My elderly parents were in need of water after my father, thinking he could repair a leaking pipe; messed up the main water line to their home.By the time I got involved 3 days had passed and I was beside myself. Liz at David Gray was like an angel as she calmed me down, got me an appointment within a couple hours and took care of all the details right over the phone.Then Tommy shows up like a Knight in Shining Armor! Not only did he walk me through theissue,(he sent pictures to me via text!)explain the cost involved, then gave me the best price possible in order to get the water back on; and had suggestions for what to do in the future to limit the cost when they are able to afford to permanently resolve the root cause of the problem. On top of all that Tommy was able to deal with my father in a kind and courteous manner, which is not easy for most anyone who knows my father! He even gave my mom a hug and told her to have a nice holiday! NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. ? ? ? ?Thank you LIZ! Thank you TOMMY! The way you treat your customers matters!

Daniel is amazing. I called late night at the last minute and he arrived informed me of the issue going further to explain what caused the issue while making sure i fully understood what to do and what not to do. Daniel went further by showing me the correct tub spout to get being that I bought one from Amazon and it was the wrong one which caused a back flow which of course caused wall and floor damage from the water. I was never made to feel “stupid” and I’m grateful for that. I’m definitely scheduling for Daniel to come back to complete my other bathrooms. Thank you again for the knowledge and the late last minute help.

My water heater sprang a leak. Being on the second floor, the sense of emergency was even greater (even though it does have a drip pan).I called Vereen on the recommendation of another plumber (he was too busy to help). The lady at Vereen said they would have someone out in a few hours.The tech (Shaun) showed up right as promised. He was very professional, courteous and obviously quite skilled. He left zero mess and his piping was artwork.Best of all they were able to quote a standard price for this particular task which covered pretty much everything. And the price was extremely reasonable.I will have no problem calling Vereen for future plumbing events.

We called Fenwick because our garbage disposal quit working, sink wasn't draining well and we needed a new faucet installed. Our technician, Alfred, arrived earlier than expected, answered all our questions, gave us our quote (which we approved) and went to work immediately. He was very personable, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. We will definitely use Fenwick services in the future.

Septic was backing up in yard. Called Duck Duck and asked for a truck to pump out tanks. Scott called me the next day and asked several questions. He suspected the pump was bad and could come out the next day and replace, which he did, also replaced the broken alarm. Now has a customer for life.

Excellent job!!!!!If I could give them six stars I would. Had a slab leak and they repiped the whole house. They made minimum cuts to every wall thats behind every faucet, toilet, shower/bathtub, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, etc.. We have 4 bathrooms in our home. They cleaned up after themselves at end of day. They were in and out within 2 days. We will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber especially if you have to have major work done.

Called to get a quote for some rough in installation of a shower I'm installing. Shower fixture, rain head, wall mount hand wand and drain relocate (about 24). Quote was for $3626. $568 was in mount the fixture which involves 4 screws into a 2x4. $700 was to plumb the fixture, rain head and shower wand. $585 to install the drain. $1773 to cut up some concrete so they can install the $585 drain. Unreal. We're talking about 4 hours worth of work, MAX! Even at $200/hour, that's only $800. Sorry Roto-Rooter, you'll never again get my business. And I'll be sure to refer others to someone else as well. $500-$800 would be high but reasonable. But $3626.00? NOPE!

DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs!
