Shawn did an awesome job with a couple toilet repairs and it was completely hassle free. He even gave me some very helpful troubleshooting advice on a potential leak occurring in my sprinkler system that I was going to repair myself just as an additonal bonus to the repairs I called them about. I will definately use them again for all my future plumbing needs.

Woah! Timely, professional, thorough, knowledgeable--what more could one person want in a great business? Truly our experience was outstanding. The first call went out on a Friday, someone arrived on Saturday, parts arrived on Monday and repair was made on a Tuesday. We had 5 guests coming to stay for the week and they jumped through hoops to get us the part we needed and FAST! On top of that, they noticed our other water heater needed repairing to avoid the same problem in the future and they fixed it as well. With 9 people in a house and limited hot water, the Chambliss crew stepped up and no one even noticed there was an issue. We are grateful for Chambliss, Justin and his technicians who are a cut above! Thanks so much for a great experience.

I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. I’m completely satisfied and will be contacting American Auger Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you!

So glad I found this companyThe installer (Corey Bentley) is very professional and knowledgeable. I was so thankful that they came back around 4:30pm and stayed till 10:00pm to complete the installation. There was another young man that assisted who was also great. Overall they did a great job. The only minor complaint I have is that Meghan at the office quoted one price over the phone and when Cory got here, the price of installation had increased slightly because they couldn’t do the $300.00 off the water softener and $150.00 off the membership. I decided to not purchase the membership in order to stick with the phone quote. I still am happy with the installation and would recommend Blue Frog. In fact, my sister will be hiring them for a water softener installation.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. We had an issue with our gas fireplace that we though may have been the valve based on a prior inspection. Making an appointment with Wills All Pro was quick and easy and the representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. On the day of our appointment, there was an opportunity to have our repairman come early. The dispatcher was again friendly, polite, and professional. Our repairman arrived very close to the anticipated time, wore show covers the entire time he was in the house, cleaned up any fashion of mess that may have occurred (there was very little) and put everything back together better than it had been before. He was thorough and worked efficiently (but intentionally), and again-was very friendly, polite, and professional. We will absolutely call Will’s All Pro in the future! Highly recommend!

Didn't like the fact I paid$59 dollar's for them to come out and tell me what they could have told me over the phone.

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again.
