Kris of Royal Plumbing help to turn a tough situation of a separated sewer line into a somewhat pleasant experience. The sewer line break was 7 feet deep very close to a power transformer box. There were various service cables and power cables buried at various depths. Kris took his time on the job and was meticulous in getting the job done right. He effectively communicated with me every step of the way and keep me informed during the entire project. This help ease the pain of a tough situation making it better to deal with. My company used royal flush on several occasions. Each time we would get someone who is knowledgeable of what they're doing, dedicated to finish the work, and easy to deal with. Scheduling a repair with them isn't very hard and they're not always fully booked and unreachable like the other companies. I always reserve those guys for the big jobs that need equipment and trained and licensed plumbers to do them. They never failed me in terms of the quality of the work and their prices are very reasonable compared to the other professional plumbing companies.

No hot water on a Sunday morning. I called at 11:15 am and David S. was here at 12:00 pm. He replaced the heating element and got it up and running. He didn’t try to oversell me on a whole new hot water heater, just assessed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend and will use again.

Unfortunately old oak tree roots have been bursting pipes in my neighborhood and mine finally fell victim. Kris and an apprentice came out to assess the issue and ended up running a new line. They started a couple days before all the frozen pipes burst around Atlanta on 12/24. They worked through the freezing cold and worked nonstop to help plenty others as well. They even had some of my neighbors coming up and begging them to come to their homes next due to freezing pipes that had burst. My pipes got fixed in a few days but the project took longer to complete (insulation, putting walls back together and covering pipes underground) due to the craziness that happened over Christmas Eve. Through it all, Kris was very communicative and professional which I greatly appreciated. It’s never fun to have a major plumbing issue but if/when you do, Kris is the guy!

Will not be using Royal Flush again. I hire plumbers often for residential jobs all over the city, and have a pretty good idea of the ballpark range of most repairs. Royal Flush's fees were significantly higher than what I've experienced in the past. On top of that, no portion of the exorbitant service call/diagnostic fee was applied towards the work done, even though they said they'd apply half of it. The quoted cost changed multiple times as well, and when part of the repair could not be completed, somehow the final cost went up. Lesson learned, I'll be sticking with the other, better services out there.

On the 'pro' side, the plumber was on time... So there's that.

Jose showed up on time around 8:30A.M. On a Saturday morning and went through a multitude of process of elimination steps to locate the leak. 4 hours later the leak was repaired and I was a happy customer of Royal Flush. Leak turned out to be 3 nail pin holes within the drain pipe from my laundry room. Jose allowed for 3 drain cycles of the washing machine before he was satisfied the source of the water was found and corrected. Pipe repair where the leak was located was actually within the wall of my hall coat closet on the second floor, laundry room is located on the 3rd floor of the house. This certainly wasn’t an easy issue to locate so I appreciate his persistence.

Our garbage disposal wasn’t working or draining causing stalled water in the sink. Reached out to Royal Flush Pluming in the morning and by the end of the day our kitchen sink was back in full operation!! Big thanks to Troy for taking care of us, he even went the extra mile to secure a previously left wire so my mother felt more safe.
