SINCE THAT TIME, WE HAVE CALLED HIM MANY TIMES FOR EMERGENCIES AND NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLS AT OUR 3-UNIT TOWNHOUSE BUILDING.HE ALWAYS COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO BE THERE! This plumber was fantastic in an emergency! They responded quickly to my call, arrived, and corrected the leak. They were able to take care of everything for me, making them the greatest business I called out of all of them.

I literally can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to $15 sewer and drain! I've been using them for 13 years and all their employees have been amazing! Starting from the call! Today was especially special speaking to the owner by chance Valerie and what an amazing Lady! I use them a few months back for a shower clog and Martin came out and omg what a great guy! Very friendly and professional and loved my dogs! Then today I had a kitchen draining problem so when I spoke with Valerie she was able to send martin. He came within 20 min and greeted the dogs took care of our drain with the best customer service!! It's just so nice to get someone with exceptional skills both plumbing and all around good natured! Thank you so much!!

They performed two services at my house. First they came out to address a pipe that was breached by a tree root, and installed a clean out port so the city can address future issues.

Next they came out and installed a tankless water heater after our water heater tank stopped working.

Both times they were punctual and thorough in their work. They did a great job and shared all of their knowledge with me, so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend!

I had a couple of slow draining sinks and a tricky water leak. Aqua Flow Plumbing (Dave) showed up and got to work within an hour of me calling for help. He proved to be highly knowledgeable and efficient while also being friendly and easy to talk to. We are very happy that we called Aqua Flow Plumbing Inc.

I made a call to a local plumber to fix my garbage disposal, which was completely broken. The guy was on time, completed the fix fast, and did not charge me. I can't say enough good things about them!

He is a quick and honest plumber. I received much higher quotes Greg completed the job ahead of schedule and did a thorough clean up.

The plumber service I used was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and their attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of plumbing repairs or installations.

They showed up on time. Did the underground job that needed to be done that the HOA said was not their responsibility. The bill was a little higher than I had expected, the parts are marked up quite a bit.

FRAUD! AVOID! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I would rather to rate 0 star if possible. Aaron came to my place and found plumbing leak. He used a tap to seal the leaking area and asked us to buy a new one. He charged $280 and said that he would come back and install the new pump for us within 90 days. We trusted him and paid him by Venmo.

However, after the new pump was delivered and we tried to schedule a time with him every single day during a week, Aaron always postponed, kept lying, then not responding my message anymore and never showed up. When we called him to check the time. He swore at us and threaten that he knew our address.. That's ridiculous!

We heard another neighbor complaining about him as well. Now he has been blacklisted in our community. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I requested service online during the weekend. They responded the same day and scheduled service at a time convenient for me. They showed up on time with all the equipment they needed. They explained what they would do. They had to work around some obstacles and were very pleasant about it. They worked efficiently and the price was about 20% less than I expected. There was frequent communication to reassure me. This is rare, but so important to confidence in the vendor. Payment by credit card was simple, easy, and straightforward. I would strongly recommend Mr. Reliable and, in fact, I scheduled them for regular maintenance of my tankless water heater.

I had a disappointing experience with Efficient Water Heaters. I hired them to replace my existing water heater, which is of the Navien brand, with a newer model 210 A2. I was convinced as they claim to be listed on the Navien website, regardless of a RED flag; when they asked to pay a lower service amount in cash. Finally, we settled on the higher service price and paid using a check.

They promised to replace the parts (As mentioned in the text from them below), but they failed to deliver on that promise.

When I noticed that they installed the new water heater, did not replace the tank as promised, and asked politely to rectify the situation, they became confrontational. I contacted them to discuss the issue and hardly uttered two sentences on the phone when he hung up and became controversial and hostile over text. To make matters worse, they even threatened to put a lien on my property over the text messages.

The behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services.

Called 1hr drain for an apartment complex. Jose came in just about an hour ago and fixed the issue to my backed up kitchen. This guy is amazing! Keeps clean, communicates, definitely an expert. Thank against Jose!

Chirill's English is not easy to understand but he's got the job done and I appreciate a hard working immigrant. It took about 2.5 hours and there wee some mishap but at the end he got it fixed.
