Best plumbing company ever. We have used this service for many years. They are so prompt with their excellent staff and excellent plumbers with true experience and true expertise. They are so very responsive. We had a water pressure problem on Sunday and we left a phone message Sunday night. By this morning, Monday, they responded to our call at 8 am and by 9 am they were out here already and fixed our problems! That’s fast service. It’s wonderful we have such a terrific plumbing company in our midst. Their work is terrific and great attention to detail is given to every single problem. They will not leave until everything is perfect. We are so grateful to them.

What a great experience! From talking to Jeni on the phone, Marty showing up the same day to assess the water heater, and then the crew who came and installed the new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier! Their collective professionalism, integrity and knowledge was refreshing and informative. I knew absolutely nothing about water heaters, but now feel educated enough to know what to do next time. And they are all so nice!! I highly recommend Water Quality Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have. They've been around since 1970, and it showed! I dig that!

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. He did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished, and gave detailed information regarding the water heater. We are very pleased. So, next time you need a plumbing service call Water Quality. We are sure glad we did!

Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency and needed help within 24 hours. My friend Lisa who has lived in San Jose her entire life is always a great resource when I need a referral. Several years ago she hired Water Quality Plumbing so I called them for help. They were able to get someone out to help me because it was a leak and knew that it was important.

Jason came out and gave me the options I had with my water softener/filter system. I could just disconnect since I wasn't using it or the other option to continue using it. I didn't think it was still in use until it started leaking so I said let's disconnect it! He was thorough with what the cost would be of the various parts right off the bat.

I asked him if he installed these systems, since this one was old, and he told me yes. He mentioned people can ask $5K-$8K for these systems so to be careful for that. He handed me a brochure and said since I was living alone in the house I didn't need anything fancy.

Right away I had a good feeling about Jason and knew he was trustworthy. I know everyone is skeptical of mechanics and plumbers so not only did I appreciate the referral, but also how honest and upfront Jason was. I definitely recommend working with Jason and will in the future when I have more plumbing needs.

The service individuals are always so polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and I find their rates to be very decent.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.

The technicians name was Arnold. He was on time, very professional and informative. Before long the work was done and he left the place clean and tidy. Will call here again if I need more work done.

They did a great job re-piping our town house. Very responsible; they promptly came back to patch a drywall cutout they missed (inside a cabinet) even after we paid them. I wish all contractots are like them!
