The rep who came was very responsive to my questions and concerns. We examined several options to remedy our plumbing problem to include cost factors and not only short-term but also long-term considerations. After these discussions we decided on a plan. He was able to complete the job that same day. He called for some assistance for a part of the job which required 2 people. He was very professional—listened well to our needs and explained the situation in laymen’s terms. Great company!

Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.

The technicians were professional and completed the work fast. They did a great job installing a new water heater for us.

Freedom Underground Plumbing replaced our main sewer and water lines. The main sewer line replacement was done entirely trench-less, whereas the water line replacement was a combination of trench-less and open trench. The entire work was done in a timely manner and with great quality; we passed inspections without any issues. The water line replacement was a bit complex with multiple turns. The crew used smooth turns on the line where possible and we have had no drop in water pressure in the house or in the irrigation lines. The crew did its best to leave the landscape looking as much like before as possible. They even put back the grass cover that had to be removed for digging a wide hole.

Freddy, the owner, gave me a quote that was competitive with the others I received. However I chose to go with Freedom Underground because Freddy genuinely seemed interested in providing the best solution for our needs. The foremen, Alex and Christian were both very responsive to my questions and kept me up-to-date with what was being done. I requested a change-order for replacing part of the sewer line under the house, and the quote provided was reasonable.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience and whole-heartedly recommend Freedom Underground for underground replacement work.

Martin and his team at Universal Plumbing are incredibly professional. They showed up on time, finished on time, and provided excellent advice. They were very detailed in their estimate and kept us abreast of the work every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Finding a trustworthy person to do any work on your home is similar to finding a needle in a haystack. We searched online and called a few places. I had a good feeling about Handy Rooter & Plumbing and my instincts were correct.

It was simple, we called Handy Rooter & Plumbing and set our appointment. Trieu the owner arrived promptly at our appointment time. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I do a lot of cooking and over a period of ten years our sink eventually clogged in our home. Trieu was able to clear the clog. We ran by a few other items we had that we would like done- like bidet toilets etc and other home items we would like updated. My husband and I liked his candid and honest way of communication. We will have Trieu back to update our toilets and fix other miscellaneous items that require a plumbers attention.

After 12 consecutive years of writing online reviews, I will add Handy Rooter & Plumbing to my short list of people we highly trust with home repairs. If you're reading this I highly recommend Trieu as he's honest and hardworking.

I needed two faucets replaced in my master bath. They responded to my inquiry immediately and sent Steven out by 8:30 the next morning. He gave me a quote and within an hour was back at my house with the new faucets ready to install. The job ended up taking much longer than anticipated due to the corrosion inside one of the old faucets. They stuck to the original quote even though there was a lot of extra labor and time to remove the old faucet. They did a beautiful job and left my bathroom immaculate.
So happy to have found a reliable plumber!

Steve is honest, fair, conscientious, and determined to do great work. A couple of years ago, I had an issue with my A/C system and another company recommended I replace my entire system which seemed excessive. I posted a call on Nextdoor for another opinion and several people suggested I call Steve at Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose. He fixed my issue without replacing the system for one-tenth the cost and even came back to be sure everything was running properly. His crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and clear about the work they were doing and what to expect. After years of contacting HVAC companies and holding my breath, I finally found a company for the life of my system.

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

Fidel and the whole crew at Gomez have been my go-to plumbers since 2019. They've cleared out drains, replaced our supply/drain lines (no problems with drains after that!), and helped with troubleshooting leaks free of charge. They are a total class act and I'm proud to support a local business.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

We used Water Heaters Only, Inc. before which was good, but our technician, Steve Burlison, today was excellent. He treated the job carefully like it was in his own home and helped us cleaned the molds off the closet area. He was very patient to teach me several tips about earthquake safety related to water and gas. If someone needs a water heater, I would refer others your way. Thanks again~
