During his process he found another major problem, but used some creative skills to not only fix our leak at a reasonable price, but also saved us a lot of money. I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

What a great experience! From talking to Jeni on the phone, Marty showing up the same day to assess the water heater, and then the crew who came and installed the new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier! Their collective professionalism, integrity and knowledge was refreshing and informative. I knew absolutely nothing about water heaters, but now feel educated enough to know what to do next time. Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(

They are always missing apppintments. Charged $275 for de-clogging kitchen drain. Had to call back within a week to re-do the job.

My tankless water heater (about a year old) randomly started leaking from the PRV. I needed someone the same day because I didn’t want to waste water. There were a couple of other low priority things to address as well. I contacted Evo Plumbing and they set me up with an appointment a few hours later. A water pressure test was done and a hard water test taken right after arrival. We then talked about the water heater and my other concerns. I was told what the cause may be, and if not that it could be a couple of other things. A plan was made to perform what was thought to be the problem then would move on from there if that didn’t fix it. Everything was fully explained to me in detail and I ended only needing a new PVR, a yearly flush was completed as well. I’m glad I found a plumbing company I can rely on and keep their information on hand for future needs. Thanks, Issac!

Charley was referred to us by another plumber and he is the best! He helped us test our laundry set up as we wanted to make sure all the pipes and drains are working in preparation of installing a pair of laundry machines. He also helped us correct the wiring for a couple of the new water heaters installed by this other plumber in order to make sure these water heaters are installed up to code. But what impressed us the most about Charley is his friendliness and dedication to customer service. On a Sunday night, we were out of town, and got an urgent call from our tenants who just moved into a property and discovered that there was no hot water. Knowing that nobody really worked on Sundays, we reached out to Charley to see if he could help us resolve the problem first thing on Monday. We explained the situation to him. To our surprise, he said that he would be over to the house to check out the problem right away and he was at the house in about 15 minutes. He located the problem water heater, was able to re-start the pilot and fixed the issue for us. He also found some parts issues with the water heater and offered to return to fix the parts at a later time. When we were about to find out how much the cost would be for this emergency visit, he said that this would be a courtesy visit, so he is not charging us for the trip. We are so grateful and heartened by Charley’s kindness and super-fast actions to help us address the problem. We highly recommend Charley to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and skillful plumber – Charley is the best!
