We have used Oakley Plumbing previously for a fixture installation; recently our shower drain started acting up and we had guests at our house so we wanted to get it fixed right away; so we called a master plumber who was mere minutes away from our house. Plumber came out and cleared the drain but the problem came back again the next day. We decided to give Oakley Plumbing and Keith a call. Problem was diagnosed and fixed for good, issue was resolved 100% and has not came back. Oakley Plumbing is the go to Plumbing stop. We are not going to bother with any other plumber going forward.

Keith is very knowledgeable and was able to determine the procedure at hand via chatting on the phone and pictures sent by phone. Oakley Plumbing came out and helped us with the toilet installation and sprinkler / pipe repair; were very careful and diligent in their work; job well done. I had a plumbing problem in our house, because I had extended insurance fixing things they sent me 2 technicians from different companies.The first company swore that I should change my well pump, it was strange because I sent videos to some friends who live far away and I couldn't get there and they said there was a way to fix it.So the diagnosis of the first company was about changing everything, while this wonderful company that I had already received at my house in another time managed to fix it instead of changing it. I had a lot of savings in time that I couldn't spend on a new well. @bryan smith was the technician sent by them.The guy on the other end of the line and the woman were quick to sort things out and fix it and it was all very quick and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Kieth was a life saver today!I purchased a new sink and faucet along with a garbage grinder. I installed everything on my own however, the PVC pipes were a total mess from the previous sink. I was lucky when I called this morning Kieth had a cancellation and was able to come to my rescue in a few hours. In roughly 2 hours he was able to re-pipe all the PVC pipes to function correctly with my new set up. I'm thoroughly impressed with his workmanship and definitely enjoyed hearing some sea stories about his time as a submariner. I highly recommend Oakley plumbing for all your plumbing needs. His hours rate is very reasonable and he also offered military and senior citizen discounts. Don't delay call today and schedule your appointment you will be glad you did!

I used Oakley Plumbing twice so far. At first, they charged $100 for showing up only, no work done. On the second visit they replaced the cartridge of my faucet they charged $220. On the third appointment they decided to mark up the water heater price, I disagreed with the mark up, I ordered the w/h by myself online then they stopped communicating and they canceled my appointment without notice. He quoted me $530 with the water heater a week ago but after my water heater got broken he quoted me $850 for the same thing. Plus if he would tell me he wouldn’t install without wasting my time I would call someone else. This is not honest business. Therefore I would not recommend this company.

Keith Oakley removed a faulty water softener from my home. He was on time, professional and very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond! I asked for options to replace the technology and he was great about giving me reasonably priced options. I am definitely having Keith install this technology as well as replace the builder grade faucets and shower heads in my home. Definitely keeping his number stored in my phone for the future. If you ever need a plumber I would not hesitate to give Oakley Plumbing a call.

I had a busted pipe at the main pipe / spigot at my moms house. I called Oakley plumbing and they called me back and we’re able to schedule me in for late the next day, which I really appreciate because I had to turn the water off at the meter that was buried in the front yard. Highly recommend Oakley Plumbing. We had a leak from the master bathroom shower that leaked downstairs and formed a whole in the ceiling. Bryan came out and replaced the drain. After Bryan fixed the drain, it started leaking again. This time Keith came out and he saw the leak was coming from the shower door this time. We were referred to Oakley Plumbing through our home warranty program. Prior to Oakley coming out, I looked to Google reviews for input. They were top rated. I will say Oakley Plumbing was A++++ through the entire process of submitting the claim, getting approval, scheduling replacement, and installing our new electric water heater. They answered ALL my questions timely (and I had a lot) and were friendly and professional. Will keep them in my phone for future use and reference. We had a recurring issue with our master bathroom plumbing, where the toilet would get backed up and every faucet would gurgle. Had two other big plumbing companies (Fenwick and Roto-Rooter) look at it and they either had no idea or made repairs that didn’t fix the underlying issue and it came back.Finally, Keith Oakley came out and was able to pinpoint the exact cause of our issue right away. We recently moved into a new home and started experiencing multiple issues at the same time. Oakley came out and thoroughly assessed the problem and solved our issues. They were courteous, professional and had the most important characteristic you want in a plumber - committed problem solvers. Our issues were complex and needed some digging to get to the bottom of but the Owner Keith and the Technician Bryan kept at it until they resolved the problems. Definitely recommend these guys!

We had Oakley Plumbing come out to assess old cast iron pipes, a leak inside the wall, and plumbing issues that we were having. Our warranty company hired him. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, documented all kinds of issues, went under the house and found problems other plumbers weren't willing to look for. Because of his thorough inspection and advise our warranty company was had to fix the issues properly. Highly recommend him.

We've had the pleasure of having Keith and Brian at Oakley Plumbing come to our home for two services. The first was back in August/September for a bathroom remodel we did, and he made it extremely quick and easy. We had picked up a shower head from Delta that did not come with all the parts, and Keith made an extra stop to Ferguson's for a small fee to grab it, which we appreciated. They were quick and professional and installed our tub properly to ensure there wouldn't be any leaks. Fast forward to March of 2021, and still during COVID times, we needed our faulty sink pipe looked at and Keith fixed it within the hour! Thanks y'all for being there when we need ya!

Have had experiences with lazy and unprofessional plumbers (assigned through Home Warranty), but Keith exceeds expectations by providing knowledge about your systems, takes pride and care into the work he performs, ensures the costs will be as affordable as possible, and despite the crappy (pun intended) line of work - Keith remains cheerful and positive while working. Our garbage disposal stopped working so my husband reached out to Oakley Plumbing to have it fixed. The owner Keith, was able to come out the very next morning. He was able to replace the disposal and he went out of his way to fix previous plumbing work that was installed incorrectly. First the good: Kieth was professional and courteous. He finished the entire re-pipe of my house in 2 days. He and his assistant even stayed late to finish the job so that we could have water that night. After he left, one of the fittings under our sink was leaking quite a bit. He came back immediately and made the repair. All was good. I submitted my payment. He said that an inspector needed to come and inspect his work. Then the bad: When I started calling to find out when we could expect the inspection, he was very slow to respond. He finally told us that the permit was already closed out, even though no inspector ever came and he would get us a copy. He still hasn’t provided that copy. Now he doesn’t respond to my calls. I did a permit search on the county website and couldn’t find a permit. I was happy at first, but now I’m very disappointed. He did good work that I know of, but the work’s not finished until all of the paperwork is done and right now the paperwork isn’t done. I think the job was too big for him. It’s only him and one helper. ***EDIT*** I finally got in touch with the business after calling many times with no response. They did finally answer and provide the permit. I searched the permit number and found out that it was opened on 7 Jun with no scheduled inspection. I was told previously by Kieth that the permit was closed. I’m leaving 2 stars for the lack of communication and the apparent dishonesty about a closed permit.***Update***The company got the inspection scheduled. He had to come back and add a thermal expansion tank to the water heater, an update to the county code. They scheduled the install quickly and got the work done, reached the inspection and provided the completed inspection within a week. Kieth is professional and dedicated to his work. We’re a happy to be finished with the job.

My kitchen sink was backing up and a local plumber came out to snake the drain. He was incompetent, broke 2 snakes and said he couldn't help me. The next day Oakley Plumbing came out and easily snaked the clog and fixed the problem. Great and speedy service. I would highly recommend.

Keith repaired all our toilets from leaking. I didn’t even realize they were leaking until I got an alert from JEA that our water use had increased drastically. On the surface all the toilets looked fine and nothing was obviously leaking but after a closer look by Keith and testing each one, all of them were leaking a little which added up to a lot which is why my water usage increased the last month. Keith even tested the system after repairing them to make sure all the leaks had stopped. He arrived when he said he would and called when he was on his way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m referring Keith to all my family and friends.
