SINCE THAT TIME, WE HAVE CALLED HIM MANY TIMES FOR EMERGENCIES AND NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLS AT OUR 3-UNIT TOWNHOUSE BUILDING.HE ALWAYS COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO BE THERE! They changed the whole kitchen sink and main water valve plumbing, they were very time efficient and got the job done right. We needed an under-slab leaking pipe bypass. The guy came out and looked over our situation. We waited 3 or 4 days and had to call about the estimate. He said they needed a pipe locate ($425) to do an estimate. We paid the price and got the locate. But no further word from AquaTek, even after phone calls and emails. Out $425 for nothing.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Guys! We originally called another company and were quoted over 4k to have a water heater installed and replaced.

The Plumbing Guys were very specific about their pricing and charged less than 1k!!!!

They did a professional and quick job for us. I would only use Aaron, Ricky and their team for all future plumbing problems.

Excellent Service from the Secretarial Staff to the Technicians

I had a broken water heater that wasn't putting out any hot water. Called this company and they came out, looked at it for about 2 minutes, and told me it's completely shot and the only option is to completely replace it. They quoted me $1600. I called another water heater repair technician to take a look and he said it just needed a new burner, which he installed in less than fifteen minutes. Joseph, the owner, was extremely rude when I spoke to him on the phone. He first told me to keep my money ($85 fee for someone coming out) which was appreciated, but after reading my negative review, he told me he changed his mind and wanted that money by 5 pm or he'd send me a bill with a lien. I paid him, but I wouldn't recommend him or this company to anyone. They're trying to scam people out of the most money they possibly can.

I would definitely recommend. Matt did an awesome job today, 1 hour drain have been nothing but great since I have been using them as my vendor.

Probly call someone else next time

I hired Fuse HVAC Repair to disconnect and then move my AC as part of a patio remodel. The technician, Chirill, was very professional, on time, and hard working. Price was stated up front and was very fair.
Definitely recommend them!
