Great same day service!! They were able to come out within a few hours of me calling them about my issue. Sergio was the technician plumber that came out. And after explaining my issue he got to work right away. He was very communicative and respectful of my property. He was able to fix my clogged kitchen sink that was not draining. I am very very pleased with their service, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink. I called $15 Sewer and Drain Thursday evening and was able to arrange for a plumber to show up the next morning. That was quick. Martin Benitez showed up on time. He was friendly, professional. The fix was difficult but he knew how to handle it. He did a great job. I highly recommend the company and Martin.

We had a leakage issue through the supply valve and supply line in the bathroom on a Saturday. We initially called another 24 hours company and quoted us $500 for the repair after checking the problem. That sounded ridiculous since the work wasn't as difficult. We rejected the work with that company and turned off the main line so that we could stop the leakage while we looked for few other options on Sunday.
I found the $15 sewer & drain company via Google and the reviews were good. Their rate was $115 for an hour and it sounded reasonable. The service person who fixed our leakage was Luis Gonzalez. He was very genuine and helped fix the problem pretty quickly. He provided bit of general information as well that helped us better understand how to prevent such problems in future.
I would recommend the company if you are looking for plumbing work to be done and definitely recommend Luis. Thank you team for helping us over the weekend since we were getting frustrated with not being able to use water for almost 1 day.

I have used them many times (emergencies and scheduled work)...Another easy call yesterday on Monday (11/14/2022) to schedule the visit this morning on Tuesday (11/15/2022), responsive/set schedule (two hour window), fantastic customer service --- I believe the owner on the phone yesterday and Luis Gonzalez, the technician who came to my house, were both fabulous (personable, knowledgeable, and professional), and execution (Luis did the job perfectly and was gone for a very reasonable price). Luis even helped me setup/provided guidance to me for my upcoming kitchen sink project.

Martin came out with the scheduled 2 hour window. Had to give it a couple of tries but he got it unclogged. He was informative provided recommendations future issue. Definitely would use this service again.

I called this morning with a big clog problem in my laundry room sink also affecting the kitchen. They were able to get a technician out today. This company has always sent their technician to do repairs promptly.
They are very honest, professional, and efficient and I have worked with this company for more than 10 years and I like them very much. I am glad that they even emailed me the statement with photos and an explanation of the cause of the drainage on the same day, so I can clarify the responsibility with my tenant easily. The most recent repair was done on Aug 10th, 2022.

Angel came out for a backed up drain and gave us an estimate for a 2-hour job. Five hours later - after they discovered that part of the problem was related to a bathroom remodel we had done a couple of years ago - they fixed the problem…and only charged us the amount of the original estimate. Angel and his co-worker Martin were professional and hardworking and we will definitely call them again!

Called $15 Sewer and Drain and they gave a 2 hour window. Got a text that the technician was on the way and the technician arrived within the 2 hr window as promised. The job was well done, technician was friendly, clean, had boot covers, wore a mask (even though was not required) and was thoroughly professional. Great service over all.

When the bathroom backs up and brown water is flowing into the bathtub, they are the ones to call. I have relied on them for years to periodically unclog the old pipes on our property. They show up quickly and get the job done. Professional service at a good price and very fast same day service!

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Sergio from their team came to stop by for estimates for the gas line extension project, he said that I’ll receive a quote within two days. It’s been three weeks and after following up twice, they still haven’t done the estimates yet. This shows how less they care for their customers.

Thanks Benny Silva for a fast and CLEAN job. Benny and his helper ran a snake down our main sewer line to clear out a big tangle of roots. The open cage style of snake can splatter sewage on nearby surfaces. Benny was very conscientious and kept things clean… and cleaned up some of the other mess from the original backup. THANK YOU for the great job. $115 well spent.

Scheduling an appt was easy. They had quick availability (They were able to arrive 3 hours after I called). Martin was on time. He was professional, helpful and accommodating. He was able to clear out my main sewer line in 20 min. Good price.

I've been using your company for many times before and had never been treated like this before?
Your company had sent technicians four times and they still couldn't fix this drainage problem and left me with no solutions and waisted my time and inconvenience of my tenants....

I also called in this morning 06/22/2022 at around 9ish or so and raked to a lady and promised that will email me the reports and also have someone call me back for explanation of the issues and not yet to get any calls nor the email. She mentioned that they will do it asap.
No nothing yet.

He also left me with no reports as he promised to do. He took my credit card information and when I asked him how much he never answered that question and changed me. When I checked my credit card charges I noticed that there is a charge pending for $415.
I'm going to place a complaint if this changes are not reversed until he comes and fix the problem.

I called $15 Sewer service in the morning to unclog the drain in the bath tub in my house. I was expecting to pay between $100-$200 to snake the drain. I had a majorly clogged kitchen sink drain. I phoned up $15 Sewer & Drain and got a same day appointment! As has been my experience in the past, a professional person arrived, introduced themselves, and solved the issue. Kitchen sink is draining! No more hand washing of dishes one at a time! We are ready to go and my parents are coming into town later today. Thank you so much!

The bathroom in our adu was clogged and we had another company came to fix it, twice. The first time they pushed the clog into the main line. The second time they said i have to install a cleanout before they can do anything more. So I called $15 sewer & drain service to come and give me a quote for the cleanout installation. Sergio came the next day with his folks and actually cleared the clog before installing the cleanout! They did it from the roof and it wasn't an easy task! But they managed to unclogged the line and put it back in service. They earned my trust by their work so I'm giving the job of installing two cleanouts and pipe update in the crawl space to them. I may come back and update the review once these job are done. But if I don't, that means all good.

Specially, the technician, Kevin .., what a muscle ! & knowledgeable !! guy; the company should keep !! him until he resigns ..; he solved ( did ! ) all by himself for a job of 3 guys !, since I had the same problem about 3 years ago, here at the 4 - plex complex in San Jose ..

Better change the name to $115 Sewer & Drain Service. That bait and switch is pretty shady. Would rather pay someone else $200 than pay someone who lies to get calls.

Only this time the response time was poor. Schedule the night before for next day bathtub drain.
Called next day and $15 Sewer have no schedule for the repair, The scheduler then said schedule me a plumber in 1 hour and it did not happen until 3 hours latter after a number of phone calls from me to the company.

I called at 530 am and talked to a gal who said they would be out by 800 and some one would call at 730 to let me know that a person was on the way I called them at 755 and they had no record of my call so the gentleman I spoke with said he could have someone out there between 10 and 12 they got there by 11 and had my drain unclog by 1115 so thank you for your help great job
