My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

When our tankless stop working, it was a challenge to find anyone who assisted with our home remodel to come and take a look at it. So we went to Yelp and requested assistance from multiple sources. SPS came through for us both in speed of communication and honesty in their work. In the end, they were able to identify and resolve the issue.

Martin and team replaced the aging pipes for both the sewer and water lines, installed brand new toilets and shower fixtures, and installed a new water heater. Excellent communication by Martin as he made sure to let me know what was going on and provided a walkthrough to show each day's progress. For starters, they were on time. The plumber was polite and explained every detail of what was needed for repairing/replacing broken water pipe under the house now and preventative suggestions that would prevent future mishaps. The decision was mine not theirs, which I appreciated. I took his advice. Everything was completed in half a day. I am very, very satisfied with their performance and the company's response. All the old materials were hauled away and included in the price, which was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose to install a new oil tank and offset supply steel pipe. From the moment providing us with advice and the quote, John was very friendly and professional. Always responded on time and answered all the questions. During the completion, his team John, Steve, and Raymont were professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to the company. They completed the job on time, with high standards, and left the place clean and tidy. We discovered Richard, of Affordable Plumbing Solutions, via a Google search in January 2018 while I was self-contracting our master bath remodel. He did the copper pipe for our double shower head design and relocated our drain. He crawled under our house and worked with me to locate the drain in the exact position I wanted. His work and PRICE was EXCELLENT! I have never used a plumber with his knowledge and VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES! He has since done multiple jobs for us. He is currently helping us with our vacation home remodel. Richard is very conscientious! He is very professional! He is very responsive! He arrives when he promises or will text to update his arrival time. When he does develop a scheduling issue, he will work with you. For example, he was set to arrive at our vacation home on a Friday, but it turned out he was unavailable, so he came a day early instead of putting me off. My wife and I are COMPLETELY satisfied with Richard's work. He's a GREAT plumber AND more importantly, he's a GREAT human being. If you need a plumber, we can't imagine you finding anyone better than Richard, of Affordable Plumbing Solutions! He is now a part of our TEAM and we will always call him for our plumbing needs.

Mike Falcone gave me a reasonable quote for installing a new AC/Heating System for our house. Mike even made an offer without losing any of my build it cabinets and closet space. Even though the installation took longer than expected, Mike’s guys (Tim, Alan & the rest) were always professional, prompt & ready to answer any questions you throw at them. I highly recommend Mike and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

Kiet showed up when he said he would, took the time to understand our needs and examine the property, and gave us a fair price for the job. He completed the work the same day, staying well after dark and making sure everything was just right. We would definitely hire him again.

Señor Rooter came to the rescue at the perfect time. I had an unfortunate run in with another less than professional company that left my sewage line in shambles. Very professional and reliable

Unlike the various ‘Rooter’ companies, Plumbing Tech quoted a reasonable rate for the work that needed to be done. They started the project as soon as they could and finished in two days. The jobs were an re-pipe and a new sewer line to the sidewalk. Adrian is a great communicator and very responsive. I added on a couple of toilets and the installation cost was very friendly. He even came back out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis unit at no additional cost. Everything is working fine. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech.

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Our heater failed yesterday, I contacted Water Heaters Only this morning, and our new heater is in this afternoon. Kevin, the technician that did the install has 35 years experience and it showed. He came right on time, sized up the install and the next thing I knew the old heater was in the truck. Could not appreciate Kevin's knowledge of what heaters work best and how to install the new one in the most professional manner. I would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only and use them next time.
