HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Hiring a plumber or any other service tech is always kinda scary cause you feel like you never know what you will get.Chris with Tactical Plumbing was absolutely AWESOME!!He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to get our plumbing squared away, and the total charge was less than expected!☆☆☆☆☆5/5 Stars!We will absolutely use Tactical Plumbing again any time needed!

I recently had my kitchen and bathroom redone Chris came highly recommended! He did the plumbing in both areas. He is worth your time, he is a real professional person. His quality of work is unquestionable and he follows up to ensure your satisfaction! He is someone I would recommend to my own father and he’s never satisfied but I believe Chris would exceed His expectations!

I had a fantastic experience with Christian from Tactical Plumbing. I went without a dishwasher for roughly two months due to Home Depot, Whirlpool and their third-party installer playing a blame game and failing to fix the issue. Tactical plumbing was flexible, prompt and professional! I plan to use their service again.

Our entire experience with Tactical Plumbing was amazing! We had an emergency situation, and Chris got his plumber Christian out to us within 40 minutes. It was a miracle! Christian was extremely polite, professional, and friendly (also a plus!) and fixed our problem within an hour. We are so thankful to this company and will definitely use them again!

I originally found Chris and Tactical Plumbing a few years ago through excellent Google reviews. Since that time, I've had Chris and his team do extensive work renovating my home including shower, tub, faucet, and hose bib installations, in addition to rerouting pipes and fixing numerous issues left by the prior homeowner. I've also used Tactical Plumbing to service my rental properties.Chris is always professional, on time, and takes a lot of pride in his work, which you don't always find these days. With Chris I know the work is being done right and because of that he's my go to for all plumbing needs because he's dependable and he knows what he's doing.In fact, we've done so much business with Chris that he even gave us corporate tickets to the first Jags pre-season game, courtesy of Tactical Plumbing! Chris is the absolute best.So far, he has installed a garbage disposal for us and fixed a leak in our guest bathroom. As someone who is not exactly handy in ANY way, it’s nice to know that I won’t be ripped off just because I don’t know what I’m talking about. Chris is honest, professional, keeps an open line of communication, has super fair prices, and gets the job done well.I will never call any other plumber!

Chris and his team have great pride and integrity in their work and make sure things are done right.I was impressed with the communication as well I received appointment confirmations, notifications when technician was in route and notification when job was complete. They always showed up on time and were professional and friendly.Installed a whole house water filtration and softener for me and after getting quotes from other companies who said I would have to install on the exterior of my house, Chris suggested running new plumbing lines through my attic so I could install in the garage utility closet. I thought this was a great idea and the pricing seemed competitive.

Very happy with the repairs and surprisingly even the cost associated with them. Christian did an amazing job, the work was done perfectly and he was happy to help with the long list of what I needed done. We had a wonderful experience with Tactical Plumbing! We had an after hours emergency with the well at our home we had just purchased - it had been hit and was spurting water high in the air and we couldn’t get it to stop. After trying our well company with no luck, I called Tactical Plumbing out of desperation, hoping a plumber might be able to help.The call was picked up right away by Chris, who happens to be the owner. He listened to our issue and even though wells were not his primary area of expertise, he patiently walked us through what we could do. He even had us text him photos. With his help, we were able to get the gushing to stop, and learned what we needed to do to fix it.All that help and he didn’t accept any compensation for his time - he was just a good guy who went out of his way to help us even though he didn’t know us from Adam! He definitely established a great rapport and trust with us - for sure this company is already added to my contacts for future plumbing issues! You can expect superior service from Chris and his company!

Chris was asked to come out to install several new fixtures in new bathroom cabinet vanities, and a new kitchen sink. He showed up on time and knocked the job out quickly. He also replaced a tub drain for us that I mentioned to him that it was leaking. He charged much less than the other quotes and did a great job. Like most folks, I try to stay away from the big companies with their fleet of service vehicles and prefer to establish a good personal relationship with the folks that service/repair our home. It’s about the small businessman. Chris is a capable, licensed, bonded plumber with a great disposition and he charges a fair amount for his work. He doesn’t gouge you as others have in the past. In short , Chris is our ‘go to’ plumber and will always be our first call in the event we need plumbing work. We’ve recommenced Chris to our friends with confidence.

Tactical Plumbing came out immediately when I found out that I had a leak between the water meter and my home....tho I was not able to be home at the time, Chris stayed in contact via email, even sending me a picture of the problem once located underground. These guys were so great.This morning I left a VM and they called back 3 mins later.They scheduled me for today and after I hung up I got a text confirmation a minute later - literally.And then they called before they - get this, showed up EARLY !! Who does this? No one does this!Stephen showed up and fixed the drain in no time. He left no mess, was very professional and courteous.I paid and got a text confirmation before he left my driveway.These folks are old school. Reliable. Integrity. Professional. I am still in shock how well everything went. Believe me. Not all 5 star companies are truly five stars. We all know this.These folks definitely one of the best businesses I've dealt with. Ever. I --highly-- recommend them.

I would not recommend him for garbage disposal replacements.He installed mine incorrectly approximately 1 year ago using Home Advisor. When he finished, I had leaking around the neck he installed crooked, and ruined my cabinet from water. He wanted me to pay again to repair it. I used another plumber. Paid 2x's for the job. SMH

Had water come out a pipe so cut the water off and they came by that day to cap it so I can have water to my house, that alone showed me the type of people they are because he was busy and made time to help my family out.
