This company is terrible first the fire then they were hired again the lady in the office is nasty & rude. How does she still work there. Got my name wrong and when I corrected her she said “whatever” unprofessional & not sure how this place is still in business you don’t talk to customers that way. Disgusting. Get some customer service classes for your employees. 4 star yea right!

Another plumbing company in the area wanted to charge me double what Dustin charged and only after they charged me $89 just to come to my house... would not even give me an estimate over the phone. Dustin let me know right away what it would cost and when he could be at my house. I highly recommend.

EASTERDAY PLUMBING have been in my house multiple times for different occasions and circumstances.. they have always been on time.. respectable.. knowledgeable and explained their work prior...during and after they have finished fixing the issue. I have called other..plumbers, and handyman to fix some problems in my house...but none of them were as professional as EASTERDAY PLUMBING. Can’t respect a company that can’t even pay their employees for dying in a attic all day

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.

Don't hire these people. They are a joke. They can't keep up with the schedule. They are not good with plumbing. They screwed up new house plumbing. They installed underground pipe wrong and it got leaked after few weeks. They charged me for that. Not only that they charged me double the same work, trying to get this refund is not easy. Never hire this company again.
