I have used Miracle plumbing on at least 2 occasions in the past 2 years.

And one occasion I had 3 toilets replaced in my house. 2 were upstairs.
All the work was dined flawlessly and efficiently. There was no damage, everything was clean and it was as new when they were done.

More recently I had a garbage disposal replace and that too was done in a professional expert fashion.

On each occasion the employees showed up on time and did the job efficiently and professionally. They wore masks due to covid issues which I really appreciated. They made sure that I was satisfied with the job and on both occasions it was better than expected.

I will continue to use their services for all plumbing needs in the future. I recommend them without reservation. I have had negative experiences with other companies in the past but Not with Miracle Plumbing. They are a great company and will do everything they can to provide exactly what you want.

Phil was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have taken a few quotes already and the previous plumbers did not fill is with confidence and seemed to be kind of just winging the estimate and guessing on a lot of factors. However, Phil was very knowledgeable and clearly had a lot of experience and was able to clearly address all our concerns and give us sound recommendations. (Landlord willing) We hope to be using them soon to get the job done and we certainly hope Phil will be the one to help us again! Thanks again!

Miracle Plumbing has done two jobs for me. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing. They give you the cost of the repairs upfront, so you are not surprised at the end of their service. They solved all my plumbing issues quickly. Office staff super helpful. Answered the phone and returned calls immediately. Office staff had suggestions to help with water leak issues until help available. Chris worked super fast and efficient, worked late, willing to make schedule flexible. Offered options for repairs. Worked late to get materials and supplies for part 2 the next day. Super organized. Willing to work during rain storm. Saw some other things suggested get fixed. SO GLAD I PICKED THIS BUSINESS from a list of choices. Will be giving the phone number to other people to have on hand. Will be using again. Need some drywall work after this so will be calling back about that as we continue repairs. We had concerns about our faucet leaks, toilets, and issues with other old plumbing choroding. Chris checked everything, and described his reasoning so we could make the best decision, as well as educated us on why there were issues, and what areas could be left alone. He immediately noticed there was a safety recall on our toilets and made the necessary steps to repair. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge.

We had another company look at many the same issues who told us they didn't know what was wrong (since the toilets were not standard) and never got back to us, so it was a relief to have Chris with his knowledge.

I had a toilet that was leaking at the bottom, which caused my entire floor to flood. I called Miracle Plumbing and they sent someone immediately within an hour to fix it. I have never used a service that was so responsive. I would absolutely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Called them at 5 in the evening, they came out first thing next day. Took pictures of the broken part, then went to buy replacements. Got the part and replaced it.
The broken part had a stripped screw - i was afraid that we would have to cut open the surrounding parts also, but the plumber was able to remove it without cutting. That saved me a bunch of money.

The final bill was very reasonable, considering that they came out first thing in the morning, and the plumber was very professional and cleaned up after the replacement was done.

I would definitely consider miracle for my future plumbing needs.

Joel and Judy are a great team. Judy was super sweet and made us feel very comfortable that our plumbing issues would be handled promtoly. When she sent Joel, I received a text with his picture, a small introduction and a confirmation of my address and the time he'd arrive. It was pretty cool. Judy, who is the dispatch operator, went above and beyond the call of duty to help troubleshoot and find someone to come fix our problem on a holiday weekend.

Ryan, the service technician, couldn’t have been more professional. He arrived at our house within 15mins of the service call (on a holiday wknd). Upon arrival, he was determined to solve what could’ve been a major issue by investigating all potential problems. My sprinkler valve spring a leak forcing me to shut off the main valve. Miracle Plumbing squeezed me in last minute and sent Ryan out to take a look. Ryan found the problem immediately and recommended that I replace the 30 year old system rather than throwing away money on a bandaid fix. He found the sprinkler shut off valve which I didn't see and turned off that valve so I could restore water to my house. All said and done, he didn't charge a dime.
Miracle Plumbing and specifically Ryan Kennedy is the most honest and helpful company you could ask for. They could have price gouged me but instead saved me money with an honest assessment.
I will only use Miracle Plumbing and Ryan for my plumbing needs. Awesome job guys!

Our water heater started leaking and we discovered it late in the day. There was no shut off valve and the leak was pretty severe. I called Miracle Plumbing after hours and spoke with Phil. He was super nice and understanding. He found someone in the area and the plumber, Ryan, arrived within the hour. Ryan was incredible. He worked outside in the dark and was as nice and professional as could be. Ryan came back the next day and with Phil, they installed a new water heater and fixed the damaged area, as well as put us in contact with the remediation company. We could not be happier with their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Ryan was also kind enough to speak with the insurance adjuster to answer her questions. Excellent service at reasonable price!

I had a water pipe leak in my house recently which caused a lot of inconveniences. I called multiple plumbing companies and Miracle Plumbing was the only company that provides same-day service, which was a huge plus for me!

The staff who helped me was David. David's on-time, very professional and very candid and straightforward about the pricing structures. He was able to identify the location of the leak and repaired it, in less than 3 hours!

If I ever run into similar problems in the future, I will choose Miracle Plumbing without hesitation. If you have water leak problems, I highly recommend David, as he's very professional and knowledgeable, and really knows the work.

Judy was super friendly and great to speak with when I reached out for advice on my issues with existing toilet. Chris assisted me with recommendations on a new toilet while I was on the phone with Judy. They were both very personable.

Called because kitchen sink was backing up into garage sink. Judy was so warm and helpful on the phone, she said they were busy but she would add me as a floater appointment. Soon after the call I got a text saying Joel would be there between 5-7pm He showed up at 5:30 very professional and friendly. Service was for after regular business hours replacement of leaking water heater. Romeo the Technician arrived on time and found the reason for the leak. Romeo thoroughly explained replacement options and the installation process. Romeo took the time to explain how high usage and hard water can shorten the life of a water heater. And Romeo explained how a expansion tank and larger sediment trap would help extend the life of the replacement water heater. Romeo without a helper efficiently installed the replacement water heater. The kids did not miss their bath. We really appreciate the quick response, courteous and professional service that Miracle Plumbing and their Technician Romeo provided.

Had to leave a review because Judy and Ryan are amazing and Miracle Plumbing deserves a stellar review! I've been dealing with a faucet that one day suddenly seemed to have lost pressure. All other water sources were working fine, but this one faucet one day was reduced to a trickle. Finally decided to call plumbing after just suffering for months. Turns out it was just a little pebble stuck in the aerator. My own fault for never bothering to check it and assuming it was a piping issue, but one call made all the difference! Mind you, Judy and Ryan could just as easily have made things complicated and send someone out to charge God knows how many dollars just to make an extra buck, but instead they provided excellent communication and a wonderfully simple and quick solution. All in all, I'm submitting this review with a great deal of gratitude for their help. Thank you again Judy and Ryan!

After making several calls and hearing outrageous estimates for a simple shower repair,, I finally made the right phone call to Miracle and met Judy and Phil over the phone... not only were they friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating , they were above all,, very honest and they also were able to send David out the following day to take care of what I needed for my shower. David was very knowledgeable and patient and great to work with.

Especially during these difficult times, this company knows how to treat people and provide exceptional customer service..

Right from the start, just great service and more importantly a great experience. They really care and will recommend the right thing to do. Case in point, were quickly able to tell me my water heater ,even though it was installed 5 years ago , was still under mfg warranty and to call and get them to ship the part. Very expensive water heater replacement and when I called for issues with my faucets not having pressure the installer came back and said I had to replace my kitchen pull down faucet head ( brand new). The bathroom faucet no pressure said I need a new faucet its too old. After spending $2885.00 the hot water tank was the cheapest and does not perform as well as my old one. I missed the 30 day warrenty because I was not home so I feel I did not get what I paid for. Beware not all their employes know what they are doing. My son rated them high but after a week changes his opinion so the rating does not reflect the review.

I thought they were very reasonable, especially for being after hours and they also were upfront with all costs as we went along. Ryan and David were my plumbers and they did a superb job of finding the source of a bad leak in my unit and they were super nice too. They worked clean as they went along too. Had a great experience with Miracle Plumbing. Even though they ended up being a bit too expensive for my home warranty insurance to ultimately work with, their 24 hour service policy and after hours visits were extremely helpful. Judy was fantastic over the phone, and even called later to check in with us. Phil was amazingly helpful once he came to our house. He was able to proficiently diagnose our issue (no hot water with a massive leak) and promptly provided a quote to us to aid in our insurance company covering as much as possible. He was honest and appeared to be trustworthy. We would highly recommend this company for anyone requiring a plumber. They may not be the cheapest in town, but their service is excellent!

Miracle Plumbing was dispatched to our house within an hour of calling— thanks Judy! Joel came to help us understand what was causing our standpipe to overflow with sewage. He was able to root cause the problem within 30 minutes of arriving at our house. He was the third plumber we had called in a span of two weeks and the only one who was able to offer us a clear explanation of what was going on, as well as a solution to mitigate the issue (short term and long term). We agreed that a property clean out was needed and he started the job that same day! Thank you to Phil as well for helping Joel. We have not had any issues since. After receiving a notice from the water company about a possible water leak, I was in need of a plumber ASAP. Phil and Jose arrived within one hour after calling! They were amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Phil invited me to follow him around, as he explained what he was doing and looking for. After spending some time at my house, he saw the issue had been fixed and determined I did not in fact have a leak. He didn’t even charge me for his time! We used Miracle Plumbing to repipe our entire house, remodel both of our bathrooms, have a new water heater and new filtration system installed. Judy at the office was very helpful in fitting us into the schedule within a timely manner and was able to answer all questions. When Phil initially came to the house to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable in the line of work being performed and answered all questions we asked. All technicians that performed work on the house were respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field of work. Communication was great as well, as Phil was available at any time to get a hold of. The bathrooms turned out great and the pipes and filtration system installed was top of the line. I highly recommend this company as they did a phenomenal job at a fair price in a timely manner.

Im going to go out on a limb on this Miracle Plumbing. The job was done over a Sunday, so I am guessing that was factored into the price. It was not a difficult job once diagnosed. Took total of 2 hours. One hour to do the actual work, one hour to get material and wait for glue to dry. Bill came to $895, quoted $800, was told it was up to the TECHNICIAN to charge additional. Job got done, but would have better off to use my regular plumber. My gripe is not with quality work, but the price. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Just putting it out there if cost is a concern.

My wife and I woke up this morning and found our 18-year old water heater leaking. We freaked out because we had never had this problem in the past. We located Miracle Plumbing in San Jose, CA through web searches and great reviews. Our initial call for help was met with a very congenial and sympathetic receptionist. She assured us that help would arrive soon and it did. Today, a technician named Chris spent effective time with my wife and I, explaining the issues and risks at hand. We were provided with a variety of fix-it options, benefits, associated costs, and qualifying discounts. We did not feel rushed or pushed in the whole process. To expedite the repair process, Chris’ manager provided assistance so that we could complete everything by today. They both worked diligently, effectively and in a professional manner. It was very late in the evening. I was getting ready for bed, brushing my teeth going about my nightly hygiene routine. Rarely do you deviate from the routine especially after a long, evening, when all of a sudden I looked up. I never look up, but tonight I did. My spirits came crashing down, my stomach tightened into a knot. The discoloration of the ceiling was faint, barely noticeable. But it was there. Now I am a fairly tall guy, so I can reach the ceiling. I carefully reached up... It was soft. Under my breath I left out an explicative. With terrible thoughts of months of repairs and paper work... I headed to bed. This is where David and Miracle Plumbing ride to the rescue in a white van. I called in the morning and Judy cheerfully consoled me and scheduled an appointment. David arrived on time and professionally surveyed the problem. His diagnosis was quick, and with one quick trip to a hardware store he had reseated the offending toilet on a brand new wax seal, and provided advice on how to deal with the damage. He was friendly and professional and importantly quick and skilled. I can rest easier thanks to the his adept work. Cheers to you David, and thanks Miracle Plumbing helping me sleep better, knowing this ridiculously priced 60's townhome won't come crumbling down on me due to this particular leak. Phil did an amazing job installing a leak detection system at my house. Not only did he come on time and get the job done promptly, he came back out when the unit wasn't working right. Phil contacted the manufacturer and debugged the unit over the course of two hours to determine that it was indeed faulty. The only thing I'm upset about is that they *wouldn't* send me a bill for the second trip out! They went so far above and beyond that paying for the additional time is the least I could do to thank him. It's rare to find someone these days who's willing to stand behind the customer like this. The service I received is truly exceptional and Miracle Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward.

Scheduled an appointment via phone call directly to office. Received two text message confirmations. I confirmed both of them, Reminder from Miracle Plumbing: A technician will be arriving between 12PM and 2PM My wife and I took the day off from work, we waited 10AM all day until 6PM. No call, no show. Received a phone call roughly 10 days later, asking us how and if the work was done. I told the lady no one ever showed up, she said she was sorry. So my personal experience with this place was not a good one.

An actual 24/7 service that answers the phone at all hours! No hot water discovered after 10pm, and once we determined the pilot light would not stay lit, we hit the internet to look for a 24/7 service. Several sites did not answer or allow for messages to be left. Judy from Miracle Plumbing answered quickly, took our information and returned our call within 5 minutes informing that a technician (the very professional Phil) would be arriving. True to her word, Phil arrived and was able to replace the thermocouple without incident. Will not hesitate to use Miracle Plumbing again!

$179 to come out and do an estimate, but they never mentioned this to me.

The person was friendly and helpful, but they recommended work that was $1600 to $3000 to replace metal sewer line pipes.

Turns out it was the drain vent. I fixed it for $35 plus the $179 estimate for work.

Suggest the business makes it more clear that the estimate charge rate is $179.

When I walked around the side of the house, I saw a large leak spraying from my water softener - right next to an electrical outlet. I have a newborn baby and I was so nervous about what I would do with a leak, especially late on a Friday afternoon. Donna answered my call and was able to schedule a plumber to check the leak within 2 hours. When Chris arrived, he was able to temporarily stop the leak and gave me advice on what to do to cost-effectively resolve the issue. I would highly recommend their service for emergency plumbing repairs!

I needed a miracle to happen. Got home from work and found my water heater had broke and water was all over my garage. Could not find any companies that would answer their phone until I called Miracle Plumbing Inc.
Judy answered my call and was real quick about sending out someone. Phil arrived with in an hour and went over some options with me. He was professional and fast. Brought my water heater up to code with the new one installed. Ahhh, hot water.
I needed a miracle and I really did get one !

I had an emergency with a broken water pipe in the backyard where water was gushing all over the backyard. I had to shut off water to the whole house and find business that would do repairs on Sunday. Miracle Plumbing came to the rescue.
Within an hour Chris was at the location, diagnosed problem and explained what needs to be done. Hour later he was done and the problem was fixed. It wasn't cheap and I did not have time to shop around, but this was a rare occasion where in my opinion it was worth it.

I give this company 5 stars. My pipes burst apart early one morning at 6am. After I turned off the water to my home I found Miracle Plumbing on the Internet. I looked up the company on the State Contractors License Board and verified the license was current. I called at 7:30am and reached a live person...not a please leave a message recording. First star in my rating. The woman who answered stated her name as Judy and the name of the company....asked how she could help me and was very pleasant on the phone...sharing in my concern about this plumbing emergency. Second star in my rating for customer service and empathy. She gave all the facts on timing, how long it would be before someone would come out and everything I needed to know to get started. She even had the name of the technician that would be dispatched to my home. Third star in my rating for professionalism and efficiency. Next thing I received a call from the technician stating he was on his way. Then I received a text from the company complete with a picture of the technician, Phil, and a short bio of his qualifications. Fourth star in my rating for putting a customer at ease and innovation in use of technology to prepare the customer on whom and what to expect. The technician arrived promptly within the stated timeframe. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do and what materials he would be using.. The service vehicle was well marked and he was dressed neatly (looked like a company uniform) with the name of the company visible on the jacket. Fifth star for knowledgeable technician, identifiable vehicle and business attire. All transactions were conducted via email and text....including invoicing and payment. All before and after pictures were includes. Another star for efficiency. Not only did he fix the pipe that broke but he conducted a visual inspection of other areas and replaced an outside pipe that had a slow leak. He completed the work within 4 hours. I then received a followup call from Judy who initially took my call and she was checking if everything went ok and if I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing jobs and would use them again. Thank you for a job well done and putting satisfaction of the customer a priority.

We called to have a sub-pump replaced and was quoted $1347 but they did provide what the breakdown of what that was - but offered a month warranty. Is it normal not to get a written estimate of a break down of costs? We also asked for 1 valve to be replaced and was quoted $779. It seems high? I hav put in may sub-pumps for a lot less that 1300.

Had a bad smell coming from underneath my house called miracle plumbing in and Judy sent out someone to look at it. Phil arrived and crawled under my house and saw that my kitchen sink line was rotted out after several hours of cutting and removing pipes installed brand new ones and had everything flowing with a 20 year warranty .

BUYER BEWARE. My husband called for a quote and the plumber came promptly. The reason for the 1 star review is because we were oversold by a misread on the situation. We had a small slow leak under our bathroom sink after the big rain. Plumber said it would cost us $800 to replace all of the hardware plus labor. When asked how much it would be if we bought our own hardware, the price was lowered to $400 and that they could not install until 5 days later. So I called a different plumber who came over the very next day and said we did not need to replace the hardware at all and that all that was needed was some tightening around the connectors/screws. He charged us $170 in total and saved us $100 on new hardware and $500 on labor.
