they finished all the re-piping, and had my water back on. Third day was the patch guy, He patched up about 20 holes in the ceilings and walls, and by the end of the fourth day he finished painting. You'd never know they were even here. Fast, neat work all around. It was well worth the money.

Plumbing Express tried to fix leak a year ago but it came back.I was told I would be sent specs on what items needed replacement that never came so I turned to Zurn Plumbing who were much more professional and helpful.

I recently had Plumbing Express complete a full house re-pipe and they did an excellent job!!! Everyone involved in the process was professional and a pleasure to work with. I am definitely thankful I chose Plumbing Express and their turn key solution! They were in and out in 2 days and the sheetrock and ceiling repairs were amazing!! I will not hesitate to refer them to others!

This was the third or 4th time I have used them and felt better about the service on the previous occasions. I think I got a decent value for my money but frankly who knows?? The installed a new expansion tank, pressure relief valve and pressure regulator and a PRV. Since the installation my water pulses and new noises are coming out of my water heater closet.Anyway I am on the fence if I would call them for a future problem.

Dylan was fantastic. He helped got the putty out of my faucets, walked me through where all the important parts of my plumbing system was and how to manage them. He was thorough and respectful. As a new home owner he put me at ease. Would def have him out again if the need ever arises.

I called Plumbing express about a leaking shower. Dylan came out the next day. The shower was brand new. First, he noticed a few places that grout was missing where it had recently been tiled. He suggested that we get the grout fixed first to see if it might be the problem and said to call him anytime to come back to look at it again at no extra charge if it was still leaking after that. It was. I called Monday (I was busy Tuesday) and he came back first thing Wednesday morning. He found the source and fixed it.Dylan was kind, thorough and very informative. On July 8, 2022 Plumbing Express finished replacing all our copper pipes with CPVC. We have 22 fixtures in our 3-floors and they did an awesome job. Lead by Ed Torres, they pulled out and replaced everything including the main valve and PRV. Additionally, the drywall and painting was finished so that there was no further need for any painters.
