Had them come check the pipes of a home I’m purchasing and thank goodness I did!! Like most homes in Atlanta, tree roots had torn through the almost 100 year old pipes. So glad to know this BEFORE my purchase and will be using Logan and team to repair said pipes after closing. If there are any trees near your home, call them ASAP!

They even took a look at a few other minor plumbing issues I was having for no cost. It’s clear they love what they do and I would hire them again if I had a problem

We had a leak from our dishwasher and the guys from slam came within a couple of hours of my calling them after finishing up a nearby job! They took a good look, found that the issue is coming from the garbage disposal, and they told us what part we needed to replace. They didn’t even charge us! 👍👍 And our beagles loved them.

SLAM did a great job finding and fixing a leak in my upstairs bathroom! I would definitely suggest them to anyone. The only suggestion I would make to them is to have a list of drywall repair professionals to hand off to clients that need post leak dry wall repair.

Amazing! I can’t believe how great they were even though literally all of Atlanta’s pipes burst this weekend. They were able to come earlier than estimated, Austin was so nice, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. Lifesavers!

As first time homeowners, finding people/businesses to trust and support has been difficult. After a nightmare experience with a national plumbing franchise for a previous service call, my wife and I looked local and decided to take a chance with SLAM for a call to deal with a leaking expansion tank. The two men that came were professional, upfront and friendly. They were able to replace the expansion tank quickly, identify a couple potential issues (without the upsell!) and give me a quote on running a gas line. All for an extremely reasonable cost.

I found a gas leak coming from inside my wall. After reporting to the gas company, they advised I needed a plumber. As a new homeowner, I was dreading the moment I knew would eventually come—when something major would need fixing.

Not often I write google reviews, and I never thought I’d be ecstatic about a plumbing job but Jeff did an amazing job. Not only would I use SLAM plumbing for every future plumbing need, I’d highly recommend Jeff and I’ll request him every time!

My service was great. They arrived early, took the time to do a thorough diagnostic of my water heater and water pressure. Explained the problem to me, did a thorough check after the repair. I would definitely recommend.

Logan and his team are the best! My drains were backing up and no one could figure out the problem; a few plumbers thought I might have a septic tank - in the middle of Atlanta! Logan was the SEVENTH plumber to come to my house and he identified the problem and fixed everything super fast for a very reasonable price. He has also come back since then to replace my kitchen and bathroom faucets (for purely cosmetic reasons). So he can do anything from replacing broken pipe that is under a porch and several feet underground to small jobs inside the house. 10/10 would recommend and will use again.

Slam Plumbing was just fantastic to help out when our tankless hot water heater stopped working on a Friday. They showed up and diagnosed the problem and we had a whole new hot water heater installed on Saturday. Plumber was super knowledgeable about proper working order and installation on the tankless, and quickly turned it around so we weren’t without our hot water. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

We got a refrigerator delivered by Lowes after some recent work on our home requiring us to live elsewhere for a few weeks, and we didn’t know the refrigerator water line had been trashed by some contractors. When Lowes disconnected the refrigerator, we had to shut off water to the house. This was on Saturday, and deep cleaners (who would need running water) were coming on Monday. We called Slam to come repair the line on an emergency basis. They delivered with quick, professional work at a more-than-fair price. Special thanks to Scott! We’ll be using Slam again.

Great experience! Timely, responsive, and professional. Install water lines. They provided cut outs for correct placement for the entire bathroom and kitchen. They even told us what we needed to finalize the job
Once we got all of our materials. Austin is very knowledgeable in his business.

Called slam for a second opinion after Aaron’s quoted us $4k for a drain clean out installation, which it turns out we didn’t even need. Our technician, Scott, was awesome. Very genuine, professional and personable. He even scoped our sewer line for free to see what the other plumber might have been talking about, and found nothing to substantiate their diagnosis. Saved us thousands on what would have been a super costly and unnecessary install that wouldn't even have fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend slam and Scott specifically. They'll be our go to's for future needs!

We were concerned that we had a clog in the main sewer line running from the house to the street. I called and was able to get help to the house within two hours on New Year Day. Nate was absolutely fantastic and got a root cleared out of the sewer line quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with SLAM from the initial call to constant updates to the finished project. We will definitely call them again the future.

I used SLAM Plumbing to help me install an outdoor kitchen. We had to extend some pipes, install the kitchen, update the faucet that came with the kitchen and they also helped me changing the location of the gas line for the grill. Love their service. Recommend 100%!

Nate was very responsive to fix a dripping faucet and a leaking toilet. The plastic stem on the inside of the faucet handle was broken, and the toilet needed a part. He was able to make repairs the same day - and this was around 6:30 pm on a Friday!

Nate Wright and Zack were here on time and after work started, they discovered nothing was wrong. However the bowl was terribly scratched which was unacceptable. I paid $138.00 but became very angry that they were leaving me with a toilet bowl looking that badly. They said it would be repaired with a new base, but upon return they instead used Bartender’s Friend to remove the scratched areas.

I run a small business in Decatur and we had a plumbing crisis in the middle of our busiest hours. We frantically called numerous plumbers in the area and response time was hours away. However when I hung up the phone with a last resort in walked the tech from SLAM. Their response time was impressive and the problem was identified and fixed quickly. The price was fair and I would highly recommend calling these folks first, I know I will from now on.

Tristan came out and fixed my water heater that was making a really high pitch sound and even added some shut off valves in case of future leak issues. He went through and explained what was going on and WHY he was making certain changes (which is greatly appreciated). He also took a moment to point out certain things to keep an eye out for since some of the PVC piping is getting old and they’ll crack eventually. Then he caught a REALLY slow leak at a connector. He tightened it up and resealed it. Above and beyond. He did a great job and I really appreciate the professionalism these guys have. I will be referring SLAM Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. The guys at SLAM replaced a 60 ft water line at my business yesterday. They did a great job, would highly recommend.

I got a text the morning of my appointment giving me a link that showed where the technician was on the route. Very helpful for planning. Keith arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a tub spout and he diagnosed it and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. I was able to pay easily with a credit card and then he was gone. Fantastic experience from the beginning! After three pipe bursts in less than a year, we we were looking to replace all of the faulty piping in our house (every single bit). It was quite a large job. We called the plumbers we had used for the last three leaks, and when they could not take on the large project, they recommended Slam Plumbing. Slam plumbing replaced the sewer line in our newly purchased home from the basement all the way to the sidewalk. We chose to go with a trenchless replacement, so the disruption to our yard was minimal.They did a great job , and Logan made sure it was completed in one day so we were not without water overnight. They were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. Although their quote for cost was the best of the 4 plumbers I talked to, the main reason I went with Slam was the fact that they explained everything that would be done and answered all questions without being dismissive or condescending. However, Jeff did give me a cleaning restoration contact.

Received correspondence quickly after submitting a request online. Scott came and gave an estimate and was very flexible with the time they could come do the jobs. The estimate was fair and the job was finished professionally, for the estimated price. While here, Scott also noticed a few other things with the plumbing. He was honest about the severity of what he saw, and gave zero pressure to getting any more than I had requested done. I will be calling on SLAM for any future plumbing needs.

Logan and his team were able to correct a continuous toilet back up problem we had by re leveling our pipes. I haven't even had to use a plunger in our busy house with 9 children since the repair was completed! Very friendly with our kids and dog too. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his team were upfront with pricing as well. Even though something else came up while they were replacing our pipes, they addressed that issue at no extra cost. They also cleaned up the sewage in our basement saving us more money on sanitation costs. When you have to spend that kind of money, it’s not as bad when you know it’s being done correctly and you’re not doing something you don’t have to do. SLAM plumbing connected our house to the county sewer line, something most plumbing business do not do. They pumped the septic tank, collapsed it and filled it in. They arranged to have the sewer line from our house to the county line bored rather than trenched which saved our trees and the cleanup associated with trenching. We communicated mostly with Logan who was very responsive and helpful. During the excavating to reach the sewer line they broke an unmarked sprinkler line the next door HOA had installed on county property. They repaired the sprinkler line and graded the area so it was easy to restore to its previous state. I would highly recommend SLAM to everyone.

We recently moved into our home and have had a slew of challenges from the previous owners not using a surge protector. One of them affected the water heater and thus no hot water! We called SMART at 5:30p and they called us back and was able to find someone to see us on their way back. Jeff from SLAM came out yesterday to extend our already existing gas line and install a range hood that required a hole be made through an external brick wall. He was meticulous and it came out looking great! I’m looking at the pre-filled service options to choose from to disclose what was done for us by Google. The answer is, nothing. I can’t choose one of them. He drilled a hole in a pipe for $900 and left. He didn’t check our toilets, didn’t record the footage from snake he ran, didn’t unclog our line. He just asked for more money to move ahead with anything else. There was no assistance. He just did one thing, left the clean out uncapped, and even tried to come back later to finish that. We called another plumber after him and he was surprised by how much we paid for was little service we received. Call someone else.

Scott and the guys were great. We had a gas leak that several other folks had taken a look, couldn't figure it out and said it's probably fine. It wasn't fine, we had a gas leak. Scott came out the next morning and worked until he had figured it out. Then he didn't the rest of the day getting it fixed, so we could take a hot shower that night. Will be my go to company for any future plumbing services. Local really is better.

We live in a high-rise condo complex with strict HOA rules. Our HOA recommends two different plumbers that do not do good work and they charge premium prices. Most of our residents have not been happy with these companies. I did my own research and found SLAM Plumbing. SLAM returned my call the same day and made an appointment for me the same week. Jace came out and identified the problem. He listened to my concerns and recommend a way to fix the problem at the lowest cost. Nate and Jace came out thereafter and replaced the valves in the two showers while only breaking out a small amount of tile that was easily covered by attractive face plates. They also replaced our kitchen faucet. Their work is excellent, their price is reasonable, and they are great guys. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I will start by saying they weren't the least expensive bid (not the highest either) but they were by far the most professional, responsive, and on-time of anyone I spoke to. To me, this value far outweighs a few bucks saved so I decided to hire them for the job.

The entire process of working with SLAM was so easy and professional from the start. Austin came out to my home within 48 hours of me calling to give an estimate and was very on-time which I appreciate. This wasn't a plumbing emergency so that was more than fast enough! He took me through options on where we would be able to install the new hot water heater, showed me what piping would need replaced, and discussed options for ventilation placement, etc.

When it came time for the install, once again Austin was very on-time and early within the arrival window. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this! We once again overviewed the work to be done before he started. I had to step away from home for morning appointments, but Austin sent me photos of the progress before stepping to the hardware store and hopefully his lunch break! It has only been a few days, but so far I'm very happy with the work done and I will absolutely hire SLAM Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future!

I requested a need for leak detection through their website and received a response within a few hours (at night). They scheduled an inspection visit a few days later, arrived on time, and subsequently spent two and a half hours investigating the leak. The technician, Jeff, clearly explained all the work he did and provided recommendations for next steps. I also liked how they were upfront with pricing before doing any work. The price was certainly fair for all the work they did. I'd highly recommend SLAM plumbing, especially if you get Jeff.

I had water raining down in my living room from my tub last night! I reached out to my neighbors for a recommendation and was referred to Slam. They answered right away and Nate was able to get here and figure out the cause of my issue all within a couple of hours. He couldn't fix it today (not his fault, I actually have to buy a new tub) but he was able to determine where the leak is coming from. He was extremely professional. He told me everything he was doing before he did it. Explained the cost in detail and cleaned up everything to the satisfaction of even my teenage daughter, whose wall he had to cut open to access the tub! We've used SLAM twice in the last month. The first time was to replace our hot water heater. I contacted them through the website and got a really quick response and had them scheduled a day or two later to come out. Scott & Nate were beyond nice about our crazy, barky dog & worked hard to get the new hot water heater installed. They were up front about the details of the job and all went great. I have used SO many big name corporate plumbers in Atlanta over the years, if it’s a big one I’ve used it. I’ve been left disgruntled and overpaying every time, some worse than others. A neighbor referred me to Slam Plumbing, and these guys blow the other companies out of the water in terms of service, quality, and price! All of my issues have been fixed in a timely manner, and the prices are half of what other big box companies have charged me in the past for the same services. The plumber has always been professional and knowledgeable, getting the job done and making sure it’s a quality fix before leaving. They are timely as well and don’t ghost, they’ve always shown up within their window and will send you a link with a car tracker when they’re on the way.

Great service as preventative. SLAM cleaned and inspected our sewer lines from the house and made recommendations. 4/13/23 Updated: SLAM came to our house to perform sewer pipe repairs after we uncovered a second clean out pipe. It turned out no actual repair was necessary. SLAM didn't charge us a service call even though they brought out equipment and were prepared to do a serious job. Simply amazing!

Our toilets and showed we’re all backed up and our old cast iron pipes were leaking in the basement. The timing could not have been worse. I called SLAM Plumbing to come inspect clogged drains in our bathroom double vanity. We tried everything from Drano to a sink snake, and were unsuccessful. Above and beyond. Triston with Slam did an excellent job identifying my low water pressure issue and installing a regulator. He also installed new shower fixtures and valve and made a very even drywall cut so an access panel could later be installed.
He installed new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The bathroom fixtures were a little too large for the holes in the granite countertop but he was determined and found a solution that worked.
Tristen maintained a very clean work space so after he left, only minor sweeping was needed.
I would highly recommend Slam Plumbing.

We purchased a tankless water heater with a recirculating pump. The plumber who installed it said the recirculating pump was working. When we had some issues with the water heater we called SLAM. Austin came out and said the recirculating pump was not hooked up. He was able to get it running and now we have instant hot water.

Slam Plumbing is top notch. We've used them 4 times on 4 projects and they are quickly available, efficient, a good value, and easy on the eyes (hubba, hubba ladies). They also use a great communication platform that quickly texts and emails quotes, arrival ETAs, and invoices. Lucky to have them as our neighborhood plumbers.

After a tankless water heater installation went south due to a single employee (no longer with Slam) not validating electrical requirements, the owner called me, reviewed the situation, and refunded my $3K. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. During a period where many Metro Atlanta homeowners were experiencing problems with pipes bursting due to cold weather, I was not not optimistic about finding an available plumbing service. When I contacted SLAM Plumbing, not only did they return my call WITHIN MINUTES but they sent out a technician who was knowledgeable, courteous and able to resolve the issue (with my water heater) in about 30 to 45 minutes upon arriving! I sincerely appreciate businesses that say what the do and do what the say and I definitely found it with SLAM Plumbing!

SLAM Plumbing has helped us out with a few things at our house: installation of a new hot water heater, and leak detection and replacement of some super old pipes and valves in our shower. Each time they were super communicative about arrival times and it was so easy to set up an appointment (and quick too, never had to wait too long). I've worked with a couple of their guys and all of them are friendly, and professional and do a great job of explaining what the issues are in a way that you can understand. Their pricing is very fair and I always felt like it was clear what I was being charged for and why - there are never any surprises. We gave them a call due to an issue we needed addressed for our gym. Keith showed up on the time he said he would. He was professional and quick to start his assessment. Once he completed his inspection, he gave us some honest recommendations that we truly appreciated. I will recommend them to others and will use them again n then future.

I would highly recommend SLAM to anyone in the ATL area. My serviceperson, Scott, was courteous, clean, a great communicator, and considerate of the cost concerns. My issue was old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced, and he did an excellent job. Call SLAM for any issue.

We really found ourselves in a jam late Friday night with a plumbing emergency. Austin with SLAM contacted me first thing Saturday morning and fit me into their already packed day. He kept in contact with me leading up to the appointment and once he got here, he had us up and running in no time. Fast, efficient, inexpensive. Jeff replaced 3 leaking hose bibbs and replaced a burnt out mini water heater with a recirculating pump and solved the issue with getting hot water quickly to the far end of the house. This is the second time I have used them and both time they do a great job of providing and explaining options and making recommendations. Jeff was also great at answering all my questions around my hot water options. I will most definitely use them in the future as they provide great response and service.
