My review is based on unresponsive of business owner and refusal of service.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, anger issues, avoid.

This location does not exist. They are praying on people in desperate situations.

I called about a backed up sink issue. I explained my situation and that another company had been out but didn’t fully address the issue. He cut me off and said he couldn’t do anything after I brought up another company had been out. Poor service!

Rafael did our main pipe drain cleaning and he did a superb job doing so. Not only he did the service but also inspected my water heater and main line in front of my house. Others would have just done the drain cleaning and collected their charges. Suffice to say, good thing he did as now I found I have multiple leaks that require immediate attention. Thanks to Rafael's thorough inspection and recommendations I'm at least aware I have things to address before they get serious. Pacific Coast also had the special on the drain cleaning this month which I couldn't find anywhere else. Other's would have charged me an arm and a leg just for the cleaning.

Great customer service and quick response time. Their service was not only accurate but also reliable. After dealing with many other plumbing companies that were not only expensive but unreliable, this will be the one I will definitely be sticking with. Especially in times of emergencies. Our journey began with Brandon Williams. I contacted Brandon and explained our pipe and plumbing situation and he responded immediately with options and a fair quote. Once it was agreed that we would proceed with him and his team, he sent out a team that was super friendly and easy to work with. Once it was determined that we were in for a far bigger operation than expected, we received another very fair quote and they began work immediately. Mario, Danny, Daniel and Hugo were fantastic to work with and they made us feel so comfortable along the way. The end result was has made such an improvement to our home.
For us, it boiled down to wanting to find a company that was local and trustworthy. Cupertino Plumbing knocked it out of the park and they will do that for you too.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was prompt, skilled, and resolved the issue with my toilet quickly. Their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mr. Mejia was quick and very professional. He installed a new toilet in our bathroom. Definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

Beware, after taking your money, he is vanish. He doesn't reply phone call or text.
Our sink is clogged and he cleared it but after 1 day, it clogged again. And he promised he will come back to check but he never did. Our phone call went into voicemail and texts got no reply.

I have a sewage backup in my bathroom. After waiting a week for an appointment they showed up 5 1/2 hours after the start of my window. The 'supervisor' sat in the car while the 'apprentice' proceeded to tell me they'd need to come back days later to let the water subside. The supervisor claims they have no tools to remove water and that I'm responsible for any flooding that happens when they remove the toilet. After waiting a week - with a sewage backup - I'm told to wait some more. By a professional who has no tools to remedy a very common plumbing issue.

3 weeks later I've paid them twice with absolutely no resolution. They are telling my insurance company I have a collapsed pipe but they do not have a camera or technology that can prove that. As a result my insurance company won't cover their costs.

At best this company lacks the ability to do basics. At worst they are a scam.
