SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter

We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

We had an undetectable water leak at our home. We had one plumbing company come out, and they were not able to find the issue. I called SWAGS and they came over the same day, discovered were the leak was, and had it repaired the next day! Daniel was punctual and systematically helped diagnose the source of the leak from our upstairs bathroom. Although the root cause was not specifically found to be a plumbing issue, he was able to refer us to appropriate contacts to assist. I work from home while also caring for my 10 month old son during the day. When realizing both of our only toilets were clogged, I immediately went into panic thinking “I don’t have time to deal with this”. I contacted SWAGS around 12pm, was advised they could arrive between 3-5pm, and actually showed up at my doorstep at around 1:30pm. I cannot begin to thank Dan and Daniel for arriving earlier than expected and for identifying the issue, and resolving it so quickly. I was able to go on about my day as if nothing happened and was even able to pick up my oldest from school on time which didn’t think would be possible. Thank you again!

I called SWAGS plumbing to get a second opinion about an internal leak repair because a general contractor was threatening to make leak repair more complicated than I thought was needed. Jaime was so kind to spend 2 hours on a Sunday, providing multiple options for repair even knowing I was stuck using a different plumber. He was very knowledgeable, professional and with his information I was able to simplify the issue and avoid having to tear open a ceiling as was being suggested by the GC and his plumber. I wish I could have had Jamie as the plumber for my job and I'll definitely be calling SWAGS first for future plumbing needs.

Jamie and his team performed a difficult leak repair underneath the slab of my townhouse. They worked with the leak detection people and determined where it was, and were very prompt in their appointments and took care of it within a few days. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

Techs arrived on time to fix a leaking shower. Completed the job carefully and in a timely manner. Techs were respectful, communicated clearly, and kept their work area clean (they wore masks and plastic shoe covers). Compared to other plumbing services I've hired in the past, their rates were fair and reasonable. Will consider using SWAGS again.

I called Swags Plumbing with a drain back up in my bath tub. Daniel came and carefully diagnosed the back up was from the kitchen sink after checking the other pipes in the basement and proceeded to snake that drain from an outside outlet and solved the problem. I found Daniel to be very professional and explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it.
Daniel was on time and kept me informed by text when I should expect him.

Very responsive, on time and excellent execution. I had a terrible clog in the main pipe coming out of the kitchen sink which I couldn’t fix on my own using DIY methods. I messaged Swags and they came back to me few mins later, could accommodate my emergency and scheduled me for same day appointment. Jaime arrived sharply at the scheduled time and fixed the clog and also fixed the pipes under the sink all in less than 1 hour and without leaving any mess behind. Excellent service, I strongly recommend them.

I had a plumbing emergency which caused us to shut off the main water line leaving us with no water at all anywhere!! Jaime went out of his way to accomodate me. He came on a Friday late afternoon and was very prompt. He fixed our problem and made sure it was done right. He is very professional and responsible. He wore a mask and shoe covers which is a plus. I would like to add that I called a total of 5 plumbing companies and he was the only one willing to come that same day. Other companies advertised 24/7 service but were not available til the next day or even days later. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future. Thank you!! I am very impressed by Swags Plumbing with their honesty , eager to help , accessibility, easy to talk with, skill and transparency on their plan and charge before a job is done.

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.

Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!
